This has by far been one of the most disappointing hotels we ever stayed in. When we checked into our room we had hair in our shower, chips all over the floor, downstairs lobby area was dirty, overall just not kept up. We were compensated for one night stay. We had decided to switch to another hotel but didn’t cause they would not refund our entire stay. The manager was polite and apologetic but not sincere. They have a mini golf course which my kids were excited about but turns out you can’t even use it. I would highly recommend staying elsewhere wether your just traveling solo or with a family.

Welcoming from the moment your feet hit the door. Beautiful rooms, common areas very clean, and comfortable. Food is very good, and a nice surprise is they have a nice little outside area with umbrellas tables and cute twinkle lighting. The pool is very well cared for, and beautiful area surrounding it. Beds and pillows extremely comfortable. Bonus ALL ROOMS have a fridge, microwave and keurig coffee machine.

The hotel is in a very convenient location. It's surrounded by gas stations and convenience stores. Had a couple instances of rooms not being fully clean but the rooms are good overall.

The rooms are nice. The gym doesn't have much equipment. The food is average. The happy hour is pretty good. The hallway smelled like pot all of the time when I was there.

Can't believe this kind of business can exist in 2018. Arrived in NJ a day earlier than had planned, so came here to check availability. They only had one smoking room left, which I took. Not only the room smells of smoke, the overall toxic odor (smoke, fragrance, bleach, unkempt smell overall) made me and my family nauseous after 2 hours. The corridor smelled very strongly of marijuana. I left after 2 hours. They only offered to refund me 40% of the money. Went to nearby Double Tree instead. Spend $50 more and stay at Double Tree! Please do not waste your time here.

Stayed at this hotel for one night on our way to NYC. It is very close to GW Bridge so is convenient if the city is the destination. The hotel however is right on Rt. 4 so it could get noisy with all the traffic. The staff was friendly.

Extremely old, outdated hotel. The 2 elevators take a long time and are gross so I used the stairs which are even more disgusting. Hallways and rooms are old. The fridge does not have a freezer section. The desk chair was visibly peeling over the entire cushion and should be thrown out. Bathroom was cramped with old faucets that have seen a lot of use. The pool was closed for the season, but from my window I could tell it was not maintained. It was open instead of being covered, and was full of rain water and other debris. The worst part was the so-called gym. One treadmill was beaten up with the control panel dislodged. After performing a sprint at a high speed, the entire treadmill just stopped. I moved to the elliptical and the hand grips were entirely missing. No towels in the gym. And forget working out outside as the hotel is located off a very busy highway with little to no shoulder. I only stayed here because of the proximity to a bike race.

It was nice. Many mirrors. Comfy beds. Hell yeah.

Great stay for the night. Restaurant was good as well as the karaoke. Bathroom was a little small but overall good.

The rooms were more than adequate. The customer service was incredible in a day and age in which very little customer service is expected. From the minute we walked in we felt welcomed. From the Gm, the front desk staff and the cleaning staff… everyone was super friendly and eager to help. A great place to stay!

Clean, comfortable rooms. The restaurant is a part of the lobby, which took away from the ability to just sit and talk in the lobby. Brunch was extremely overpriced at $12 a person. It was a little difficult to get to. I went with a group and it could have been a GPS error, but several of us got turned around on little side streets trying to get from the city back to the hotel.

Visited friend staying there. We met in the lobby. It was a nice comfortable atmosphere.

Close to GW bridge of course, close to city, there is gas stations and convenient stores on both ends of the parking lot. Plenty of parking which is able to be used by semi trucks also pool, exercise room lounge with bar, restaurant, business room putt putt golf, vending machines on each floor, smoking rooms available on the top floor and a friendly staff to answer all questions that you need answered.

The only bad thing is the location, a some times the uber drivers get lost or take a lot of time to get there. The beds are comfortable, the food and the bar are goodĺ

I always choose this hotel when I’m traveling for business. It is relative close to New York. Close to fort lee downtown where you can find different restaurants, specially Korean and Asian in general. Service of the hotel is pretty good, the bar is filled with good selection on different alcohol beverages. Hotel is always clean and customer service is great!

Not ballan makes hotel rasita and call the police to hispanics ay already know.

Excellent location. The rooms are big. The beds are quite comfortable. The rooms are ok clean but the cleaning staff always use to much are freshener and the artificially smelling fragrance is always too strong. The bathrooms are tiny and not very well maintained. Front desk is quite nice. The lobby can be noisy sometimes.

Decent hotel with attentive staff. They have a full bar and a separate restaurant. Breakfast is buffet but you'll have several choices. Traffic is tough during morning and evening commutes so be prepared.

Rooms were as expected, location was convenient, however the front desk staff left a lot to be desired. Never answering the phone and very unhelpful when we asked my the in hotel restaurant closed an hour and a half before advertised. Not helpful when trying to find alternative food options. Good thing they sold white star for $130 a bottle out of the Coca-Cola case though. I won't be returning l.

Service was good. Room was clean and spacious. There isn't much directly around the hotel, you have to get back in the highway to get to any restaurants. As per every hotel the internet is not great. Overall not a bad place to stay if you are working in NYC.

Bad transportation by the hotel only lend up to 10 in the evening and do not provide an alternative after this time.

It was everything you expect. Clean warm dry. The night front desk person was the nicest hotel employee I've ever met in my life. I'm kicking myself for not getting his name because he is awesome.

Very serviceable good size, clean room with two double beds and private bathroom with tub and usual shampoo conditioner and body lotion etc, flat screen TV, fridge, Keurig coffee machine with free coffee capsules. Hotel has a nice outdoor pool for guests at no extra cost and they allow up to four people at the pool per room. Good parking lot. Hotel is on Route 4 East in Fort Lee, so you still have some bridge traffic to get into Manhattan, but if visiting Fort Lee for work, it is ideal. There are closer hotels, but either more expensive or quite a bit cheaper. This is middle of the type, good value, but decent quality. Being right on Route 4 can be disturbing at night, but the mattresses and pillows made for a good night's sleep. Front desk friendly, even if a bit slow.

I booked this hotel for one night in October, as I would be staying for a work event that ran very late (I usually commute to south Jersey). I figured I was safe with this hotel since it got decent reviews. It was filthy. The lobby was musty, the elevator was held together with masking tape, and the room was the worst. There was a large dead bug on the bathroom floor and a disgusting brown liquid on the toilet seat cover. The bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned well in a very long time. I pulled back the bed covers and there was a thick curly hair on the sheet. The room also smelled of must and mildew. Overall, this hotel was disgusting and definitely not clean. Maybe they were having a bad day, but there is no excuse for that level of uncleanliness in a hotel that you are paying for with good money. I checked out ten minutes after I checked in, and they refused to refund my money. Don't stay at this hotel!

Omg, I loved the hotel is very nice and above all very clean, the staff very friendly and attentive, I really felt like family thanks.

Oh where to start. I returned 2 sets of keys as nonworking on checkin. The electronic door lock system failed locking me out of the portico. The "free" Internet is just a 'click here to agree to terms' button that is on a loop and endlessly reloads, never giving access. In the morning I went for breakfast EARLY and a maid swooped in and stripped my bed without remaking it, I had to remake it. Give this place a pass, there are too many little issues that add up to a truly horrible experience.

Very much in the diplomat, relatively; in bad quality, hostility and theft in cold blood!. Did you got me? then, please share this!

Bed was comfy, room was kept up nice. No repairs done to anything broken (connecting rooms door, chair in room). Room service breakfast did not answer the phone, when order was delivered it costed about $60 for not the best food. Gave the wrong food on one of the plates, eggs were dry, it was just a poor experience on that part. Microwave did not work. Buttons on A/C didn't work. Lastly, we had found a piece of glass in the bed.

Hotel was decent but if you're staying here to cut cost in NYC just stay in NYC. The shuttles are difficult& inefficient. You're right on the highway so nothing is in walking distance. The hotel itself is nice offers the basics but the location is awful.

Not fancy, but handles the basics. Room had a fridge and microwave which was convenient. The complimentary breakfast was also not fancy but checked all the boxes. Looks to have been renovated maybe fifteen years ago and so sort of feels a tad dingy in places like the hallway.

Location was great right near Yankees stadium, rooms were ok staff was nice. Food was horrible eat somewhere else if possible.

This hotel is a nightmare! Had dog barking last night but hotel staff did not care in the least bit. Ordered breakfast and waited 25 minutes and still no food. Computer did not work and of course no manager around all day. As a Spire Member we are held to staying so many nights to keep our status but are forced to put up with this type of service. All I can say is run away from this hotel!

Convenient location. Housekeeping could improve. Surfaces dusty. Random hairs found throughout bathroom.

It was very clean priced right and staff pleasant. Also convenient access to the Big Apple… my home away from home.

I wish I could give this place no stars. What a terrible place. The breakfast man is so rude. There where ants in our friends bed.

Might rooms, small amenities. Bathroom is small and not much space to work with. The walls a very thin and can hear tvs, showers etc.

Hotel smelled of pot, music was loud in the lobby, and breakfast is not complementary.

I love it, but relatively it was more the time q I was out in the hotel.

A few mishaps: our room was on 1st floor & noisy, next to fitness room, lobby, engineer/maintenance rooms etc. Our heating/cooling system didn't work (2 days), had to call front desk & serviceman discovered wires were cut. Upon arrival the manager was a bit curt, later displayed a more professional side. Communicating w/staff was quit difficult, many spoke Spanish. Housekeeping didn't wipe down desks, vacuum, & 2 other housekeepers came in room, during her time there (I just happened to be in room) — brief of safe guarding our property. However, housekeepers were very polite. On checkout room rate was wrong & that manager (different from checkin) was room, telling me " not to say another word, until he tell me this". I was shocked w/his tone. I had to call back to ensure my rate was corrected. The biggest plus was the FOOD. It was excellent & the portion sizes were great. The room was nice.

Clean rooms. Have a good breakfast. It would be better if the bar would stay open later.

The absolute WORST place to stay… the rooms were filthy (pizza behind the TV stand) … the women at the front desk were very rude and not helpful at all. I would never ever stay at this place again. They gave us keys to someone else's room and when I told the front desk that we walked in on someone sleeping, they didn't seem to care at all.

Expensive. Everything was extra. Othrrwise, nice and clean.

The hotel itself, in terms of condition, is ok. Not great, but not terrible. The staff on the other hand… well, a few are nice. Others, are some of the most combative, rudest people you have ever met. I had intended on staying at this hotel a lot more often, but after my last experience, I won't be going anywhere near it. Nor will my colleagues who also stay in the area often.

Duane was the bomb, very helpful, made sure site seeing reservations were confirmed! Took to the extra step to help us out! The hotel room very clean! Would definitely stay there again!

The location and price were spectacular. It was great to be able to park for free and take a shuttle or bus into the city on demand. The front desk service was very good, although it was hard to get them to give much detail about the shuttle service. The room was very clean and functional. Nothing fancy, but that's not what we needed. All in all this was a great experience.

Great location. Great price always. Reception was great, very nice and funny too. Room was spacious and clean as well as the bathroom. Breakfast was great. Plenty of seating in their restaurant with waiter service whom were also very nice. I'm going up this weekend to ny, and even though it's a little far from where we are going to be, I'm booking here because it's a guaranteed good night. Plenty of free parking. Wi-Fi was good too.

Nicer of the Holiday inns I've been to, rooms clean, lobby bar is small but ok. Location is close to nyc but on a highway, so you can only enter/exit on rt4 east.

My brother & I stayed here over labor day weekend & didn't have 1 problem. Staff was helpful, rooms were nice, shuttle driver was cool. Plan on staying here my next trip to NYC.

I am currently staying in this hotel. It is an easy commute to NYC, and the hotel offers a free shuttle with decent hours. Every staff member that we have talked to was kind, funny and helpful. We are so thrilled and looking forward to a few more days here. We had drinks at the bar, which was busy, but everyone was being attended to by Lordes — who was great! We ordered room service about 30 min before the kitchen closed, the food was great and fresh! … My only qualm so far is that the pool is only open until 8. It was light until nearly 9, and after a long day in this summer heat we were looking forward to a swim. But we will plan better tomorrow! :) I sincerely would recommend this place to all my friends and family.

This place should be a 2 star not at all a 4 star staff is rude rooms are outdated dirty carpet loud people walls are paper thin not worth the price they are charging hey even over charged my credit carsd when I asked to speak to the manager he was no where to be found much better places in the area don't waste your money rude security guard that works at night.
