Very nice choice to sleep a night when on the road.

The staff at the desk wasn't friendly. When we got to the room, we immediately discovered the room was filthy. There were stains on the walls, on the bedsheets, and on the floor. The faucet to the sink was very loose and there was mold around the sink and around the shower. Said mold and moisture caused gnats to be present. The room was a smoking room and we asked for non-smoking. I didn't feel like dealing with the front house staff, so I called the corporate office. I was told because I had checked in, the only recourse was to deal with the on-site staff. This wasn't my first bad experience with Motel 6, but it will certainly be the last. I will never stay at a Motel 6 again. I took plenty of pictures to demonstrate how filthy this room was, but customer service never asked to see them. When I sent an email after the fact, they simply said here's a $25 gift card for your troubles. It seems they don't care about their customers.

I was absolutely appalled at the way I was treated at this hotel the Indian lady at the front who I guess runs the place was the most rude and hateful women I have literally ever met I stayed for about 4 days I was sick with the flu she let me know she didn’t care at all and told me “so” like who does that.

They did not clean our room, even though we told them that we needed the bed sheets because our child had wet the bed. When I contacted front desk, I was told housekeeping was gone for the night. When asked for sheets to change the bed ourselves, was told that they would need to check laundry room. We had gotten back to the room around 10:30 pm. Need better service.

It was fine. Exactly what Motel 6 is all about, a clean, comfortable room, with no frills, for the lowest price.

There were no electrical outlets near the beds, no continental breakfast of any sort. Other than that rooms were clean, beds neatly made, huge bathroom with plenty of towels. Fairly quite. In its surrounding area nice restaurant to choose from, and a mini mall strip.

My mother and 16 year old son were robbed at gunpoint by 3 black males on Monday June 27th. There were 2 cars waiting for them with a driver in each. One was a silver van and the other was a red car. Ages of the men were mid to late 20s and the youngest was approximately 15. They took my mom's computer, tablet, cell phone, computer bag, scanner, many flash drives with our whole lives of photos saved and several SD minis. They also took her wallet which was found behind the hotel with several hundred dollars gone. Thankfully they left her ID, cards, and medical info. The hotel has no cameras on their parking lot so we have nothing but description to go by. Please be very careful when arriving at your hotel. Look around before exiting your v3hicle. Stay safe.
