My friends and I were looking for a place to stay for the night. We were running out of options and patience. I called and Carmen answered the phone. She was amazing, in the phone and in person. We got a room reserved and when we showed up she was sweet and very welcoming. This world needs more Carmens! The room was big and just what us 5 women needed for the night! Thanks Carmen and Holiday Inn.

One of the better holiday inn expresses I've stayed in. Great and friendly staff. Clean rooms. Comfortable beds.

Very sad, very unhelpful with trying to modify/cancel my reservation due to family emergency. My own fault for not pouring over all the details when booking but really sad I would have to do that as I WAS a good IHG member for almost 20 years. Seems like a gimmick to save $5 a night with the only hiccup being non-refundable reservations. I will never stay in another IHG owned hotel as even their own customer service tried to help me but was not able to even after contacting this local manager. Again, my own fault for not having read all of the fine print, but still very unsatisfied with this experience… be careful making reservations with this location.

The facility was sparkling so satisfied with it. Breakfast was AWESOME containing items for everyone. The room rate was very reasonable Would definitely recommend this location & will book it again if we are ever in the area. Staff was very attentive, courteous & friendly.

Traveling and hit this area when we had about enough of being on the road. This place was EXCELLENT. From now on we will make a point to over night at this hotel. It is by far the best we have found in the area. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We will be back.

Hotel is clean and the cleaning ladies do a great job! Beds were somewhat comfortable but cheap feeling due to when the other person moves it moves the whole bed. The front desk staff was wonderful and so nice! I always feel like the food is fake at every Holiday Inn. It just never taste good but I guess that’s why it’s free is because it’s cheap. Overall this hotel is a great place to stay.

We were in town for a PR event and the hotel had a phenomenal deal. It was a really, really pretty hotel for being a holiday inn express! The staff was kind and it was so clean! Very accessible from the highway, near food and nearly anything in town. It's also super close to Branson access. The only down side is that if you aren't using GPS it is very easy to miss the road the hotel is on. Otherwise, this was a phenomenal stay and will definitely be considered again for our next Springfield stay.

The Holiday Inn in Springfield, Missouri is at the top of my list and I stay in a lot of motels. From the booking of the room, check in and the courtesy call to check if we found our room suitable to accommodate our daughter, the service was excellent. The receptionist, Amanda, was very courteous and always made us feel welcome. The room was very clean. This is the most accessible room we've seen in any motel. We will recommend this motel to anyone visiting this area and we will definitely stay here when we return to Springfield.

The hotel room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Pool was okay. Breakfast was decent, view wasn't the best we had room 213. The staff were friendly. The hotel was wonderful I'd recommend anyone traveling in the area to stay.

Again as always I had a great experience at this property. What was a little different here was that the entire staff, every one of them, that I had contact with was terrific! Police, professional, and efficient but at the same time very nice. These ladies were so sweet and really cared about helping us. We are used to being treated well at the Holiday Inn Express but this time was outstanding. Thank you very much. We will be back.

Basic hot breakfast. Good receptionists. Room 218 window is blocked by a wall. Bedsheet had red stains.

We were in town for my sons wedding and Cindy helped manage a block of rooms for our guests! I can’t say enough about how efficient she was at anticipating all our guests needs! From our guests with babies to our guests with other needs! It was quite remarkable! The front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful too which sincerely makes a difference after driving all day! Housekeeping was so kind and made sure our rooms were immaculate! The beds and pillows were super comfy too! I really loved the dining room where breakfast is served because it was a great place to meet with family every morning before our activities! Plus, they had s delicious assortment of breakfast items for everyone’s tastes! They had omelettes, pancakes, yogurt, sausages, biscuits and gravy, cinnamon rolls, fresh fruit and much more! Thanks to everyone for making our stay so special❤️

The hotel looks great, it's in a great location (Texas Roadhouse across the street and everything else in short driving distance), employees are so nice and helpful. We encountered absolutely no problems while there except for one. It's known for hotels to cut corners with housekeeping and the bathrooms is a main issue. Our tub was grainy and had a slimy film all over the bottom and the shower curtain had a darkness over the bottom as if it hadn't been washed in quite some time with so red stains.

Friendly, welcoming Staff at the front counter. My room was very neat and tidy. I enjoyed my stay there!

We stayed with Windsor High School Guard & I was VERY impressed with your hotel! The moment we walked in the door we were greeted. When we got into our room Jamie @ the front desk called to make sure our room was to our liking. The only thing I could even find was the alarm clock screen was cracked, but we don’t use the alarm clock so it didn’t matter to me. She did offer to get us another but I declined. My girls loved the pool. The breakfast was one of the best I’ve seen. The fresh pancakes were a huge hit! When we need to stay in Springfield, we will stay with you!

I was admitted to Mercy hospital this morning (3:30am). I called the hotel to see about getting my mother and fiancé a room. She said she could get me a room but the check-out time would still be noon and then the rate she quoted me was more than my IHG Gold Elite price on my app. So they wanted to charge me $23 more than the rate on my app and only let my family stay for less than 8 hours. And then I looked online and it was going to be even cheaper. I've provided photos of the rates quoted. Guess my IHG membership actually would cost me more than just anyone off the street. Thanks IHG!

HIE's are always reliable. This one is nice. Layout and decor seems a bit dated but it's well maintained. Contracting out the pool care shows. It's rare that I can see to the bottom as most pools are taken care of by staff that just don't know what they're doing. Breakfast was as expected, which was nice. This in particular trip included hotels where the pancake machine wasn't working (the go-to option for little kids) and a juice dispenser wasn't cooling. Staff was very polite. If I could make two suggestions it would be to offer a night light for families traveling with little ones. Hotels have perfected making a room pitch black well into the morning. Also, many hotels keep their fruit stocked throughout the day in the breakfast area. Not a big deal but a real easy and cheap way to provide a healthy option versus the candy and soda you sell in the shop. Other than that this HIE is overall a well maintained, well staffed hotel. I'd Easily recommend this location.

Here because husband in Cox Hospital. It is about a 10 minute drive to hospital, park, and get inside from here. Room is immaculate. Staff is professional, friendly, helpful. I had a little mix up about me staying an extra night but they fixed it with no problem at all. There is a little fridge, microwave, and Keurig. Lots of restaurants, fast food places, including Panera & Einstein Bagels, grocery stores, drug stores. I would stay here hands down over other places.

This was a great hotel for our weekend. The staff was SUPER nice and helpful (we stayed on the first floor, where there's no ice machine, but a staffer personally got us ice from the kitchen). Room was very comfortable, and the seasonal decor added a nice touch. Only downside: not the most amazing breakfast variety I've ever seen, but breakfast was hot, fresh, and delicious.

Very friendly and helpful front desk staff! They greeted us with smiles, went out of their way to help us with extra blankets, checked to make sure we were satisfied with our room, and overall very hospitable. Hotel was clean, and breakfast was good. Definitely recommend this Holiday Inn!

We were traveling through and had a great stay. Scott at the front desk was very friendly and helpful! The room was perfect and breakfast selection was plentiful and good!

Amazing customer service… incredibly "out-of-their-way" service. A friend of mine walked over to the juice machine (at 11pm) and we asked if it was off, the front desk guy said "yeah but that's no problem I can't fix! " And turned it on for us. Also, I busted my shoe while down here and asked if by chance the front desk had super glue, and the woman totally went beyond her necessary response of "not up here, sorry! " (which I was expecting) and found the maintenance guy and had him find me super glue.

Awesome room on the first floor. Beds were great. Our kids loved the pool. Breakfast was good. I would recommend this facility.

Great stay. Front desk staff Mindy, did a outstanding job at check in very informative made sure she covered everything. Also the evening guys (sorry didn't get their name) very kind making sure to greet us when we returned. The morning breakfast lady had a great personality and was a joy She really stayed on top of the food and service. Overall I would give the hotel a 9.5 out of 10. My only concern was room didn't cool down and the room next door was loud. However, I did not bring it to anyone's attention. Keep up the good work!

Clean spacious rooms, bathrooms modern and clean with lots of countertop space, friendly staff, good variety for breakfast, indoor pool and hot tub.

This by far was one of the cleanest hotels we have ever stayed at. The people who work here are beyond friendly and very helpful. I cannot wait to come back and stay again.

Staff very courteous and helpful, especially Mandy, the evening receptionist. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. As usual, breakfast was good. We look forward to cinnamon rolls offered at HIExpress. Lighting in bathroom was great.

The rooms are very spacious. We got a room with 2 queen beds and sofa bed. Rooms c are very clean. We used the pool and hot tub. They were not as clean. They were very gritty. The continental breakfast was pretty good.

Our room was very nice and clean and quite large too! There was a nice seating area with a couch and chair and two beds. It had a kitchenette as well with a fridge, microwave, and Keurig for coffee. The bathroom was a good size and was well appointed with towels and toiletries. Staff was very friendly as well. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

The workers were very friendly and helpful. Check in was simple and quick. The rooms were very spacious, clean, and quite. It was right off of James River and very easy to get to.

My experience with holiday inn express. They are consistently steps above others in the basics clean, safe, and we'll maintained well worth a few extra dollars when compared to others. Would be nice if amenities were more standard.
