Awesome experience here. Hotel is dated but cozy. Free breakfast is always a plus. There's a beach right out back which has really nice views. I had a wonderful time here.

Though it’s a little dated, this is a good quality hotel for the price. The breakfast is good, there’s free Wi-Fi & a fitness room. The room for the most part is comfortable. It’s also a great bonus that you get access to a private beach on Lakes Bay. A warning though, don’t upgrade to the view of the bay. It’s not worth it for how small the windows are in the room. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here.

I needed to get a wheelchair accessible room at the last minute and they had one. The bathroom with a nice and large enough for me and my wheelchair and my husband to help me in the bathroom. The staff is really nice. Bed a little uncomfortable for me but I was able to get out of it and into my wheelchair with little assistance. I would go back to Comfort Inn if I needed to be out there again.

Decent place to sleep for a few nights. Desk staff was good. Housekeeping staff were very accommodating. Rooms we're clean, beds are comfortable. We we're moved to a new room because our initial room had a few issue. Breakfast was okay just minimum.

Great place for a getaway. Very relaxing and romantic. Great for families also. Great staff. Clean rooms and property.

The room is so small but cozy, needs update and renovation but works with my stay, the view and the beach are great. I smelled weed in the corridor and a little in my room, I hope there's a restrictions on having this stuff here especially it's a place which you can get your children to. Generally, it's a nice place to take a rest and do some exercise in the gym but not a lot of other activities to do like a swimming pool or a massage service… Etc.

They like to discriminate Spanish people! My coworkers and I travell all over the country for work and make are reservations before we get to the places. We got to this place and without even greeting or asking the white guy receptionist assume we came to check in so we was unpolitely letting us know there was no checking anymore, we kept telling him we already have one and he kept insinuating that no we didn't without checking on the computer … after my boss got mad and told him "yes we did! Yesterday! Why don't you check? " He did and after giving us a hard time we let us go to are rooms … the rest of the staff were very nice but the 2 receptionist white guy and Indian women aren't even worth speaking to!

A bit dated, I expected more hospitality being an elite Gold member. I would only stay here again if other hotel prices were way higher! Given the customer service o say book elsewhere. Good prices though.

The staff were pleasant and professional. The room was comfortable and clean. There was plenty of parking. However, the walls were thin. I could hear the neighboring guests' voices and television the entire night. The location was a mile drive to Atlantic City which was just what we wanted. I would stay here again… for an overnight.

Waited for a half hour for attendant to get back to deal. There was one guy ahead of me then a guy who just wanted to buy a soda after me, I let that guy go all while another couple walks in. He asks me what he can do for me I ask for a room then he proceeds to ask the couple who just walked in, they had a reservation and he processes then before me. I stay calm then when he comes back to me he apologizes stating it was faster to ring then out first. His name was Geno. Other then that nice enough guy but really? That was terrible service. Room was nice and clean. Overall 2 stars.

It is a cheap place, where you do short stays.

We liked this place. Came here since our previous place left Choice Hotels. This place is definitely better.

Average accommodations. If you aren't too picky and just need a bed to sleep in then you will be fine here. Otherwise pay a few extra bucks for a different hotel. The place was clean but definitely looks worn and in need of updating. The front desk staff was friendly and there was coffee and hot chocolate out 24/7. Didn't make it to breakfast so I can't offer a review on that. It was dark upon arrival and departure but I'm pretty sure there is a nice view if you are on the way side.

Pretty good. Room comfortable. Staff nice. Fifteeen minutes from casino and cheap. For forty bucks a night a great deal.

Very comfortable and clean. Staff very friendly. Close to Atlantic City. It makes more sense of paying a cheaper price and staying around AC rather than in AC. 13 mins from AC.

Stayed here before with no issues. Beds are comfortable, rooms are relatively clean. This time tho, the toilet water smelled like it was unfiltered water from the bay. Only there two nights and hardly in the room so didn't bother complaining, hopefully it was a temporary issue.

Stayed at the Comfort Inn in Black Horse AC with my family to celebrate our mother's 83rd birthday. Best placed to stay and enjoy their complimentary breakfast which is included with reservations. I usually stay in this one because of the ocean view in either winter or summer. I highly recommend to all.

Had a wonderful stay. We haven't been this way in over ten years, but we most always stayed here. The staff especially Faith were fantastic. Most definitely will be back.

I highly recommend this place. It's Clean, comfortable and the customer service is great. The girls at the front desk, Madeline and Tatiana were so courteous and helpful. I left my cell phone in the shuttle and these girls made sure I got it back! Comfort suites will be our first choice for all our future trips!

This hotel could be a five star hotel if the owners actually cared about it. The rooms are okay. You can tell it's a little old, but it's clean. All it really needs is some touching up. Maybe some new paint and more workers. We got a suite for a good price. The bathrooms don't have ventilation, but most hotels don't. It's a little dirty in the corners of the bathtub, but it was most likely rust not mold. The lobby is the only updated thing about this hotel. It looks beautiful but there is limited seating for breakfast. Breakfast was HORRIBLE. I've never had anything as bad as this. Everyone was complaining about it to each other. Food ran out and the lady was not refilling. They had very limited options, and half of the machinery didn't work. We left feeling hungry. The "private beach" doesn't really seem so private. There's a sign talking about monthly and yearly parking fees so it seems like it's open for the public. Thankfully if didn't seem crowded when we stayed. Then again, that might be because it smelled like sulfur for some reason and there was dead crabs everywhere. Also it said do not swim without water shoes because there's sharp objects in the water? It seems like this "beach" has waste dumped into it… All in all its a good place to stay in one night for a quick stop. The lady at the desk was really nice! We had a little mix up with our reservation dates and she was patient and helped us work it out. It just needs some touching up.

It's a pretty basic hotel. Not a lot of amenities but a lot better than surrounding inns. It has a very nice private beach and free breakfast. Very good choice if you want to just go to Atlantic City casinos. About a 10 minute drive to the Tropicana and 15 to Resorts.

When you walk into your room, the first thing you notice is the musty smell. There are no fans in the bathrooms or ventilation. The first suite we were placed in had black mold, along with a broken bed that we found out after laying down for the night. We were switched to another suite that the card failed to work twice, having everyone wait in the hallways tired. The second suite also has black mold. We also overheard a guest asking to switch rooms after seeing something scurrying across the wall! Do not stay here if you value your health. They renovated the lobby but apparently the disgusting rooms will wait till their busy time is over so they can keep raking in the cash in the meantime. The building would be condemned if the health department looked at it.

I was staying at the Comfort Inn for a Wedding weekend. I arrived 10 minutes before the rehearsal dinner at 8pm and had to leave at 7am for the wedding. Since we were against the clock both coming and going, we didn't have the time or the patience to complain about things that are normally taken care of as a matter of procedure for a hotel that is charging this much money for a stay. When we walked into our "suite", we immediately noticed the huge ball of hair that was on the ground next to the couch. Next we headed into the bathroom where there was what appeared to be feces and/or vomit and small hairs on the toilet, every single towel was damp from the moisture in the room, there were small hairs on each corner of the shower, and god knows what substance that was dripping from the bathroom ceiling. We were so grossed out but had no choice but to stay the night because of the events we were a part of. Any clothes that we left out overnight were soaking wet from the moisture as well. The only saving grace for this establishment was the young girl named Faith who worked the front desk in the morning of check out. She was kind, informative and very professional.

Still a reasonable place to stay with nice amenities however there are noticeable changes with the new ownership. I suppose these changes are expected through the transition. Such changes as no ice in the ice machine, some of the numbers are missing in the elevator and different other small odds-and-ends such as water stains in the room on the ceiling and coffee table top loose, excetera. Having said that, I do intend to stay next year because I don't think those small items is enough to change a place that we've enjoyed for the past 7 years and still enjoy. The staff are very friendly and pleasant. Once again accommodations are comfortable, clean and inexpensive.

The customer service is very good. They will go out of their way to accommodate you. The rooms are spacious, clean, and the beds are very comfortable. The best part is that its right on the beach which customers occasionally saunter. I give it two thumbs up.

We visited this place when there was renovation going on. There was a lot of noise and dust around due to the work being done. The complimentary breakfast is a joke. The food is stale and seemed like a few days old too. The room was decently sized and clean. The hotel has a small beach behind with lovely views. Good place to sit in the evening and have a few beer. All in all a decent place to stay for a couple of days.

The Comfort Inn & Suites is conveniently located about 10 minutes from Atlantic City casinos and boardwalk attractions. The room and hotel were clean; the staff was friendly and helpful. Hot continental breakfast was available. A small, private beach is accessible at the back of the hotel which makes for a relaxing or fun afternoon if you like wind-surfing or sun bathing, etc.

Area was nice had a very good resteraunt behind it. Nice staff good price and very good breakfast.

I never like to leave a bad review but honestly this hotel did not meet my standards. I was looking for economy to have money to spend in AC, and this Hotel offered great things, like free breakfast, Wi-fi and parking lot but I have never encountered such a bad smell coming from a room. Our room smelled like everyone else's matters were inside our room, the smell was unbearable. We had to buy 6 Car Pines Trees to put all over the room, A/C and bathroom we also bought Glade spray to scent the room in order to sleep. My boyfriend spent both nights throwing up cause of the smell, he went to the front desk to complain about the smell the first night and they gave him a spray that only worked for a few minutes. The guy even told my boyfriend that "if he was taking a shower and saw something black floating not to think it's a fish, cause it could possibly be a turd". Like are you freaking kidding me! We had friends also staying over and their room smelled as well and we were traveling with a 3 month old baby and a toddler so imagine.

The hotel was a solid ok. Half the price of atlantic city.

Employees are best Macht but should give a refresh to the quarters.

The people at the front desk were very polite and friendly. The housekeeping was great. The room and the view, was excellent. Access to a beach, is perfect. It was like a private little slice of heaven. I look forward to staying there again. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality.

Friendly and helpful staff. The beach in the back was a great place to have a break after a long day in the car. The breakfast was good but sitting area was very crowded.

Well kept rooms. Flat screen, fridge, and microwave. HBO and free Wi-Fi. Everything felt fairly new. Everything was clean. Breakfast was good but crowded. Service was acceptable.

I stayed here for the Valentines Day weekend and I don't have any complaints. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable… The staff was also nice. I would recommend this place to anyone and also the price was very reasonable… Definitely will stay here again on our next visit!

Absolutely horrible. Dirty carpets, the lights in the bathroom didn't work, stained pillow cases and the list goes on. When I complained to the front desk they showed no remorse what so ever. Absolutely horrible!

I tried to look for a nice hotel in Atlantic city. Didnt wanna pay 300 dollars or more for a night at the hotel. So I picked this one. The staff was great. The room was fairly ok. The breakfast was great and had a nice view of the lake behind the hotel. It was beautiful. I would recommend this to everyone!

My friend and I recently stayed at your hotel in Atlantic City, New Jersey. I was excited for our trip, but our room quickly diminished my excitement. I notified the employee at the front desk, but he was less than sympathetic about my findings in our room. He did not even offer us an apology. I booked our room a few weeks prior to our stay on July 18th through Priceline who rated your hotel a 21/2-star. That rating was clearly incorrect. I arrived before my friend did, to check in and get things situated; we stayed in room 420. Upon unpacking my luggage, I noticed there was another person’s clump of hair in the bathroom in various locations (i. E. Sink & bathtub). After findings that the bathroom was not cleaned from the past guest, I checked the beds and found the same thing. There was not only clumps of hair in the bedsheets but there was also a woman’s makeup (eye mascara), still on the pillow cases. I promptly notified the front desk and they informed me that I could come down and get new sets of sheets if I wanted to change them myself due to there being no one else working in the entire hotel, but him, at that time. I informed my friend of the situation and that when she arrives she should pick up the clean sheets from the front desk before coming up to our room. Upon her arrival, as she is waiting for the front desk clerk to bring the sheets out, she notices what is on the television in the lobby in which she is absolutely disgusted!

Great location with a private beach. There's also a kayak and wind surf rental place right there with reasonable rates. They also do lessons and are nice to deal with. Rooms are small, breakfast is good, plenty of parking and bay views are great for the price.
