Clean room. Nice view and close to restaurants. Breakfast at motel was good. Fair price would stay again. Staff is friendly.

Always a pleasure to stay here. The staff are wonderful. They're knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The breakfast is very nice, and the view is amazing. The view they have of the sunset/sunrise is an amazing thing to sit and watch with a cup of coffee. I highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a hotel in the area to spend a night. I know my family will be back. :)

The staff at the front desk were extremely helpful and pleasant as was the lady taking care of us at breakfast. Probably one of the best hotel waffles I've ever had.

Fantastic view! Nice and neat, no insect activity, clean pillows, blankets and sheets. Pet friendly only $10 per dog. I have 2 little sweethearts. Lovely breakfast. Friendly staff. My only regret is that they don't have mini fridges in the rooms. Otherwise 10/10!

Service friendly. Salad choices lots of varity in choices. Steak ordered "medium" and it was medium. Variety in choices. Other comments we had to order at front desk. Front desk personnel seemed stressed. Overall was positive Would eat here if in this area (we were driving from Texas to Minnesota.

Very nice motel, friendly and helpful staff, nice recently remodeled motel, great breakfast, cinnamon rolls available all day. Motel sits on a hotel with a beautiful mountain view.

Very nice place to stay! We were on the second floor and we woke up to the view of overlooking pretty trees and scenery! Breakfast was good! Front desk staff were very friendly, along with the breakfast worker! Outside looks a little outdated, but we overlooked that. The driveway was a large hill just to warn anyone.

I organize and host construction teams to build churches in Belize, Central America. When we are near Belize City we stay at the Biltmore Plaze Best Western. The Assemblies of God have a VIP rating with the Hotel staff and we are offered excellent rates and of course excellent service! Most of the 30+ nights were spent there in the past 12 months. My last stay was at the Best Western in Clinton, AR and we will definitely stay there again!

I got bitten by something in the room 102 on right side of my neck and my right arm.

Friendly staff, but a mixup everytime we've stayed there. Not a deal-breaker, but be forewarned…

Our Hotel stay at Best Western Hillside Inn was so nice. The place was so clean. Staff was so nice. Their Breakfast was fresh and included with our stay! All for a Great price. We have plans of staying again since their close to my folk's condo.

This hotel was recently renovated, or at least the rooms have been. Very neat and clean. Quiet location — would definitely stay there again.

This place was absolutely a let down. We get there from a long trip and our food in the fridge and the next morning I go to drink my milk and the milk is hot. The fridge wasn't even working. I'm like okay I'll just get coffee… well there was no coffee glass or anywhere to put the coffee grinds. Just the body of the coffee maker was there. Then the microwave you had to keep pressing start because it would turn off while in the middle of microwaving. I informed the front desk lady and I wanted a refund. She ignored me and was just like I'm sorry can our housekeeper come look at it and fix it? I'm like there is no point now we are about to leave within the next 10 minutes, and I just wanted a refund because I didn't pay $93 for this dump.

We stayed the night of Sept 14th, on the beginning of a loosely planned visit of towns around the Ozarks. We had no reservations at any place on our projected route, but I had researched various hotels in assorted towns, & read the reviews. I had written down the possible locations where we may decide to stay, if/when we were in those areas. As luck would have it, we decided to stay in Clinton that night & they had a vacancy for us! The evening manager, Amy, was very sweet & handled everything professionally & efficiently. Although we ended up on the 2nd floor, it was not an issue, due to the design of the hotel on this location. You simply drive your car around back, which goes uphill & park level with the 2nd floor. (no hauling suitcases up stairs) We were immediately impressed by the cleanliness/neatness of the room, which was much better than we anticipated! The ONLY issue we had, was when we tried to use the remote for the TV. It would turn the TV on or off, but would not work the volume or change channels. I figured we could just 'tough it out" for the one night, changing channels & adjusting the volume, using the buttons on the side of the flat screen. Then just advise the front desk about it, when we checked out. While I was in the shower though, my wife called Amy to let her know about it. In less than 5 minutes, she was knocking on our door! She had brought fresh batteries AND a spare remote, just in case.

One of our favorite places to stay. It is clean, spacious, and the location is amazing! Friendly staff and good prices! We will be back!

Other than very weak Wi-Fi in our room, I have no complaints about these accommodations. It's quiet, the outdoor pool is clean and has a beautiful view, the bed is comfy, the bathroom is clean, the breakfast has a good selection, and the staff are very friendly and welcome pets. We are already planning to stay here again for future excursions in the area.
