I had a pleasant stay everything was good. Breakfast was great! The room was clean and bed is comfy. My neice enjoy the pool a lot. The staff was very nice and helpful. I would definitely stay here again!

Room was great, clean and with amenities. Staff was all very friendly. Breakfast was great with many options. The carpet in the hallway and in the elevator was stained in places. I did let the staff know and they were very responsive. I would recommend a stay in this hotel. It is also very centrally located and convenient.

Had 1st floor room near breakfast area. Good breakfast, lots of choices. Nice comfortable beds, quiet rooms, nice staff.

Holiday Inn Express is one of the best chains around. You know what you're going to get, and this hotel delivers exactly that. Wi-Fi works, every room comes with a refrigerator, and the rooms are clean. What more could you want?

Rooms were very clean, check in was quick and easy, staff is very nice and not overbearing. We had a couple requests and they were immediately taken care of for us! The location is excellent your close enough to a bunch of stores, gas, plenty of fast food aswell, can walk to them all. I would recommend this hotel to friends.

This hotel was Amazing their breakfast was phenomenal they have this really cool pancake machine that makes the pancake in front of you they have a really good selection of food for breakfast also. The room was clean and tidy and they even lets us check in 4 hours early I'd highly recommend this hotel to anyone!

Breakfast always a good to have — the room we stayed in I dont think they use a lot. Stains on the bed skirt, dust on nightstands and lamps. Beds were comfortable and clean. Bathroom was very clean. Great for a overnight. Lots of fast food and shopping walking distance.

Highly recommend this hotel. Staff are the best! I am here because of a power outage in my hometown. Staff, especially Pam, Ryan and Kathy were super friendly to accommodate us. Reservation was through Priceline and got a great express deal here. Breakfast coordinators are especially serving in attitude. They went out of their way to prepare me a no-meat omelette!

Have stayed here 3 times previously. On this occasion, I left my $600 retainers in our hotel room. Called that evening and the front desk had them and said we could pick up 24/7. Thank you for saving me another $600! So grateful.

Good clean rooms and friendly staff, needs a little work in the breakfast section, and better coffee but it's better than hospital coffee so it's good.

Rooms are good for a quiet night of rest. This hotel has a front lobby that is elevated from the front entrance. You have to go up stairs as soon as you walk in. The lobby has a connected space for a basic breakfast. No restaurant and no bar here. Ready walk across street major busy road to great pizza place.

Rooms clean and well appointed. Location right off of the hwy and very close to stores. Service excellent.

I went in to this hotel tonight to see a room and I was told that the hotel was sold out. Upon asking what the room rate was, I was told that "it didn't matter because the hotel was sold out" in a very rude and aggressive tone. I was really quite appalled at how disrespectful this employee was and I left immediately. I definitely will not be returning to this hotel.

Had a great time. Bed was comfortable, breakfast was good. The checkin staff were very courteous and helpful on 9/7/17. Only issue was the shower ceiling. Was peeling due to a leak above that was never repaired.

Pleased with this hotel. Easy access from highway. Room was clean. Tubs need to be updated. Only main challenge was a youth hockey team taking over the hotel, so lots of banging, running, loud noises at bad hours of the night/morning.

The Holiday Inn was at a good location close to the Premium Outlets where the shopping is very good. The rooms were okay the were clean and properly maintained but a bit out dated. The service was decent.

Very nice location, decent parking and close to the outlets. The breakfast provided was much higher quality than I expected and the rooms were tidy and clean. The only concern is the noise leaking between the rooms, you really have to whisper or your neighbors can hear your conversation clearly.

The room given to us was very clean with comfortable sheets and many pillows. The bathroom was also decently sized with more than enough towels provided. The only downside to our stay were the thin walls. Our room was also attached to another room by a dead bolted door. Because of this we could very clearly hear our coughing neighbors through the night, and I'm pretty sure they could also hear our TV playing. Besides that, the stay was nice and relaxing. The free breakfast was not amazing, but it's free!

A very nice place. Peaceful and quiet just the way I like it. Four different food choices with in walking distance plus a gas station. My only issue is only some of the rooms have a refrigerator and microwave and to get one they charge a higher rate. It should be standard the rates are already high.

Smaller rooms, but nice and clean. Easy to get to. Breakfast seemed very "plastic wrapped" but there were several options, so serviceable. No microwave or fridge in the room, at least the one I was in, which was inconvenient. Overall I would still come back.

Holiday Inn Express & Suites Merrimack, New Hampshire (Our Stay during Christmas week 2015) My delay in sending this was caused by Computer problems. Too Begin: My family began its Christmas week arriving at the Holiday Inn on the 22nd of December. Our Son & Daughter-in-law had flown in from Southern California and together we were visiting our Daughter and Son-in-law and Grand daughters in Merrimack. During our Visits we always stay at the Holiday Inn in Merrimack, and our Stay was enjoyed up to the 28th of December when we checked out. We utilized two suites and were made very welcomed and comfortable during our entire stay. My wife and are very senior citizens and arise each morning later than normal. This being the case, on arising the first morning, I went to the dining area to select our breakfast. I hadn't realized that it was beyond breakfast time. My disappoint soon changed. From the Kitchen came a chef, who asked what I needed, that Breakfast was served and finished. I apologized for the lateness and turned to leave. The Chef asked what I would like and again I apologized for interrupting her and continued to leave. She wouldn't let me leave until she made for my wife and I an egg omlet with hash brown potatoes, with a choice of Bacon or ham, Orange Juice and coffee. Then, she put them on a wheeled server and I took this fantastic breakfast to our room where my wife and I enjoyed the goodness this very giving worker made for us. Wow.

Clean, friendly staff, good breakfast. Otherwise a typical hotel.
