Stopped to see the the amenities and conditions of the hotel for future guest. It was very clean, the customer service, and and the breakfast area looks great. I was very happy with my visit.

I have a relative in the hospital close by, and this is my 6th night in a row that I have stayed at this hotel, and I cannot say enough good things about this place. It is literally a 2 minute drive away from the hospital and extremely close to everywhere else we have gone. We haven't had to drive more than 5 minutes to get to anywhere we have needed to go during our stay here. The 2 rooms I have stayed in have been extremely clean. All of the staff, all the way from the assistant manager down to the cleaning ladies, has treated us like family, and they have all gone above and beyond to accommodate us and to make us feel at home. I was even impressed by the quality of the complimentary breakfast they provide. We have been treated like royalty here, and we are on a first name basis with a lot of the staff. The convenience, cleanliness, hospitality, and customer service for this price CANNOT be beat!

Loved the outside lounge. Comfortable chairs. Tables to eat at. Right next to chillis means hot meals. Breakfast was typical waffles and cereal.

Excellent clean undamaged room. Good quiet ac. Smallish… no tub. Internet strong. No pool or gym. Next door to Chili's. Easy on to interstate. Good stay.

Have the airconditioner on in the room still feels humid. Floor feels sticky. Disgusting!

A good value. This was perfect for my needs. A comfortable, clean bed. A hot shower with great water pressure, a good, hot breakfast and a great price! They gave me a medical discount because my mother was in a local hospital.

Spent time at this hotel while travelling for business. Staff were very friendly. The room was average and could do with some upgrades. All in all, it was still a comfortable stay.

Horrible place to sleep… The police were there every night we stayed breaking up a man literally beating his wife to death one night and clearing the vagrants and drug-addicted idiots out of the parking lot the next. I worried the entire time I was there about my pickup truck in the parking lot and I would not let my wife go anywhere without me. Although the facilities were nice and they were clean the overall atmosphere felt dangerous due to the crowd that was there in the unattentive attendant at night who I have no idea where she was. The beds were lousy, I literally thought about going out to my pickup truck and sleeping in the driver's seat. We reserved a double Queen room and got a double single room so my wife and I couldn't even sleep together. Yet they would not adjust the price. Since we travel with our pets we were kind of stuck, trying to find a hotel who will allow pets on a last-minute is difficult. Never ever again at this location, how Corporate handles this after our call, and we are still waiting 2 weeks later, will determine if I ever stay in another one of their hotels again. This includes Quality Inn, Quality Suites, Sleep Inn, and the rest of the hotels they own.

Clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff. Most comfortable bed ever! Slept great!

The people were pleasent, the rooms were decent. They allow pets, which was a plus for us. Cons: The walls are pretty thin and there was no conditioner for your hair provided.

Location is close to stores and food. Rooms are mid level. Cheap. First room heat was not functioning. 15 degrees outside. Second room heat worked. Service was helpful in moving to New room.

Location was convenient to local amenities. First room I was given, the heater would not work. It was 15 degrees outside. The 2nd room was just fine and the staff apologized and ensured our stay was satisfactory for the rest of our stay. The breakfast the next morning was outstanding. Everything was clean and neat in appearance.

My brother was at v a hospital fayetteville. A friend of mine and I spent 2 nights. I'm sorry but they were great. Room was very clean, breakfast was good and staff was very friendly and accommodating. I will be going back if I'm in the area and need a good night's sleep.

Thank God for Capital One. They went to bat for me and got my money back.

Paid for a Queen sized bed, ended up with a full size. The remote and shower head were both broken. Staff did nothing to fix the problems.

Where do I begin? 1st there are only a couple of the staff who are courteous & professional. Next when you get to your rm what hits you is combo of smells of must, pet ammonia, and old smoke. Room was not clean; hadn't been vacuumed, mold in the shower stall, door facing was broken & dust around the entire edge of the floor. Plan on taking a bath? No luck. There's only a small shower stall. In 85° weather, the air conditioner did not work. Oh, and as for watching TV, Sleep Inn barely has a semi-basic package to watch on a small TV. Also, there's no pool or fitness center. Basically, Sleep Inn is old, out of date and run down in most every aspect. Their rates are decent. There is a free breakfast, and a fridge & microwave comes w/a double bed rm only. For me & family all we can say is 'Buyer Beware! ' Hope this helps. Safe travels.

Good location, hospitality was pleasant, bed and pillows were comfortable, toiletries were nice as well. The rest of the stay was not as comfortable, however, as there was such loud creaking from the above floor that we were not able to sleep for much of the night, even with ear plugs!

The staff is very pleasant and accommodating. Our room was comfortable. We would absolutely stay here again.

One of the best I've been too staff was excellent room was excellent breakfast was excellent and even told us HAPPY ANNIVERSARY definitely will stay again.

Checking in the lady didn't know when breakfast was. I asked where I should park to enter to get to my room location and she made that way more complicated then it needed to be. All halls smelled and gum on elevator floor. I almost left because when we returned from dinner there was a lady laying on pillows on the front grass. My husband convinced me not to make a big deal of it. Best thing was the cookies! Yummmy!

Horrible experience. The hotel accused me of smoking in the room, because my wife left her cigarette butt (she rolls tobacco) on the nightstand. They are charging us $100 because she just didn't want to litter. Or maybe the hotel staff just didn't like "our kind" at this Fayetteville hotel.
The rooms were paid for, and we don't deserve this horrific "customer service" treatment.
The management was completely rude and insulting. I would suggest never patronizing this hotel. There are many other great choices here in Fayetteville.

Located next to a chili's and the Fulbright Expressway exit. It's just down the road from Washington Regional Medical Center. Very close to Wal-Mart, Target, the Northwest Arkansas Mall, multiple eating and shopping places. Some rooms have microwaves and mini refrigerators. They offer a hot and cold breakfast options. Only 3 floors.

Don't trust them with your bank account. They triple charged me and my friend when I was supposed to get credited and then instead of being helpful the GM blamed everyone else except hereself for any mistakes. My bank fixed everything for me just now since she clearly wasn't going to and I would have had to file a claim regardless. Be careful with your money people.

Dear Choice Hotel, Upon the planning of my trip to Fayetteville, AR I believed that selecting the Sleep Inn hotel to be a great choice due to the convenience of its location and it's great rate. However that proved to be wrong due to me finding a bed bug crawling across my sheets. We contacted the front desk to notify them of our issue and they moved us to two single bed rooms only to make us move again so they could sell those rooms to another patron. I am highly dissatisfied in the staff and how they handles this issue and I believe that I should be refunded a night if not for both nights for the trouble and the filthy environment.

Decent place with a short walk to a few good restaurants. Clean rooms and great rates. No microwave or fridge in the rooms, though. Parking lot was good for my Duramax and her 28' trailer. Very scenic area. Average breakfast.

Great stay, very comfortable beds and the personel were great. The breakfast was a real plus too. Would highly recommend!

I rate one star because I called u answerd I asked how much a night and u had to go ask someone it took 10 mins till I hung up and tried to call back then no answer good job vanessa I liked it better when Travis Johnson worked here and this is where he always referred me because Jody is so nice and cares about her guests and takes the time to make them feel welcome.

Very nicely decorated rooms. Better than average breakfast. Clean and modern.

Jody and her staff always spoil you and treat you like family. I have stayed here a half dozen times and have not been disappointed. I can be a grumpy old geezer if my sleep is interrupted and no issues so far. Jody keep up the good work, see you next week. Happy-Happy!

Fayetteville, Arkansas, very nice, very good condition, they were able to get me a room for the day's need.

Stayed my one and only time on February 19th. We asked for 2 Queen beds but these were full beds at best and both sides of the bed made you feel like we were falling out of bed. Cant do much sleeping if you feel like your falling out of bed.

The customer service was the best I have ever experienced at any hotel. My father was at washington regional hospital just down the street so it was a trying time for my hole family. Jody the manager went out of her way to make our stay as pleasant as possible. I can't thank her and your hotel enough. You definitely have a repeat customer.

Front desk people were extremely helpful and courtious.

Comfy beds & clean rooms, good breakfast in the morning. Owner adds her own personal touch with friendliness! Homemade cookies in the evening are a great touch esp since I have a sweet tooth!

There is a homeless woman who walks up and down College St. In Fayetteville. She told me she goes by Saint Gabriella and said that people sometimes pay for her to stay at Sleep Inn when it's cold out. I think it is great that this hotel lets her stay there. I wish there was a discounted rate and a way that members of the community could contribute somehow. I hope she has a 'room at the Inn' on Christmas eve. I think about her often.

Room was very neat and clean. The bed was actually very comfortable. Staff this morning when we left was extremely nice and had breakfast out for us pretty early. Def. Will be staying there again when we visit!

I was expecting this place to be a low rent version of Best Western but was pleasantly surprised. The double room I was given had fridge, microwave, full wardrobe and a shower large enough for two, (even though it only had one shower head). Clean with efficient staff, as far as I dealt with them, anyway, and they have a special rate for friends and family of anyone in the nearby hospital. I've certainly stayed at worse Holiday Inns or other 'fancier', more expensive motels. And, to the reviewer that had their car towed, douches that feel it necessary to use two parking spaces NEED towed.
