Clean room. Everything was great! A very nice place to stay. I will be returning again to stay!

I really enjoyed my time at the RED ROOF INN on Pershing St. The staff was very nice and addressed any issues I had immediately. The room was nice, clean and comfortable. They gave me a MILITARY DISCOUNT, so they’re military friendly. Overall, it was a great experience and highly recommend it to anyone, especially military personnel.

Checked in very late 34 weeks preg with a dog, 3 year old and 1 year old… was no where to walk the dog but the far end of the building so I make it over struggling to hold the 1 year old whos not yet walking plus convince my 3 year old to stay close… dog goes and I attempted to go in the entrance on that end. Go figure my key doesn't work in the door… get back to the main entrance and realized I Was put on the THIRD FLOOR. Not sure how that is convenient at all. Severely struggled to get to the room… finally make it and it takes SEVERAL tries to get in… I ended up having to empty my hands in the hall because I was DETERMINED to not have to cart all our stuff back down and get a new key. Finally get in the room… my phone is dead and now after all the run around my kid's are awake… can't even play something on my phone to calm them because there are NO POWER OUTLETS CLOSE ENOUGH TO THE BED. Extremely frustrated. Room is decent but seriously how are you gonna put a SINGLE 34 week preg woman with 2 small children that CANNOT be left alone in the room WITH a dog on the 3rd floor in the middle of the night. You can't claim you didn't think about it considering the desk clerk watched me struggling to hold my stuff going through the lobby. I couldn't even bring ANYTHING in except a small cooler of food and the kids due to how inconvenient it was… In all my experience traveling with pets I've always been put on the ground floor and close to an exit.

It's a good enough place. Comfortable and clean. Staff was nice.

Nice quiet and friendly place for a good night sleep and not far from the interstate and food.

Inexpensive, safe, clean and quiet place to stay. I stayed for two weeks and had no issue. Free coffee or tea. Good place to stay when in town.

This place was horrible! Burn marks on the sheets, and no warm or hot water! Wouldn't ever stay again, staff rude as well.

All staff here are very friendly and hard working to ensure guests enjoy their stay. Room is very clean. No problem with room, the internet, the phone. Room is very quite. Everything was in order and beds was very comfortable. We would stop here again.

Horrible and racist front desk husband and wife employees. Lied about having a policy that says a paying guest can not have no visitors to their room. When I asked to see the policy they could not provide anything in writing. They also tried to threaten me and ny brother by saying they were calling the cops on us because we wanted to see the policy, and when we said go head call them they never called a soul because they knew they were lying. I called 1800 — 554-4555 and I'm going to call everyone that I can on this location at JFK/ City Center drive North little rock Ar. They need to clean the elevator and their big bags of garbage at the front door. Yes I'm taking pictures. They dont want black people at this location and they admitted to watching my room on the camera for no reason at all they same camera will show that I was a guest that did nothing wrong and I mean nothing! And those cameras will show them argueing with me and my brother because we asked to see this policy and the policy I signed that said a 45 year old women could not have a vistor to her room. Whiever the owner is he needs to retrain that married front desk couple from india how to treat guest or replace them asap, because they are going to get you black balled from the red roof inn name. Your employees are breaking not only rules but laws watching a guest everytime they go in or leave out of their room for no reason at all.

Phone doesn't work Tv runs on basic station analog Smells really bad Ice machine doesn't work We had to fix the cord in able to have it work Also the check in guy didn't have enough information about the hotel he said there was only one ice machine. Then in the morning he said there was another up stairs. Very dirty looking on the inside of the room. Not very happy with the hotel.

This was a great choice. They staff was exceptional and the in room coffee was outstanding. They were accommodating to our request for extra pillows and even found Pepto when my daughter got an upset stomach!

$60 a night I guess I can't complain too much but stains on sheets and the hallway to the rooms looks like it has not been vacuumed in months. I would not recommend and will never stay here again.

I did not feel comfortable staying at this hotel. It is in a seedy bad area to start with and it wasn't coveniant to get to. They just recently tried to fix it up, but it's like putting lipstick on a pig! The phone didn't work, the bed was lumpy and the shower was spraying water from areas that WERE NOT MEANT TO! The elevator floor was cracked and coming up and felt very rickety, and lastly, there was only ONE usable power outlet in the entire room. Those were the bad things.
The good was, it appeared to be clean, no pests, no garbage laying about, the TV worked, it had a nice mini fridge and microwave and small coffee pot. They allowed our small dog and happily provided us with two extra pillows upon request.
Overall, I will not stay there again, and wouldn't recommend it for the price, but; IT IS NOT the worst place I've seen.

This place is trash! ive never been charged a LATE fee when I already have my 2 nights BOOKED with a debit card my what was supposed to be a 114 dollar stay turned into a 280 dollar stay that ridiculous! I urge DONT waist your time staying here they are thieves 100%

You must be careful here because they will take your credit card or debit card number and then charge you for smoking in the room. They are known to do this it's a scam and they did it to me I don't even smoke.

When we first got there I thought I was going to be ok. But. It went down hill from there. We have 2 rooms and our room was not clean had dirty socks behind the curtains. There was a dog bone left in the floor. And paper trash was at the head of the bed. The floors needed to be cleaned. It said it had Breakfast. But. They said No Breakfast. After all this they discounted 10%. But the they took it back. So I'm going to say. Never Never ever will they receive my business again. The boy at the desk just wanted to argue with us.

I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone! My daughter had a heart procedure done and we live about 3+ hours away so we got a couple of rooms here for us and my parents. The website says there’s complimentary breakfast and there isn’t, my parents had a pair of dirty socks behind the curtains, dog bones were left in the room by past visitors, the floors were disgusting and didn’t look swept or mopped and their coffee pot had a moldy coffee filter in it. Also looks like they’ve painted over mold. This place should be reported because it isn’t a safe! As if the trip wasn’t stressful enough this place made it worse!

Terrible! Arrived at 10:30 pm, had to wait for the black lady to get off her personal phone… bell doesn't work, btw, no water for red club members, no breakfast, filthy hallway floors, qtip outside my door, no hot water, and holes in my towel… oh, and side door doesn't even lock… EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED… THE OWNER, thick accent, said he had to go buy more water, but doesn't have any… and he had hot water for his shower so I MUST BE MISTAKEN… he had no excuse for the rest…

If I could give them 0 stars I absolutely would. Service was terrible from the moment I walked through the doors. I rented a room on December 22, 2017 at 12:30 PM for my husband to sleep so that we could continue our drive to Florida. He walked through the room door and walked straight out because of the uncleanliness. He told the receptionist after 10 minutes of checking in that he was going to check out and if it was possible to get any refund back because he had not touched anything in that room and she said yes she was going to cancel the transaction and we would not be charged. I checked my bank account when we got back from Florida and was still charged for the room. I called the Inn and not only did I not understand why the speaker was saying but I was spoken to in an unprofessional manner. I could not understand anything he was saying and I kept asking him to repeat it and he was not friendly about it. I was basically told the receptionist we checked in with didn't cancel the transaction or leave a note for anyone to dispute it so we lost $60 for opening their room door. Thanks for nothing.

It was clean and comfortable and their service was excellent we got a room right away and whenever we need anything that they could provide they would help immediately.

They are nasty! The sheets was dirty pillow case was nasty they had hair on them! The tub had hair in it! The love seat has candy stains on the side of it! When I called down to the front desk and told him about the problem he came up and looked at the sheets and pillow case and said what seem to be the problem… I told him this is dirty the sheets and other covers… yes he changed them out… then I had family to come to the room to visit right… he called me in my room to tell me I CAN'T have no more than FIVE visitor in my room… I went down stairs and asked for my money back… because I don't have five people in my room… and I also told him he should have made that known from the door! Because I WOULDN'T have stayed! We had words of course and he said I'm going to watch the camera I said okay … and he was wrong of course… don't stay they are NASTY and RUDE!

100% non smoking property. My stay is perfect. No any problem & all employee is very helpful.

It's what you pay for. Not great but not too bad. Staff let us check in early. The neighborhood is 'scary' to those from the suburbs maybe. It fit our needs for 2 nights.

People loitering around outside asking questions about drugs and things like that. Highly uncomfortable situation just to walk outside to the car with the different ones coming up to you. Would not recommend this hotel, especially for family with children and not feeling safe. Management should do something about ones hanging around outside that's not staying there.

First of all, the property was in a location that left our safety to question. Very dark parking lot and people wandering around outside. When you show up at 2am, you want to feel safe. Second, when I walked in to check in, the person at the desk was sound asleep with earphones on so it took them a minute to even know I was there. And finally, when we got into our room, the first thing we noticed was stains on the comforter on one of the beds. Then, when we pulled back the sheets, there were stains on them as well. To make a long story short, we loaded the kids back into the car and found another place to stay. Of course there was a no refund policy, but that's my fault for not paying more attention.

Doesn't even deserve one star but I had to do so to rate it. AC in room didn't work. Didn't even get there until around 4 am and ended up checking out around 6 am because it was that hot in there that I couldn't even sleep. Lady at the front desk told me to call around 7:30 am when the manager got there to request a refund or at least some money back. Called and spoke with a man who claimed to be the manager but the lady told me it was definitely a woman and only one manager so not the man claiming to be the manager and he was extremely rude. Told me he checked the room personally (wonder if he checks all the rooms in the whole 4 story hotel or just mine when I mentioned something was wrong bc what the luck he checked mine personally before I came) and that everything worked. It doesn't take an idiot to put your hand in front of the AC unit and realize there is no air coming out, cool or hot. He says he can't refund my money or at least a part of it because I "stayed the whole night" when in reality I stayed for 2 hours. The red roof inn on the other side of town is SO much better and has much better customer service. All 3 staff members I encountered at this hotel were horrid. When checking in the staff member was outside smoking a cigarette talking like trash with a man on the bench. The things that were said were awkward and uncomfortable.

Stuff were kind, the room was nice, the hotel is in the downtown and the relationship quality price is good. I recommend that hotel.

Overall no complaints. Good place to stay for the money. Friendly staff and easy connect Wi-Fi. Clean rooms, comfortable beds and manager very helpful. I use business canter computer for transfer my data in pendrive. Manager help me for data transfer. I like red roof inn jfk city center. When ever I visit little rock I stay over there.

Booked ONLINE only to get the rate for ONE Day, the rates go up on the weekend which I was NOT informed. Stayed a total of 4 days only to have dirty sheets when I called the front desk after check in I was told that HOUSEKEEPING was off duty and NO ONE could change my sheets, HELL if they would have given me the sheets I would have CHANGED them MYSELF. HOUSEKEEPER finally came TWO days later to CLEAN my room and she emptied my trashcan put a bag on the side of it and she said "HERE YOU GO" I said "WHAT? YOU WORK HERE I DONT", She then had an attitude and started speaking in her foreign language. Then started to LEAVE the room, I said "So you're not going to CHANGE the sheets or CLEAN the bathroom?! " She started MUMBLING under her breath and I said "WHAT DID YOU SAY? " She started MUMBLING again to the MALE that accompinied her, but CHANGED the sheets with an attitude, after changing the sheets on the beds she started to LEAVE the room again. I said "So you're STILL not going to CLEAN the bathroom or SWEEP the FLOOR?! " I'M PISSED at this point, so she went and got her items to "CLEAN" the bathroom which consisted of a SMALL Brush and "BUCKET", ALL the while mumbling under her breath, I was saying "SO, I DON'T CARE IF YOU'RE MAD BECAUSE YOU HAVE TO DO YOUR JOB, THIS DON'T MAKE ANY SENSE, YOU'RE JUST GOING TO TAKE THE TRASH OUT AND THAT'S CLEANING?

Great place to stay for extended periods. Family owned and managed, so you'll likely be dealing with the owner when you walk in. He's always available. Rooms are cozy and the ones facing east, have a great view.

I will never ever stay at another red roof inn. When we first got here, they were falsely advertised. We walked in our room, and so did the roaches. The bathroom had been poorly cleaned, and it smelled like a man sprayed ten thousand pumps of axe spray. The hallways needed to be vacuumed, and all the furniture was beat up. Apart from the hotel, the staff was nice, but this is the first, and last roach motel for me!

Great price, and you get what you pay for. This hotel has seen better days. It seems like it has fallen on hard times and to save money, they have deferred maintenance and perhaps some cleaning. Our bathroom had hair on the counter and the toilet seat was dirty. We just dealt with it and Shrugged It Off due to the great price. We would stay there again next time we are in Little Rock.

Ive stayed at Red Roof Inn in NLR for a month or so the Front desk help is polite and courteous, never any problems with the room… And I read the reviews about Bed bugs well I stayed there for an extended period of time and never had to deal with bugs… The rooms where always clean and fresh linens where available… I would recommend the Red Roof Inn in NLR it is very affordable and convenient access to the interstate and shops, malls…

80 degree throughout the halls, Elevator, etc the room never really cooled off until morning. Huge cockroach in the shower as soon. As we came in. Non smoking room cigarette burns on covers. No Kleenex. 2 very small towels that felt like sand paper to dry off on. Trash in halls, elevator etc. Mold above shower. Hole in wall behind shower. Shower head dangling out the wall. The staff was friendly and the foyer was nice when we came in.

More proof that You really can't polish a turd. Poor attempt at remodeling an old hotel has failed. Let's start with the moldy stench you get as you first walk into the hotel, sticky doors that are hard to open and don't Close all the way, half cleaned rooms and sheets that also smelled moldy, the damn mouse that ran across the room! The list goes on. Asked the lady at the front desk if I could speak to the manager her response was there is no manager, I'm strong enough to handle any problems. Wouldn't give me contact info for the manager, I demanded a refund only to get the run around and excuses why she can't give me a refund. I realize that you get what you pay for but some clean sheets and a room with no mice is all I'm asking for. Would not recommend staying here.

This place was absolutely horrible! We have about 12 pictures of how nasty the room was. Baby couldn't even crawl around or take a bath. We wouldn't have stayed other than being exhausted and had already paid for it. We were headed home for a family emergency! And the hotel REFUSED to do anything about it, after we were promised a VIP pass! I even contacted the owner who lied and said it wasn't his. Makes us not want to ever stay at a Red Roof Inn ever again! Horrible customer Service!

Worst time. Took an hour to get a room key to work and then was given a dirty room. Now trying to check out after getting a clean room and manager cant be bothered to come out of their hotel room to speak with me.

The hotel rooms are clean and the front desk clerks are very polite and helpful to all situations. Also the surrounding areas are quiet so u can have a pleasant nap.

I loved this place and have stayed here at least 12 times. I still come back and see the good in this motel even though I encountered some inconvenient troubles with my stays because of mistakes that weren't due to my own fault, but to some employee not entering something in correctly I believe which caused them to think I had not paid yet because I was not in the system. I wasn't able to get into my room even after showing my online receipt to the owners the first time I stayed here. The owners were very rude about it and never apologized after realizing I had already paid later on after I had waited in the lobby about an hour. And then during another stay while I was sleeping the owners came and knocked on my door and told me that I needed to come to the front desk because their system said that nobody was supposed to be in the room I was staying in. They harassed me about repaying for about 30 Minutes before letting me back in and realizing their mistake and that I had indeed paid. To conclude as I said in the beginning of this review I do love it here and the employees are practically all amazing and very polite and helpful it's just the owners are very rude unwelcoming and disrespectful to the customers and their employees. So if you stay here hopefully you don't have to encounter them, and you'll be just fine!
