Good afternoon first I'd like to say I had a wonderful time in Atlantic City first-time visit I love the scenery but I would not recommend this hotel to anyone the Ramada unless it was an emergency. This was my first visit and it will be my last visit, first let's start off with customer service the young lady Caucasian I was giving her eye contact she was not acknowledging me nor did she say good morning my daughter walked in and spoke first. The place need to be upgraded the room are very terrible not very functionable on every aspect Outlets are invisible everyone use cell phone these days no Outlets to be used, you must pull the furniture out to get to the outlet I must say they do clean the linen they take everything off the bed to wash them but they need new linen, the laundry room could be a little bigger for the clientele that comes in around the holidays you need more than one washer and dryer this is not a personal facility for leaving your laundry in the in the laundry room in the dryer no one should have to come and remove anyone items out of dryer or washer machine the swimming pool needs to be remove and replace with a new larger size. Please do not take this star as a grade how can I give you a grade when you haven't reached the mark yet. let's make America great again let's start off with customer service first please do not take this harmful please take it as healthful to better your business.

A very badly maintained property. Very incompetent and dishonest staff. We booked a room for five and we were welcomed with two twin beds… when I called the reception they said that is the best they can do and asked us to pay $15 for an extra bed. When asked to get a bed they said that there was no person to deliver it to the room at that hour (it was 1am and we had just checked in) so it would have to wait. Basically the staff asked us to wait for their free time and fall asleep as per their convenience. That's great hospitality! Also at the breakfast… one of my friends was carrying some leftover from the plate to consume later in the room. The person at the reception saw that and said no food in the room… he asked us to throw it away. The entire point of taking the pain to take it was to save food from being wasted and here he was instructing us to actually waste it. What a gem of a person. If the world has more of these kind of people out would soon be a hell of a place to live in. This place has gone into my black book now and never ever would I recommend anyone to even consider staying here nor would I ever do so myself. If the management is reading this… time for the overhaul… P. S. I forgot the rooms and the hallway smell and look horrible although it's far from the oceanic influence.

Water took forever to get hot and the bathroom reeked of cigarette smoke. This was a non smoking room. Very disappointed in room but very happy with park and stay. The shuttle driver was excellent to and from the airport.

Not a bad hotel. It’s a very clean hotel. Has a small odor in the hallway but what you expect when your paying so low prices, didn’t bother me, room had no odor. I was decently satisfied. Only one complaint, I called the front desk at around 3am asking for more blankets, and the staff member said I have to come get it because he was the only one on shift. They need to have at least 2 people on shift. Very close to Atlantic City. I recommend if your looking for a low cost hotel close to Atlantic City.

The rooms were dingy and dark. The TV was ridiculous. No sports channels or movies. It was bare bones direct tv. However the help was polite and they had a nice breakfast. The prices change daily, so you never know. I would not stay there again.

It's clean and the shower is very nice. I gave it 4 stars though because there's no electrical outlet near the bed so if you were charging you're phone for example, you'd have to unplug something or plug up. Across the room at the desk. I use my phone in bed so… Also, part of the parking lot was under water from the rains yesterday and it will likely be that way when the rains are heavy.

This is a trap house. Constant running in and out if you on the 1st floor. This is nothing but an oversized drug house. Crackheads smoking in the parking lot after they copped. The rooms look like they haven't been upgraded since 88. Now if you dont mind the local hustlers and kids that use this as the hangout spot, then this is for you. But for what they charge you and tey to pass this place off as a high end nice hotel. Then you might wanna go elsewhere.

Stayed here for two days. First day was ok but very sketchy environment. Second day was horrible. We tried to go back to the hotel after being on the main strip all day, and the roads were blocked off due to high tide! Not a way in or out! We weren’t able to go back to the room until almost 2am. I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone! The only reason they are getting one star is because I can’t give zero, unfortunately.

Well shower was not hot, shower curtain was missing two screws so always was not right. Building smelt like pot bad. Very good breakfast and coffee. Recommend the coffee and the sausage. Desk clear never took off AAA discount. But is a cheap room with the high name Ramada. Only ok thing it's like 5 miles from the casinos.

Poor quality of service. Does not respect reservations. The elevators are scary. The so-called non-smoking spaces smell like Marijuana. The bus to get to the city centre does not pass in the last hours of the schedule.
In general, services are very low level.

This Hotel The " Ramada" Inn Hotel. Sits right off the coastal Oceans View of Atlantic City Skyline and Hotels. But? I added a (Like) because there are reviews that people sugar coat because of hidden agendas. But if I am not satisfied. With places I stay. Its not to discourage anyone from going any place they like or can afford. It is only my opinion. But the price and some of the management and employees. Where Great!. There is plenty " Parking Spaces. And it is Wheelchair Accessible. But only on the First Floor. But what I disagree about " The" West Atlantic City Ramada Inn Hotel. The Rooms was not what I expected. The Basin (Water) did not run hot water at the time of my stay. There are folks who made me feel very uncomfortable. But through it all I managed to enjoy! Atlantic City it self. Truth is? I would not advise any one or families to stay here not unless you have An Emergency over night stay to leave the next morning… Thank you!

No nos pudimos quedar, sucio, mal cuidado, no lo recomiendo. (We can't stayed there, it was dirty, whit out care. I don't recommended.

Nice hotel! Very close to Atlantic city center, very large room, staff kindly e attentive. Pet friendly.

The hotel is a bit dated and the elevators are a bit creepy BUT the staff was excellent! My daughters cheer squad stayed here and the staff made sure the hot breakfast was out an ready a bit early because of the time the girls had to leave. Check in and out was easy. The rooms were very clean and the beds were super soft!

Excellent stay. Clean comfortable room. Spacious. Especially good location close to Atlantic city casinos and boardwalk. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful with getting around. Would definitely stay again.

Way over priced for what you get. Room was dated and had an odd odor and shower was an insert. Breakfast wasnt great and disorganized. The hotel is "pet friendly" and even though limited to one building I could hear a dog barking on my floor. The back lot had what appears to be abandoned cans & cars at some had no plates. Next trip if I don't stay in a casino I would travel further on one of the main roads and drive into AC. The hotels seemed much nicer and probably less expensive.

Never coming here again. The rooms are overall very old, sink with barley water. Blankets are very old with burn holes. Smells like smoke. My brother who came with us found a bed bug in his room while sleeping and got bit. They ended up switching his room but after that didn't get no call back from manager. After days of hunting him down on our last day we got a hold of him. VERY RUDE don't know how he is running a business. Didn't seem to care just told us to get out. Don't get me wrong the housekeeping ladies are very nice and I do believe that a lot of them are not a good fit for this horrible hotel! Tbh if you are going to come for the boardwalk you're better off staying on the boardwalk, go big or go home because a lot of these hotels around Atlantic City are crappy!

Despite the other reviews I was a little skeptical at first but i'm glad I checked it out for myself. My visit at the hotel was wonderful my room with clean from top to bottom… and my service was great the employees were nice, friendly and very helpful… During my one night 2 day stay. Only problem I had was at night the TV stopped working. Other then that we enjoyed our stay and will definitely visit again!

Horrible place, it's nothing like the pictures. Would not recommend to anyone. Smells like smoke everywhere, and the housekeeping went in our like it was her room. My 8 month old sister is still sneezing because she's allergic. And when we slept the beds were so itchy. We then opened the mini fridge and we saw cockroaches. When went to the breakfast my older brother puked. I wouldn't even rate this a star but that's not an option. In conclusion this was horrible, thus I would never come back here again.

Stayed in July 2016. Room was very clean, bed comfortable, the walls are soundproof. Staff was helpful and courteous. Safe door and lock. Free breakfast was good with fresh fruit. Five minute drive to beach and boardwalk. Couldn't beat the price.

Spacious and well equipped room.

I was very comfortable here. The staff made me feel welcome and the beds were sooo comfy. It's not a four star hotel but it's friendly and convenient. They offer transportation to and from boardwalk even until like 2am. They have a swimming pool and it's basically located right between boardwalk and K-Mart. Good breakfast, air conditioning, cable TV, coffee maker and blow dryer in the bathroom. Oh plus laundry room. And they do discounts if u stag for a few days. My only complaint is the whole time we were there we were smelling pot. Normally I wouldn't care but I'm thinking of bringing my kids next time.

Thiefs! I stayed in the hotel over the memorial day weekend and when I got back home to my state they charged me $75.00 and gave me 3 different false reasons on why they charged my card! The first one was "i messed up a towel" (henna that can simply be washed out)! The second was "i stole items out the room" (everything is bolted! EVERYTHING! Littealy down to the iron not being detachable from the ironing board! ) the third was "I took some towls" (I had about 4 towels in the room so how does a few towels still equal to the amount your trying to charge me when you have on the mirror the 5dollar towel price! ) the initial amount they. Charged my card was $65.00! Then once I called asking for a manager they charged my card $10.00 again! Luckily my bank was able to block these bogus charges! The room could have been a lot cleaner! There was rust and age all over the room. They put me in a "non smoking "room that smelled exactly like cigarette smoke and quickly moved us to a room that had a crack in the window! I would never recommend this hotel or stay at it again! If you are going to stay here! Be prepared for them to take YOUR money to pay THEIR bills!

Went for a Baby shower in one of the meeting rooms. Decent size. Decent price. They cleaned up after you.

The staff were extremely nice and helpful. Loved the shuttle into the city which was cheap and convenient. Our room was supposed to be smoke free but did have some smoke odor to it. Our room could have used updating — — cracks and small holes in the walls and some molding. You get what you pay for here.

The worker that checked us in was very sarcastic. We asked for a non-smoking room and was reminded at the front desk that it was a non-smoking room, but I smelled Smoke soon I entered the room. I enjoyed the breakfast it was better then I was told it was.

Stayed one night there. Cheap Hotel, good if you are planning to be most of the times in the casinos, for anything else don't go there. Room was ok. There were some stains on the blanket, disgusting. Breakfast isn't healthy.

Stayed here for 2 nights. Got a ridiculously awesome price online. Service was friendly. Rooms are clean, with a nice water view. No complaints.

Do not stay here. Website advertises a free shuttle — this is a lie. Hotel room was absolutely disgusting. Bedding has small holes indicative of rodents. Stains on the comforter and carpet. Whole building reeked of smoke. Ended up driving home rather than staying at this sad excuse of a hotel. What a waste of money.

Wish I could stay here all summer Better than sleep on the streets and then off to. Florida 4 the winter oh yea.

It was clean. But you cant get in pool they have extended stay and the people who live there set up at pool and are there all day. Pool was closed for 2 days do to health department. Got told was not aloud to grill out on property. Free breakfast takes 20 min to get to big line. A/c shuts off when no movement in room so you come back to hot room.

Very surprised! It was a nice room. The staff was friendly and house keeping was great. I would recommend this hotel. Great view and pet friendly.

You get what you pay for. Room was sufficient. No sign of bugs and it had a flat screen. Hotel shows signs of wear EVERYWHERE! Carpets are terrible. Elevator feels like a carnival ride. Iron burns on carpet. Broken leg on chair in room. Breakfast was a joke. Some stale bread for toast, equally stale muffins and bagels. 1 waffle iron. Juice machine was broke. Coffee was barely warm. The picture of the breakfast setup was clearly staged for that picture. There was no fruit at all. Essentially it was bread and water. Internet connection was decent. I would not recommend gambling on this place. Pay a few bucks more and stay somewhere else. This is not your usual Ramada.

We stayed here in July and chose this hotel primarily for price and the fact they accepted pets. The hotel itself could use a serious remodel but I'm not picky and as long as the room is clean I'm happy, which it was. The staff was amazing gave me a great deal on a extra night when we decided to stay. The breakfast was not that great two waffle irons, muffins, bagels, weak juice and watered down coffee but considering you can't even get close to that at other hotels, they get an A for effort. For us the hotel was perfect and I'd stay again when back down in Atlantic city. But if your a picky person who complains about the smallest mistake keep driving to the boardwalk and pay a few hundred for one of the casino rooms. Leave these hotels for the budget conscious people who would rather save money then be broke pretending to be someone they are not.

We enjoyed our stay and the price was right. The staff was very polite and room were clean. Management was efficient. Shuttle free from the station round trip great we'll be back.

WARNING: To anyone who values their life or loved ones. NEVER use the Ramada Airport Shuttle Services. I was picked up by a driver who appeared to be high on drugs, arrived after numerous calls from the front desk manager very late. She had her personal friend in front seat of the car who was dressed like a AC stripper/prostitute, who jumped out of the car with an alcoholic beverage in her hand. The van shuttle was a dirty pile of junk with ripped seats and smelled of cigarettes and alcohol. When I complained to the owner about this he simply called me a liar, denied her being under the influence, or personally knowing the person in the front seat. Although he was not present to witness any of this. Please pass this information on to anyone you care about.

Booked a room expecting to be in the main building and when we actually got here, it was a two story motel outside of the main building. Paid triple times more than what it was supposed to worth and when we actually got the room, it smelled like a smokepot. Complained and was given another room and this one smelled like marijuana. Couldn't stay here and we booked a room at another hotel. Worst place ever. Don't even try to risk your money and time to stay here.

I have stayd at this hotel meany times, and each time I check in, I notice improved conditions. Sam, the general manager, has done a lot to up grade this hotel after the storms, and, for the money, its worth it. Tom lopez, Gatlinburg, tn.

We traveled father's day weekend 2013. This was a very uncomfortable, unclean and unprofessional hotel. We asked for a non-smoking room, but it was located on a floor with smoking rooms. The stench thankfully did not follow us into the room. There was a water bottle and baby food jar left under the bed from prior guest. Swarms of winged ants above the light fixtures on the walls and by the windows. Skid marks on the walls from the ants previously killed. When I told the front desk help he said "yes and". From there I knew they would not be much help. To get through the night I tried to rationalize as if I were staying at a cabin in the woods, but neither my children nor my packed essentials were prepared for that task. I asked for extra wash cloths since my room only had two to begin with. They did not have extras. There was only one trash can in the room. I walked the hall to dispose of my dinner because the front desk could not find me a refrigerator and I found an overloaded trash heap next to a can. When we left out one time the door lock swung and locked us all out. When maintenance came they said, "room 211 again". Apparently this is a problem. I do not reconmend.
