Everything about the Courtyard by Marriott El. Mira Horseheads was AWESOME! We enjoyed our stay and a great time!

From the front desk to housekeeping to even the GM Tiffany, the whole staff was very welcoming and nice.

The entire staff is great and very accommodating, plus the hotel is very well maintained and clean! Plenty of amenities and is very family friendly. This is definitely going to be our go-to hotel for whenever we are in town.

The staff here is very friendly. Many of them make this place feel like the comfort of home. During the snow storm they cleaned off guests cars, and made paths on both sides so guests could enter their cars. They were very attenitive to making sure the sidewalks were cleared and safe for guests. This place goes above and beyond for their guests.

The staff here is simply the friendliest, most accommodating staff you’ll ever meet! We held our Thanksgiving Gathering there yesterday and we were treated like royalty! Special thanks to Storm, Justin and Betty who went out of their way to help make everything perfect! 5 Stars!

We had an issue with a missing reservation at Hampton Inn. Called the Hilton customer service and they did nothing to help us. Marriott courtyard heard our story and took very good care of us. My husband is a business Traveler and his loyalty is now going to Marriott.

Excellent service. Laurie at the front desk was amazing and gave us class A service. Checked in late at night and she went above and beyond to help us feel welcomed and comfortable.

The rooms are beautiful and clean. The staff is amazing! Anything you need and they are there on the spot! The hotel is well kept and close to restaurants. They have a very nice outdoor/grilling area. I wish they had a complimentary breakfast but other than that, amazing!

Hotel was modern and clean, lobby was gorgeous. Excellent brrakfast. Staff was friendly and helpful from front desk to housekeeping to breakfast staff. Could not recommend more great value. Would be my first choice if staying in the area again.

Relatively new hotel with great rooms. It's located a short drive from finger lakes wine trail. The staff was courteous. The only issue is that all pillows were firm. Ideally they could offer a set of softer pillows. We'd stay here again.

Brand new hotel, very nice spacious rooms, nice bathroom, great service, fairly standard but solid gym with good equipment. Breakfast is way better than other options in the area. Bistro has real breakfasts, not just egg patties, and close to full service Starbucks barista. Would highly recommend if you need a place to stay in this area!

Excellent hotel if you're planning a trip to the Corning Museum. 15 min away. Modern, clean, very pleasant staff, well run. Highly recommended!

The King Suite is amazing and the long hallway keeps the noise away from you. I absolutely love this hotel.

Most staff are very friendly and helpful here! We really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful rooms with sturdy, comfortable furniture. There was no shortage of outlets and USB ports. It was very nice.

Nice staff. No free breakfast, food cost at Bristo. 1 large spider & 1 waterbug in bathroom. Reasonably priced. Location is convenient to shops.

One of the nicest Marriott hotels I have ever stayed at. Front desk staff was outstanding!

We were staying in this hotel for the second year in a row, the night before the wineglass marathon. We had our 3 year old toddler with us. The room above us was making so much noise it sounded like a non-stop bowling alley till almost midnight. Complaints did nothing for us, we were offered a smaller room… but with 3 adults and a child, one bed and a tiny pull out couch wasn't acceptable for us, especially after spending as much as we did on the room. Since my daughter is normally in bed around 7, the other room kept her up hour after hour, and then she couldn't fall alseep for an hour after they stopped. So after a 5 hour drive, my daughter was kept up till 1am, and then I was so exhausted my head was spinning till 3am. Really great when you have to wake up extra early and run 26.2 miles in the morning. Extremely disappointed in our stay this year. The woman at the front desk Leigh was nice, I just find it unacceptable that the noise continued. I wish I would have just made the drive up for the race at 1am, so I could have at least slept earlier in the night, and saved my money.

This review is about renting the meeting space. They offer a fantastic New meeting space with room for 60. The equipment is great. Nice bright projector that shows the details in your slides. The staff however isn't very responsive. We ordered bagels and coffee for our meeting and they didn't deliver them to the room until after we reminded them twice, 35 minutes into the meeting. Getting the room rented was a bit of a chore too. The staff member in charge doesn't like to return phone calls. Beautiful room though.

Absolutely beautiful. The entrance is hard to get into but the hotel itself is absolutely beautiful and peaceful. The rooms were spacious and people were nice. Short visit but will be back!

Hotel was beautiful and the people were wonderful. However, no continental breakfast, breakfast options available but pricey. The beds were very hard, only reason they don't get all 5 stars.

We stay at Marriott hotels all over the state and this is one of the nicest and most comfortable hotels we have stayed at so far. Very clean, great staff, and incredibly comfortable atmosphere. Highly recommended!

I have been a Marriott platinum member for over a decade and the service at this hotel goes above and beyond. I had to stay at this hotel because my other one was booked and I have never went back. JD provides top notch service when you check in and it goes from there. The bistro makes sure I am looked after even making sure they stock my choice alcohol. The rooms are clean. The beds are great. The room is efficient with space.
