This was a very nice place to stay while visiting family in town. It was nice and quiet at night and they offer a good breakfast in the morning.

Mostly clean but old. They are remodeling so I would stay again. Maybe 10 minute drive to downtown. Good restaurants a short drive or a 20 min walk away. Lobby is beautiful. Pool small and dirty.

Don’t trust what the people at the front desk tell you when checking in. I reserved the room at a certain rate online but asked about a government discount once we got there. The 2 staff at the front desk said we would save a few dollars on the first night (which was the most expensive night) but that the other 2 nights would stay the same rate that I originally booked (about $20 cheaper). That was a lie! They changed the rates of my last 2 nights to match the first nights rate and ended up making my whole stay more expensive. I tried to have it corrected upon check out, but the staff was rude, basically called me a liar, and ultimately tried to make it my fault for wanting to save a few bucks! Terrible customer service! Throughout the stay, I ignored a lot of things (like calling the front desk for things and never getting them) but this was the icing on the cake! Save yourself and stay somewhere else… I’ll be calling corporate today!

Service is always good, comfortable, this time seems like redoing stuff as wslls closet doors were taken down.

Horrible! Checked in and once settled within 15 minutes we discovered no running water. Asked the front desk what was going on and was informed they were working on it. She knew there was no water when we checked in but didnt feel the need to let us know. Next… party and stampede on the second floor directly above us. Asked front desk to address two times. They did nothing and it continued for hours into the night. Will be demanding a refund!

I never write bad reviews. Ever. So keep that in mind. We were going to get in late the night we booked a room here, with a baby. The first thing we noticed was a door to a room that was clearly "under construction"… Which was an eye sore to say the least. When we got to our room it smelled like fresh paint. With no ventilation, there was no way we could stay there with our baby. My husband called the front desk to see if we could switch rooms, but our only options were to PAY MORE MONEY to upgrade or cancel our reservation. Again, we got there at 11 PM. My husband asked to speak to the manager. The front desk said they'd talk to them and get back to us. When they got back to us, they assured us we were WRONG about the paint smell and no one else who has used the room had noticed it since it was painted a month ago… We cancelled our reservation. Five minutes later we were in the lobby leaving and "all of a sudden" there was a "cancellation" and they had another room available. Sorry too late. Terrible customer service. Terrible. Thankfully we found a wonderful room at another place and slept peacefully without chemical smells.

The entrance of the building was great. But once checked in: sink and tub drainage we're back up. No place to hang clothes, only one television for a very large room, not enough mirrors, and pool was not big. On the website it looks like a big pool but in person it is not.

This hotel has potential. The rooms are nice and good for the rates. Biggest complaint was with the service and manager. I booked multiple rooms for a long period of time and received a voicemail with the GM thinking our booking was a mistake but would not cancel it even if it was. I am now staying at the doubletree during my business visits.

Beautiful rooms, and amazing front staff. The room service staff as a little aggressive. Knocked on my door at 9am, and then stared me down as I left at 10:30am.

Room was smaller than the ones I syayed at other comfort suites. A bit dated and old room and furniture. Bathroom had visible repairs that were not finished/patched up cleanly.

We like this place. Free night time cookies. Good breakfast bar. It is a little hard to see from the road so pay attention. A nice location that is sort out of the way of busy downtown yet on a major road into town.

Typical Comfort Suites. Although the bathroom in my room was fairly small. Facility is need of complete renovation as things look dreary. Our bed was somewhat mushy and sagged. Breakfast was typical although there was fresh made oatmeal not one of those instant packages. Get room away from Cerrillos street side. Management told us a renovation was coming in 2018 so check status could be a mess if ongoing.

The rooms are nice an clean, bed good, TV suck, someone from the desk had to come turn it on if you turn it off an need to turn it back on you would have to call an get someone to come turn on again don't have any ideal way but never have I had to have someone to have to come An turn on a TV not in an old place needless to say it suck, the AC really suck turn it on to get the room nice an cool for bed put on high an it wouldn't hardly blow tried ever thing an never did get the room cool an hear it is in late October you could not hardly even fill it blowing you would think you would not have this going on at a Comfort Suites we stay in them all the time stuff like this make you think way am I paying $120.00 a night for this to me this is unasettble. I really like Comfort Suites but this really needs to be address are they be come a motel 6 I really would like a answer to this problem to the Comfort Suites in Santa Fa on 3348 Cerrillos Rd. It was one of my worst nights I've ever spent.

The worst! The place was filthy and the staff was rude but, that's not the worst part… after we left they left a voicemail claiming we had stolen one of their pillows. We immediately checked our credit card statement and they tried to charge us for a pillow! Of course, we disputed this charge and got a refund from the credit card company. So, they tried to steal $20 from us. Of course it didn't happen, but they tried!

Comfort Suites was an excellent choice. The room was clean, the beds were comfy, and the staff was friendly and very informative. The free breakfast contained many choices and coffee, tea and hot chocolate were available throughout the day. The location was excellent, close to many stores, gas stations, and even Starbucks!

Great place to stay. Very personable and helpful staff. Room is comfortable and clean. The beds are very comfortable and I slept well. Right on Cerrillos which is an easy drive to old town. Would recommend.

To put things in perspective, I was travelling on business. The room was nicely done and large with a separate sofa area (hence the name, "suite"). It was everything I needed and very clean. Plenty of power outlets and the Wi-Fi worked great. The shower was nice and hot. Breakfast was about what you expect — — waffles were probably the best thing and a dispensing container of warm syrup was provided. I found the location to be convenient. Basically, I was pleased and would easily stay here again.

The room was great, except for the missing TV remote. They served the best hotel breakfast we've had in a long time.

I loved it here my daughter and husband slept so comfortable actually we all did. We all relaxed and enjoyed the pool and spa very much after driving for hours and the breakfast in the morning was very good, great choice.

Our room is clean, the hotel is quiet during the night, and the staff is friendly. Nothing extraordinary overall but cleanliness is my number one consideration so I'm very pleased.

It was good, nothing memorable, typical clean hotel. Nice staff. Kinda pricey for what your getting, but in this area I've noticed that you pay more for cleanliness than anything else really. So from that aspect, I'd rather pay a bit more for a clean room than get a bargain for a dingy place. Location was pretty convenient, close to food, entertain and shopping areas.

The bed was comfortable. The lighting was adequate as was the number and placement of outlets. The air conditioner was fairly noisy. Jacuzzi could have been better. Breakfast was included and standard. Grounds well maintained.

The most comfortable beds I've ever slept in a hotel. Really nice breakfast! Helpful staff. Clean rooms. Will book here again.

We were going to be passing through Santa Fe on our way to Colorado, and needed a place to stay the night. We didn't want to pay a lot, by we also didn't want to be in a place that was loud, scary, or dirty. After looking at the reviews for this hotel, I made the decision to book it. Got here, and was more than pleased. Good location, clean and large rooms, good breakfast, good customer service, and a great experience. I highly recommend stayin here!

We came in very late. The front desk person was not the friendliest person, but the room was exactly was we wanted it, and the breakfast was what you would expect.

We had the most unpleasant experience at this hotel and would encourage visitors to Santa Fe to stay elsewhere. We had a problem with our booking at this hotel, and when we asked the desk clerk, Juliana, to help us, she was absolutely horrid — — the rudest, most unhelpful person I have ever met in the hotel industry. We asked to speak to her manager, seeing as she had no interest in helping us solve our booking issue. She quickly replied that there was no manager and that she had no boss. Of course, we knew that wasn't the case, and told her so. Then she agreed to call her manager directly and leave a message with him to call us. That never happened and I'm pretty sure she didn't bother to call him. Frankly, I have always thought the best customer service is when the person seeks out their manager when they don't feel they can solve the customer's problem directly. I believe that's just good business. When I called later that afternoon to inquire whether she had contacted her boss on our behalf, she became very snippy and said that she was busy helping another guest. At that point, I just gave up and we ended up staying elsewhere. Fellow travelers, there are plenty of other wonderful places to stay in Santa Fe, where the customer experience is exceptional and every guest is treated with the utmost respect and care. I would recommend the El Ray Inn, a local and historic favorite that is very well run.

Came into the front desk to check in. We had two different rooms that were supposed to be right next to each other (we even called ahead to ensure that they were close together). When we checked in the front desk person tells us that we would not be rooming close together and then proceeds to put the blame on the customer. After we continue to talk to the front desk person to try to get a pair of rooms that were close together he then claims that he has the right to refuse service. Needless to say this will be the last time we will be a customer at this hotel.

Good service, rooms in good shape, comfortable and not too loud. Great deal for the price.

Stayed 3 nights. Very nice clean updated hotel. Super fast internet! Nice big flat TV with plenty of channels. Bed was very comfortable. Soft and firm pillows. Big rooms. Water pressure in shower was good. Staff was friendly. Breakfast is ok. 5 star for the price.

We were in Santa Fe on a recent trip and only had 1 day to re-visit the city. This hotel was very nice, in keeping with the Santa Fe brand. It was about 15 minutes in heavy traffic to the downtown area, which was convenient enough for this trip. We arrived early & were allowed early access to the room. For some reason, our reservation was for a day after our arrival and the rate we reserved was no longer available & that was unfortunate. I've never had a problem with the Choice Hotels reservation system and I think it had something to do with a day of arrival reservation. That's all I can think of. Anyway, the hotel was good, my only concern was with the reservation system & a little abruptness of the front desk attendant, although he did allow us early room access, but at a significantly higher room rate. Other than that, this was an excellent hotel.
