Clean, quiet, pleasant smelling, good breakfast, comfy beds, no bugs!, The owners/family that runs the place are very nice, unlimited hot water, big bathtub with shower, safe to store valuables in the room, jacuzzis available with some rooms. Very affordable. NO COMPLAINTS! I'm a very critical and picky person… Still no complaints. Nothing turned up missing. They were very sweet to our 8 year old boy. They lined his stuffed toys up on the bed when they changed the linens while we were out. It was so cute! I'm very grateful to these people that run this motel. We'll be staying here again when we come back.

Hotel is terrible. I stayed there last month and when I got to the hotel it looked completely different online then it did it person. The lobby is disgusting and it had a weird smell in it. The room’s window wouldn’t stay shut and the comforter had cigarette burns on it. Also the breakfast was terrible. They hardly had any choices at all to choose from. I left my toothbrush and toothpaste at home thinking they would provide that like any other hotel. When I went to ask for it they told me it was a family dollar down the street. I advise anyone to not stay here. This hotel is terrible and I wouldn’t spend my hard earned money here ever again!

No problems. Room was great. Great price. Very nice people. I wanted a room facing parking lot. Only thing available was a smoking room. Didn't smell like smoke! Very pleased.

If I could do no stars I would. The receptionist wanted an ID for my 13 y. O. Nephew and even stated that only guests 18 years of age were allowed to stay there; but the website clearly states and allows for children to stay there. And when I told him my nephew’s age and that he doesn’t have an ID, the receptionist was ready to turn me away; until he saw a family behind me with a boy around my nephew’s age. He then asked if my nephew was going to cause any problems at the hotel, at 2 in the morning. What else is my nephew going to be doing at 2 in the morning? I’m a strict aunt, whether he’s on summer vacation or not, if its past 10 he needs to be in bed and quiet for the other guests/families! Not only that, but the neighbors and their children next door to us and downstairs were fighting and slamming their doors all night long, and running around in the halls and yet my nephew “was going to be a problem”. Thankfully my nephew is a heavy sleeper and slept through all the noise, my husband and I not so much. We will not be staying here in the future.

This is the worst place I've ever lived! First there was a pungent smell, a noise in the aisle, a loud voice, a bad night's sleep. The worst thing was that we searched the Internet for a price of $36+tax, and we called to confirm that it was $36 +tax a night. And then we found that they received US $81 a night! Too bad reputation!

Only gets one star because the bed was comfortable other than that our stay was anything but satisfactory. We changed rooms a total of 3 times before we got a decent room, each time the sheets were dirty had human hair still on them and body dirt, the air conditioning hardly worked or the windows wouldn’t latch shut. The mirrors haven’t been cleaned in forever let alone the whole room, we discovered trash in the bed sheets and below it not to mention blood spatter on the wall and sticky carpet. You will definitely get what you pay for with the cheap price.

The room is comfortable, clean and has good temperature control. Only weak point is that breakfast is pretty meager. Waffle or cereal, that's about it.

I was pleasantly surprised this hotel was great they kept their promise of free breakfast room was just as I seen it online I would go there again.

Worst place ever! Run as far as possible from this place. Spent only 30 minutes in the room and were the worst of my life.

Clean. Fast internet can you believe it?! Noisy neighbors. Edit: dropped down to 2 stars because Everytime I come here there is a fight that wakes me up in the middle of the night.

Pleasantly surprised. Clean rooms, they could update the linens, curtain and chairs but that's just knit picking. Had a pretty cool painting of the arch above the bed with a 3D Super8 logo integrated into it. Staff is nice and friendly. They have continental breakfast every morning AND a safe, fridge & microwave in the room… all for no extra fee unlike some places around here! Beds are so so comfortable, the best! Yep, I'd definitely stay here again with no second thought.

These rooms are great. Little off the road. Quiet and clean. We'll be seeing y'all again.

Lobby and halls smelled strongly to the point of offensive of spices or incense. Almost left before we even made it to our room. Once in the room it smelled like patchouli incense. We open our window to air room out and the screen was mangled and ill fitted. Must say though, one of the most comfortable beds ever.

Bugs and hair in the bed and 2 giant stains on supposedly clean sheets. The room smelled horrible, the general cleanliness of the entire hotel was very poor! Needle caps in parking lot right next to the building! I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy! We checked out and left litteraly 5 min after checking in and just lost the money for the room as the manager refused to refund the money! The pictures of this place on the internet are not even the same hotel so don't let them fool you!

Room had a strong cigarette smell to be non smoking, bathroom needs to be updated and properly cleaned.

Clean and quiet. Breakfast was only waffles n cereal. No fresh fruits, no bagels, no yogurt… not much of a variety. Which was disappointing. The microwace in our room was broken and we notified front desk every day for 3 days and they kept saying we would get a new one which never came.

Shower was cold. Wifi never worked. Room light switch dosent work. No mini-fridge. Molding falling off in bathroom. Breakfast abysmal.

First of all stop linking the Airport to this hotel. Stop it. This hotel is not by the airport. Close but not by it. There is no shuttle at this hotel. The hot water doesn't work. The hotel smells like dirty socks. The breakfast was horrible. If your looking for a place to be cheap and sleep. This is it but it's trash. Straight hood. However, there is a nice strip of eating, and shopping places near by.

There was black mold on the shower curtain. Mold in grout between tiles. Given just shampoo and conditioner, no lotion if that's important to you. Beds were more comfortable than expected though. The free breakfast is just cereal, bread, and waffles. And even then those were not stocked well. No fruit options or anything else.

It's great if you would like a 3 hr bass speaker demo, a symphony of coughing fits, and a tickle fest, all starting around 11. Also, there was dried blood smeared on the wall. Go somewhere else!

Location, terrible. Room, great! Hotel, mostly smoking and iit definitely seeps into the non smoking room… which is in the center of all smoking rooms…

If you want a low cost place to sleep with a hot (powerful) shower… This is it. They have free breakfast… Not great… But for a good night's sleep… Yeah.

My wife and I recently stayed at the Super 8 hotel St Louis airport location. We will put in room 102. I'm a platinum Wyndham Rewards member so I stayed a lot of Wyndham Hotels and this one was by far my worst experience. Upon Awakening the next morning my wife and I both had bed bug bites. Upon further inspection of the room which entailed lifting both mattresses both beds have bed bugs. Upon questioning the front desk I was informed that there's no way this room had bed bugs because they had just treated it for bed bugs and they would call the Exterminator again. I did not ask for a refund for the room but I did ask the front desk to compensate me 20 or $30 for all the laundry and Luggage cleaning that I was going to have to do before I could put things back in my car. The managers comment was that's not going to be possible though he did give me trash bags to put our personal pillows clothes and Luggage into before I put them in my car as I didn't want anything else in my vehicle to be infested with bed bugs. That they rent this room at all knowing that recently had bed bugs is beyond my comprehension. Especially to a couple of whose wife is a leg amputee and confined to a wheelchair. I told the manager that I was going to call Wyndham and I was going to call the Board of Health. As I am speaking to Wyndham on my cell phone at the front desk the desk clerk told me to get off the property and I can call anybody I wanted.

Clean rooms and bathrooms. Friendly service, helpful. Lots of places to eat very close by.

It was a great room very spacious and privacy is great. Location is very convenient and it's great a spot for shopping. Hotel staff are quick n quiet lol. Overall a excellent choice.

Receptionist was quiet but friendly. Pleasantly surprised by the rooms. Were very clean and could tell it had been recently painted. The bed was super comfortable. The walls are little thin but not terrible. All in all, one of the nicer, lower priced hotels I've stayed in!

Horrible experience. Rude staff. Tried to charge me a "damage" fee for being to loud! the couple next door obviously had great sex because I caught a headache from my head bumping the wall at night while I was trying to sleep!. Horrible hotel. Paper thin walls. Hallways smells like cigars. Staff is rude. Especially the younger guy! they will try to rob you! filed a complaint with bbb and wrote a letter to trip advisor. ***warning*** do not stay!

For the most part it was a clean the hotel. The one thing I didn't like about the hotel was the author on the second floor. The carpet look like it has not been cleaned in a long time. This hotel does not have an elevator to the second floor.

It is an alright experience. What you get here is expected. But the person at the window is most kind and always ready to serve.

The entire hotel smells like cigarettes, there are cigarette burns all over the bed, blunt paper and tobacco all over chair, carpeting is absolutely disgusting, no toilet paper holder, towels are dingy and god only knows if they are clean. But, on a positive note… there is a nice TV, a ceiling fan, a large refrigerator and a microwave.

Cheap rooms. Could hear the conversation in the room next to us. Brought my own blanket and pillow. Comfy bed. Carpets are gross and could be changed. Smells like cigarettes in the hallways from people smoking in their room. Good breakfast. Was only there to sleep.

It was a great stay, the staff was pleasant, and we got a better rate than the website said we would.

Close to the airport. The shower was hot. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast and Wi-Fi were free. Everything you would expect from a budget hotel. Definitely worth the low price.

The room was clean but they limited your guest to one person for a certain time period and checked that person ID. If they stayed over that time period then you would kicked out no refunds. This was rudely told to me. I only was inviting one person thank god. I don't get to see very often due to the distance between us.

Clean room, quiet hotel, worth the money.

It's clean but smells like cigarettes through out along with another strong strange smell. I aired out my room for two hours via open window. When I returned from dinner there was a couple arguing in the lot. Man pushed the woman. I stepped in to tell him to stop and he took off. I let the front desk know what happened but he didn't seem to care at all. Too bad they aren't concerned about that. It's doesn't feel safe when the employees don't care what's happening around them.

The place was spot-on for 50/night. Everything was clean. High ceilings. Nice furniture. No elevator. No strange smells. Breakfast was sparse. Friendly workers. Everything worked. This is what I expect for 50/night (except the high ceilings+, sparse breakfast-). Public transportation to/from here to/from anywhere is about 45 minutes (Clayton, downtown, airport). I would stay here again next time I am in St. Louis.

Got here Started taking showers and roaches started coming out took a roach to the manager and he shrugged his shoulders and threw it in the garbage we demanded our money back got it and went to a Comfort Inn else where never will we recomend this motel or stay.

The larking lot is crap… The rooms smell stale & barely clean… The staff is very nonchalant & ignorant of policies.

First of all, no hot water was available at many times throughout our stay, both at the check in, and in the morning when everyone needs a good shower. I called the front, and he told me a plumber was on his way, but still no hot water after three hours. The services makes the hotel, and don't expect good service here. The owner and his wife will freak out if you try to take breakfast back to your room. You must eat it in the lobby. The location is sketchy and strange. It is positioned so far off the road, it's parking looks like your car will be stolen. The receptionist is shady. Expect her to question if you are a registered guest everytime you walk through the lobby. Even if she's seen you before. Overall, pay the extra 2 dollars and stay somewhere else.

This was by far the WORST super 8 I have ever stayed at and I have stayed at a few and they are usually nice. To start off the whole place smelled badly like curry, They put us in a room where you hard to slam the door hardly to make it lock and you could only do it from the outside. Then, we were moved to another room where the mirror was held together with duck tape and the bathroom was dirty. Plus, the internet was SUPER super slow.
