It's an ok place. I chose this one over others for free breakfast, but it was only coffee in morning hours with a bar and muffin which they call breakfast. Compared to other places coffee is whole day available and breakfast has bread and many other choices. The room rent for one (as displayed on door) is $200/day. On that price this hotel gives almost nothing. The staff is easily provoked and ever-ready to insult customers/fight, especially the cleaning lady, instead of focusing in her work, jumps in between the transactional conversation with high temper. The reception lady takes all personal calls and makes customer wait till her personal hi/hello is done each time she gets a phone call. They lack the basic training of customer service. Instead it seems that all the staff comes from one family and living here as if their home and not a working place.

Not worth the money beds are not comfortable bedding is outdated. Kitchen stove doesn't go to boil. Air conditioner struggles to work and TV has lines in it. Needs serious serious update. Furniture looks 15 years old. Hallways are scary carpets yuck. So surprised because the outside is GREAT LOOKING but the inside no. This stay was last minute so if you need last minute stay for emergency then YES. For lavish or comfortable vacationing with your money that's a No.

Excellent service and cleanliness.

The rooms are beautiful and very happy with the bathroom. The kitchens are perfect for quick small meals. The Wi-Fi was absolutely terrible. I was in room 134 and it didn't even reach my room. The soap provided was nearly not enough if you are a person that showers twice a day like myself. But other then that TV, bed, space was all pretty much perfect.

This hotel is not the most updated, but in cost it's pretty reasonable. I stayed there for 10 days and it was fine, but nothing special.

My room was extremely noisey both through the walls and from the guest above me. This location has no workout room (not even a treadmill) and the Wi-Fi is unusable without paying 4 or 5 dollars a night extra to bump up to just acceptable speeds. Do not recommend for business travel.

I arrived at midnight after a late flight, hoping to get a good night's rest. The woman at the counter was pleasant, but the room was about 80 degrees and the person in the next room over had their TV loudly blaring, so I requested a different room. The only other room was their "model room" which they apparently don't give to many customers. Yet it smelled heavily like smoke and the fan did not work. I tried to sleep there anyway, but about 5 minutes later a group of people walked out of their room taking like it was 2 PM. I left and went to the DoubleTree. This hotel is clearly a home for a lot of low income people, and I recommend avoiding it.

Easily the worst hotel I have stayed in. Dirty from the lobby to the room. Trash under the sink, dirty dishes, terrible mattress and musty stale smell. Cracked flaking paint, chipped walls and filthy carpets. I only stayed the one night because it was late when I arrived. The only reason it gets two stars is the staff was pleasant. Obviously not too hard working but pleasant. Don't stay there.

Reasonable price, clean accommodations and awesome staff.

Rooms were clean. Friendly courteous service. Wi-Fi was iffy.

Great Staff with awesome service. They anticipated my needs to provide the ultimate guess experience. The next time I travel to New Jersey I'll be staying at Extended Stay.

Slow noisy lift. On the go breakfast. Friendly staff. Quite street. Walk to restaurants.

Hotel is not Clean. Upon Arriving Soup was spilled all over front entrance. Bag of dirty linen just laying on side of building for 2 days. Tub had pubic hair in it, I mean a lot. Lamp shade are filthy and dusty. Carpet filled with Stains. Bathroom mirror had some kind of disgusting funk on it. Towels are stained and thinned out for wear. Stay clear away.

I recommend this hotel… they're early afternoon staff are absolutely wonderful, very helpful and extremely friendly, rooms are very clean, price was reasonable, had full size refrigerator, microwave and cook top, also had flat screen t. V. A. C. Unit worked fair, temperature really didn't change when set to a cooler temp… breakfast was simple, mini muffins, breakfast cereal bars, coffee, tea Would definitely stay again!

The staff was wonderful. We stayed there for 3 days and employees were great. From giving us utensils to finding our lost items to providing us with tickets for the statue of liberty. I will definitely recommend this place.

This place is beyond disgusting. The night staff is rude, the hotel is unsanitary and I would not recommend this place to anyone. When I first arrived in my room, there was a fridge full of pizza in tinfoil and a half eaten container of cookies. When I went to bed that night I found a moldy slim jim under the covers. This is disgusting. On top of all this, the hallways smell like weed. After my experience here, I will not ever be returning to any Extended Stay’s and I will be recommending to my work that they do not put anyone up in these hotels — ever. My experience here was absolutely horrible. I recommend you train your staff how to treat guests as well as your cleaning crew how to clean.

Place was clean but front desk was lazy. Did not want to bring additional pillows and blankets to the room. They insisted we come down and get it ourselves. The room was clean and there was an air ventilation system which you could control the temperature yourself thankfully, as the room was Antartica upon our entrance.

Awesome location, friendly staff, well maintained property, neat and clean, value for money.

This hotel is listed as 2.5*, it's not. Fairly rude staff at check in, better in the morning. My 2nd stay at this property and my last.

Had issues with the air-conditioning and they didn't fix it or move me.

Rooms are OK. Not cleaned everyday though. Breakfast is included but is crap and useless.

Non smoking room that smelt like an ashtray. Had one too. Nice bathroom though.

Everything was great except for the free breakfast they say they have, this is very poor.

Overall the experience was just okay. Customer service was absolutely phenomenal. The staff was very accommodating. The room itself was sub par. The air vent in the bathroom was COMPLETELY covered in dust. Almost all of the surfaces were dusty and/or dirty. Cleanliness of the room would completely fail an inspection. Glad I brought my own disinfecting wipes.

Facilities are good with good people…

Had a lot of bedbugs in every room. But though the front desk guys r not taking any action I also completed for 10 to 15 times but they are not responsing. Eric, Nana, Doudhu and The manager Alex also is not responsing to this. I was staying for long time I know very well about this hotel front desk guys won't response properly and the hotel is very very dirty maintence is not good. They won't clean properly and the main thing is bedbugs not only in one room almost in every room my friends who are staying in this hotel they also had same problem.
