Currently staying here. Staff is great very friendly and do anything they can to make your stay better. I've been here for 3 weeks and it's great. Shuttle service is a life saver and the drivers are great. Will one of the drivers is very knowledgabl about the area and the shuttle business maybe think about him running the shuttle system to smooth out the problems and confusion. But again it's a great service. Also if you stay at the residents inn you can use the indoor pool at the courtyard hotel across the parking lot. Great location with hospital across the street. Rooms are comfortable Clean and they will even do your shopping for you.

Horrible experience unprofessional and untrained staff. Rooms are small. One of the worst hotel experiences in my life staying at this property. I would not recommend to anyone.

Friendly and considerate front desk staff coming over from hospital I’ve met all shifts and they are all very helpful. When your worried about family it’s nice not to worry about where to stay. Great discounts for hospital too.

Got here and our reservation had to be changed. Their two bedrooms, something was being done so they gave us two single bed rooms with one they paid in full. What a plus. Great clean rooms, nice exercise room. The heating and air conditioning might be loud, but you can change it. There is no pool. This seems like an older Residence Inn, so an update might be needed soon. But very comfortable stay. And the breakfast is delicious!

It was a great stay with a good location for visiting colleges in the area. The rooms had plenty of space and it was great for the price.

Fantastic — was upgraded to a 2 bedroom. New, clean, good service. This was so much better than a similarly priced hotel in the area I won't mention that it was shocking.

Spacious room with open floor plan and with plenty of electrical outlets, nice shower with good, not great, water pressure, well lit get ready for a night out sitting area, and kitchen. We had a great night sleep on a comfy king sized bed.

The room was large and spacious. The kitchen it was clean, and stocked enough to be useful. Other amenities seem to be a little bit lacking, but the staff is been quite good.

Very nice residence inn property, one of the best of the chain we have been at and the customer service was great. Mexican restaurant only feet away — super convenient.

We always try to stay here when visiting our daughter at Dartmouth. The staff is friendly and attentive, ready to help with directions or a recommendation to a local restaurant. We enjoy making this our home away from home.

Got in super late but check in staff was still very friendly and accommodating. Rooms were just refurbished, so everything is clean and fresh. Very nice breakfast including eggs and waffles. Very happy with my decision to stay here for the week I'm visiting.

Friendly, inviting service from check in to check out! What's not to love about a brand new hotel; especially with such spacious rooms full of at home touches. Breakfast was convenient, the desert bar was a nice touch and the price was more than reasonable. We hope to need a room in the area again.

We checked in late after a wedding. The front desk attendant was kind and quick, getting us into our room in minutes. The room was spotless nicely decorated. We would definitely stay here again.

The suite was really good and so was the service. You had a 2 room suite booked initially but they made the changes to 2 suites and billed us a lower price than the original booking.

We had an awesome trip to Lebanon / Hanover, New Hampshire. This is the right place to stay when traveling with my 93 year old Grandmother. The staff made our stay comfortable. The only problem with the accessible room was the roll in shower. My grandmother had a tough time trying to stay upright. Next time we will opt for a different room. I enjoyed the hot breakfast. The pool was not open so we had to go to the health club next door to use their pool and facilities. There was no additional cost for the use of the club. The grocery store located next to the hotel was not just convenient, but also clean. All in all, a great place.

I'm eating free waffles and ice cream in the lobby at 830 at night and I have a fridge and two tv's in my room. Best hotel ever.

The room was really comfortable. There was a Packer game on Nationally on Sunday night so it was nice to be able to have more room to watch than just a typical hotel room. Staff was friendly. Bed was comfortable. My only complaint was that the carpeting certainly was vacuumed well after last guest. Found coin on floor, candy wrapper, piece of plastic and a staple. The room was clean but the floor was neglected.

Very comfortable room! The windows open completely and the kitchen was very convenient. The kitchen was not fully stocked (missing soap, only one knife, no cutting board, etc) but otherwise we had everything we needed. The desk staff was friendly and helpful. They asked us to leave the room slightly before checkout time.

Convenient hotel to Dartmouth campus as well as the hospital. There are many amenities nearby including a grocery store and several restaurants. The hotel was clean and updated, I've stayed here several times and have always had a pleasant stay. The rooms are like little apartments and they have dishes/glasses/full fridge etc. Great for long term stays.

If you are planning a trip to Lebanon, NH you should stop and REALLY ask yourself why you're going and if it's necessary, as the entire area is shockingly remote and boring. It is very close to dartmoth, but that hardly makes the location better. However, if you decide you do have to visit, I highly recommend staying at the residence inn. The rooms, particularly the beds are ultra comfortable. Unlike many hotels in this price range the sheets and pillows are also high quality. Further the rooms keep out the light nicely while you sleep and are quiet, you're not woken by the sound of people slamming their doors in the morning. They offer free Wi-Fi and it's not a hassle to log on. Finally the staff all went out of their way to be very friendly. Overall I liked staying here, even though I hated lebanon, this place made it easier to endure.

The rooms are a little dated, but clean and comfortable. Full breakfast with broad range of hot and cold options. The location is convenient to Dartmouth.

Great people, very helpful. Clean, comfortable bed and great Wi-Fi. Was staying with a large group there for my son's wedding — they were helpful to everyone. Shuttle service very prompt and thoughtful.

Poor work ethics by management. My daughter put in an application and it was discussed with other employees. An other employee told us about my daughter results on her application befor she was contacted by the person doing the testing.

Friendly staff, but very thin walls make it difficult to get sleep. Nice to have breakfast, but unclean made me scared to eat it. People put kids in diapers sitting on tables and counters.

Was there for a memorial at Dartmouth stayed here and every one was great.

I really liked this place. The room was huge and had everything I needed. Free and pretty good breakfast in the morning with plenty of coffee. The staff were very helpful and allowed me to use their computer and printer. Very close to Dartmouth Medical Center where I had an interview. Perfect for one night stay. The rate was cheap, so you cant expect the Ritz.

For the price, you can't go wrong! Clean rooms, plenty of space, and friendly staff. The only downside, the rooms are slightly outdated.
