Review of Holiday Inn Express and Suites Merrimack, an IHG Hotel 2*

Holiday Inn Express & Suites Merrimack, New Hampshire (Our Stay during Christmas week 2015) My delay in sending this was caused by Computer problems. Too Begin: My family began its Christmas week arriving at the Holiday Inn on the 22nd of December. Our Son & Daughter-in-law had flown in from Southern California and together we were visiting our Daughter and Son-in-law and Grand daughters in Merrimack. During our Visits we always stay at the Holiday Inn in Merrimack, and our Stay was enjoyed up to the 28th of December when we checked out. We utilized two suites and were made very welcomed and comfortable during our entire stay. My wife and are very senior citizens and arise each morning later than normal. This being the case, on arising the first morning, I went to the dining area to select our breakfast. I hadn't realized that it was beyond breakfast time. My disappoint soon changed. From the Kitchen came a chef, who asked what I needed, that Breakfast was served and finished. I apologized for the lateness and turned to leave. The Chef asked what I would like and again I apologized for interrupting her and continued to leave. She wouldn't let me leave until she made for my wife and I an egg omlet with hash brown potatoes, with a choice of Bacon or ham, Orange Juice and coffee. Then, she put them on a wheeled server and I took this fantastic breakfast to our room where my wife and I enjoyed the goodness this very giving worker made for us. Wow. I write about this, because this is not a one time thing but truly reflects the service we have received each and every time we stay at the Holiday Inn, in Merrimack. We will return in the Springtime knowing in advance the serve we always receive. Thank you Very Much Joe O.
