Awesome place. We stay there all the time. Very friendly staff. Room is always. Clean and fresh.

Breakfast was a disaster. Workers touching everything! Tongs 2as touched by everuone. Not a good verity. To many people getting food at one time. Unreal.

The staff is amazing and they work hard to keep everything clean and inviting. Breakfast is always hot and fresh. Indoor pool always warm and inviting. Fitness room always clean and ready.

Checking in was a positive experience. The staff was friendly and attentive. The room was clean, however, the air conditioner was blasting when I entered the room and it was quite cold. Easy fix and does not reflect on the hotel as a whole.

Clean rooms, pool and gym with light breakfast in an why not. I had a great stay.

After one night and day of stay, l returned to my room after getting a new room key (neither of my two keys worked anymore) to find my towel on the floor, half in the bathroom area and half out and my privacy please hanger on the floor beside the towel. One half of the curtain rod had been removed and reinstalled a few inches over, leaving fresh drywall all over the shower/tub where l had showered the previous night. The curtain rod did not need repair or to be moved. Nobody offered an explanation as to why there was a ‘repair’, mess, and no mention to myself beforehand. Extremely shady place to stay.

Quick check in on a Friday night. Desk clerk was friendly. Hotel was clean, especially at entrances. Noisy early morning from airplanes since property next to airport. Breakfast area was well stocked.

Gross! Our family stayed here and we could not get over the smell and how dirty everything was. This place is disgusting and we will not be staying here again. Once again I am very disappointed with Holiday Inn Express. The are declining rapidly. Holiday Inn Express — customers like clean fresh smelling rooms and only want to stay in your hotels if the experience is good. Many times recently this has not been the case. I along with others are not looking elsewhere.

Very close to airport. Two things need to be fixed. First internet speed as I was getting only 1 mbps downloading speed and had issue streaming some videos sites. Second, I stayed there for two days and second day cleaning personal forgot to put soaps in rest room. I came late at night and found no soap. But I recommend this place to everyone.

Decent. Microwave and refrigerator. James at the desk was great. They had a list of restaurants that that you could go to via shuttle and they would pick you up when you are done free of charge.

Room is very clean and nice, common areas are a bit dirty.

Service was fun an kind. Clean facility with a high end feel. Excellent location for easy access to the airport.

Check in at 1 pm and the lady at the front desk was very sweet. I love ❤️ that because I’m from Texas and we are the same way. So friendly and made us feel at home.

The house keeping is great they do a very good job in keeping the room clean above and beyond the staff here are amazing people there very friendly staff great transportation and shuttle rides the breakfast in the morning is aslo good I would recommend this place to anyone.

This place is the place to be I recommend it to everyone. There is an employee there that is so nice to the customers and me. James went above and beyond the call of customer service for me. Hotel was clean and in order. The environment inside felt welcoming and like a home. I will be staying here many more nights! Thank you for taking the time to read this and hope that guy James gets an appreciation for his hard work.

The hotel is just a couple minutes away from the airport, which makes it a pretty good choice if that's your destination. The hotel itself could use some renovations, and the room was very loud… the restroom extractor, the steps from the room above, and the AC and fridge turning on and off made it hard to sleep. Internet works well, and the breakfast is the same as every other hotel from the chain. The staff was very kind. Not a great experience, but I would probably come back anyway given the location.

Visiting our son in Syracuse, needed to be close to his apartment. We had always been fans of Holiday Inn Express. But this morning we both came out of the shower exclaiming how beautiful soft and white the towels were and how sweet and snow white the bedding. We stopped an employee and asked if she was with Housekeeping. She said no longer, but can I help? Well I told her I had maybe a strange comment, but "How do you get the towels so white and soft? " She smiled. We told her we both had the same reaction independently and she said it was great to know that the updates to the laundry department were so effective. We will be staying here often over the next few years, and are so happy they are so clean and efficient. Staff was very nice at check in and breakfast too. Great experience too!

Very cute especially for the price. Surprising amount of breakfast options. Rooms are obviously older but very well taken care of.

Nice modern room and friendly front desk. Free cookies at the front desk when I arrived. Thank them for starting the continental breakfast at 4:30am. I thought I would miss the breakfast to catch my flight at 6:05 am.

We stay here regularly. This place is clean and comfortable, the employees are super friendly and helpful. We can leave our car when we are going on a trip without having parking fees. They provide shuttle service to the airport and the train/bus station.

It was a great place for a night or two. I wouldn't recommend it for more than two nights, but it was fine. Breakfast was good, and not busy at all. The buffet was small. Overall, four stars.

A little hard to see from the road. The desk person was awesome and helpful. Room was nice and they have vending machines that have frozen dinners.

I stay at Holiday Inn Express hotels coast to coat and I am a Platinum member. This is one of the worst out dated 1976 hotels I have ever stayed at. This is why Holiday Inn was a joke and people would not say they stayed t here. I am not sure if I will stay with HGI.

It was ok. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was your typical hotel breakfast. They did have bacon and sausage. A mini frig in room would have been nice.

AC not working; can't open the windows; call the front desk for service at 8:00, again at 8:50… and it's now 9:20… Wanna go to bed early? Fuck you Mr Herrmann… sweat your ass off; we don't care… Last time I stay here…

The Holiday Inn Express was conveniently located right outside of downtown Syracuse. While I initially had some plumbing issues the staff came and corrected it almost immediately. Other than that the rooms were quite spacious and comfortable.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Very convenient that they have a "do it yourself" laundry room for guests on 3rd floor. Easy to find & near many local services like gas, convenience stores, shopping, airport & dining. We especially enjoyed being less than a mile from the delicious restaurant "The Clam Bar"!

It's a nice hotel. Our bathroom door was very hard to shut and the AC unit made some weird noises so I knocked off a star from my review. It would also be nice if they had outlets available on the bed side tables and more on the desk. That's pretty standard for hotels these days. The room and bathroom were nicely updated, the bed was comfortable, and the staff was very nice. They do have complementary shuttle service to and from the airport. I'd recommend staying here.

Great place over all. Most of the staff is very friendly. The general manager Conrad is always there to help. We were there on a busy weekend, and he pitched in and changed the ac / heating unit. Breakfast is always good. The hotel is getting a bit worn, but I am told it is up for a remodel. Nice pool which my daughter loves. My family and I have stayed there many times and they are great and treat us as family. Highly recommend, but it does need some cosmetic help.

This was a wonderful hotel — the staff were very helpful and the building immaculate fin the rooms to the pool to the common areas. Fanny in the breakfast room was wonderful and cheerful. We will definitely stay here again.

Nice place. Shower heads need an update. Ac didn't work but I was only there one night so I managed it.

I'd rate my stay there as "meh". The room was reasonably clean, but there seemed to be a lack of attention to detail. I found an old burger King salt packet on the window sill. The remote didn't work. The clock was unplugged. Good location and reasonably priced though. Very good breakfast though.

Rooms were nice. Close to airport. Shuttle was great.

One of the worst places to work for they have you work all day with no help in the kitchen and receive no brake.! They only care about the company and not what is good for their employees if they have a family emergency or injure yourself like I did by cut my finger like I did working my manager didn't care just put a Band Aid on it and still wanted me to stay and work when your poring out blood and it won't stop you would think they would tell you to go to the doctors instead of working with food with a bloody hand! But no they didn't want me to leave so breakfast wouldn't be done. Hope this is helpful to anyone who stays here or someone who is thinking about works here. They might have a smile on there face but they don't care about anybody but themself.

I stayed overnight on Saturday, August 9, 2014. The Holiday Inn Express Syracuse Airport facility lists it's city as Syracuse, New York. However, it's actually in North Syracuse. Note this if you're using a GPS to locate the facility; otherwise, you will be taken some distance away to a section of town that does not appear safe to drive in without a police escort. My bill has a Syracuse address as does the General Manager's business card and their webpages. Candlewood is adjacent and lists its address as North Syracuse.

I made multiple attempts to talk to the owners at the holiday inn express to let them know that they are illegally draining their storm water into my adjoining property with no Easement allowing so. They leave me no choice but to communicate like this.

Clean but the hotel is dated. Time for a remodel. Very close to the airport and several restaurants.

My family stayed there the one night before flying to FL for our spring break. I was extremely impressed with the hotel. Our room was very clean and the staff were extremely helpful. It is very close to the airport and is surrounded by a number of restaurants. The pool and exercise room make it perfect for the family waiting to fly out of Syracuse. An excellent choice for the traveler.

They just got done renovating so everything was new for me. My car had a dead battery and they helped me with a jump start. The rooms were clean and no odors in room or hall ways. I would stay there again on next trip.
