Great room nice staff and friendly.

We reserved 3 rooms for the 24 of feb got to hotel around 3:30 pm and paid for our rooms. Went to the rooms and two of the rooms was not cleaned from night before went back to desk told the person that give us room and he said he would get someone to clean them. So we told him we was going to get something to eat and we would be back later. So about 8:30 we showed back up and guess what the rooms still wasn't cleaned. All he could say is sorry. Think the manager needs to hire some new help will not stay there again this was the holliday inn express onE Mccain st.

It was very good! Staff was courteous and respectful! The breakfast was great!

Nice hotel in a good location. Staff is friendly and helpful. Good free breakfast included. The only negative is, if you have a larger vehicle… the parking is kind of cramped.

Rooms were clean and the staff was attentive! We only stayed a short night because we had to get up early, but it was great!

All the worker were so friendly and helpful. The only thing that I didn't care for was the floral smell because I am allergic to chemical smells. I brought all my medications for my allergies, but the floral smell was too strong.

Comfortable place to stay. Room with king bed, microwave, and fridge is nice. Breakfast is good with a nice variety of food.

Clean rooms, parking available for trailers, bathrooms had good water pressure and the beds were comfortable.

We are here for a family funeral the staff has been a blessing to me and my family especially Nicole Breedlove. Thanks again for your help.

Very nice friendly place… our whole family stayed one night get a way… nice location and quiet rooms… the granddaughter age 2 loved the heated pool… will stay again… very friendly attendants. Breakfast was awesome also!

Hot tub rooms are a joke we had to switch rooms. Jets didn’t work. Went to the secondary and the heat and air doesn’t work right and I had to take out the fire alarm battery because it was beeping.

Super nice staff. Upon giving my id, staff noticed my military id and went ahead and gave me a discount. Very nice breakfast staff as well.

Convenient location, close to mall but hotel is old and needs and upgrade. Indoor pool water was too cold to use. Breakfast was good and provided a variety of choices.

It was a great place to stay. The room was clean and comfortable. There were great breakfast options. The fluffy pillows were fantastic!

Location was acceptable, a little off I40, but not hard to find. Rooms were clean, beds comfortable, lots of pillows, and nice soap. Breakfast was really good with fresh panaked and pretty good sausage gravy. Will stay again.

There is mold on the bathroom walls & above the door jamb of the bathroom. There's water dripping from the bath fan. Let the front desk know before I left in the morning came back in the afternoon they still had me in the same room with the Leaky bath fan. I called and suggested for them to look at the room upstairs for some Plumbing that may be leaking in the ceiling. The front desk asked if I wanted to change rooms I stated you may want me to change rooms lol you should really look at this… I'm not going to stay here.

Thin walls and small breakfast area. Very nice staff.

It's about a mile from I 40. Other than that it was the same great service I've come to expect.

Excellent place to stay. Customer service was great and extremely clean rooms. Got upgraded to a suite due to enrolling into the rewards program. Very good experience!

The staff is pleasant, and we like the location. Breakfast area is on the small side. The shower curtains are a little short and may cause a lot of water to make it out to the bathroom floor. Overall a quiet, comfortable stay.

Brand new facility. Staff was super. Friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious with a nice variety for different dietary requirements. Would definitely stay there again when passing thru.

Room was Clean and people were very sweet. We had a great time. Only problem I saw was when individuals walked across the floor above you, the ceiling had a loud creek.

Have been staying at HI more than 30yrs. Worst hotel experience… ever! Hotel was booked so was given handicap OK except water ran into floor creating a mess. The air had to be set at sud zero to offset overwhelming stench in room… requested to be moved asap in am so I could sleep comfortably 3am not moved till 10am while having to endure several negative confrontational interactions with Camille (according to mgr best longtime employer, do not want to encounter the worst oh wait — unfortunately I did). "The Breakfast" the pics show it all (searching for pic post option) Milk suppose to be in dispenser or individual cartons not gallon container only 1 person used it (was in lobby 2 hrs (couldn't breathe in room). One choice of danish, all fruit too rotten to eat. Disgusting! Even with minimal perks from being IHG member … Will never stay at Holiday.

Last night was my second time staying there. This time the pool was freezing cold. Couldn't enjoy swimming because of the frigid temperature to the water. My stay in December was great, the water was warm.

Hotel needs some updating inside the rooms, but overall decent hotel. Affordable ajd convenient.

The power went out about 5:15pm. As I was on the treadmill. Went to dinner and came back knowing the power would be restored. It wasn't. The power would HOPEFULLY be restored the next day. Everyone had to check out in the dark and find new accommodations at 730pm. Ugh.

Loved the girls at the font desk! Too sweet! The rooms were clean, the pool looked nice, though I didn't swim, and who can beat pancakes at midnight?! (An August special) Breakfast was great too! The rooms have thick curtians to hide the lights from the other gas stations and hotels. I didn't hear any noise through the night. I enjoyed my stay!

It was a very good hotel. I liked their breakfast menu. Staff was helpful n good service from d hotel.

Bed was very comfortable (that was the best part). It was very clean, but the building is showing its age. I would stay there again.
