Location was great. Rooms were clean. Staff was pleasant. Beach tags borrowed for the time we were there was a nice addition. Lots of nice restaurants around the area.

Walking into the room you first notice a nice sized bed in a small but comfortable and cute room, it had a TV with cable, it's own bathroom with a shower, a mini fridge, a microwave, and a nice little towel made into a Swann. It was also nice because they had a room available for anyone who stayed there overnight or at any time as a public shower/changing room. Be prepared to park along the street as there is not a huge parking lot. We were able to park there eventually and it's definitely not a big deal but it is something to think about.

Sweet, cute hotel in a convenient location. Close to beach, boardwalk, cafes and restaurants. Rooms are small, but clean and functional. The porch or Veranda is amazing, great place for morning coffee or afternoon/evening drink.

Our family stayed one night at Ocean Breeze. The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is convenient, being a block from the boardwalk and a couple of blocks from downtown shopping. The room itself was nothing to rave about. It was very small and dated. The rooms are in desperate need of an update.

Typical beach hotel. Bathroom was small but space was big and I liked how the beds were in different rooms. Gave my score basically on the bathroom size.

Quaint! Just got back from an all girls weekend with my BFFs. Love the location! Loved the porch! Great staff. The only thing I missed was no decaf coffee or decaf tea or ice machine. A Kurig would be a great investment and large drinking Jugs too. Loved the option to stay longer after check out to use the pool and changing room/shower. Thank you for wonderful time.

It is only a couple blocks from the boardwalk. It is good for a couple to stay but small for a family.

Very friendly staff and a great bang for your buck atmosphere. It's not a Ritz but they do try and make your stay feel great. Awesome location, free parking, and free beach tags. Cannot complain and will be back!

Stayed here 4 nights for Daytona 500 weekend. If I had to describe stay in one word, I would say "Adequate". Room was close to what everybody has been posting. But, you have to look at the whole picture. If you're staying here, you obviously didn't do much planning to begin with and settled for this paradise. I look at it optimistically. I wasn't planning for in-room entertainment and amenities other than a working TV and cold refrigerator. But, what I got was more than this. Just from my balcony I could watch the waves rolling in, transients fighting for a cigarette butt, people playing chicken with Atlantic Ave traffic or just relaxing with a cold beer and getting high from second hand reefer smoke from a neighboring balcony. Not only did we have a working safe, but our beer was untouchable. It could only be accessed by leaning fridge backwards to open door. We didn't experience the bugs. Maybe the "Do Not Enter — Ozone Machine In Use" sign on room across from us had an effect on that. Free coffee in mornings a plus. I knew we weren't the only room with continuous running tub faucet. We slept, we drank, we ate and we seen Daytona 500. Can't beat that. 2.5 Stars…

Please do not stay here! The hotel was filthy and heavily sprayed with Lysol. The shower had holes in the walls, grime and mold on and around the soap dish and one whole wall was solid black mold! I have mold allergies and became ill quickly. The carpet is dirty. The bed linens had human hair and white spots covering it. The large dresser mirror was broken off and sitting in top which was so unsafe for my 3 yea old grandchild. I immediately checked out after being told there was no manager onsite or contact number. They will not issue me a refund! I had to pay double per night for a new hotel. This hotel does not look the same on their website.

Choose a better hotel. I understand its a beach hotel, but our room was disgusting. It smelled like cigarettes, the shower in the bathroom had black mold, and the walls were paper thin so every little noise woke us up in the middle of the night. The pool was closed the entire time we were there. My husband and I had horrible allergies in our room, we were forced to personally clean the filters in the AC units (which had clearly never been cleaned before). The staff was MIA every morning for breakfast so nothing was ever ready on time; my husband was even forced to make coffee for the rest of the guests a few mornings. Seriously, choose a better hotel.

We only stayed a night. We got a big connecting room that allowed my whole friend group to come and stay in the same place. All five of us fit with no issues. The people were also super friendly and kind. We were able to stay parked in their lot even after we checked out for our last day at the beach. It's not a far walk from the beach so it was great!

This is the cutest hotel I have ever stayed at. The staff was so friendly. We had our room reserved ahead of time, but ended up arriving later than expected. The front desk was closed, but there was a sign that said "if you need assistance, call Dave". My mom called Dave, and he was there within five minutes. Keep in mind it was nearly 12 am. He was super friendly and didn't make a fuss. He gave us our beach passes. We got breakfast in the morning and checked out, but they still allow you to park and use their bathroom and showers after being on the beach/boardwalk all day. It is easy access to the beach/boardwalk. If you want a fun beach vacation, then this is the town for you. Only disadvantage is that there are three flights of stairs as it is an older hotel. But it's still great and I recommend it. There is even a pool if you don't want to swim in the ocean.

Ocean Breeze is very nice and comforting. The staff was very supportive and caring. The room had everything a person needs to stay in Ocean City, mini-fridge, comforting bed, TV, and hot water in the bathroom! The hotel is a quick walk to the boardwalk and great breakfast/lunch is nearby. Overall an amazing experience at Ocean Breeze Hotel!

I mean, it was good value for the price. The room, bed, and TV were all small, and we had to get up on top of the chest of drawers to get to the TV controls. The size of the room was about that of a single dorm room. Parking wasn't fun either. But the mattress was comfy, and the free breakfast was great.

Our room was really nice. It's an old building that is updated, very quaint. There is an indoor changing room with a shower so that you don't have to go straight from the beach to your room covered in sand. The service was fantastic.

Definitely will NOT be back here. We had the apartment. Don't think it had been updated in 40 years. Large Living Room, Large Kitchen, Bedroom was the size of a matchbox. Advertised Queen size bed. Only Full Size. We purchased fudge on the boardwalk. I left it on the windowsill overnight next to the air conditioner where I though it would stay cool. It stayed cool, but in the AM, it was infested with ANTS. Had to fight with the manager to get a refund. Good thing Ocean City is a great town, or it would have been a major disappointing weekend.

They are under new management and it is not worth your money. We are repeat customers and will not be returning in the future. Your reservations are not honored upon check in, they tried to put 4 people in a room which sleeps 3. In an attempt to accommodate us for our second and last night, we were told we had a 2 hrs window to change rooms and no compensation would be given for the prior night. It is clear our reservation was altered to accommodate another guest. Save the headache and book with another hotel.

We stayed at the beginning of June for one Saturday night and it was a great experience! The room and bathroom were clean (although not the MOST updated, which is fine), water was running and hot, the beds were spacious, the AC unit was nice and cold, and the TV worked. We really only need somewhere to shower and sleep anyway, but enjoyable nonetheless. The ladies we spoke to who were working were so kind and even let us come back after checkout to get changed, use the bathroom, and they even let me keep my car parked for the remainder of the day until we left. We are coming back at the end of July and are very excited! Thank you, keep up the great work!

Hotel is totally outdated, walls are paper thin and all we could hear was a baby crying and people yelling at their kids all night (after 10pm) and woken up by then at 630am! Limited parking, free Wi-Fi doesnt reach the roomd and Free breakfast consisted of rotten bananas and juice/milk from the day before. Front desk staff nonhelpful… didnt say thank you, ask how visit was or anything. Will never go back… for that money there are plenty of better places to stay.

The staff was very friendly and helpful and the hotel was clean. Place was a bit behind from other hotels I have stayed. The TV in the room was a 23" set and only had no more then 6 or 8 viewing stations. There was a chair in the room but no table to sit and write something or use your laptop. No night stand next to the bed, no clock, and no hotel phone in the room. The pool needs proper treatment due to it had cloudy water. I think the hotel can use some enhancements in these areas to make your stay better.

The people were very nice and helpful and attended to our needs.

Two blocks to beach, free parking, breakfast and beach tags. Refreshing pool all contributed to a wonderful stay. Reasonable prices and friendly staff.

Really enjoyed the amenities, pool and proximity to beach and boardwalk. One and a half blocks away. Older building with lots of charm. Excellent value. Friendly staff. We will be back for sure.

The only reason I gave this hotel 2 stars is because of its location near the beach and boardwalk. It is only 2 blocks away which makes it a very convenient location. Other than that, it really was not worth staying there. You definitely get what you pay for. The young woman in the front desk (worked mornings, blonde hair) was rude and unfriendly. When we walked in she was watching TV in the common area and huffed her way to the desk. I suppose we inconvenienced her and interrupted her TV time. Normally, I am the "hard to please" guest; however, my husband is easy going, and he was not happy. We found ants in the room, the shower was ridiculously small, the rooms are small, the walls are paper thin, the beds were rock hard, the pillows were thin and hard, and the hotel was in much needed repair. There were paver bricks falling off the edge of the pool. All they did was place a chair over the brick and used caution tape. How about just fixing it? It's not an expensive fix, we've done it in our own home. After the first day, we opted to not have the free breakfast (it was frozen bagels and cold cereal). This place is fine if you are just passing through and need a quick place to stay, or for a last minute trip, which is why we stayed there. It is clean, with the exception of the ants, and it is in a great location. This is NOT a place to bring children. We will not be returning. The service was awful. We could've made the best of it, but the service was terrible, so why bother?

Nice cozy place. Clean rooms, friendly staff, 5 min walk to beach, pool, grill. Breakfast was disappointing (not to mention there was barely anything left) I'm taking off 1 star otherwise great deal.

I loved the price, the staff, and the fact that they are less then 2 blocks from the boardwalk. The rooms are clean, new beds, and they do provide a free breakfast. The staff were friendly, attentive to my needs. I am kind of, " the hard to please guest". I'd like some more towels please, and some extra soap, oh and can you give me a couple more pillow? all requests granted with a smile. That's what will make me come back.

A charming old-fashioned bed and breakfast with attentive staff; Tajana and Mike. And it is just two blocks from the beach! Our family of two adults, two teens and two young twenties thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We had two adjoining rooms, which were clean and fresh, one private bath with tub, two TV's, two refrigerators, excellent AC, fresh towels daily, with plenty of extra showers and bathrooms just down the hall. I have been vacationing in OC since 1968 and the Bryn Mawr definitely has that OC feel. The halls were quiet during the night and the porch was delightful during the day! If you are looking for a fancy hotel, then look elsewhere. But if you are in the market for a wonderful family vacation in a relaxed setting with a wonderful group of fellow vacationers and firm yet friendly staff, then the Bryn Mawr is for you. We definitely plan to return.
