Pretty typical Courtyard but on the dated side. Lobby seems to have been refreshed but the rooms are starting to show their age. The bathrooms in particular could really use some work. That said, everything was clean and comfortable and the staff was good. I would stay here again.

Nice hotel. Clean and friendly. Decent location away from the biggest part of the traffic jams and noise of the city, but still close to everything you need to get to.

Jacob, the front clerk For both of our recent stays there is one of the Sweetest, hardest working, REAL employee I have had the pleasure to deal with. He is ALWAYS fhere And Always ask about our stay, Forsees My Probable needs or Extra Things to make my Stay above Normal and I really will Always choose this hotel atleast twice yearly Strictly Because of Jacob, But if he Goes? I hope he lets me know where to follow! Best Employee of all Hotels No Doubt! Marriott? You guys better be Pro active in Maintaining his loyalty because I doubt you could replace him with 1/2 the Quality he gives to this place!

The little staff interaction I had was good. Rooms were very clean. The only complaint I had was the whirlpool tub in our room wouldn't actually run cold water. We had to go get ice to dump in to cool it down because it would only run straight hot water.

The hotel was fairly nice. We had a joint room and the door stop to hold the doors open was broken on one side preventing it from staying open, and had worn and ripped the carpet from being broken for quite some time. Other than that the rooms were nice. The pool is small but clean. The staff was friendly.

Wonderful staff, wonderful mattress and the best pillows I've ever slept on!

They charge for breakfast… even the cheap hotels sling some fruit loops at you. The morning, staff… not very kind… embarrassed my little girl when she tried to get some food… she didn’t realize it wasn’t free.

As an elite member, I expect housekeeping to have my room at the very minimum, wiped down and bed made by at least 2pm. We were gone the ENTIRE day, from 9am til nearly 5 and STILL no cleaning service. It was only right after (conveniently) we entered out room that the housekeeper was knocking on the door offering fresh linens. She apologized for being late. Late? Hell, try not at all. Unacceptable. Especially for a "hotel" that only has three floors. I mean, c'mon. On the flip side, bar service phenominal! Downside… no lobby coffee? What gives?

The management is accomadating the rooms are clean and comfy public areas are kept clean and stocked.

Was pleased with our stay… until the next morning at 9am when a worker ATTEMPED TO COME IN OUR ROOM to give me my credit card receipt! My boyfriend & I had gotten a baby sitter the previous night & were staying in a jacuzzi room & obviously wanted our privacy. Glad our door was locked! Unprofessional and unacceptable.

Cozy spot, all the frills. No free coffee in the lobby during the morning hours, which was a little off putting. They offered coffee and lemon water during the evening hours.

We stayed here one night for $180 (with tax). They offer tickets for breakfast and the above price included one ticket, although I'm sure you can just pay for breakfast. The breakfast was enjoyable and there were several good choices to choose from. Tickets include several choices of Starbucks coffee. They also offer other meals and alcohol. The room was nice and the bed was very comfortable. They have an outside lounging area, an indoor pool, and gym. Staff was extremely friendly. Very enjoyable stay.

Clean, quiet rooms! Nice lounge down stairs. Laid back atmosphere. Pool, workout room, outside patio with grill. All around wonderful place.

Very clean. The bed is not comfy. The staff is super nice. The lobby is beautiful. We stayed because the reviews and the Indoor pool and Jacuzzi. The Jacuzzi isn't there. But it's clean.

It felt like we were getting pushed out the door. House keeping came by and almost came into our room at 9 in the morning. It was if we were not even a guest. They took more money from our account as a "collateral" for possible damages. No continental breakfast is also a huge disappointment for us as their in house Starbucks has horrid service. We will not be staying at this hotel again.

The rooms are a little small which when traveling with family makes it a little uncomfortable. There isn't a hot tub so that's a bummer I'm always cold so I love to sit in the hot tub while the kids swim. The pool was indoors so it made it very loud. The tile around the pool was a glossy tile so it was super slippery and because it's indoors it doesn't dry so I was really afraid the kids were going to slip. The front desk employees could have been a little more friendly as well.

Great experience. Guadalupe made our room sparkle. The rooms could stand an update, but we didn't go on vacation to hang out in our room so who cares. The Bistro food was a little pricy, but Mindy the restaurant manager assured us it was worth it and when the food arrived, sure enough, the scrambler plates were huge. We put some in the room fridge for a midnight snack. They also had a full bar until 10pm so we had a few beers. Pricy, but when mama needs a beer, mama needs a beer. Close to Crystal Bridges Museum for the Chuhuly exibit and a quaint town square with plenty of nice restaurants for lunch. Also close to family and friends for us. Overall, an excellent stay.

Staff was friendly. Room was nice. Got to study! Every thing was clean.

Not bad. Hint for your next remodel: don't paint the wall red and leave a white square where the toilet tank is.
Beds are bouncy. And the best part of our stay was a warm welcome from Maria (see picture below)

Quiet and comfortable hotel convenient to Crystal Bridges museum. A good value.

Beds were comfortable, bathroom toilet was a little small and the TV was tiny.

We had an overnight stay with our two young kids. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Extremely clean and it's super close to downtown and the children's museum!

Super clean and comfortable. Fire pit was nice, staff is friendly and helpful.

Nice place, the rooms aren't huge but are well setup with a mini fridge and microwave. The TV is a bit small.

Great place to stay. Rooms were spacious and comfortable, the pool was a nice way to keep the kids happy and entertained. The only thing we weren't ecstatic about was the food options. There was no complementary breakfast, and the only in-hotel food was a starbucks. If you want to eat breakfast with your family it costs an arm and a leg for not much food. I'd suggest finding another place close by to eat.

Was supposed to stay here for work this past weekend, my room was infested with ants, took an hour for the front desk guy to get to my room to check things out. I then decided that I wanted to be moved to another room, none were available so I was sent to another hotel. My company booked and paid the Courtyard for 2 nights, I was only comped for 1 night, still had to come out of pocket for another night at the other hotel when it wasn't my fault! Never again will I stay there or recommend this hotel to anyone!

The staff were more than friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and spacious. I will definitely use them again next time I am in the area.

The room was clean. The pool was heated for the kids and the staff were extremely nice. They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was a good one.

This hotel lands on the bottom of the heap. We stay consistently at Marriott Hotels and my husband and I were both appalled at this one. We checked in around 4:30 pm on a Sunday. We arrived to find 3 or 4 cars in the lot. The entrance was messy with leaves and debris at the door and no one appeared at the desk for over a minute and a half. Check in was quick after the gentleman finally came out of somewhere in the back. The elevator was messy with trash and smelled less than clean, with smears on the button panel. Our room was old — the a/c/heating unit was old, loud and clanky — with many water leak stains on the ceiling tiles. The sink faucet was installed crooked and the stream of water was almost a trickle. We opened the decrepit balcony door and the handle came loose and the metal locking mechanism fell off. My husband went down to get a different room and once again, the desk clerk was not to be found. Both the clerk and later, another employee hanging around at the desk sort of laughed at the situation, sort of halfway apologized and told us to let them know what they could do to make it right. We wanted to leave at that point because the whole experience had been creepy. However we were given another room which was less shabby on the quiet side of the hotel opposite the interstate. The place was quiet overnight except of the mini-fridge that had "struggles" running and the fan on the a/c unit was rather unpleasant sound when running.

I got stuck in one of the worst rooms, but it's still the most convenient place to stay.

Needs were comfortable. Some stains in the room and highway noise but overall it was fine.

Service was great! Everyone was so nice! Room was super clean. There was a jacuzzi in our room, next to the bed! Bistro with starbuvks was delicious!

They started spoiling me as soon as I walked in! Customer service at its finest and the food was delish from their in house bistro!

To be honest, I have stayed at a lot of courtyards and they were much cleaner rooms than what we had in Bentonville the staff was very nice and helpful the rooms just really weren't cleaned up to Marriott standard and when I checked in they didn't give me the room that I had reserved and it took my daughter who works for Marriott to get them to move me to the correct room.

Nice hotel and bistro. Only complaint is that the hotel website photo of pool and hot tub should be updated, since the hot tub is gone.

The beds and linens and comfortable and everything is clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. I came for a wedding that was very early in the morning, and the hotel staff was extremely kind and accommodating of our need for early check in and late check out. They no longer have free breakfast, but they were kind enough to honor Priceline's promise and provided us with vouchers for breakfast from their Bistro. The rooms have lots of outlets and even USB ports on the desk. The mini-fridge is large and very spacious. There is also a microwave and coffee maker in the room. I would definitely stay here again! Adding a sauna and complimentary breakfast would make this place even better!
