An Oasis in the area. The staff was great. They have a driver that will take you to downtown and will come back and get you. The condo was clean and well furnished. They have a hot tub and a pool. There is a grill to cook on. Great place to stay.

I had a stay-cation for my last birthday here. Me and my girlfriend enjoyed that it was near downtown but still quiet. No swimming pool but they have a hot tub. There's coffee in the lobby and also have a shuttle (we didn't use but seen it). We had a great weekend and it's a nice get away. Don't expect a full service hotel but it's a nice getaway and close to downtown.

We had an amazing stay at the Villas de santa Fe. The front desk was extremely helpful and accommodating. This resort has many amenities including washers and dryers, at no additional charge, and including detergent and fabric softeners. I was also able to check out movies from the resort library every night. The front lobby is welcoming and great to relax in with a book.

Great resort in heart of Santa Fe. Excellent staff who went the extra mile to provide the best service. Even a free shuttle bus to take you to the main centres of attraction. Excellent room, huge apartment with large bedroom, nice bathroom, well equipped kitchen and nice big lounge. Two huge flats creep TV sets so no argument over channels.

This is a great hotel they have to heated spas and one heated pool. For entertainment you can rent DVD's for free from the front desk along with multiple board games and decks of cards. They also have a pool table. It is less than a 10 minute walk to downtown Santa Fe and very close drive to multiple stores and attractions for young kids.

Very comfortable, very clean, very accommodating. The rooms are spacious and the kitchen modern and more than sufficient for any meal. The staff was very responsive to all of our needs and even provided laundry supplies. The workout room is clean with high-end equipment. We loved our stay and will certainly be back!

The rooms are clean and well appointed. The staff is very friendly and are willing to help with a variety of requests. The hotel offers a shuttle that will take you into the plaza as well. Would definitely stay here again!

It's near a great part of town for shopping, dining and museums. The suites are very spacious. The staff was all very friendly. Not all rooms have a patio/balcony, but there are designated smoking areas close to each building. The area is not very well lit at night though.

Location very near center plaza. Plus they have a complimentary shuttle. Rooms were comfortable and spacious. Not top quality but high quality. No restaurant at hotel, but plenty of places nearby. Also Sprouts and Albertsons very close.

My mom and I loved the hotel. We were able to walk downtown or drive somewhere else if we needed to. The room was also very nice and we had space to ourselves. Our only complaint was that our door shocked us every time we tried to open it.

Nice place to stay. Our room was clean and the units with a kitchenette are a really great way to economize for the week. The location is outstanding, just a short walk from the plaza. Only issue was the military barracks feeling I got, could use an update to room decor. Additionally the front desk person that let us in to the hotel (we drove and arrived at 2:30 am on 3/25) was so unfriendly it bordered on hostility so that's the other reason for an overall 3 star review. I'd still stay again and recommend the hotel. The rest of the staff was super friendly and the hot tubs were fun.

Large units within a easy walks to the plaza in Santa Fe. Each unit has a nice size kitchen, dining area, sofa and club chair. Judge separate bedroom with a king size bed. Make up area and bathroom in each unit. There is a small but functional outside balcony too.

This is a fantastic mini resort with amazing customer service. Completely customer focused with fantastic amenities. Would recommend to anybody looking to spend some time in Santa Fe.

Super clean even under the beds. You can tell they really care about cleanliness. Housekeeping team are so friendly, Noe and Brenda are your go to people when you need something. About 5 minutes from the main plaza at downtown Santa Fe.

The staff is very helpful and professional. Excellent place to stay with your family. We booked three rooms for our family. Kid friendly. Rooms have everything you need. Kitchen was well stocked. Views from the rooms are beautiful. Gas grills were very convenient. Location was perfect. With in walking distance of downtown, a mall and several grocery stores.

Overall, loved the amenities and the staff. The shuttle service was convenient in the cold and for places that are difficult to park at. The hot tub was indeed hot. The room was very clean and spacious. The kitchenette was awesome and I wish we got to use it more. I liked the lobby and having so many things available for our stay. Definitely a place you would be comfortable for a longer stay. It’s within walking distance to a ton of downtown which was great. No big complaints, it met expectations for sure.

We are frequent guests of the Villas de Santa Fe, and love it every time we come back. The location is great, easy to get to and centrally located, only walking distance to get to The Plaza. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the rooms are always impeccable.

A bit on the pricey side when we stayed, but overall a nice place to spend Christmas Eve in Santa Fe. They also offer a shuttle ride over to Canyon Road for the "Running of the Gringos" if you are so inclined…

We have stayed here several times. Has a place to be able to cook and a full size fridge. So close to the plaza!

We stay here every time we area in town. Great location, wonderful beds. We love it here.

We stayed a week as part of a timeshare exchange through Interval International. The facilities were very nice in a very convenient location. The Santa Fe central plaza in the historic district was a short, less than 10 minute, walk and presented a wide variety of dining options. You can also easily walk to a large shopping area with several supermarkets. The location is a major selling point. We stayed in a one bedroom condo with a kitchen and living room area. The kitchen was well equipped but does lack an oven. Washers and dryers are located in the main visitor center but not in the individual unit. This was only a minor inconvenience. The staff were excellent and provided great service every time they were engaged. I would not hesitate to make a return visit.

Used this as part of my RCI timeshare… Clean but location was just outside of historic Santa Fe area — a bit too far to walk though they had a shuttle that was very convenient. Would not recommend staying here if you want to get an authentic taste of Santa Fe.

Great resort in Santa Fe. Lovely apartments, stocked so you don't have to eat all your meals out, plenty of room, nicely and comfortably furnished — all the comforts of home, plus resort style amenities — pool, hot tubs, gym, concierge, free shuttles, etc. Totally turn key. Plus close to everything and walkable into downtown Santa Fe. What more could anyone want?

Great Place! Awesome rooms and amenities but they have one of those horrible mechanical diffusers blowing so much chemical scent into the lobby it gives me a headache. So… I avoid the lobby as much as possible but it's the only way into the fitness center and pool areas.

My wife, son and I spent a highly enjoyable few days with you at Villas de Sante Fe, Diamond Resorts. Its location is ideal not far off the freeway and within walking distance of Sante Fe Plaza with a free Shuttle Bus if needed. While the shopping precinct is a 5 minute car drive. The accommodation was ideal for our particular needs. The self-catering helped balance having to eat out while the rooms themselves were great. In addition the pool was lovely and crucially for us, as we tour America, there was a free laundry. Most important of all the staff could not have been more helpful and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble for them.

I stayed there with friends from out of town. I was impressed with the quality and feel of the towels and linens. The fixtures and amenities were very nice but the decorating was sterile and unimaginative. They could use someone with an eye towards color and design.

I rented a place here for a few days. They sold my phone number and now I get telemarketing calls from an offshore Indian call center about 2-3 times a week and they won't take my off their list. Only stay here if that's something you enjoy.

Very nice rooms and great location. Frank and Sara at the front desk are fantastic. Very friendly and accommodating and we used the property's shuttle service numerous times and also took the short walk to and from the plaza as well.

It's very clean and well maintained. They have complementary shuttle service to the site setting area of town. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Kitchen is well stocked. I would stay here again.

Rooms were great and service was good. Price was also great! Walking distance from the square is short, about 10 minutes, and is very peaceful.

The room was nice but the beds were very short and fairly hard. My feet hung over the edge and I tossed and turned all night. One of the nights I stayed here, the room next to us was outrageously loud and the front desk did nothing to stop it. Many people asked them to keep it down and many noise complaints were made but the front desk just apologized to us and didn't take action. At 6:40 a. M. The police finally showed up and told them to stop. Through all this the management refused to move the perpetrators or even warn them to stop. This room was too expensive for the management to not take care of such a trashy crowd.

Quiet and comfortable destination located close enough to good restaurants and shopping areas that you can get a little exercise while you enjoy the fresh air and experience of New Mexico's atmosphere.

I like the apartment style hotel of this hotel in stead of the studio style of most others. Staff are nice. Amenities are not worth $10 a day but they're sufficient.

Not a place I can recommend. The positive: fixtures and common area are in good condition, 15 minute walk to downtown, good Wi-Fi 5 Mbps. The negative: staff unhappy, demotivated, zero courtesy, not even a hint of a smile. $10 daily "resort fee" but were refused shuttle service on our last day because we were checking out. Garbage truck comes at six am.

Great room and very spacious. The staff was very helpful and even offered to take us to the square for a dinner RSVP. I have stayed here twice and look forward to staying again hopefully very soon.

Great place but they need to add blue rays in the rooms. DVDs are old school.

I have to admit there are some things going for this place. Public use grills outside, a (small) pool and a couple hot tubs, fridge and kitchenette in room (great for saving money and not always eating out), split bathroom for getting read, close proximity to the square, and overall cleanly enough. That said, I will not be returning to or recommending this place. When I made the reservation, I made sure to reserve a room with a King Sized bed. Upon arrival, the front desk failed to mention that we had been switched to 2 full sized beds. When we arrived in our room and saw this we called the front desk. After being put on hold and being told to make a reservation next time (uh, we did, which is why we are calling), they told us "the General Manager makes final decisions on who gets what rooms. " Here is what that sounds like to a customer: "you are second class to someone else who wanted a King bed, so they got your room, and we are compensating you at all for not honoring your reservation. " How can they call it a reservation if we aren't guaranteed it? This was part of a romantic vacation with my husband, and we ended up in a bed smaller than what we sleep in at home, not so conducive to romance.
