The ribs are delicious and so was the salad, baked potato and southern style green beans. The server was very attentive, friendly and got the orders right. Enjoyed meeting and talking to the owners. Can't wait to go back again for ribs and will surely take lots of company there.

Went for the Saturday Ribs special. Fall off the bone, tender and just the right amount of sauce! The slab was perfect and only $20!

Small saloon with charm for locals and tourists alike. Good food and drinks and obviously concerned about cleanliness and safety.

My husband loves the chicken fried steak. Nice fresh salads, not many gluten free options.

As a hunter this place is a godsend. They have showers and laundry facilities. This is very valuable when hunting Bear and Wall Creek. The food is fantastic and the service is top notch. I have been there 20 years ago and the atmosphere is still as amazing as I remember. The country store they have is also great and keeps you from running into Ennis. Darci always has a smile on her face and has been more than nice to us every time we went. Thank you guys for keeping an icon going! Btw I was the guy with the broken ribs!

Fun place. Really nice cabins. Had a mix up with our room for a 2nd night (our fault) and the owner actually moved our stuff to another room for us as we were gone for the day. Good food and drinks too.

Small country bar and restaurant. Clean, nice atmosphere, and service was fast. Not huge menu but adequate. Ordered the crispy chicken special. Came out quick, too quick, center was raw. They took care of it and second round was good. I wouldn't hesitate to visit again.

Ate lunch at the restaurant on our way to our location and stopped again on our way home. We tried the country fried steak sandwich, bacon cheeseburger, club sandwich, grilled cheese, and chicken strips. All were very good. My husband LOVED the burger and the fries are good too!

This was a great place to stay! The room was nice and clean as was the bathroom. The only bad thing was that there was no air conditioning, which is fine, except the windows didn't open and the fan was not strong enough so we were a little hot during the night.

BEST PLACE I HAVE EVER STAYED! The cabin was the coziest place ever, I was so upset I only had one night there! Staff was excellent and I loved that the saloon and general store were right there! Cannot wait to go back!

Great place to stay while visiting Ennis and Virginia City MT. Small park, but nice with back in sites with grassy areas, very friendly staff and great food at the restaurant. Will definitely stay here again.

We stayed monday night in a cabin, which was great, but the restaurant and bar are closed on mondays so we did not get a chance to check it out.

Great place, great price. Perhaps the only thing they can improve is to have better sheets for the beds.

The new owners were extremely rude! I have been coming to the Blue Moon for many years to camp, eat, or just to grab a drink. I used to go out of my way just to visit. It is very sad that the new owners have ruined this truly Montana establishment. Needless to say I will never return. There are many other much better options in Ennis that I will choose to spend my time and money at. I can say with certainty I have never been treated so poorly at any place I have ever stayed and I've traveled to nearly State in the US.

The restaurant was busy and even some folks eating in the attached bar and this was a Wednesday. They also have cabins and a small convenience store. We also purchased a Blue Moon Saloon shirt and hat. Live music on Saturday nights. We will miss this great place. Thanks for a great experience.

So fun to live 20 or so miles up the highway from this place. Blue Moon Saloon is the perfect spot for a cozy western saloon, cafe, little store and cute cabins if you require lodging. The owners are an integral part of the ambience and also chef and bartender/hostess. The food is superb, really down home with flair. I'm working my way through the fab yet simple and satisfying menu. Weekend live country music and cozy dance hall. My dream come true!

A great watering hole for traveler. First came here in the 1980's. It still hasn't lost its local crowd and everyone has always been real friendly. Whether you're just visiting the area, or come for the fishing, The Blue Moon is a must-stop locale.
