The room we spent a night in was so dirty and outdated. The rug was only clean at first sight but as you looked between the beds and under the bed everything was full of dust and dirt. They need better cleaners that know how to clean between the fine spaces because it was disgusting. The side of the shower was fallin a part as well. If I could give this motel 0 stars I would and the cleaners have the nerve to leave an tip envelope next to TV! DEFENITELY NOT $80 worth…

If you’re looking for a place to stay a night or two close to Ocean City and you’re on a budget, check it out. But don’t expect Comfort Inn, Hampton, or Hilton quality, cause you don’t pay for it. Room was dated and no frills, but clean. We stayed over the night before our week rental in OC and it worked just fine. Our room didn’t smell like smoke either.

Actually terrible place to stay. When the Wi-Fi didn't work, the owner yelled at us and told us to put it on the internet instead of helping us fix it so I'm doing that. The TV didn't work, space was dark and dirtty, I found a chip in my bed sheets, overall a terrible experience with very rude management.

Worse hotel ever. The prices are cheap so you can't expect it to be a top notch place, I get it. But when my girl friend and I opened a drawer and found a lagit crack pipe with crack still in it that's a little absurd. We didn't find it until we already stayed the night and we're about to leave. To top it off, I go down to the office and I demand my money back because the room obviously wasn't cleaned. The guy tells me because it wasn't found right when I got into the room who knows, it could of been mine.

Bedspread was nasty and only one available outlet to charge my phone price $39 paid over $100 for two rooms smh. Room 105 and room 204

Nice motel, clean room, microwave and mini fridge, quiet location. Twenty minutes from Altantic City Broadwalk. And management was friendly.

Staff was extremely friendly, motel was close to attractions and restaurants. The gentleman who checked us in had plenty of suggestions of things to do, which was very helpful. Booked a queen sized bed and was pleasantly surprised to find the bed was much larger than your average queen. Temperature in the hotel was perfect, TV was large. Bathroom was very clean, house keeping was friendly and even stopped me before I left to give me a shirt I almost left behind! Will definitely be staying here again.

It is what I expected from a 2-3 star hotel. The bed was comfortable. Very friendly staff. Could use an upgrade on the doors. The option to not have maid service would be nice. Shampoo too. They should also clean the A/C units, we found mold and a cigarette butt. Overall, I honestly expected worse and instead got a nice little stay.

The staff was extremely friendly. But, the motel needs MAJOR upgrades. It was dirty and very out of date. There is absolutely NO REASON for a motel to be in this condition. Even minor upgrades such as painting the walls and updating the furniture and linens would make a huge difference. The amount of money charged is not worth the stay and I would never bring children into this filthy environment. Also, upon checking in, they charge your credit card and they do not give a refund if you check out early! Unacceptable.

Clean, but run down. Missing toilet roll holder. Speakers on both TVs were shot. Needs paint job. A disgrace. Will not stay at another Budget Inn. Owners very nice.

First off maybe you should invest in some bedsheets new ones! my son (6) went to get into bed a large yellow stain. And a cleaning crew… never go there. Do not recommend.

Clean room, had many appliances, was cold but they gave us a small space heater to help warm up, friendly and easy to check in and check out. Would come again. Would recommend.

Absolutely disgusting. We lifted up the blanket, there was blood stains all over the underside along with holes burned all over it. There was also blood stains on the sheets along with other questionable stains.

The rooms are very dingy and out dated. The owners are very nice, but that's about the only good thing. You get what you pay for, I guess.

Good place for the money. Have a couple of food places and grocery stores around. When we were checking in the room smelt like cigarette smoke (we booked nin smoking room) but the lady at the reception showed us 2 other rooms so that we could chose the room we like more. Nice!

Regular motel with above average room sizes. We stayed for 1 night and had no problems whatsoever. Some rooms are equipped with regular cooker and small-size bathtub. If you decide to accommodate in the smoking room, be prepared for little stench.

Stayed here for Memorial Day weekend. If you are looking for a cheap place to stay that is clean and has a friendly staff then this is a great option. The room isn't luxurious but it is a great value at nearly half the price of other hotel/motels in the area.

This is a really nice motel and the rates are great. Cheaper and cleaner than other motels in area.
