Great location, beautifully decorated, awesome staff, great amenities, and each room is a studio apartment. A wonderful place to stay!

Very nice. Spacious. Nice pool, workout area, laundry. Good breakfast 7-9am and social M-F 5-7pm. Pet friendly.

We were in town for a funeral and, while the staff didn't know that, they couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating. We have to give a tremendous thanks to Peter, who promptly responded to our a/c problem and swiftly had us relocated to a new room. Every person we encountered at the hotel was courteous, kind, efficient… it took less than two minutes for a request for a more towels to be fulfilled! The rooms very nice. Given the circumstances of our visit to the area, we didn't sample the complimentary breakfast or use the exercise room, pool, basketball court, or outdoor seating area. The staff did make us aware of their Money — Thurs mixer in the lobby area and under different circumstances, we would have been there. The staff, for me, made this a great place to stay and I thank each and every staff member for their kindness, courtesy, and efficiency.

Staying here for work for the week and I'm loving it! Great size rooms and the kitchenette is great. The shower has awesome pressure!

By far the nicest stay in a hotel I’ve ever seen. When we got here to get a room (we had not booked one ahead of time) we were informed they were out of the regular suites. They accommodated us by giving us one of their grand sweets (2 bedrooms, living room, small kitchen, and 2 bathrooms) at a discounted price. When getting on an elevator, a women staff member very politely held the door for us to get on. When walking down a narrow hallway, a male staff member politely stepped aside and waited for us to pass him. Very comfortable beds, very clean, wonderful pool and basketball court, and snack room in the lobby to purchase snacks. Blessed to have been able to spend time here.

Very good, very clean. We had a good time. The hotel location is very close to target where you can buy food. The room has a full kitchen. Very good service.

Overnight stay on a Saturday night. Room was somewhat smaller than most Homewoid Suites at which we previously stayed but clean and well-appointed. Very comfortable bed! Front desk staff was both friendly and helpful. Sunday breakfast was typical although breakfast burritos and fresh baked muffins were pleasant surprises. We would definitely stay here again.

Very clean, comfortable rooms. My husband and I brought 3 kids and we had plenty of room. Although, a second bathroom would have been nice, lol. The pool and jacuzzi were perfect. The breakfast was good and the people who work here are nice.

Hotel was clean and close to the mall. The suite store in the lobby had a larger selection of duck books than it had drinks or snacks. The kitchenette was convenient but.

Excellent Hilton subdivision. Suites have everything from full sized fridge, stove top, 2 TV's, comfy mattress, full breakfast and other amenities!

Great experience nice clean kitchen and bathroom feels homey and the Free breakfast is very good.

Hotel is nice and conveniently located next to the mall. It's like having a mini apartment which is good for long stays. When I checked in they didn't acknowledge my Hilton honors at all and I had to ask for waters and where the elevators and anything else I needed which was kind of annoying but otherwise a good stay so far.

Quiet place, very secure. Loved the soft squishy bed. I felt like I had died and went to heaven.

Very clean hotel with a good location across the road from the mall with restaurants. Hotel seems to be newly renovated. Nice indoor pool/jacuzzi and an outdoor basketball court.

Rooms were very nice and clean, the staff were very helpful, would stay at this hotel again.

I give 5 stars because it is very clean the staff very nice although there are some of the cleaners that are well carnepuercas lamentablemete and another thing should be more inclined to the cameras because one day was in the pool and there were minors and there was a couple in the Jacuzzi Having sex and I understand that was out of place because they were underage.

Spacious suites at a reasonable price, located near a shopping mall. An unexpected bonus was the free breakfast as well as dinner Monday thru Thursday with complimentary beer and wine.

Nice suite with a full kitchen. The TV’s were difficult to get to turn on and figure out how to use. (There should be step by step instructions posted). The breakfast was disappointing. All carbohydrates except for the scrambled eggs. They should have called it continental breakfast. We are diabetics. No bacon, ham or sausage. We arrived before 10:00 am and they had already taken the hot food away. They did bring the scrambled eggs back out though but it was cold. If you prefer a full hot breakfast stay at a Comfort Inn. They are more reasonable on their rates too.

We asked for a quiet room and the clerk put us next to the highway. The stay was nice, though. Clean room, comfy bed, great shower.

Nice clean and comfortable hotel. Good value for the level of comfort, I've always enjoyed my stay at the homewood suites no matter what location I am at.

Very nice hotel good service I recommend I feel like at home the rooms have kitchen.

Separate rooms from bedroom. Smaller than average TV in bedroom. Larger TV in the living area. Breakfast and dinner was on par. Has plenty of auxiliary plugs for phone charging and an easy use alarm clock.

The breakfast in the morning was delicious. The suite was very comfortable and felt like a home away from home.

Nice remodeled hotel. Good breakfast with eggs and Canadian bacon, as well as wades and other good food. Rooms are suites at similar prices to non suite hotels.

The Homewood Suites was conveniently located right off the Mass Pike! The employee at the front desk was very welcoming and took the time to ask about the reason for our visit. The room was very large and clean. Overall it was a very lovely experience. Bonus points for the waffle maker.

Nice hotel in Northwestern MA with clean updated rooms and a friendly staff. Hotel had a few continental breakfast and a small fitness room. Rooms have a bedroom and a living area with a pull out couchbed.

Check in was insanely quick and the lobby was very clean. Stayed here to work a comedy club in Boston. I was worried about the drive but the hotel was so nice that I actually looked forward to returning to the room. Didn't expect the size of the room to be so large. My friend traveling with me said e pull out sofa was even more comfortable than other hotel beds he has stayed on. The AC was a powerhouse and kept the room nice and cool. Bed was clean, comfortable and having a separate room was very convenient. I didn't have a use for the kitchen while I was there but the large fridge and coffee did get used. That said, if I stayed longer I would for sure grab some groceries because the kitchen was nicer than what I have back home. During the day, having the hotel walking distance to a massive mall was a huge plus, and the drive into the city was smooth each day. The breakfast was a step above the average hot hotel meal. Everything was hot, fresh, tasty and the area was clean and well maintained. I'll be back to the area in the winter and will definitely be staying here.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff is great. We had a wonderful stay in a 5th (top) floor suite. I highly recommend this establishment!

What can I say about the homewood Suites in Holyoke other that it's one of my favorite hotels in the state! Huge rooms, we had a full king suite with a sofa bed in the living room. There's a full kitchen, full size fridge and dining area, DVD player and a full selection of movies in the lobby free for patrons! They also have a mixer Monday — Thursday in the dining area with free beer and wine, and a different food each day (grilled chicken Cesar with a full Greek salad station)! Not to mention the huge BBQ grills and outdoor lounge area. Every amenity you could possibly want right here. And the staff are some of the friendliest I've encountered, the night desk clerk was hysterical and nothing but awesome (wish I hadn't forgot his name).
All in all we love this hotel and will be back!

The Homewood suites in Holyoke, MA. Was very ideal. Despite the fact that they were doing some remodeling of the hotel at the time, the hotel and the staff were amazing. A huge workout room and an even bigger indoor pool were well appreciated. The free breakfast in the morning smelled almost as good as it tasted. The rooms were very spacious. A bedroom and bath separate from the living area made it feel so much more like a home and less of a hotel. This was also helped by the fact that the living area also had a really nice kitchen set up. Another cool perk that I always appreciate at a hotel is that in the lobby was a little shop that offered everything from sweet snacks to microwavable hot meals. You can also pick up any toiletry you might have left at home. Oh, and did I mention the beer and wine. Nice.

I can’t say enough great things about this hotel. If you never gotten a hotel suite, its a must. The feeling of room that it evokes a feeling of home is a must for someone like me who travels frequently for business. The ability to make a home-cooked meal can change the anyone’s perspective of a trip. There is a Wal-Mart less than 5 miles away so I was able to get groceries instead of eating fast food. The kitchen in the suite provided everything I needed. Cookware, dishware, tupperware, glassware, coffeemaker and utensils. The dishwasher came in handy cuz I cooked up a storm. The stove had 2 burners and an indicator to let you know the surface was still hot after the burner was turned off. The microwave, full size freezer/fridge and dining area made the kitchen complete. The living room had a TV, sofa, coffee table, desk, side tables and lamps that created the home vibe. The bedroom was separated by a door and was spacious. The beds were clean, comfy, and large. There was another TV in the bedroom that further created the feel of a small apartment. The sink and vanity are separate from the bathroom with a closet in between. The hotel does offer a continental breakfast with scrambled eggs, potatoes, bacon, sausage, cereals, yogurt, toast, bagels, fresh fruit, fresh tomatoes. The hotel also has theme nights such and beer night, pizza and salad. The facility and lobby area were gorgeous. There are many colleges in the area and a mall across the street.

Stayed in a suite for the Amherst College graduation. The room was very nice and the amenities plentiful. The coffee at breakfast was good as well.

Clean and comfortable. Excellent staff. The highway side is rather noisy, should have installed triple pane windows.

The rooms are spacious and the complimentary reception is very nice. Internet is relatively slow, but rooms and hotel are nice.

We reserved a non-smoking room. Our room was in the non smoking section but smelt terribly of cigarette smoke, especially in the bathroom. We had to keep the door closed because it smelt so disgusting. The hotel was booked so we could not switch rooms. They only gave us $50.00 off our room. I don't understand how they could approve it as a non smoking room. It was smokey and everything wreaked. They should have picked up on this when cleaning the room. It was very obvious when we walked in. We will not be returning, especially since they did not even give us more of a discount or even apologize for the inconvenience… Considering we could not even use the shower during our stay — and had to run in and out of the bathroom to avoid coughing fits — and I left having asthma attacks due to the cigarette smell… They should have taken more off the room. My fiancé is not even sensitive to cigarette smoke and was really bothered by it too. There is definitely too much smoking allowed all around the hotel too — everywhere we looked people were smoking on the property, especially close to entrance ways by the breakfast area and front door.

Beautiful, clean and incredibly attentive staff. The hotel was easy to find and had plenty of parking, even later in the day.

What a wonderful place to stay after being frozen and smoked out of your house simultaneously. And that's not even a backhanded compliment. Furnace died one recent morning. House got cold quickly, even in this tropical Massachusetts December. Had never used the fireplace. Good time to start! Flume open? Closed? How would one know? One way to find out! Unfortunately, the answer was not just "closed" but also "unopenable. " Didn't want to leave the beloved St. Reudel behind in this frozen inferno, so I looked around for pet-friendly hotels, expecting to find a place that would have a "Derelicts Welcome! " sign out front. Imagine my glee then, we I discovered that a Hilton property just three miles up the road welcomed kitty-kats as guests! And a Hilton-worthy property was it. Thoroughly friendly and professional check-in. A mini-suite with alcoves for the roodle to wander around in and not feel boxed in (still, she did pull the old hide-under-the-bed trick for most of our 2-night stay, but that's on her! ). Really crisp linens that were light to the touch but nicely insulating. Even high-quality drinking and bathing water. The price, with AAA membership, was perfectly reasonable at $116, with free Wi-Fi. But boy, did I need a bath and alas, it's showers only here. Nonetheless, the shower stall, behind twin glass doors is fine, spacious and delivers the hot-water goods until you say "no mas. " Well, actually, you have to turn the handle to the off position.

The hotel is very clean and our suite was nice. The curtains and art work were a bit dated. The free shuttle service was extremely convenient.

The room is spacious and basic. I didn't bring anything to use the pool. The gym is very basic just cardio and free weights. Breakfast was good. And the area is very quiet and convienent for where I needed to travel to. Oh and the staff is very happy and nice.
