It is in a good neighborhood the rooms had to amazingly comfortable beds and the service and it had free breakfast and 70 dollars a night and free internet five stars.

There was trash on the bathroom floor. Towels were dirty. Hanger rack was broken off the wall and was tossed on the sink. Bugs inside and outside the room. Not worth the $70 at all.

Dont do it… you will regret it… I promise you. Dirty af bugs in room no plugs for your phone… Pool looks like a murder scene… Didn't stay the whole night left early… Come here if you just wanna smoke crack or if you need a place for a lot lizzard.

Had never been to Newport Arkansas was here May 6th 2018 people here are amazing they're so sweet and polite I enjoyed every day I was here.

If I could give this place 0 Stars I would! The room next too use was fighting arguing and management wouldn't do anything about it. Avoid at all cost this place was dirty as well.

This place is decent for the area, but that isn't saying much. Affordable, but the walls are thin, and there are giant windows to let all the sound through. I would definitely stay here again, as it seems to be the nicest hotel in town.

Days Inn is a nice friendly place to stay staff is helpful rooms are clean truck and trailer parking.

You get what you pay for. The young lady at the front desk was good. The room not as much. The pillows were the only good thing about it.

For the price, it was just what I needed. I was satisfied and the staff were friendly.

Greatest place I have stay I got towed in at 1am night shift lady was helpful and the day shift lady the same great place all around.

18 wheeler friendly. Looks sketchy, but it's a decent hotel for a good price. Lots of businesses near. Staff is extremely friendly. Would stay again.

Staff very friendly, room's comfortable, it is easy to find and close to restaurants and store's.

Beds were comfy and the staff was friendly and helpful!

Have not been there but was told by staff they had bed bugs at one time, dont know if that is still true but I believed the employee.

Rooms are clean but internet did not work and the ice machine did not work and no pool so stay somewhere else.

The hotel looked creepy at first. Only one guess and us in the whole hotel, and the outside lights were off… But we must say the girls on the front desk were very nice and the room was big, clean and very comfortable.

The bed was clean. Plumbing was not good. Stale breakfast but it was ok for the night.

At least the bed is clean. That's about the only good thing.

The room was horrible, the shower head had white residue everywhere, the shower curtain had stains and mildew the tub was filthy, the room had a horrible smell in it, I checked in and left for work 12 hour shift came back and wanted a refund because I didn't notice it, I only dropped my stuff off so that I wouldn't be late, when I got back to the room to notice it, they said I should have let them know earlier I wanted a refund I was unhappy and the roaches was horrible, they gave me another room which was a little better but the toilet seat was horrible and the bottom of the toilet was brown and the TV didn't work, I couldn't wait until day light to get here so that I can leave this horrible place, I'm calling the BBB they need to check this place out! Gross save your money the worst 60 dollars I spent I would have been better off staying in my car!

Newport days inn has a staff ready and happy to help guest have a pleasant stay and are willing to invite you to local dining places around town for best food you will find mommy and puppy's now m*c grill is a popular dining spot often a main place recommend by the ladies for great breakfast like eating at your grandma's home cooked meals happy stomachs and lunch from 11 to 2 monday thru friday and saturdaysc closed sundays.

Keep on driving past this hotel… The price (100.00) for a wkday night is not worth the hotel stay. The service was terrible… 1st thing the lady says to me "you have a funny name". Next she took 25 min to check me in and blamed it on the computer. Next we got a room where the key would not open the door, no big deal I thought, I'll just go get another key. When I went down to get a new one, she said "oh other people have not been able to get in that room either, here I'll get you another room" (why would you give me a room that you know doesn't work? ) FYI I have my wife and 7mo old outside walking to these rooms in the rain that "don't work". Later the next morning, breakfast… def would not call it breakfast, just coffee, fruit and bagels. But I didn't expect much and wasn't there for the food. Last thing at checkout, I asked for a receipt (which she never offered. ) She tells me she can't print it out, because windows was updating. I gave her my email and I still have not received it. Very bad experience, don't recommend for families.

Room was very clean! Was reading the reviews but glad I paid no attention to them and stayed. Over all experiencev was great. The TV was the only thing out of date couldn't use my tablet to watch movies other then that everything was good.

This place is nasty gross dirty. Do not stay here. Drug deals went down all night in parking lot.

We found the hotel to be aging and in need of repair. The carpet was worn and wrinkly. The toilet didn't flush properly. The shower curtain would've made a science project with the amount of mildew growing on it. The fan in the bathroom wasn't connected and the bedside lamp had the end of the plug cut off. Because the door didn't shut tightly we felt less than secure. It was quiet and the bed was comfortable but for the price we felt it was not certainly worth it. : (.

Horrible! The condition of the room was dirty. Flies everywhere! Roaches creeping out from behind the TV set also.

Horrible place. The room was run down but we stayed because we were tired. We woke up to roaches crawling all over. The microwave or hair dryer did not work. The neighborhood was sketchy too. I would never stay here again.

We checked in during the evening, in a hurry. By the time we were able to return to our room, we were exhausted and collapsed into bed. In the morning, I inspected the room and found it appalling. The carpet looked as if it hadn't been vacuumed in AGES, there was some sort of thick purple goo in the shower, the sink was dusty and had little shaving hairs left on it, and when we mentioned it to the associate at the front desk, she didn't even offer an apology for the room, much less attempt to make restitution. I wrote Days Inn an email informing them of the unpleasant situation and was subsequently ignored. Avoid this place. You might get bedbugs. — _- Update: As of February 13, 2013, no action has been taken by Days Inn to resolve this complaint.

VERY HORRIBLE! Mosqitos everywhere in the room probably from the big crack in the door, there was no trash can or alarm clock. We also had to use hand towels because they ran out of big towels. There free continental breakfast was muffins and that's it! We switched rooms to get away frrom mosqitos and our showerhead was eye level at 5'7! Never ever gonna stay there again.
