Location was very nice, right off the interstate, lots of activities and shopping close by. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The pool and hot tub were well maintained. As always at the Hampton, breakfast was awesome, I would stay again.

I love staying here anytime that I am in billings and staying over for how many ever days I am. The services are wonderful and the people there are always extremely nice. The beds are comfortable and also rooms are really clean. They have breakfast from 6 to 10 but I'm never up in time for that. One of my favorite hotels to be at honestly feels just like home.

Unfortunately we were highly disappointed with our stay. Our room smelled like dirty socks and the hid-a-way bed/couch was filthy dirty. The couch cushions were filthy and there as a large, dark stain to the upper left hand side of couch. Highly disappointed and would not recommend.

The hotel over booked and made a mistake on our room… so they upgraded us! It was awesome! Great service, would stay here again and again!

Excellent service. Our room was very clean, as was the entire hotel. The breakfast was complimentary and very good. Staff was friendly and helpful. Free shuttle service from and to the airport. They were also willing to shuttle us to a local car rental dealer. My wife and I were very pleased with our stay.

Great staff! Made you feel right at home. Had warm cookies every night in the lobby. Good house cleaners. All the amenities one could ask for except for the hot tub was closed.

Location getting in and out of the hotel isn't hard but it is annoying. The hotel itself is very good though. Room is clean and rooms are quite large.

I take my wrestling team to this venue annually and am always impressed with the hospitality and helpfulness of the staff. This is an excellent hotel and newly remodeled.

Couldn't find a nicer place in Billings! Brand new facility, and impeccably clean! Good breakfast and super friendly! Highly recommended!

My family and I had a blast staying here. They recently renovated and it's beautiful. Our room was huge, equipped with plug ins in the lamps for charging, and a Kerigue for great coffee. Definitely worth the price.

Hotel is always very clean. The staff is very accommodating. I recommend staying here when visiting Billings.

Below average chain hotel. The rooms looked clean enough, but we found old trash behind the furniture. The front desk was polite but not very helpful. The toilet didn’t flush for 3 days before maintenance finally came.

My mother and I stay here twice a month for her chemo. The location of this hotel is perfect. It is close to the frontier cancer center on the west end. Very close to the zoo and movie theater as well as scheels. Has a gas station and a fancy restaurant less than a block away. The rooms are extremely clean. Which is a wonderful thing for my immuno-compromised mother. The hotel staff is always helpful, nice and very knowledgeable. I would stay in this hotel even if my business was in the heights on the far East end of Billings. They have my return business.

Great rooms, friendly folks. Centrally located near several resturant, bars and casino. And just down the street from Billings best pizza place in town "Pie Guy Pizzeria"

Stayed in the suite. Very nice and roomy. The jaccuzzi tub was great!

Nice clean rooms and super supportive staff. They allow you to leave your car in the lot while traveling by air and can provide transportation to the airport. But above all, the staff make the stay here very positive.

Stayed here on a trip up to Alberta in October of 2016. Arrived just after midnight, and the staff was very accommodating and helpful. Room was nice and clean, and the free breakfast in the morning was an excellent way to start the day off right! I’d definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises.

The room was nice. All the staff were very helpful. The pool was clean and they had cookies at the front desk. Overall a pleasant stay.

Had a great stay here, was able to select and reserve my room a day ahead. The pool was great and so was breakfast. No fridge in our room but it still worked out great.

It was my first time to visit Billings Montana. My husband had been there before we met each other with friends. The Hampton Inn and Suites is a fine place to stay. Only drawback is they put a $100.00 hold on your checking account that does not come off for a week for room damages. If you stay there be aware of this.

It was clean and nice, maybe a little over priced though. Overall good experience.

Very clean, easy to find, quick and friendly service. Plus delicious continental breakfast and fresh cookies! Also, the beds are so soft and the shower was huge.

The hotel was clean, the food excellent, and the room quiet. Perfect for resting after a long day.

Nice clean location right off the highway without all the noise. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Would stay again in the area. There are plenty of food and store options nearby as well. Its right near the Zoo.
