You have a great view of everything from the top! This Hotel is so beautiful & everyone is so nice! Great hospitality & the kickback is a whole vibe! Not to mention the hot meals are a Plus! I had to book an extra night! I Love it here.

Great Hotel! Each day you stay you get free hot breakfast and in the evening you get 3 free drinks and a hot food bar! Highly recommend! Our room came with a view of the Arch and the Mississippi River!

From the moment we walked in we felt welcome. Every employee we encountered was so friendly and helpful. The location is great and the parking garage is very convenient. If you’re going to see the gateway arch, there’s no better place to stay. The pool area and balcony are clean and have comfortable seating. Definitely a 5 out of 5

Our AC went out in our apartment so our building is putting us up here. Front desk was so helpful. The free drink tickets and dinner were an amazing touch. Beautiful hotel. Clean and pet friendly.

We stayed over spring break with our kids. Great place clean rooms easy check-in/check-out. Whitney helped add a say to our visit last minute literally on drive down. They had a bag filled with snacks for my son's birthday. Free hot breakfast and great kick back and free dinner available. Large pool but lots of chlorine. Heads up for the parking garage I have a suburban and could only fit in a select few parking spots.

We were really excited to stay in St. Louis, we did all the research to find the best hotel for us. We thought that would have been the Drury. Unfortunately, even with key card access only, to the parking garage, someone broke into our vehicle & tried to steal it. The manager said “it had to have been a guest” we got a full refund & an Uber, which I guess was suppose to make up for all the trauma. Do not recommend the drury plaza. Now we’re out hundreds of dollars and a side of trauma when all we wanted to do was take our babies to the zoo 💔

We are big fans of Drury hotels when we travel. This location right next to the Gateway Arch is awesome. Highly recommend!

Cannot say enough about this hotel. They really pampered us and my elderly parents and went way out of their way to accomodate us. 4-stars, 10/10, will def do again!

The entire staff was so Friendly and Polite. We were greeted every occasion we came in contact with the staff. The evening drinks and food was awesome. Breakfast was great. We didn’t have to leave for food unless we wanted to. Hotel was close to everything. We had a great time with not one complaint.

We have had the best stay at Drury Plaza. The staff are welcoming and helpful and always greet you with a smile. They gave great tips about things to do in the city and then asked the next day how it went. The breakfast and kick back meals are great and helped save money. We came back from the game in a torrential rain storm and were drenched. They got out towels and helped to keep floors dry. They go above and beyond to meet customers needs. The pool area is big (and loud) but we enjoyed it. It was fun to sit out on the roof top deck. Very close to arch and Busch stadium. I’m a big fan of Drury hotels after my stay at this one and hope to visit again. One of the best hotel experiences I have ever had!

My hubby and I arrived for our first night after 8+hr drive on our honeymoon and they were so happy for us. They surprised us with complimentary Champagne and free parking for the night. The staff in the lobby was friendly, welcoming and helpful if we had any questions. Would highly recommend.

Manager very unprofessional, it's bitter cold outside.
A independent organization wanted to get the homeless off the streets and rent rooms for them but when she called and tried to reserve it the manager said " We can't have the homeless here"

Every single staff member was extra friendly the whole experience. The free breakfast and dinner along with drinks made it a comfortable time. Very clean, great views, location, and comfortable beds. Quiet rooms. Highly recommended, will stay again.

Great location to the Arch and Museum. Comfortable beds and even more comfortable pillows. Drinks and snacks at night and breakfast in morning, no need to pay for any food.

This is a great hotel! They have the nicest employees, great food, heated parking, and convenient to a lot of fun places. This place makes you want to stay and that you are really welcome and making sure you know it! I will visit St Louis again just to stay at this Drury Plaza Hotel!

The hotel was very well kept, staff was supper nice and helpful. We had a blast New years Eve dressing up and having drinks and their Nacho bar. We had great view of the Arch and in hallway awesome view of fireworks. Close to all activities. We hope Dury builds more hotel we would stay in them every time we travel to East coast. Friendly staff. We were always greeted with. Smile no matter how busy or time of day. Location is great. Breakfast is great. Staff is great. Parking is in a different bldg so its kinda awkwarD but other than that great wverything and friendliest staff ever. ALL of them and they didnt seem miserable at their jobs. Keys are needed to get in hotel or. Get buzzed in even into lobby. I feel safe. :)

I reserved the King Suite with a view of the Arch as an Anniversary & Birthday Gift for my husband! We love the evening Kickbacks. Staff is always smiling & friendly. Rooms are nice, spacious & clean. Double closet space in the King Suite we have. I definitely recommend this location!

Wow what a great experience me and my wife had! The staff was super attentive and helpful, and the location was great! I also loved the breakfast and dinner buffet! If you visit downtown St. Louis and don’t book here then you’re missing out! Absolutely perfect! Ps: they also have a balcony that looks right at the St. Louis Arch!

Great place to stay if going to ballgame or concert downtown. Busy at times but they are very friendly and efficient at check in. They also have there own parking although it's $18 but cheap and easy for downtown STL. They have new roof deck for great city view and arch view. Rooms are always clean and comfortable. Stay here! Breakfast and dinner and drinks are a huge plus!

We were traveling with four children for a little quick getaway to the zoo. We picked this hotel because it had a good price and was right next to the arch. We made a huge mistake doing so. We arrived about 14 min early before check in, when we asked we were told the room was not ready, which was fine… we were fine waiting a bit. The email I got said check in was at 3 so I didn’t think we would have to wait too long. Around 3:10 I went back up and spoke to a Maleah girl and she rudely told me that check in was after three and sometimes closer to 5 and the room was still not ready. She told me we would need to wait for awhile because we came too early. So we waited in the lobby for an hour for them to get the room ready for us. At 4 no one had even came up to us like they had said, we asked again and they said it was ready. The Maleah girl we dealt with was so rude and acted like it was a huge inconvenience for her to check us in. Not one time did she smile or welcome us to the hotel. We were not the only family that had issues with her that day, there was another family that had the same exact problem. We are pretty easy going people but you don’t need to be rude to us. We got 20 off for parking BUT only because my husband asked for it, otherwise she didn’t give a crap what we had to pay. Luckily my children were very patient while we waited. We don’t plan to ever return again.

5 stars isn't enough! This hotel was great! The staff was exceptional. The 5:30 Kickback and the breakfast was super! I highly recommend this facility to anyone visiting St. Louis!

Great location downtown. They have very helpful staff who assisted my husband with ordering flowers and getting us a taxi to the City Museum. The food is normal hotel cuisine, but the restaurant attached to the hotel had the best fried ravioli. We ate there often and most enjoyed eating dessert while sitting on the 8th floor pool patio, watching the moon rise above the arch.
