After my friend was assaulted while he was undressed in his room by your staff I would NEVER recommend anyone go here. If you think a refund of his room will make this go away, I assure you it will not. Your staff was out of control over a late check out and this is not acceptable.

Very satisfied with the whole hotel overall. Nicely updated and clean. Nice little odd and ends in the room that make a difference. Great breakfast!

Great service, restaurants next door, excellent!

Pretty straightforward Fairfield Inn but in great shape and well maintained. Staff was friendly and pricing abundant. Right near highway, but couldn’t hear it at all.

Your basic Fairfield Inn for the most part. Rooms are clean and neat, personnel are friendly and warm. Let us check in early and out late, which is appreciated. Didn't get chance to do breakfast, but they had a microwave in the dining area which is helpful. Property has a very good sized gym in comparison to most other Fairfields.

I've stayed here for a couple of nights the staff was good. But I'm mainly writing this for the breakfast girls Meghan and Betsy they are amazing it was super busy the day I went and they did such a good job I know if I had to deal with what they do it wouldn't of been so pleasant but they stood strong. The only thing that I was upset about is not one I mean not one person besides me tip them they work so hard and no one appreciated them sad site to see. Somethings should be done about that cause they deserve it.

We stayed at this location just this weekend. It was nice, very clean and every employee encounter was pleasant. Kids enjoyed the pool and the complementary breakfast was perfect to start the day. I could not ask for anything else to make my stay there better. We would stay here if ever in the area again.

The beds were so soft theres a single cup ciffee maker in your room they provide tea bags or coffee. Its very inviting.

Brand new hotel. No complaints. The pool is hilariously small, but all around nicce hotel. Within walking distance to ths mall. Nothing else to do in ths immediate area. Everyone we asked told us to go to north hampton for dinner and night life.

Very clean! Friendly, courteous, and helpful staff. Great breakfast with lots to choose from! Definitely recommend staying here!

Friendly staff. All particularly upbeat and helpful. Rooms are good sized but not packed with a lot of punch. What sets this Fairfield apart from most others is that the bathrooms are equipped with bathtubs rather than just showers like many of the Fairfield inns. This is worth the price you won’t be disappointed if you stay here.

New hotel. Room was nice and clean, as expected. Relatively quiet. Nice area as far as Holyoke goes. Check-in was pretty slow, but understandable at the time. They inadvertently charged me instead of my company for the stay, though, which caused a bit of a headache.

The beds were incredibly comfortable, very nice staff, smart TV in the room was a nice perk, and free breakfast included. Can't beat it. My new go to for a local hotel to get away close to home.

Very clean and comfortable stay. The rooms are quite spacious. The breakfast is included and the selection is not bad. The staff is quite friendly too. Works definitely stay there again next time I'm in the area.

Rooms where clean and well kept staff was friendly and helpful exercise room was nice pool was very small not what we expected but overall fantastic place continental breakfast was wonderful.

I had to travel for business and this location was the very closest to work. The plant is almost brand-new and you can tell the staff are proud of its appearance. At the last minute I had to extend my stay. They didn't have room the second night but moved heaven and earth to make sure that I was able to return right after that. I have rarely been treated so kindly by most hospitality, I can't say enough good things about Mr Patel and the whole staff. The rooms are certainly spacious enough and are very quiet and comfortable. I hope to be able to stay here again if I come back to the Holyoke area.

New property, excellent location off 91 and the turnpike. Shopping, restaurants all within easy walk or short drive. Safe area, plenty of free parking and the area is well lit. Hotel is fresh, clean well maintained and bright with natural lighting. Staff very attentive, excellent free breakfast. Nice amenities in room-Paul Mitchell. Full open shower, no tub! Heated pool and small gym area with basics to work out. Great addition to the area.

Rooms were clean, staff was friendly, fitness center was modern, and breakfast was plentiful and delicious.

Newly constructed and open as of December 2017. Clean. Has a nice fitness center with more than standard equipment. Dumbells, kettle bells and cable machine.

A unique place with super special treatment an amazing human warmth. My daughter loved it. I recommend it. Thank you all at the hotel.

Spacious, new hotel. Good breakfast options and spacious breakfast area, fitness center, pool. Convenient to many shopping and dining options. Easy to get to from the highway. Clean rooms, comfortable bed, good water pressure. Staff all pleasant and professional.

It was good. Staff was nice, you can tell corners where cut when renovating. Rooms where comfortable.

They had a Grand Opening ceremony when I checked in. So, obviously the rooms are exceptionally clean. The staff are very courteous. The stay was very pleasant.

This hotel is GREAT! It's brand new, close to many helpful amenities, and very clean. The staff is ridiculously nice, and extremely accommodating. I have been sending employees and staying for work, and they make it incredibly easy — one of the best hotels I have ever worked with. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious and bright. I just can't say enough. I'm usually a Hilton girl but this Marriott has me hooked!

I stayed here on a work trip, the place is very new, customer service was wonderful and I was very impressed with the breakfast buffet. My only cons were that there was no microwave in the room (there is one in the lobby area) and doors opening and shutting were on the loud side. The air conditioning worked very well and there was a range of pillow firmness which makes a world of difference in sleep, for me at least.

Brand new hotel with great options close by. You are within 5-10 minutes of the Basketball Hall of Fame and Six Flags. Easy & convenient location within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. The only downside is the pool — it is really small. Otherwise, great place to stay.
