We had a group of 65 needing 21 rooms. Shari Hood went above and beyond helping to accommodate us. She was always in communication with me and made sure to check in and ensure all was going well for everyone. Great location and amenities. Easy access for the parents to access the pool area. The kids loved the swim area and water pad. I did not have a chance to try out the restaurant Fire & Ice but the ones that did raved how good the food was. Easy access to many fast food restaurants and Walmart if needed. Would highly recommend this hotel and would stay again.

Very accommodating, arrived a day early and got our room. Staff friendly and helpful. Fire and Ice restaurant was good. We came here for a family event. The Celebration of Life for Patient Chapman. (Sister).

The room definitely wasn’t what I expected, as much as it cost. Needs work! Unfortunately the pool area is being renovated and we didn’t know when booking. The new changes sound exciting though. Every time I spoke with staff they were really nice!

Room was very spacious and bed was very comfortable. Shower was amazing! Just loved the atmosphere the hotel. Would recommend staying here.

We have been her for 11 days. Same breakfast every day. No bath mat most days, need to ask for TP daily. House keeping they towels and empty garbage in the room, they haven't vacumed they room. For the quality and price of the hotel, as well as being here for a conference, I expected more!

If you are afraid of covid this is the place to go, over a year later they are still doing temp checks, no hot breakfast (prepackaged cold) and of course the masks. The hotel itself is quite unique and very pretty. Extra large rooms some coming with a patio to the inside swimming Oasis. I would say it is more an adult get away place, by set up,, with the bar and restaurant although there where plenty of kids. Glad I came but I probably won't come back, lots and lots of walking with luggage and a bit over priced.

Big thank you to the crew and Caleb at Oasis and Fire and Ice. Just celebrated 15 years with my wife and could not have asked for a more perfect evening. The room was stunning, the food was top notch. Definitely 5 star across the board. Highly recommend for any occasion.

Our absolute favorite hotel! Just finished our second stay here and still blown away with the quality of this hotel. Everything from our amazing check-in experience with Jerika, great food, romantic atmosphere, amazing rooms, and even more than I can list here. This hotel is a true Oasis.

Everything has been absolutely PERFECT for our convention at the Oasis. The service and food has been superb and all staff is extremely kind and friendly!

This is a lovely, clean, well appointed hotel. It's gated so it feels secure. The decor and trees/plants around the pool area reminds me of a beach resort. We didn't eat at the restaurant, but did carryout margaritas that were awesome. We heard from other guests that the restaurant was top notch, though. Only issue is that I chose this hotel for the outdoor pool which we didn't get to use because people had taken over the entire pool for their own party. Loud music, yelling from the balcony, picnic food and drinks on several tables. Also, the manager or security (? ) was walking the hotel area in the evening asking for name and room numbers to confirm if you were a guest and several people were asked to leave which is a little unsettling. Overall, it was a good stay and we would likely return if in the area.

Poor customer service thinking I was homeless cause I showed up with backpack via Uber. My first 24 hours were spent in a room that was supposed to be locked out. TV phone alarm clock didn't worked. Up on them getting to it eventually was just to have me change rooms. My nicer hotels would have offered a discount or up grade whice neither one happened. It's definitely not happy with this place…

If you're in Springfield and need a hotel, this is the spot. As a Prime employee, otr truck driver, when we're in town this is the only place we stay. Fantastic service ALL the time. From the front desk to Fire and Ice restaurant, these people are the best.

Gorgeous dining areas with fountains of water flowing all around you, fantastic complimentary breakfast with lots of food. Tropical plants and trees make you feel like you're in paradise!

I have never been happier with a hotel staff, everyone was friendly and polite and went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of. From housekeeping, waiters, bartenders and the front desk, everyone went above and beyond. I cannot reccomend this place more. It has been a fantastic experience!

Everything I can't say a bad thing its always a pleasure. Everyone so friendly so helpful. The atmosphere here makes you miss it when you leave. They also have great food & drinks. They all go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable.

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Oasis this past weekend. The hotel is hidden back away from the street and was a great central location to all the places we wanted to visit. The hotel was very clean and very modern looking and staff were friendly. The large indoor pool and hot tub were wonderful and it was awesome not having to smell chlorine (they were saltwater). The free breakfast was impressive and had a large variety of choices. We would definitely recommend this hotel. Not only was it beautiful, safe and clean… it was extremely affordable.

Love it a lot it was very first place my husband and I had a vacation spot to go to you right here in town had a great time.

My husband and I couldn’t have been more pleasantly surprised with our stay at the Oasis. Beautiful hotel, our stay in the suite was relaxing and much needed. The restaurant was amazing. The pizza place was fantastic. Literally no complaints or concerns. We will be recommending the Oasis to everyone we know and are excited to attend the CMH Burgundy Ball here in October to see the event side of the Oasis.

Love this place! Clean, Great Pool, Courtesy Staff & Wonderful Restaurant (Fire & Ice-Best Burger meal ever)! Breakfast buffet is ok. Walking distance to a Gas Station. Security is excellent with locked doors entering the hotel and they actually worked will be staying here again. Thank you for a wonderful time for Family weekend (Missouri State). Last, we got a discounted room as my daughter is a bear student!

Staff great, place beautiful and conference center huge; having said that, some rooms are older. We had a nice room with small bath, no vanity and the sink backed up. The shower was great and the bathtub large. We did notice that the cleaning staff didn't bother to clean some areas as well as others. I would definitely recommend as over all it is very nice.

Not a fan of the hotel. The room was nice, comfy beds, thoughtful touches and nice decor. In the room. The rest of the hotel looks like an 80s new wave video on acid. The bathroom in my room was not functional and had nowhere to put anything. No table, no shelf. The toilet flushed so hard is sprayed water everywhere. The free toiletries were dirty. The WORST part, was the coffee in the room. 3 of 4 bags were decaf. Who does that. They refilled it that way the next morning too! They called to ask what kind of car I drove because they were resurfacing the parking lot… they asked me that with my tag # when I checked in. The front gate never closes. The reception desk was super nice tho. The best was really comfy.

Really nice place. We all enjoyed ourselves. The pool was of course the best place ever per our 5 yr old daughter. We enjoyed the relaxing environment and I honestly loved the smell of the hotel. I know that might seem weird but it's true! The rooms were very comfy and I loved the outdoor patio! Fire by the pool at night was great, many of the other guests were out there so everyone mingled. Our little family really enjoyed it.

Overall a great hotel! The room appeared clean, minus the dirty sheets that looked like a blood spot due to the color. Breakfast served every morning. Potatoes, biscuit and gravy, eggs, meat (bacon, sausage link, or sausage patty. Food was hot! Everyone at the front desk was nice and would greet you except for the red headed lady with medium to short hair, maybe in the form of a bob but I will edit if that isn’t correct. I normally would see her in the morning. It appeared she is more happy with a guy she is talking to behind the desk but appears to be unhappy with guest. Overall, my stay was well minus the couple of problems but hey nothing is perfect. I’ll be leaving today.

The rooms were nice and updated. I absolutely love the trees inside the building so pretty! They put us in a room that they knew didn't have air conditioning. I knew this because the lady at the front desk told me. The breakfast is awful. For such a nice hotel you'd think they would put more effort into a good breakfast.

This place is very nice and secluded even though it is just off the main highway. Everything was very clean and the staff were far superior to most other establishments like this one. They love to keep the place very cool temperature wise. Which was great considering the high summer temperatures outside. I would very much recommend this place to anyone looking for a awesome place to stay in or near Springfield, MO.

We arrived at 2:45 for a 3:00 PM check in. Was informed that our rooms were not ready so we went to Bass pro. We came back at 4:30 and our rooms still were not ready, yet others from our group were checking in. We reserved our rooms in Feburary. We had 4 rooms with our group and of the 4, 2 should have been kings and 2 double queens. We only got 1 king and didn't get to check in until 5:30. The girl gave horrible directions to the rooms and the floor plan is confusing. Once we got in the room, it was not great. There was black mold around the tub, dirt and rocks on the floor by the tub and behind the bathroom door and dirt on the carpet in front of the refrigerator. There was dried blue shaving gel on the wall by the tub and toothpaste in the sink. The room was very dusty as well. Another of our groups rooms had issues as well. On the plus side the convention center was very nice, the staff was nice and very helpful if you could catch them. If your having a convention like we were apart of, I would warn that the rooms we were given for hospitality rooms were very small and there's quite a distance between the convention center and hotel rooms. Also the outdoor pool was very dirty and several people tripped on the rubber door jam that was torn loose on one of the entry doors to our hallway. Parking is also an issue, especially for handicap accessible. Breakfast also was an issue. While it was well stocked, it was cold and the tables were dirty.

The Missouri Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW) is having a great annual convention. The staff of the Oasis has played an integral part in that success. As a participant, I am thankful that I can just enjoy myself because the staff is vigilant to think of every detail so I don't have too.

Indoor and outdoor pool. Breakfast free. Staff very friendly. The room had new fixtures. The tub was very old, had been poorly recovered and the grout was grungy. Looks like they were trying, but a place where you need to get cleaner, I just couldn't get in that.

Reserved the large banquet hall for a graduation party, very nice setting (but very spacious/quiet for smaller parties — be prepared to yell across the room/provide your own music, lol). Staff were attentive to our needs and our waitress was fantastic. Several menu items weren't available which was a shame, so 4 stars for this visit — but very nice experience overall!

Only got reason they got a star was because I have to give them one. I have stayed at this hotel for the last 5 years for the Springfield bowling tournament. Not only did this hotel mess up my reservations. Today I go to eat at the fire and ice restaurant that was told would be closed till 2 for a mother’s day brunch. I have no issues with moms need their day. 2 rolls around and then they say it will be 3 till they open. Never again will I stay at this place the customer service was horrible.

Love the company, people are very nice. Hannah made a beautiful family swans for my husband and i’s room. Olivia at the front desk made it very clear how to get to our room as well! We had awesome 24 hour care. Great team, just hate the floor plan of the hotel & wish the rooms were a little more spacious.

My wife, her friends and I stayed at this beautiful hotel. I was highly empresses by the breakfast bar! Bacon one day and sausage the next. Our room was very clean thanks to Hannah, who also kept our rooms clean through the week. Great stay, amazing hotel, wish I could give it 6 stars.

Staff was nice… loved the breakfast in the mornings… pool/spa was relaxing. (Need to clean more then once a day when kids are using it). Rooms are very up to date and spacious… beds are comfortable. Will visit again. **Restaurants near by to try Whole hog cafe and Sam's southern Eatery you will not regret it!

Long story short, we reserved a room to attend the Winter Guard Championships and it started to snow and rain outside so it was cold so I went to turn up the heater and the whole front cover of the unit fell off hitting my feet. The exposed coils and filter were covered in dust and other particles. My two daughters and myself have severe dust allergies and asthma so I called the front desk. I was told, oh it will still work, just keep it on it’s a cold night. So our eyes got red and itchy, we started coughing and stifling and itching everywhere. I gave all of us allergy meds but it didn’t really help and we couldn’t leave because the roads were too bad. It was hell and now we’re all sick with upper respiratory infections. For some reason it’s not letting me add photos. Just pay attention to the details and you’ll see you’re sleeping in painted over problems.

To whom it may concern I have been a guest in this hotel for over a week. Front desk girls are awesome. Night manager is great always there to work out any issues. CANDY MAE has kept my room clean and made me feel at home. She has made kissing swans at the end of my bed daily. Would stay here with this amazing crew if ever in Springfield Missouri.

Very nice place if you are alone, not the place I would stay if you are booking for a group. With many year of experience in the travel industry they are showing all the signs of forgetting who pays the bills. For the first time I checked in and was asked to sign a set of “rules” for my kid. They explained because we are in a group they had to make a policy. The lady at the desk said they had a couple people cause problems so now everyone has to sign. Apparently everyon…e that comes in a group… It has a list of 8 very general ways to get kicked out without a refund. The list includes things like setting a curfew because you can’t make that decision for yourself apparently. I have only done this at one other property in my many years of driving charters, tours, and being very active in things like Special Olympics, and youth sports. That place was also in springfield, and they had one night that some kids were being noisy. They used the contract to kick out every team in the motel. Including the very conservative Christian college I was driving for Volleyball games. All our girls had to be woken up and we had to find another motel at 2am. I would never suggest signing one of these, not because you might cause a problem, but because you never know who is behind the desk and what some bored night person who hates their job might say or do. This might even be the case here. When I asked the girl at the desk I was told, “it’s not you personally”.

Exceptional hotel totally remodeled fresh landscaping beautiful room many comfort amenities for your enjoyment. Service is the best in all ways. Must visit the Fire and Ice bar and restaurant. You will not be disappointed.

I have only been to the convention center portion of the Oasis, but it has been clean and well-kept each time. The staff is friendly and the snacks they provide are better than average. Bathrooms are bright, clean, and up-to-date. The drawback in my opinion is navigating to the place and figuring out where you're supposed to go once you found the right parking lot and got inside!

The hotel and restaurant staff is very friendly. They treat you like your family and have known you all your life. If there is a problem with anythingyour, they are more than happy to and correct it. If you want to dine at the restaurant, I do suggest you make a reservation as soon as possible. They get full fast because it's so great. The bar has a ice sheet in front of it that almost look like snow. It helps your drinks stay warm. They still leave space for you to eat at the bar as well. The atmosphere is amazing.

Booked a reservation for one night and called the day of and asked them a few questions about the amenities they had offered to me in reference to room serivce. Travel 3 hours to this hotel to have a romantic night away and get here and am told they are all sold out and my reservation was given away, but they have set me up at another hotel down the street. Mind you I specifically picked this hotel after doing research and calling around to different motels looking for a jetted or jacuzzi tub and a romantic package, since this was going to be a romantic night away. Yes they had everything we were looking for. But I am very disappointed in the fact that I never received a phone call letting me know my reservation had been taken or that I was being sent to another hotel. Now the hotel they have sent me to is just your standard hotel, with standard rooms, got a king suite, but it is just a mini apartment. Not satisfied with the service I received. I also asked why I did not receive a phone call that my reservation was given away, the receptionist couldn't not give me an answer, acted like it was not of any concern to her because I was only staying one night and just offered me a $20 dollar amazon gift card and said we could come back in the morning and use the gym and pool.

The Ozark Trails Council used the Figi Room for our Council Dinner and Award Ceremony. The room was nice and the tables looked elegant. The staff that helped server the dinner were all professional, on their toes, and very nice. The rest of the facilities were equally impressive, everything was clean and looked nicely kept.

We are here for my daughter's volleyball tournament. We got ready to go to bed. Pulled the bed down and there was hair and what looked like skin. Gross! We called the front desk and they moved us to another room. That room was 76 degrees. We turn the air on and layed down. The temp kept going up. Again, we call the front desk and ask if it was broken or if it was user error. We were told the cold air doesn't work right now but someone was on their way and just turn it off. We all tossed and turned all night because we were all hot and sweaty. We had to be up at 5 am. The morning comes and we are still hot and it is still blowing hot air. Trying to get ready was a pain since we were still hot. I will never stay here again. Unfortunately, I have one more night to put up with this place because this is where my daughter's team is. If that was not the case we definitely would be checking out! Ridiculous!

Visited the convention center for a short trip, only going into one of the larger areas. Finding the entrance isn't hard but it isn't easy either. You don't have many options when driving in to get lost but the entrance is slightly tucked around a corner so you could probably miss it if you weren't paying attention. Inside was nice, easier to navigate, and seemed clean. It did smell in the hallways during the visit but I'm just going to hope that it was from the events and it's not normal. I can't say anything about the hotel section, only having walked through it on a previous visit, but I really don't have anything bad to say about the convention area.

Love this place for a local get away. The suite is awesome but you can save 100 bucks and get a room next to the pool and they are still really nice. The indoor pool area is nice as is the hot tub. Will be staying here again many times.

We came for their New Years Eve party and we definitely glad we did. The event was well organized, fun, and well attended. We certainly will be back. The bar drinks were delicious, the servers were courteous and attentive, and the food was delicious.

We were here for the New Year's Eve event. The dinner was wonderful and server was attentive. Previous years there was a buffet but this was better. Entertainment was enjoyable as well. The decor on the grounds, hallways, party room was very festive and upscale.

Great modern rooms with microwave, fridge, and safe. We had the makings for coffee but no coffee maker. Maybe the prior occupants really enjoyed it? Usb ports were handy as well. Great job in keeping the hotel updated. Hot breakfast with very soft fluffy biscuits. Will definitely stay here again!

The hall was very open and beautifully decorated. The food was delicious. I had ordered the shrimp plate and ended up getting the shrimp I expected plus a fillet minion!

I stayed here for business, and really enjoyed my stay. The rooms have balconies/courtyards, the lighting design in the rooms was beautiful, and the staff was so pleasant. The on-site bar and restaurant, Fire and Ice, was reasonably priced and very delicious. Service was a little slow, but overall very solid. I really liked staying here!

Be careful. While the cleaning and food staff are nice the front desk staff can be cold and passive aggressive. You might get promised a rate on the phone and they won't follow through without talking to 5 different people who say they will fix it but will forget. When o tried to check in Amber was very quick to shut me down and didn't give good customer service. If your staff member promises me a rate on the phone you should follow through immediately and figure out what you need to do with the information your boss gave you later. That's not on me. Every time I came to fix it and explained what I was told the managers on duty said they would fix it but never did. They never even bothered to come talk to me.

The heat and air in my room sounded like a washer on spin cycle. Took an argument with the desk to get another room. The heat and air in the 2nd room was much better with the exception it didn't put out any heat. Room would get colder with the heat turned on. Not all channels worked on the TV. Many even had a no signal box bouncing around the screen even though the channel worked. Guess if I had to say one positive thing about this facility it would be the towels were new and soft.

Not a bad stay, restaurant puts more emphasis on style that skill but good food. The convention center is more than sufficient. The rooms since being remodeled are nice, a few nice perks but about what youd expect. However the lighting and outlets in the rooms is amazing.

This is the worst! I work in housekeeping. It is 5:30, we have been turned away once. We have just been told our room is STILL not ready… We were given complimentary drink tickets to their bar and because they are so far behind on their jobs apparently, there is no where to sit in the bar and a 30 minute wait at the restaurant. Really!? I drove for this?! Won't stay here again… AND when we finally got into a room there was a used open bat of dial soap and some dirty towels from the previous guest had been left in the room.

Nice, updated rooms. Parking was easy. Buffet breakfast fresh bacon one day, sausage the next… great variety. Only complaints would be no fan in the bathroom so the rooms were a bit humid and we always needed to take a left out of the hotel with no traffic light onto a busy street. However, will definitely come back.

I'd really say a 3.5-4 star. The main thing that keeps me from giving this a 5 star is the beds were like sleeping on the floor with a sleeping bag. They were uncomfortable enough to keep us from coming back for more than one night. Also, we had a room with patio access to the pool, which was great for my kids but we were right by the free breakfast buffet so we couldn't leave our shades open without people peering in our room. That being said, the room and hotel in general is very nice. The workout room is great. The pool area is huge and amazing. One more turnoff however was the middle courtyard area by the pool was rented out for a private party. It seems strange to take that away from paying guests. We were there for a hockey "tournament" and had multiple families wanting to watch the Blues game on the TV by the pool so we could also watch our kids. The Fire and Ice restaurant was very good and convenient as well.

I spent a week here for a Christian Conference. The hotel was very nice as were the staff as well. Everyone was so accommodating. I loved being in a tropical setting everywhere I went throughout the hotel. My king bedroom was very spacious and all throughout the hotel there is unique contemporary decor and furniture. With the exception of a mattress that was too soft for my preference, the Oasis is a wonderful place to stay while visiting Springfield, MO.

For the nonprofit conference I attended, the hotel was perfectly fine. Being located off of glenstone avenue, the traffic was horrendous at the time we were finished. The staff I did have the chance to interact with was very friendly and professional. The sinks in the men's room we're the most off putting things I have ever seen. There was no basin to them. Only a small indentation to barely keep the water from over flowing. Overall a good experience. I am considering booking a room at the Oasis for personal reasons.

It was a beautiful hotel! I felt like I was truly in an oasis on vacation. Even though we were only visiting friends there, I would love to get a room and stay there. Very peaceful.

This place is a little older but appears fully updated and we had a great experience with amenities as well as the staff. The breakfast was as good if not better than any of the big names with an amazing atrium atmosphere. It has an indoor and outdoor pool and a big hot tub that is actually Hot. They all seemed very clean and the rooms are unique with each having it's own little balcony. We will definitely be back when in Springfield.

The beds here are so comfortable and clean. The Fire and Ice bar and restaurant, located inside, provides high quality meals with courteous and personable staff. The pools are many and well maintained. Vacancy is hard to come by though because of the numerous conventions so make reservations well in advance.

Phenomenal stay at the hotel. The outdoor pool was clean and beautiful. The atrium inside was gorgeous with all of the plants. I really liked the decor in the rooms. The staff were super nice. The beds were clean and super comfortable. I can't recommend it enough. The only thing negative was that the TV was ridiculously slow to change channels for some reason, but TV sucks anyways. That would be awesome if they could get Netflix in the rooms, instead.

Great place to stay! The rooms were very clean and comfy and the private deck overlooking the pool was very nice. The 2 pools are large and clean, the fitness center is small but the equipment is new and easy to use. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, I'd recommend this place just on the breakfast to be honest. The only negative thing is the toilet in the room is VERY loud to flush and it takes about 30 Seconds to flush so it will wake others up in the middle of the night. Overall a fantastic place to stay!

I was attending a Lowes meeting. Everything was perfect! Drinks were well stocked, food was amazing, staff was super nice. Overall great place!

It started with me reserving the wrong room. When we arrived early they got us our room and it was two double beds. It was our anniversary and we traveled from Wisconsin many hours to go to the Ramada Oasis. I talked to the staff and explained and the hotel was booked full. They did have a king suite available and generously upgraded us. The suite was absolutely amazing, two massive TVs and a third TV built in the bathroom mirror. The shower/whirlpool area was the size of a room and just beautiful. The pillows are super comfy. I actually am ordering some for my home. The staff were all wonderful. A special thank you to Andy and Amber. We have stayed here at least five times. The breakfast is always fabulous. Eggs, bacon, biscuits & gravy, potatoes, etc. Many juice choices. The choice of indoor pool surrounded by tropical trees and greens, or the outside pool they both feel very private. The inside area has a hot tub. There are water fountains that add to the tropical feel. As for the Fire and Ice restaurant and bar… Superb! Every meal we have eaten has been outstanding and flavor infused. We are always trying new flavors. The staff is equally amazing. We tried a few of the house drinks and they were yummy. Be careful, I call them sneaky, if you get my drift. My husband and I highly recommend the Ramada Oasis. Enjoy.

The rooms were very nice BUT I'd never recommend anyone holding an event there. The staff is unorganized and incompetent. They consistently lied to us and our guest, added charges that weren't legitimate, and down right rude. My wedding was a disaster because of their short comings!

Fire and Ice was top notch… their Blackbean burger was very good. I have had their pad thai in the past and that was excellent. Great presentation and a Miami Beach atmosphere without the Miami Beach price.

The hotel was clean and the room was nice. The restaurant was amazing and everyone was nice and friendly. The only complaint and it is a minor thing, is that the breakfast was all from a boxed eggs, canned gravy, and there was mold on some of the bagels. Beyond that it was great! I will definitely stay again and/or recommend this hotel to anyone.

I like good facilities and the com service or gives in the restaurant is very good.

I recently attended a business event here. The food was wonderful and it looked very professional. Our plates were not cleared off our table quickly and the desserts and drinks were regularly out of stock. Aside from that, the staff was very helpful and the venue was beautiful.

The Ramada Plaza Oasis is one of the more interesting places to stay in Springfield with its tropical theme and its origins as the largest Howard Johson in the country. Now that it's a Ramada, you'll find well appointed rooms with super comfy beds, free breakfast, an attached conference center, and a very nice indoor pool and atrium. You can also expect top notch food from the on site restaurant, Fire and Ice. Staff throughout the facility have been incredibly friendly and accommodating.

Rooms were very nice and layout much better than most, but a lot of noise penetration from surrounding rooms and the building pipes and road. The parking situation and layout generally leaves you always far from your room. The hallway layout can be a little confusing, taking an elevator ride and 3 turns and a short flight of stairs to get to your room. Fire and Ice is OK, but there are a lot of better places in town not very far away. As far as a convention center, it's top notch. Overall not bad, but if I had to stay in this town again, I would probably go to a sleep inn next time.

Everyone was so friendly! The beds were extremely comfortable and there was even a small safe for my personals. My favorite experience was the breakfast though. I felt like I had my own personal chef at home. In addition, there was an indoor pool, hot tub, and night club /restaurant. Couldn't have asked for a better night sleep.

Excellent service, clean rooms, at affordable prices. Also, the attached Fire and Ice Restaurant offers excellent food and drink choices. Overall, I highly recommend it.

Just arrived, spent 2 nights in a dive in Houston, thought I would treat the family, and we were not disappointed. Very modern and clean. Love the in door heated pool. Thank you for putting the cherry on top of our visit!

Great venue for a wedding reception. Out-of-town guests liked the convenient location, at Interstate 44 and Glenstone Ave. The indoor and outdoor pool areas were a nice place for people to gather. Fire and Ice Restaurant made it easy for guests to get something to eat or drink, so they didn’t have to drive around an unfamiliar town. Accommodations are very nice, clean and modern hotel rooms and great honeymoon suites. All members of the staff were friendly and helpful from start to finish. We are lucky to have a facility like this in Springfield.

Beautiful, a bit pricy, they gave us a room at first that couldn't have been farther from anything if they tried, also it had water damage to the ceiling and a brick wall for a patio view, so they gave us a new room, it was much nicer, better view, nice patio, small water leak on the patio from the room above, saw a couple ants, and one flea, but no cause for alarm there, wonderful breakfast by the fountains, and soothing not too busy pools, the restaurant was awesome, fabulous customer service, pizza was ah-ma-zing, and over all it is a great place for a romantic getaway, or a family fun weekend.

Spent 5 nights here at the Missouri State HOG Rally. There is not a better place to stay if you are in Springfield whether for a night or a week. Beautiful facility, wonderful amenities, awesome staff. Fire and Ice restaurant/bar is a great onsite place to eat and meet friends. Thank you Missy Handyside (GM) and all the staff for help making our Rally the best in the state.

We stayed with the hotel for the Buick Club of America's National Meet. Every single employee we came in contact with was fanatical about customer service. Billy, Carrie, Shawn, Guy, Rachel and especially Melissa were exceptional with every interaction all week. They made our stay and our event run smoothly. Thanks for everything.

I love hearing about it never been I have two kids so if I go to a hotel they get the hot tubs or pools we get the TV.

Always love staying at the Ramada Plaza in Springfield. Clean, comfortable facilities and the friendliest staff in Springfield. Love the indoor atrium, and the well-tended plants around the pool.

Nice hotel and the staff is really friendly and helpful. Lots of ammenities and the rooms and linens are very nice. Only downside, the people that stay here for the most part aren't very friendly. Rude and no manners.

It's very clean and nice. The employees there are professionals. Would definitely recommend this place to come to when you have an event or just to come to relax from your travels. I would give you guys a 10 if I could.

Overpriced. Booked poolside which costs more and they put me in a non-poolside room. I got them to change it. The less expensive room looked like a Motel 6. It's that bad. A lot of funky people there, in fact, all the people there were really yukky. They say they don't allow pets but I had to sneak my dog in because the room was already booked before I found out. That went fine. But even the poolside room was dingy and overpriced besides. Breakfast wasn't good. Won't stay there again if it was next to free because the people there were. Well you know.

My wife called me from the parking lot of the Ramada Oasis because she is there for a convention and the manager on duty for the second day in a row offered her no help in finding a location to pump breast milk for our six-month-old son. Nevermind that it is painful to go too long without pumping, nevermind that it is currently our son's only means of sustinence, and nevermind that it is federal law that employers provide a location other than a bathroom for employees to express breast milk, it is just ridiculous that this hotel was unable to provide an electrical outlet, a chair and a minimal amount of privacy for her to pump for 20 minutes! Her suggestion was the bathroom. When she asked if there was somewhere with an outlet and somewhere to sit, she said "I don't know what to tell you, " and walked off. Thinking of having a convention or reception here? This is how you and your guests will be treated. I, for one, will never be a paying customer of Ramada again.
