Charming hotel with a Spanish flair. Lovely people. Rooms are clean and comfortable. This is my second time here and I’m not sure I’ll go anywhere else when I visit beautiful Santa Fe.

Very disappointed. Reservation process was screwed up. Room was not made up each day. Clock did not keep time and alarm went off arbitrarily throughout the night. Sink drain didn’t work. Telephone didn’t work. Patio door would not lock. Got back to our room on the evening of our third scheduled day and our keycards would not work. All in all we expected more out of this supposedly upscale establishment. Would not recommend it to anyone.

Im not quite sure this hotel is worth the high price tag. 1) The only option to get to our room was by stairs outside, it was raining this weekend so that sucked having to be soaked going into your room. There was a huge puddle outside our room everyday. 2) Having stairs also apparently means you must take your own luggage to your room. And lug it upstairs. In the pouring rain 3) Also if you request a crib, they have to lug it outside and upstairs. It is a regular crib with wheels so I was weirded out by that as my baby has to sleep on something being lugged outside in the dust and the rain. 4) Our sink, shower and toilet are crammed into this tiny space. And we have a "deluxe fireplace suite! " 5) I also agree with others that the living room is awkward and the furniture is not conducive for sitting. 6) The bed is comfy yes but smells like B. O, bad! 7) Wifi did not work and my phone kept alerting me that it was not a safe connection.

Beautiful hotel with excellent service. The beds were very comfy but the furniture in the room was not. Hard couch and chair. I would definitely stay here again for everything else.

This hotel was so wonderful that I hated to leave. The FRIENDLIEST staff I have ever encountered at a hotel anywhere! The hotel was sweet and quaint and it felt more like bungalows than a hotel. Right in the center of town. PERFECT LOCATION! I will never stay anywhere but this hotel every time we come to Santa Fe! Thank you to all the staff but a special thanks to Liam, Zach, Angel and bartender Owen! Thank you all for making our stay extra special!

Would definitely stay here again. The staff was great, the restaurant upstairs is amazing, and the low rider bar was a lot of fun!

I spent 6 days at this lovely, quiet and well situated hotel. Walking distance to the plaza, and free bus stopis close by. Lovely and helpful staff. Pricing was reasonable given how central and quiet it is. I would definitely stay here again when in Santa Fe.

Quaint and adorable but upgraded with current amenities. Friendly staff halped us find a perfect dinner spot and even called ahead for us to hold us a spot before they closed. Will definitely return on our next visit.

My experience here was wonderful. The staff were extremely helpful and available when we needed something, and the location right if the historic square downtown is phenomenal. The hotel is beautiful and the room was immaculate and so cozy.

Fantastic hotel. Great service. Beautiful and comfortable rooms. In the middle of all santa Fe has to offer. You got shops, street vendors, museums, restaurants and galleries. All within walking distance. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a good place to stay in Santa Fe.

One of the less expensive options to stay in the heart of historic Santa Fe. A restaurant and bar downstairs with friendly staff and yummy dishes. There is a $25 resort fee for each day. This is consistent with all the Heritage branded hotels in the area.

We had a great stay at this hotel. Just off of the old town square, it is very centrally located near all the shops and restaurants. The staff was outstanding. Mr. Alex Salinas was extremely professional and courteous. We will definitely stay here again.

The rooms are nice but the room we got had steep stairs and no elevator, my wife had her knees replaced she had a hard time getting up the stairs. Not enough parking had to double park and had to give my keys to the clerk so they could move the car. I hope they don't mess up my car, it's a new car.

A wonderful, cozy hotel! The bed was comfortable, and they made a fire for us in the fireplace upon request. The lobby bar was fun and reasonably priced, and the central location was perfect. I would stay here again.

Literally unbelievable for the price. Amazing room and amazing staff that were so welcoming to us and our pets. Would stay here again in a heartbeat and actually wish we could stay longer❤️

The hotel is in a perfect location, within walking distance to everything in downtown Santa Fe. Price is reasonable, and the size of the rooms in general large. It is older and in need of a lifetime TLC. Very helpful staff.

Love this place! Right off the Plaza, friendly staff all around, and many rooms with fireplaces that they'll light up for you during cooler months. Very comfy Southwestern digs at reasonable prices. Only downside is that you have to walk elsewhere for breakfast, though there are several quality places nearby. Covered parking is a plus.

A nice little quaint place just off the plaza. While it is pretty dated and the rooms are small, it does have everything you need. The staff are very friendly and service oriented. The place is very conveniently located just off the plaza within walking distance of all of the shops and restaurants around the plaza.

It took me 50 years to get around to book a room with a fire place, and I'm really sorry I haven't done it before. It's 36 degrees outside and nice and toasty inside. Downside, the restaurant, while good, needs to update their prices on their website. We arrived late in the evening and decided to just grab a couple of burgers on site. The website said they cost 11 bucks a piece. 48 dollars later, we had two hamburgers. If I hadn't had been so tired, I would've gone elsewhere. On the bright side, they were really good burgers. Other than that, we're having a wonderful time here in Santa Fe. Strongly recommend this property.

Stayed here several times over several years. Have always been extremely pleased with accommodations and value. Excellent location! Securing reservations through Heritage Hotels central booking system (ESPECIALLY MARY! ) is a MUST. She is a valuable asset to the Heritage corporation.

Great place great people but we were in a Jr. Suite that was wonderful until about 4am… evedy morning for a week we were woken up by trash pickup from the side street.

Be careful about booking this hotel. Watch your bill carefully. I booked a junior suite for my nephew for his honeymoon and they were happy to take my credit card information. They asked him for his card for incidentals. At check out they made him pay for the rooms instead of charging my card because he swiped his card which they said caused my card to fall out of the system. They would not reverse and were very biligerent on the phone. Be careful what you think you are getting at this hotel.

Great hotel for fitting into the general Santa Fe theme. Adobe, ristras, and tile everywhere. Bathrooms are small and old-fashioned, but wouldn't fit into the theme otherwise.

We always stay here two nights on our way to Colorado. It is a great walking distance from museums, restaurants, shopping and the square. We stay in a pet friendly room and our dogs love it here as much as we do. Get the room with the fireplace, worth it! The bar and restaurant is really fun here. The bed is so comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay.

Perfect location around the corner from the Plaza — steps away but out of fray. Alyssa was super helpful. Loved our room. Old world style with modern amenities. Beds were as good or better as any upscale chain. Would have loved to stay for several nights. Courtyard quiet & friendly, bar casual & social. Highly recommend.

This is a remarkable boutique property with unique rooms and public areas. Important to note, however, the air-conditioning does not function individually by room. Its either all heat or all a/c throughout the hotel. At this time of year we found it stifling on the upper floor. Also, this hotel does not serve breakfast, but there are many places within a few steps that do. All in all this is a fine and beautiful property: we will be back!

Beautiful and unique hotel. Close to the shops and restaurants of Santa fe. Be aware that even though they advertise having air conditioning (and I reserved a room promising ac), they only have heat for a good portion of the year. And apparently its not possible to turn it off. So I turned on my ac, left for a few hours to stop and returned to my room being a sauna. While this was very uncomfortable and inconvenient, they went the extra mile to attempt to accommodate me. I appreciate all they did to make it right, still I'd have much rather had a bedroom with air conditioning, especially considering I paid for it. Before booking, I recommend you call to ensure they can deliver on their promises.

Lovely small boutique hotel, right off the Plaza. My one criticism would be that the heating and a/c are on one central system, so if the hotel has the heat going it is not possible to run a/c in the room. The nights were a little warm. Other than that, a very charming place — — I'd come here again.

The courtyard is really neat. Stairs as soon as you walk in aren't the best, but aren't horrible. Beds comfy, showers warm.

Fantastic upscale hotel with great prices, at least when compared to competitors in the downtown area. The bar in the hotel is excellent. It has a lowrider culture theme that manages to maintain a classy yet fun appeal. There is a restaurant upstairs that is quite pricey but worth a visit. Something else worth mentioning is the parking garage. Many hotels near the plaza don't have one and it will save you in the summer heat. The location is terrific, it's a literal stone throw to the plaza square.

It was an interesting small hotel with authentic artisan made furnishings. It is an excellent location right near the centre of town.

GREAT experience. Rustic hotel with the best service. We had joining rooms that connected via a private staircase. Shawnh and Frank provided us with the best service… better than many places we have stayed in our years of travel. Right off the plaza. We had two teens and Shawnh and Frank went above and beyond to help keep them entertained. We had a great stay and will stay here on our next trip to SF, NM. We have no complaints. Thanks :-)

I have had many experiences of this hotel. This particular trip I was being put up at a private casita so I didn't stay. I took pictures for an article I'm writing and they featured the long "outdoor corridor" which is so attractive. It path has a few levels and each room feels separate and luxurious. I did eat at the exquisite Estefan restaurant. The very best part of the hotel and restaurant is the ultra friendly and genuine service from staff in all areas. I will be returning soon!

We went to Estefan's restaurant there before a show at the Lensic. It was a pleasant atmosphere with good food and friendly, efficient service. I haven't stayed at the hotel as a guest, but the facilities looked very nice.

They are our favorite hotel to stay at when we go to Santa Fe… Beautiful rooms, very comfortable! And they even upgraded our hotel this last stay for our honeymoon free of charge! Excellent staff very friendly and very helpful!

We stayed here during our honeymoon and loved it! We were a block away for market square and could walk to almost every restaurant and store we wanted to see. Our room was filled with furniture and art from local people which made it very intriguing. The bar downstairs had very nice bartenders and the staff was very helpful anytime we asked a question. We plan on going back as soon as we can.
