Very disappointed that no where on the app or website does it say the pool area is closed due to COVID. We booked a weekend here with our young daughter because it has a pool. Upon arrival there is a sign in the lobby that stated the pool was closed indefinitely due to COVID.

The staff was friendly but sadly my fridge, microwave, and coffee machine were dirty. They had signs everywhere that they sanitize but there was a half filled bottle of water behind the night stand. I was like okay how sanitized is it then? I am glad I bring my wipes everywhere with me. Stayed this month came all the way from Long Island New York.

Just got here but so far dinner was good. And the rooms are very clean.

Fire alarm went off and had to call 3 times at night to have an "engineer" to shut it off. In-room dining greasy dishes and trash piled up at the corner exit to stairs which I had to call all day and took a photo before they took care of it.

Awesome place, great people, great food and indoor pool. Never stayed in such a beautiful hotel before. Rooms are so luxurious and spacious I can’t believe I got such a great deal. Will stay here every time I could!

I always have a great stay when I’m here. Staff is awesome and they have large rooms and great amenities.

I travel often (as I'm typing this it is my 6th out of 7 nights in a hotel) and not very picky about hotels. We stayed here 2 nights for a banquet. The service in the restaurant was extremely slow and worse at the banquet. The quality of the restaurant food was ok but the banquet was absolutely disgusting. The place is set up like a big indoor court yard with no hallways and you can hear every conversation in the bar / restaurant all the way up to the 5th floor. It would be no problem if folks were repectful but the hotel was filled with kid hockey and dance groups. The asshole parents sitting in the "court yard" let their animal kids run wild on every level, yelling and knocking on doors. Occasionally the parents would contribute to the disturbance by yelling up to the kids. A useless security guard just stood there playing on this cell phone. Mind you as I am typing this at 12:30 AM the animals are still at it. Oh yeah, 2 of the 4 elevators are inoperable. This is definitely not a hotel I would ever recommend.

Seriously. Ok breakfast, but ends at 9:30 am. A bit early. Staying here to visit family during the holiday season (week between xmas and nye), and… the bar closes at 10 pm? No one told us this before booking. Would never have booked here, since we're here to visit family, then need to decompress after. But. Bar is closed. They say it goes back after January 5th? Also insane that we get 3 towels in a suite that sleeps up to 6. Sigh.

The girl at front desk was amazing, I did digital check in so it took 2 seconds to swipe my card and hand me my keys. Pool area was nice we went in late for adult swim there were 3 kids still but quiet and well behaved so we didn't mind. (However there's a security guard posted in there sitting with sunglasses on at 10pm and apparently don't know their pool rules odd! LoL Breakfast was good, lots of choices and an omelet station. The inside of the hotel Itself is very nice and feels like your outside. The rooms are spacious and very nice. All in all if I'm ever in the area again we will be staying here!

The breakfast could have been a little better… the bacon didn't even taste like bacon… dinner was good. Service was fantastic!

Just stayed one night with the family (6 of us). We fit comfortably… room was clean… staff was friendly… breakfast was good and the omelet chef was quick with orders even though the line seemed long… pool was clean but maybe a little over on the chlorine… would recommend to stay.
