Customer service was great!

Clean rooms and friendly staff. Breakfast was good too.

Multiple vehicles had windows broken in! 10+ trucks abs SUVs. Hotel was fine but lack of security makes it where I will not stay there again. It’s a big enough problem where the staff is taping windows up for people that don’t even know they’re been broken into yet. ZERO security!

Recently renovated rooms decor was nice and clean. The front desk was friendly & helpful. The lady that set up breakfast bar was so nice. I will come back to there when I come back to St. Louis.

We came on a Thursday night and our reservations was cancelled they holiday inn express and they never contacted us to let us know so we called here and they had us a room and they was so helpful and nice I would recommend this hotel to everyone. This is where I will stay anytime im in st Louis thank you so very much.

Great hotel! clean. Comfortable rooms, soft pillows, comfortable beds, nice nice rooms. Good breakfast bar.

We had such a great experience with a gentleman names Ron who works here. Their free snacks and drinks that they have nightly is such a nice touch. Ron made the experience even better and was attentive and speaking to all of the visitors. The hotel was very nice and clean! Wonderful to be so close to everything but pay a fraction of the price!

Nice beds and clean rooms. Small room but who stays long in their room. Great BBQ restaurant next door. Saves time getting to airport. Will stay again for sure.

I was told breakfast ends at 10 and I was there at 9:50 I was told I couldn't get breakfast it was an older black woman she had a nasty attitude and yes I am a black man so it's not a racist thing.

We travel out of the airport often but have not stayed here before. After a small issue it was taken care of immediately. The staff is incredibly helpful. My husband went for complimentary beer and wine with chips. They asked him to it down and he was waited on for chips and water. They were very friendly checking in as well. Needless to say this will be the hotel we stay at when traveling out of the airport! ❤️

I have stayed here many times and the staff is unfailingly friendly and professional, from the GM to the front desk staff to the shuttle drivers. Everyone always has a smile and something nice to say. They have just started a complete hotel renovation and when it’s done, it will be all brand new and updated and beautiful. Excellent customer service. Love the Pear Tree Inn!

We were told airport parking was available when we called two weeks before our stay. Parking was the ONLY reason we stayed here. At check in, we were told long term parking no longer exists but we could park at the EZ park for a daily charge. The front desk was very unhelpful and not willing to listen. Very disappointed in the customer service and we won’t be back at this establishment.

Very clean and quiet room. Shower was great. Left too early to get the full breakfast bar, but they did have some stuff ready.

Good hotel for a value oriented stay. Staff was nice. Rooms felt slightly dated, but room prices were quite reasonable and hotel offered perks similar to Drury Hotels. The breakfast was nice, although we didn't have a chance to sample the evening snack and drinks this time. Pool is outdoors and appeared in good condition.

Great location, shuttle is very convenient. We took it to the airport then took the metro link to the cardinal game at Busch stadium and back and then they picked us up from the airport. I would do this again and stay here again. Helpful and friendly staff and the breakfast was just fine.

Fitness center was filthy and had not been attended to in at least 3 days. The staff was very nice and helpful. But There were terrible loud elevator noises I could hear in my room constantly that kept me awake. I’m pretty sure they refill the water bottle in the fitness center with tap water. Refillable shampoo and conditioner dispensers are unsanitary and I think the shampoo and shower gel are the same thing. The furniture in my room was quite outdated and they are long overdue for new beds and pillows and bedding.

Arrived early, allowed to check in. The staff was very friendly. They only problem was TV didn’t work and they promptly changed our room. Breakfast was very good.

Lovely hotel. Very close to airport. Shuttle service was great. Desk staff was friendly, attentive, knowledgeable and caring. I would highly recommend. Safe place for parking with plenty of lighting. Clean rooms, great breakfast. Popcorn in the evening and adult beverages. When I return for my next visit, this is where I will stay.

Loved it! Nice hotel! Front desk clerk was super duper wonderful! He deserves a raise! Im mad at myself for forgetting his name! Although we had to leave the pool early because one of the lights came out and was floating in the pool. But we still had a nice stay!

The best part of our stay was the friendly front desk clerk, Fabian, and the comfortable bed. The gated parking lot was completely packed when we returned to the hotel in the evening, so we had to park in a poorly lit side lot. The free continental breakfast was okay, but the trash cans in the dining area were overflowing before breakfast was even finished. Overall, the hotel is a little dated and dingy.

We love staying at this hotel when we come to St Louis. The staff are always so friendly and remembered us from our last visit. The rooms are clean, and the breakfast is really good!

We went for our 6 year anniversary and it was a great stay. Only 30 minutes from downtown St. Louis. The room was nice and clean. The breakfast was very hot, and they had a great variety.

This is a clean hotel that is very close to the airport. All of the staff was friendly and the airport shuttle was very convenient. The included breakfast was adequate. I did enjoy the evening drinks and snacks. There is little to nothing in the area to walk to.

Would love to give a negative number. Who expects to be in a room with cigarette smoke so bad it permeates everything you bring into it. One night — less than 24 hour stay. The pillows and rest of bedding smelled so bad I couldnt fall asleep until about 2 hours before I needed to get up. Husband's complaint got a half hearted apology and a "we will take care of it". The hallway reeked. I wish I hadnt thought it would get better and we left right awy. Stay away if u dont want your clothes to reek.

Very easy to get to. Very friendly and helpful staff. Housekeeping staff takes time to say hello. Room clean, neat. We use this hotel for park and fly. Shuttle service good.

Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean doesn't get any simpler than this. Comfy beds, bathrooms even come with shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. They have free Wi-Fi on top of that they have free breakfast in the morning, but also have free soft drinks till 10PM. You can't beat the price would definitely recommend it :)

I booked my room here, to give Pear Tree a try, however, something happened with the room and they ended up accommodating me across the parking lot to The Hamton Inn. Which was AWESOME! This was the best accommodate ever! So, they are a wonderful establishment who will go above and beyond to satisfy a customer! And it was all free of charge! So, The Hampton sent the invoice to Pear Tree, I will give Pear Tree another experience just because of the care they showed us.

Pear Tree is part of the Drury Hotel Corp. So it is good service. Rooms are good. Breakfast is fine. Tip: If you stay, parking is cheaper than the cheapest parking lot. The first and last day is free then $8/day. Down side. The earliest shuttle is 6:30AM. So, if you have an international flight in the morning (board 2 hrs early) it's going to be very close to missing the flight.

We had a great stay at the pear tree inn. The free drinks and snacks for happy hour were awesome, and the rooms were very clean. Overall, it was a great value for the price, and I would definitely stay there again.

Rooms seemed kind of small, but everything was great. Hot and cold breakfast available that was about average with waffles, eggs and sausage and biscuits and gravy. Gravy did not have sausage in it, but could easily be added obviously. Decent amount of dining area and Lounge area. Also, computers available to used to view the internet, check email, and even print. Very friendly customer service.

Nice clean rooms, great breakfast and friendly staff. Really thankful for the airport transfer too… It's only 5 minutes away from the airport. Would definitely stay here again if on a flight in to or out of St Louis.

The staff was very friendly and courteous. The location was great. The room was very clean and up to our expectations. The included breakfast was fantastic, definitely one of the best I've had at a hotel. I highly recommend staying here if you're in the St. Louis area. We will definitely go back!

This is just a nice, low — key, clean, reasonably priced hotel. If chic is part of vocabulary, look elsewhere. If a nice hotel at good price is what you want, you will like this one.

Relatively cheap place to stay but it's not located very close to most st. Louis attractions. They do offer free breakfast and rooms are clean but small. It's a good budget hotel.

BEST location for travelers. Literal walking distance from airport. Wonderful breakfast with real eggs, good biscuits and gravy, sausage, and a waffle maker. Free popcorn and soda all day! Free manager's special drinks from 5-7! Rooms are… rooms. Nothing special there but kept in good condition.

The breakfast lady needs to keep quiet, she talks way too much. I just wanna enjoy eating free breakfast. I don't need to hear that you were told that you make the best eggs. Like really? The two older front desk clerk are just down right moody as heck except for the woman with blonde dreadlocks. She is always smiling and so helpful but those other two women and Cathy are horrible when it comes to customer service! Oh, that older shuttle driver needs to retire, he's hella mean and complains too much!

It was clean and roomy and awesome! They had snacks and drinks in the evening and a free breakfast in the morning and it's right next to one of the best BBQ places in the world. I loved it.

I've heard mixed things about this hotel so I was nervous upon checking in. The staff was great. They offer a small simple snack bar in the evenings and three free cocktails. They have a nice outdoor pool and a recently updated gym that had some dumbells. The rooms are simple and clean.

The hotel staff seemed helpful and accommodating, which is unfortunate because the mattresses were disgusting. I removed the covers to check for bedbugs and found the mattresses were completely stained with urine. You can't really clean that out of a mattress. I would assume that mattresses were cheap enough for hotels to throw out on the off chance someone urinates on the bed, let alone both.

Location to airport it great, shuttle to and from airport very good. Hotel needs to pay more attention to details in maintenance, not landscaping but building maintenance. Epically windows at the west center entrance. Been several weeks since they were cleaned. Air vents for heating and cooling need cleaning in hallways. Breakfast in good, good assortment of food. Would stay thee again.

Can't beat that. Then a free breakfast buffet. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The pool and surrounding are very clean. We will stay here again.

The staff were friendly and welcoming. I was there to surprise my grandkids and the young lady that checked me in was happy to help. I would stay there again and I recommend if you are going to be in the area stay here.

I enjoyed my one night stay, the staff were great and the location was great for me. I was back on the interstate in just a couple minutes.

Very friendly greeting by Janet at the front desk when we arrived. Lobby and breakfast area very nicely decorated and clean. I didn't find anything I didn't like about the hotel. The breakfast each morning had plenty of choices, both hot and cold. They have coffee, tea, soft drinks, and popcorn available all the time (popcorn each afternoon). The room was very comfortable and clean. One of our beds was a little more worn than the other (we prefer a very firm mattress), but it was comfortable. We slept in the other bed our 2nd night and got a better night's sleep. The pool looked very inviting but we didn't use it. There is a great barbeque restaurant next door for convenience. In spite of being right across the street from the airport, we never even heard the planes taking off or landing. Parking is free, as well as, Wi-Fi and breakfast. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

Great hotel. Loved the free beer/wine/soda and snacks in the evening and the hot breakfast was great. Hotel and rooms were clean. Beds were small for 4 people though. Pool was great.

My top criteria for a hotel: 1. Clean — this location was nice and clean. Apparently the lady who serviced my room has been with the company for nearly 25 years. 2. Cold AC — in a series of 97-100 degree days, having an AC set to "Snow" is a necessity, and that was no problem here. 3. Strong, reliable Wi-Fi. — Nope. My third-floor room was spotty at best in the evenings, and while the signal was strong in the mornings, I had to keep reconnecting. Only major flaw. 4. Comfortable beds/pillows — My room had a really comfortable bed and if I could have figured a way to bring the pillows home with me I would have. 5. Bath/Shower ease of use — probably the best tub setup I've seen. Easy to get in and out of. 6. Refrigerator in room — while my room had a mini-fridge, it wasn't quite as cold as I'd have liked. It was cold enough to chill the water and sports drinks I had, but not frosty cold. 7. Parking — Fair amount of gated parking. 8. Location — next to the airport is not a prime location unless you need to get to the airport quickly. Overall, the Pear Tree Inn in St. Ann was a good place to stay, though not quite five-star material.

My stay, 4-15-2016, 2 nights, was great. Downtown was soldout, but this hotel was close enough and easy to navigate. The pear tree inn, airport totally met expectations. Staff was friendly and professional. Most importantly, my room, and all common areas were clean, very clean. Better than average breakfast, great stay!

Hotel was really clean, and the front desk staff was really helpful and friendly. One of the staff serving drinks we think was trying to be funny by saying "Here you go… but I secretly hate you" under his breath, which kind of creeped my wife out a bit. We could also hear all planes taking off and landing, but we half expected that (just not so loudly) staying at a property so close in proximity to the airport. Overall a decent stay and good value for the money. Would recommend, especially if you are flying out of the airport and need a place to park/stay.

Inexpensive and extremely clean. Very outdated decor. The lamp in our room above the desk had a short. Kind, responsive staff!

I have a double bed room, beds are fulls, not Queens, and the beds are uncomfortable and so are the pillows. The TV is from 1986, ie not modern, ie old tube TVs. Also, I've stayed at Drury Inns, where they serve dinner, here they serve just chips, salsa, and pretzels… Staff is nice.

Service and staff at the hotel are great. The hotel itself is rather dated and could use some major overhaul. There is a complimentary reception in the evening that includes wine and beer. Location is extremely close to the airport and is convenient for travellers.

Very disrespectful reservations staff. While I was trying to explain my situation to them, they rudely interrupted me before I finished the second sentence. I will never stay at this hotel. You are just a number and they don't want your business.

I like their highly professional attitude for travelers on a time schedule. I like their very well-lit, gated entrance/exit, long-term parking lot compared to many other park and fly motels.

Fabulous! *** The rooms are cozy, the hotel itself is bright and welcoming with cozy touches like popcorn popped fresh throughout the afternoon and evenings. And the staff is excellence personified; the best customer service I have ever experienced, bar none.

Old and dirty. My group was afraid for their lives riding in the elevator. Needs major remodeling and upgrading. Do your self a favor and stay some where else! Staff was courteous.
