Will never stay there again. The rooms were gross. I went in to use the bathroom and the tub had 3 inches of water in it. Then when my son went to pop his pip it in the microwave the night we got there someone had left their breakfast of waffles and syrup in the microwave. The hot tub was also not working. And my card was charged before we arrived which the site said it would not be charged til we checked in and we got 4 charges totalling 400+ dollars for 2 nights. This place is truly a bad place to stay.

Good motel, good location. Free breakfast to start your day. Staff is always helpful. Indoor pool, laundry facility. Not the Ritz but very comfortable.

Worst hotel I've ever stayed at. Not only was the room dirty, the staff is extremely rude and disrespectful. Do not waste your time or your money here.

Ok value, but a bit run down. Hot tub was out of service (for at least another month), pool was small & cold. Breakfast was ok. Bar/casino ok. Rooms older with visible wear & flaws, smelled of old cigarette smoke.

Clean rooms, very accommodating. Buffet style breakfast with cold and hot cereals, fresh fruits, and an on-duty cook who made to-order omlets. We had a slight problem with our last room, but once we notified the front desk, they immediately sent someone to our room and asked us if we would like to switch rooms. They were very helpful and professional. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone that visits Helena, MT.

Not bad for a quick trip. It is not fancy, but it's clean and reasonably priced.

Had a bad experience in bar, waited to contact manager as she was on vacation, she said she was going to call me back and still hasn’t two weeks out! They allow their staff to fallow customer out to lobby cussing and flipping us off when I was trying to speak with the gentleman behind the front desk!

Nice older hotel, updated over the years. Bar, pool, hot tub, there is a restaurant on the upper level with wrap around windows for a nice view.

This is a great place to stay for one night or a whole month. Great saloon connected to the hotel. Top notch management.

Had drinks with coworker in the bar. Good atmosphere, inexpensive beverages, friendly service.

The place is got good and bad it was good to park a big truck or bus neat look for the old days I'm a maintenance person on my other job it needs some work thay are trying on of the kid might of got bed bugs not sure I have stayed at motel 6 and had a better room for less than what we stayed for it was quite.

Wasn't staying there, just drinks in the Longhorn (bar). Clean, quiet, excellent happy hour prices, and the owner was wonderful to talk with.

Great room, tv, fridge and no stains on carpet. Good overall condition little outdated need up grade. Other than that good job with cleaning. Bed was comfy just needs up grade on blankets and pillows need to be cycled out. That why 4 stars. Other than that good stay!

Robert at the front desk was AWESOME! So friendly and helpful. A great guy! Room was clean and spacious it was older decor but for 3 adults + 1 teen it was home for the night. Pool was warm, clean & refreshing after a long car ride. The price was excellent — I was not expecting the level of service nor how clean! I would stay again!

Staff was friendly and resolved issue with our reservation quickly. Breakfast bar is outstanding and you really can't beat the price. I would stay here again and recommend it to friends and family.

This was a very pleasant stay for me. The staff was very professional and personal. I liked the convenience of having a bar right there for those nights you want to let loose. A hot tub for when you need to relax after a long day of driving and sight seeing. I would recommend this motel to stay at.

Horrible experience. First there was no water in the pool, which we were not told, but hey, that's no deal breaker. Back up to the room. No Wi-Fi in the room because it was in such a far corner. Hey, not the end of the world. Come back from dinner to find that a maid had been in our room after the original housekeeping trip from earlier in the day. Weird and un-comforting, but I help run a business, I know slip ups can happen. In the evening, getting ready for bed, I find ants on the bed. Then I look closer and found about 6 other ants. They switched me rooms. When I called to let the manager know about my experience, she tried to tell me there were no ants in Helena. She said she'd call me back after talking with her staff, and that took 3 days, until I called HER back. Very rude and unprofessional. Will never stay here again, and I STRONGLY advise you, DO NOT either.

When we arrived, there was nobody at the front desk. We waited for 10 minutes. There wasn't a note or anything to let us know what was going on. My husband guessed the front desk person was on a bathroom break, but it was a long time. It turned out she was very pregnant, so we let it go, but when she returned, 2 other employees returned also, so where were those people while she was on break. She was covered in tattoos — her attire made no attempt to cover any of them. While she was helping us, she was also yelling to the back office to remind another staff member to stock rooms, etc because they weren't done. I feel these discussions should be done in private, not with customers in front of you. It's very unprofessional. Additionally, the other staff member's shirt was so low-cut that her bra was showing (not the straps, the cups of her bra were showing) Also, when we reserved the room 2 days before, we were told there was a pool available, but when we arrived, we were told the pool was being re-tiled and was unavailable — such a disappointment. When we got to our room, the bathroom grout was filthy, and there was not a drain cover, revealing the drain and everything that was trapped in it — kindof gross — not what you want to see while showering. The room had a musty smell, and the windows were dirty and difficult to open. Breakfast was a carb-load. Cereal, oatmeal, breads, waffles. There was sausage patties, but they were cold and rubbery, and the gravy was gloppy.

Very poor poor service. Not given right amount of towels and wash cloths and half the things were broken in our room. Like the toilet seat and the faucet and controls. To be able to get more towels or wash cloths you had to bring your dirty towels down to them to be washed to get more. When told what to clean in the room they forgot half of it. Bed sheets were ripped and not remade! In one of the peoples room that we were with there room had puke on the side of the bed and everything was dirty and trash still in the garbage cans. Also there was mold in the coffee pot! So horrible on the cleaning of the rooms just simply dont care.

Excellent stay at an affordable price.

The rooms are good sized and recently updated. The rate is what attracted us and was just right for a HoJo. The service was a huge disappointment. 1 double room got us 3 Towels, 1 hand towel, and 1 wash cloth. When we asked for more we were told that we could come down and pick them up, but they only had 1 more wash cloth. The next night we got 5 bath towels, no hand towels, or wash clothes and our coffee station was not refilled and still had the morning coffee in the pot. I don't ever complain but the service stunk and now you know.

I got a great rate over the internet and had a very nice experience at this hotel. The room had been recently remodeled and was very comfortable. There was also a very good restaurant on the third floor with a great view of surrounding mountains. A pleasant staff, nice room and good food — absolutely nothing negative and between above average to excellent rating.
