I went down two the front desk over 2 hours ago and explained my frustrations with this hotel (really a motel), she apologized and asked if I'd like a cooler. I said yes… it never arrived. Hotels. Com can confirm I have never given a bad review and have stayed at alot of hotels. Being charged 20.00 to park, no refrigerators in the rooms and you don't even have a soda machine. You take peoples cars and don't give them an opportunity to easily access drinks or snacks. On top of it all, you charged $100.00 more than the WAY nicer hotels right here in town. I won't be back, makes me wonder what you did to get such a high rating. Quite honestly… it's motel 6 with a "off brand name". I'm just being honest, hopefully, you can make same huge adjustments. How can a 75 year old, park and sleep hotel with knock off furniture charge 240.00?
