We went for a last mintue weekend get away. Its nicely location right on the beach 5 min walk to the main strip. Clean and comfortable rooms. Full stocked kitchenette. Yes they had a wine bottle opener. Even with a full house it was a very peaceful stay. Friendly helpful staff. Will come again. If I was with other family and had to use the futon bedroom door would need to stay open since only one ac.

Good place to stay. The staff is nice the rooms are clean. The hot tub rooms were smaller than we thought but still worth it. We will come and stay again if we are ever in O. O. B again.

Nice spot on the beach. Cozy and clean rooms. Would be 5 star if not for the twin-split mattress pushed together to make a queen. Super uncomfortable. Otherwise a great stay.

Great price and great room. Had a great view and the staff was great. All around a great time and a great value. Great!

This place is so beautiful. The view of the ocean was amazing. And the jacuzzi tub in the room was the best.

I would rather not let anybody know about this well-known kept secret there are some very comfortable beds and kitchenettes that you can have your own dinners and long strolls on the beach with your favorite girl here please everybody stay away I want this place to myself.

View was beautiful. Enjoyed the spa tub. Stayed in room 2. We were able to leave room and follow path directly to beach.

I arrived as planed having a 2 day reservation. I have a 12 pound service dog that they would not accept. They asked me what she was trained to do and I told them to alert me for an illness I have (i told them what it was). 30 minutes later I was asked to leave. Girl said I should have told then HOW she alerted me. Well she is a dog. She does not talk, wave or use sign language, she wines and jumps on my legs. I offered to show her my dogs ID and a doctors note. Not good enough. They put us out in the dark and in the rain. I am a 70 year old women and I have disabilities. I had an anxiety attack and had to pull my car over for awhile and try to calm down. I have trouble driving at night and this was a dangerous situation as it was dark and foggy. The girl was rude and nasty and totally uncaring. The room sucked. The walls needed painting 5 years ago and it smelled musty. I will report this place for the total disrespect I and my well trained service dog received. Hours later and I am still shaking. This has never happened to me before.

Severely devastated. My children and I will not have a place tonight as planned. I had reserved a room payed in advance and selected a check in time on the internet of 9pm to 10pm. I received a phone call while we were in route to tell me that they would be cancelling the room. I will recommend other places to stay than this one.

. I needed a room last minute do to a family emergency. I got the Very Best Rate online for my budget and needs. Ocean front room. Perfect for what I needed for one over night. Bed was firm which I like. I wish they would upgrade the bedding. However that being said the room and bedding were very clean. And what more can you want to fall asleep to the sound. Smells and ocean view. But to wake up to its sunrise. Sliding glass doors to by the way. Will definitely book at the Sea Cliff House again. 30 sec walk and your on the beach… micro. Fridge. Coffee maker. Iron. Hair dryer. Etc. Thanks Sea Clifff House.

Spent our honeymoon here. Staff was pleasant. Hot tub in october was amazing. Rooms clean, kitchenette stocked with enough dishes and utensils.

Beautiful location. Beach and ocean views. Would highly recommend. Comfortable clean rooms. Will be visiting again.

Older motel right on the beach. We had a room with a small kitchenette (small fridge, microwave, coffee pot, sink, 2 burners). Appliances were new and clean. Cabinets and trim new as well. Room was clean with an ocean view. Cold and drizzly when we arrived, but hot tub was open! Very nice to sit in warm bubbles and listen to ocean waves. You rent here for location. Right on the beach with boardwalk access. Exactly what we expected and wanted. For truly "Old" Orchaed Beach experience, this is your spot.

Sea Cliff House was fantastic. Located right on the beach. Nice pool and hot tub. Great room. Perfect!

My 2nd day & I definitely decided to stay here again. The staff is friendly and very helpful the rooms are clean and comfortable most importantly I love the ocean view.

Me and my boyfriend had our anniversary here, although the scenery and hot tub were amazing, the beds we're not comfortable at all, we both woke up with sore backs and shoulders. The inside looked dingy and dirty… Felt kinda sketchy… The 2amazing things were the scenery of the ocean and the hot tub. But overall the experience was alright.

Decent rooms, close to the beach which was convenient. Beautiful location and had a comfortable sleep. Would recommend to anyone looking to travel here.

I absolutely love this place, Wi-Fi wasn't great but we where so busy enjoying the ocean and the hot tub and pool it didn't matter to much! Friendly staff! Wish I could be enjoying this place for honeymoon! Will be returning.

Bummed! Saw what looked like nice pics online. Got to my room and the room was tiny the bathroom was a phone booth. The walls looked poor at best as the paint job was supposed to look artistic but fell way short and just looked like a child had blue on his hands and they never cleaned it off. But the view is great and it is right on the beach. If you're looking for a room right on the beach and value is your goal I recommend. Looking for a romantic getaway? Spend more.

The hotel is not even a minute fron the beach, within walking distance from many shops and restaurants, and parking was convenient. The a. C. Was a little weak so it took a bit to cool down the hot room but otherwise the room was pleasant and clean. A few things were sticky and dirty but clean enough. Our stay was enjoyable and we would stay there again in the future.

Room was clean and cozy, there was no shampoo available, or coffee was which strange. Steps to the beach. Huge hot tub and heated pool. A 10 minute walk to attractions. They charge a $100 deposit upon check in, then refund it to you at check out, I checked out today so that part is up in the air, but for now I do not like that.

My boyfriend and I stayed here over the summer. We were pretty bummed because not much was open yet on the pier. But this place we stayed was great, we got there early and they were still cleaning the room. So they gave us full access to the pool and restrooms while we waited. From the parking lot, you walk right into the sand for the ocean. The ocean was so quiet and peaceful. Definitely a place we will be going back to!

The view is gorgeous from my room and the people are very nice. Helpful when you ask questions and reasonable rates. This is my go to for stress release and cozy getaways with my husband. This place is great anytime of year. I will continue to return for as long as I am able. I Love the Sea Cliff House!

We enjoyed our stay but the hotel is keeping our $100 deposit because we got wine on one of their towels. Needless to say, I will never do business with these crooks again.
