Michael at the front desk is super friendly, funny and heck — yea adorable! Rooms are super clean and cozy, spacious bathroom and shower. Breakfast has lots of variety. Centrally located with lots of restaurants and shopping all around. Great place to stay!

This is the best customer service I have ever received while staying at a hotel. The staff was wonderful and friendly.
I did not catch her name, but the woman who runs the kitchen made us all fresh food as part of the continental breakfast.
I cannot say enough nice things about how wonderful my stay was here.
I highly recommend this hotel.

Fairfield Inns are wonderful hotels, but the one in Elmira Corning has the absolute best staff! They all greet us with smiles and ready to help in any way. Thank you for a marvelous stay!

I've stayed in dozens of hotels all over the world, and I have to say, this one has been my favorite. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the bed was amazing, and the staff was practically otherworldly. Wendy and Brittany (sp? ) were incredibly helpful in helping me get settled and filling me in on all the guest services and facilities as well as all the discounts/freebies. I don't have much reason to stay in Corning in the future, but if I did, this is where I would be staying.

Convenient location off interstate highway with many local amenities including groceries, food options, and more. Area also easy access to the Finger Lakes region of New York — great way to explore the area. Facilities are excellent as are the hotel staff.

We booked here after having a horrible experience with our original booking (another hotel down the road) … so glad we picked this hotel. Wendy and everyone else working here were very nice. If we are ever in the area, we will def stay here again.

We were there for a meeting, the staff was wonderful. The building and grounds were neat and clean great first impression.

Not a five star hotel but very good. The beds were very comfortable and everything was clean. Not sure if the ventilation was broken or nonexistent because a hot shower fogged up the bathroom and there was no separate wall switch for a fan. The breakfast area was immaculate. Bacon, sauseges, omlets, scrambled eggs, waffles, toasts, cereals, fruits, yogurts, juices, coffees … all fresh and constantly refreshed. The woman working the area clearly loved her job and took pride in her job; a true people person rarely seen in other hotels. I highly recommend this facility for the comfort, cleanliness, and customer service.

This is a lovely hotel. We used it as a base for visiting and doing lot of activities in and around the finger Lakes. It was a great location for taking multiple day trips in the area. Very clean, friendly staff, great morning breakfast. The only reason I don't give it five stars is because I save that for hotels that have turn down service and concierge service. If in the area, I would stay here again.

I have had reason to be in this area twice more since my first visit. Have always returned to this hotel because I was so pleased. The rooms are beautiful and very clean, one particular desk staff is especially friendly, all staff are professional. The location is a little strange, it's in the middle of a large shopping area, but convenient enough to where I need to be.

Amazingly friendly front desk staff who will answer any question you may have. The rooms are easy to find & navigate to & are super clean! I felt comfortable during my stay.

This had to be the cleanest hotel I have stayed in for awhile. From the moment you walked into the lobby to the time we went into our room, it was clean. They staff was extremely friendly. The breakfast was probably one of the best I've had in a hotel that includes breakfast. Even though we only spent one night, we will definitely stay again on our way to NYC!

The room is always clean and as I expect. The service and front desk associates are extremely helpful and always put me in a good mood.

Great beautiful hotel. Lobby is very nice. The bathroom is great. The only complaint I have is that the curtains did not block out very much sun in the morning.

The staff, hotel, everything and everyone is so nice! I particularly REALLY like the guy at the front desk. He's like super enthusiastic and it is because of him that I am writing this review. My room is always spotless, and I love the beverages and snacks available to the guests. The staff has been helpful, and extremely welcoming.

I stayed at the fairfield inn from 3/6-3/8 and all though my stay was okay I did hear a few things from the workers that where a tad bit odd a lady wearing black and another wearing blue both seemed to be bothered by something sound to me like they where complaining about another employee or employees they didn't see me but I heard them it just seemed a tad bit unprofessional to me because as I walked by them it got quiet and awkward I did get greeted with a friendly gesture which would have been pleasant if I didn't overhear them right before hand not sounding so pleasant I just smiled and walked away thinking boy id hate to work there I can imagine the drama they have upper management has a way of belittling housekeepers because they feel like they are beneath them and all though I am a successful business women my mother was a housekeeper when I was growing up and I remember her coming home exhausted hating her job but she had to make ends meet some people are not as fortunate as others but still should be treated with respect and honestly if it wasn't for housekeepers hotels would not be so successful treat others how u want to be treated awesome hotel but people should be a tad bit nicer not everyone not just guests.
