Review of Ramada 2*

Good afternoon first I'd like to say I had a wonderful time in Atlantic City first-time visit I love the scenery but I would not recommend this hotel to anyone the Ramada unless it was an emergency. This was my first visit and it will be my last visit, first let's start off with customer service the young lady Caucasian I was giving her eye contact she was not acknowledging me nor did she say good morning my daughter walked in and spoke first. The place need to be upgraded the room are very terrible not very functionable on every aspect Outlets are invisible everyone use cell phone these days no Outlets to be used, you must pull the furniture out to get to the outlet I must say they do clean the linen they take everything off the bed to wash them but they need new linen, the laundry room could be a little bigger for the clientele that comes in around the holidays you need more than one washer and dryer this is not a personal facility for leaving your laundry in the in the laundry room in the dryer no one should have to come and remove anyone items out of dryer or washer machine the swimming pool needs to be remove and replace with a new larger size. Please do not take this star as a grade how can I give you a grade when you haven't reached the mark yet. let's make America great again let's start off with customer service first please do not take this harmful please take it as healthful to better your business. And just remember if no one told you today that they love you remember Jesus love you and I do too so stay sweet in your soul.
