This hotel will work when you're in a pinch. It's mostly clean but because they allow pets there is pet hair and some of the rooms smell like cat urine. The bathroom fan is loud. Water pressure is good for the shower. Not a fridge in every room but if you request one they will try to get it for you. Narrow stairway is rickety like a farmhouse. The continental breakfast is typical, no protein, lots of sugar and carbs. The air conditioners work well.

Good location, good service, uncomfortable bed.

I am so happy that we got this motel for two days. I want to thank Tori at the front desk and her manager for allowing me to apologize to them about an issue regarding my personal bank. I over reacted and they were so wonderful for helping me. It was something that was very easily solvable. I was very exhausted from driving from Virginia. The room is great and clean. Very big bed and the room has so much space. Thanks again.

Place was loud all night, people walking extremely loud on the second floor, slamming of doors and people screaming at midnight who seemed to be fighting. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and lack of proper pillows. I honestly regret booking here. The continental breakfast was very scarce even before 7am. I do not recommend anyone who is a light sleeper to book here. I believe I would of been more comfortable sleeping in my vehicle in the parking lot. I went next door and purchased a mattress topper to try and get some sleep my second night, although that helped a little with the discomfort the white noise machine I also purchased barely help with all the noise from the surrounding rooms and lobby. I am a very disappointed guest at this point and I'm looking forward to checking out and heading home in the morning.

Staff was awesome. Felt like home. They were all very helpful with whatever we needed. Thank you.

Great ammenities, nice rooms, and, quiet! Also, they have smoking and non smoking and allow pets. Stay was GREAT!

We had to stay due to a fire. They made us so welcome and gave us the best deal they possibly could. Our cats were welcome. The room was clean. Mattress. Eh. Not too comfy, but a bed was a bed.

The room had plenty of space, and was clean. The bed was extremely firm and the room maintained a constant dampness that was a little worry some. Other than that no issues with a pretty standard room.

Happy 4th of July! We stayed here 1 night. This place is ok. Not great, but not bad for the price. Room is small although it had a refrigerator, microwave, safe, mini coffee maker. However be aware of the cooling system. In our room it wasn't good at all. The King size bed was comfortable but the pillows are terrible. Bathroom is very small but clean. Nice view out of the window of a cozy pond in the back. Peaceful and quiet. This place is good for one night, if we were staying two I would go next door the the Holiday inn Express next door.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. My girlfriend lost her phone and the entire staff helped us in our search. I can't say enough about the people working there. I would stay again for sure!

Everything was fine and dandy until we found cock roaches running around our room. We were a little weary considering past reviews mentioning bed bugs, but they were years old so we figured things have changed since then. Unfortunately we figured wrong, and needless to say we didn't stick around to find more unexpected "guests". You get what you pay for. We had to leave at 2:00am to drive back home.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly accommodating and helpful. They went above and beyond to help make my family comfortable. I was surprised at the options they had available for breakfast: Fruit cups, yogurt, bread for toast, waffles, cinnamon rolls, tea and coffee, oatmeal, cereal, orange juice. Some might complain about the options but not me! My children and I were very content. The rooms were just dandy and everything was clean. Next time we visit we will stay here again.

The rooms are clean and the building is upkept. I do wish the breakfast was better but I guess you can't have everything. It did seem expensive for what we got though.

Was in a gorgeous area within walking distance of the hotel. Our window looked out on the lake and we could see deer near the water. Also, right across the street is Wegman's, the best grocery store on the planet. The staff were friendly, the rooms might be a bit small, but served our purpose. Also, one of the few hotels who allows dogs. Great price, and we got our military discount.

The front desk called complained to us 4-5 times telling us we were being noisy when we were trying to sleep. We tried to explain that we were not making noise, but the woman at the front desk said we should stop watching tv, walking, or showering. We weren't doing any of those things. These complaints against us lasted until 3am and during this time we were constantly being woken by either a phone call or a knock on the door from the front desk.

Took one room with two queen sized beds, and one washroom. Very comfy place! Might need a better Wi-Fi speed, but otherwise it is a good place to sleep in for a couple of nights.

Nice place nothing fancy but good price and clean.

I don't smoke & the whole motel smells like smoke. They say it's a NON SMOKING motel well it isn't. It hits you as soon as you walk in. It's disgusting. The heater/AC doesn't work. They also have tube tv's. The TV probably is 10 years old. Only 2 positives. The kid working the desk was great & it's a great location. If you want lung cancer this is your place. If you have kids & don't smoke, do not come here. Fo to the Econo Lodge down the street. I left Super 8 after 2 hrs. The front desk person let me leave.

The room and bathroom was clean. Not very many accommodations but a very good price.

The beds are very nice and the pillows are great! I just wish the bathroom fan wasn't so loud :/ ALSO I would love a lobby area with a couch and Wi-Fi to hang out with my group at the hotel when traveling.

No hot water. Old antiquated hotel with old antiquated TVs.

Basic accommodations, great value, friendly staff, 1st floor suite with fridge, micro and jacuzzi. Overlooking a small lake w/Canadian geese. Access road onto property is in horrid shape, tho.

The motel was decent. Their breakfast is consitered prosced muffans and kenenberg coffee. The rooms are better if you get a room upstairs in the right cornner facing a swamp. Feel free to take as many mints as you want, their small. I recomend eating pizza at pontillows pizza. The front desk will tell you where it is.
