Beautiful hotel inside highly recommend it for conference family gathering and dinner.

Walls are PAPER THIN. We could hear every word the people next to us were saying. Room service knocked on our door at 8am and woke us up. Apparently they are working on the pool… workers are being incredibly loud right outside our door. Whistling, hammering something… all right outside our window/door. Video in comments. Currently STILL trying to order room service and no one will pick up.

Mold, bed bugs, rude staff, over charged … horrible experience.

Check in great. Room spacious clean and comfortable. Breakfast more than ample and service excellent. Riverfront location worth no view. 14' X 35' wal outside window/door.

I love this hotel. The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean and comfortable and the location is perfect. As noted in other reviews, this hotel is a little dated and conservative but it's in great condition. The check in and check out process was quick and easy. The parking is convenient and secure. Lastly, there is a comp breakfast included. Too: skip the buffet and go for the fresh omelette. The restaurant service is awesome. Make sure you tip. I can't wait to return to Wyndham Riverfront.

This is difficult to do. Our customer service upon arrival 1 am was flawless. It was after that this we were disappointed.
In the morning my family went ahead of me for breakfast, my husband and 2 of our boys hadn’t returned at 9:30. I left our oldest in the room. I went downstairs and made a small plate. Hash browns 2 slices of bacon, a tiny bit of gravy and coffee. I told the gentleman at the door I had a child upstairs and needed to get back. I was told I couldn’t take my food. I explained why I needed to go (my son was upstairs in a hotel room, in a strange town) he told me to ask a manager. I sort of did. She blew past me with a simple no.
We got to the hotel at 1 am asleep by 2. We had traveled 11 hrs. I needed to eat. We chose this hotel because breakfast was included. I understand rules. I’m a mom, I make rules all the time. Sometimes though we listen and make amendments because sometimes situations change. I didn’t take food to give to a non paying customer. I had a very small plate of food.
The coffee pot in the room was unusable. It was in the BATHROOM. The machine itself was filthy and stored in a room where people have bowel movements. Would you store your coffee pot in your bathroom at home?
There are changes that need to be made instantly.

I'm glad we discovered the hotel. We've stayed there 4 or 5 times in the last year. Staff has always been very friendly and helpful. The restaurants are FANTASTIC, and breakfast is so good. Rooms are large and always spotless. The hotel is also near the Clinton library and many other places to visit. This is our go to place when in Little Rock.

Lovely hotel room & great employees. Restaurant prices are RIDICULOUS & the place is a maze. No joke: they offer a MAP to get to your room. 5-star on the room and staff. However, 10 minute walk to affordable food.

Great room and most comfortable bed. Loved a dip in pool after driving all day. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Loved walking over bridge steps from Wyndham parking lot over the Arkansas River to riverfront “action area” where there are lots of places to eat and drink. Wyndham has complimentary shuttle cross the river. Front desk told us we could call shuttle to pick us up for way back. We opted to take old fashioned replica trolley ride (Blue) which loops around and then crosses river. Trolley driver gives tour pointing out places of interest. $1 to ride or $2 for hop on hop off all day. (There is the Green trolley that doesn’t cross to North Little Rock. ) Trolley has AC!

For the price you'd think the rating should be at least 3 stars. But this so upscale and beautiful! The place is so close to downtown, the arena, has the most awesome view, excellent restaurant, free breakfast buffet, bar, live music, I could write endlessly of all the amenities offered. Plus with great service, who wouldn't come back! Definitely a hotel of choice for us when in Little Rock, AR!

One of the best hotels we have stayed in! Beautiful, clean, and very courteous staff. The omlete for breakfast was absolutely amazing! Great location close to restaurants and the bike trail. Will return next time we visit Little Rock!

There were extremely comfortable beds and a nice clean hotel. The morning had a (paid) breakfast that was well worth the money and amazing. Also the staff was very friendly.

Was an interesting trip. Excellent accommodations. The price was reasonable. Food was fantastic breakfast buffet second to none. Every employee was super friendly. We would definitely go there again.

Nice location. Nearby is Dickey Stephens and Verizon. Easy for foot travel. Just across the bridge from the river market and downtown area. Riverfront park has a great walking path that connects to the Arkansas River trail.

WOW! What an amazing Week! I stayed 5 nights. Can I just live there? Staff was amazing! Especially Carmen, Harold, Chris, William and Aileen. From housekeeping to Catering to Maintance they were all keeper employees! I will be back again. Keep my room ready.

Customer Service 5/5: Tiffany, the receptionist at front, is so sweet and so kind and she helped me out with a problem that I was having that saved me at least 30 min out of my day. Whatever Wyndham is paying her, it's not enough! I know a slew of people traveling through here in the coming months that I will be recommending this hotel to, thank you Tiffany! Complimentary breakfast: 4/5: Eggs hash brown bacon pastries fruit milk orange juice the usual stuff, but done well. Overall 4/5: Clean, polite and helpful, great price for this hotel by the river! The view of the river is kind of limited, and I have River view on the second floor. But still a nice hotel.

Place is a disgrace. The AC doesn't work well at all. The temperature reads 70 but it's about 78 degrees and so hot at night I left at midnight. The owner is too cheap on the electricity to allow the room to be cold. And what is pathetic is that I am writing this review at the end of April. If it was summertime, people would be sweating like crazy at night. No microwaves in rooms. The toilet didn't flush unless you hold it. The shower drain didn't drain and water was clogged and you need to hold the drain for it to fully drain. Management should give me a full refund. I had to drive 1.5 hours back to my house at night and I am writing this post at 230 AM. My name is Eric and I stayed yesterday to today in room 1095. When I checked out at night the person didn't ask me how my stay was or even offer me a checkout receipt. This place is also falsely advertised. It is not "riverfront" but u can enjoy it's ghetto surroundings. We were not from the area and I have stayed at Motel 6s that are like the Ritz Carlton compared to this dump. The place was 70% vacant, so they are probably posting fake reviews "stating' that they are good, but the reviews are fake. I guarantee that they are posting fake reviews because no one is going to give this hotel better than an "average" rating of 4 stars. I just looked up a bunch of other random hotels in Little Rock that have worse reviews and almost none of the most recent 50 reviews are from "local guides.

Good location for events downtown and Riverwalk. Staff was excellent but hotel seems to been remodeled in all areas but not as much inside rooms. You can clearly see where short cuts are taken to improve the rooms. Overall good experience.

Best service ever everyone was super friendly. After the monster jam event my 3 year old was super hyper (cotton candy) and as we waited for our to go order at the riverfront steak house everyone was super sweet to my son took him and showed him the fish tanks in the restaurant, gave him a balloon and even played catch with him! Simply the best atmosphere I’ve ever seen thanks for making our memory great.

Nice for the price! It's in a very good location… close to a lot of different restaurants, bars, Dickey Stephens ball park etc. The restaurant attached to the hotel… Benihana, there food was really good. Everyone was very nice and polite, great hospitality goes a long way. My husband says I should mention: The breakfast they offered was included into the price of the room, and it was OUTSTANDING! It was beyond mediocre for a continental breakfast. I'd go back for that alone! I myself enjoyed the pillows. It's hard to find a home away from home, but this place did a great job. It definitely wasn't bad for a couple nights!

Great hotel with comfortable beds and good restaurants. Got a great steak with a good salad bar while listening to a musician singing along with his acoustic guitar. The service at the hotel was top notch and their internet connection was strong. Parking was plentiful with security on site keeping an eye on your vehicle and the valuables you may have in them. That was a big plus to me as I was travelling from Canton, Ohio to Houston Tx and worried about whether I should unpack my truck to my room just to have to reload it in the morning. My truck and the items in it were safe and sound.

The Wyndham staff went above and beyond for our wedding weekend! My contact, Amitra, took care of everything including providing us with our own link for our wedding guests to register. Even after the hotel was full, due to a local concert, she made sure that all of our guests were taken care of. I appreciated that she called me every time they had a cancellation to see if we had any guests that still need accommodations; and we did! It was so nice not to have to worry that they were being well taken care of. On the weekend of the wedding, when I came by to drop of the guests' gift baskets, she was so attentive and helpful. She, and another staff member spent time with me right then to assign the rooms to my guests in the same area. She made sure that the baskets were waiting in the rooms upon the guests arrival. It was such a nice surprise for them! The feedback I received from my family and friends that stayed there was all excellent.

Me and my daughter were traveling south and happened upon this gem. The staff was excellent. The food was awesome (breakfast buffet was the best we've ever had). If ever this way again, we're staying again.

Visited the Riverfront Steakhouse in the Wyndham. One of the best steaks I've had in a while. And a nice salad bar. Our waiter was perfect. I would recommend.

Absolutely amazing staff and even better food options available. But the staff here is willing to do anything they can to accommodate you while you're staying there. Very clean and pretty much everything you would expect from a hotel with their reputation.

My great-aunts were staying at the Wyndham and we had dinner at the Riverfront Steakhouse. The salad bar was pretty good but there could have been many more vegetable options. They claim it's the biggest salad bar in Pulaski county but Jason's Deli is better. The rolls they brought before dinner were doughy. No one's entree was actually hot. The portions were good but the prices were too high. The chocolate cake was dry but the cheesecakes were delicious.

We ate at the riverfront steakhouse inside the hotel. The service was good (especially considering our party was large — 15 people) and the food was excellent. The atmosphere/decor leaves something to be desired, but it was a nice place with to spend the evening.

Great service. Although, if you wanted to go to Benihana, you better make reservations (you can count on it being absolutely packed). Excellent front desk and shuttle personnel.

We were at the hotel for a Christmas work party. The lobby is very nice. The fireplace kept the front room warm and cozy. We walked through to the conference center rooms. Carpets liked nice and in good condition. Really have no idea about the rest of the hotel. I do know the attached restaurant, Benihana, is one of our favorites.

My stay was great. The staff very hospitable and sincere. Clean room. Nice view of the court yard. Light snack on some days.

Family gathering over Thanksgiving holidays was great at Wyndham, NLR. When I used one map site, I read some unfavorable reviews (as we were driving in and I panicked). Do check several site reviews if this happens to you. Restaurant staff and especially breakfast chef were phenomenal-remembered what you favored from day to day, friendly, quick. Updated rooms were spacious, clean, and definitely worth the price. Area great for walking, but a little scary at night. Welcoming fireplace in the lobby.

Great Hotel! They have a excellent Steak House within Hotel where these people know how to cook steak. Guests get 15% off your meal. They free hot Breakfast in the morning for Guest (located in Steak House) Located on Ark. Riverfront.

Hotel is in a pretty good location. A short walk across the river will put you right in the heart of the River Market and all the eats and shopping that go along with that. Rooms are good size with ample room to unpack. Wi-Fi is strong and reliable. Two restaurants on site, but I didn't eat at either so I can't attest to the quality or price. Navigating to your room can be a little tricky. The rooms have some odd numbering schemes. Pay close attention to the sign directing you. Overall a good hotel to spend some time at.

Staff was friendly, room was clean, and subjectively it was the most comfortable hotel bed I've ever slept in. The mattress, sheets, blankets, and pillows were all exactly how I like them, so I slept better than in any other hotel I've ever visited. Complimentary shuttle to the River Front was a great touch, and the driver gave me a card to call them back for a pickup at the end of the night. I didn't eat at the steakhouse for dinner, but the breakfast buffet was fair, and there is a hibachi grill built into the same building as well.

We came in from Oklahoma to the Bruno Mars concert and from the time we stepped into the building to the time we left everyone has been so nice and helpful! If We ever come back to Little Rock for a concert I know where we are staying! The shuttle to and from the Verizon Center was nice! The complimentary breakfast delicious! So glad we stayed here and enjoyed it!

I specifically go to Benihana to have sushi. I love the sushi chef Sherri, who is entertaining and well loved by her co-workers. I have eaten sushi all over the world and the sushi so far has been fresh and delicious. I have sat at the bar within the hotel and had a great time with the patrons and bartender.

Stayed in Little Rock for the BDB100. This hotel is located at the start/finish line. Great location for sure. Hotel is nice and staff is pleasant. The rooms are clean and decent size but no queen beds. Bummer. Benihana restaurant is on site as well as another steak house. My reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because my ac until was not to the best. It cooled the room to the lower 70's but no more and didn't dehumidify the room.

We visited Little Rock for a bike race. This hotel was the perfect location, and easy access to other places in town that we went to. The rooms had plenty of space and were clean. The breakfast buffet was yummy and we ate at one of the restaurants located inside the hotel, which was delicious and very handy!

In town for work for the weekend. When I called before my flight left, I was told that my room was clean and ready for an early check in. When I got to the hotel, I was told that my room is not clean and I would have to come back later. I explained what I was told and asked if I could have a different room. The manager on duty was not happy and gave an attitude but told me yes. The person that was helping me, was very nice. When I finally got to my room, I laid down for a nap before I started work. Luckily I don't sleep nude because a man used his key and just walked into my room without knocking or anything. I found out it was housekeeping but it totally freaked me out. I started locking all the locks after that. It's also not the cleanest hotel but the beds are out of this world. I've slept better here than at home!

We ate at Riverfront Steakhouse. The service and food were excellent. They have a special "early bird" menu with several regular menu items for a lower price. The salad bar is huge and varied. A great experience!

Held a two day event, and the event staff was incredible! Both days ran smoothly. They were very accommodating with our requests and Kelli and Dominick really made it a great experience for us. The breakfast buffet — the omelet chef was awesome, the buffet itself was a little lacking in options. The overnight hotel stay itself and room was fine, not exceptional but nothing particularly bad. The shuttle driver back to the airport was amazing and kind and funny, I wish I remembered her name, she also gave incredible service.

My husband and I stayed last night and had an amazing stay! Amira at the front desk was very helpful, room was clean and the complimentary breakfast was top notch — they even do make to order omelettes. It is very close to the Robinson Theater so we were able to walk to tge show we were in town for even though the hotel offers transportation. They have 2 restaurants, we ate at the Steakhouse and that was the only thing we weren't thrilled about. Service was great but definitely did not feel like we got our money's worth, steak was not worth the $25. Salad bar was awesome though and they had affordable drink options.

Very nice hotel with a good breakfast. Our room was very clean, roomy and quiet. The beds were very comfortable along with the pillows. The gym was small but very clean and has everything you would need for a good workout while on the road. Breakfast was great and the staff were all very nice. Only downside, we could only get double beds I'm a room not queen beds.

I stayed arrived Saturday and checked out the following Friday. The restaurants were good. Staff was mostly friendly, food was good and prices were reasonable. I used the shuttle a couple of times. Not bad. The housekeeping staff was great. They were friendly and helpful (which is a hot commodity around here). The front desk staff was poor. I was here for days, there were a couple of friendly staff, but overall, the front desk seemed bothered by people, and unhelpful. Which is the opposite of what a front desk staff should strive for. We did have a tornado warning and housekeeping, maintenance staff were all great. Managerial staff was good. The room was great. Location was great.

The room was nice and clean! Comfy beds and nice clean bathroom. I loved the steakhouse and bar. Service was great! I would definitely recommend this hotel! :)

We were in the rocket 21 south room and it was just right the right size. The waiter we had was wonderful. He was polite and very efficient.

The quality of the hotel was fantastic. The materials used for construction are exceptional. The service was fast and good. The beds were very comfortable. Recommiendo this hotel.

This place is great. Very clean. Has lots of business meeting rooms, a great on-site streak house and Benihanas attached. When we first arrived, fireworks started lighting up the back lot area. After the local baseball team wins, apparently they let loose with the fireworks. My kids loved that. My wife loved the bathroom amenities they leave for you that even included q-tips. Great place for the price. I will choose to stay here anytime I'm in the area.

The Riverfront Steakhouse continues to be our go to place for a great steak. Great service, atmosphere and wonderful food. You can't go wrong here. Even the sides are incredible.

Hotel was very nice. Room was nice but I had a few issues. The air conditioning unit would not cool below 70 and I am hot natured. Also the non smoking room I was in smelled like a pipe had been smoked in it. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were fluffy, soft and awesome. The shuttle to the airport was great as well as the drivers. I mainly stayed at this hotel for the 2 restaurants / room service. They were both closed for memorial day, so be sure to check their hours on holidays.

I have stayed here twice now, and the staff was very friendly both times. The room was clean and nice and spacious. The free breakfast is yummy! A nice buffet line with lots of choices and the Japanese restaurant attached to the hotel is pretty good as well. I went for a concert and the hotel is within walking distance to Verizon Arena, so that was awesome! Will definitely stay here again for the next LR concert I attend!

Great location next to Verizon arena. The rooms are clean, staff is friendly, and the restaurant's are delicious. Ask for Chip to be your server if visiting the Steak house. Best steak in town.

The hotel was easy to find and in a great location. I was there for a 2 day business meeting and the hotel had a great atmosphere for such a professinal event. The appearance was very clean and the restaurant food was actually pretty good.

The ladies at the front desk were rude and treated myself and others checking in as if we were all unintelligent and beneath them. They were not knowledgeable about the hotel, they gave us incorrect directions to our room. One of the two rooms we paid for smelled like someone had recently cooked food in the room. It had a strong Cajun chicken smell. The vending machines were out of order but did not have signs stating as much. Hotel cleaning staff knocked on the door at 9:00 a. M. We were out late to see a show and in all the hotels I have ever stayed in I have never been woken up by cleaning staff wanting to know if they could come in and clean. I was charged a $50 holding fee for each room on top of the room rate and was not told before hand that this was to happen. When I called to ask about the over charges the clerk suggested I must have charged items to my rooms. My response was, "hell no. " After looking at the charges the clerk then told me about the $50 for each room that should fall off when the room charges clear my account. She then asked me if I was going to take back all of my cuss words. I stated that what I said was hell no and that for her to suggest that their were charges to my room without even looking at my billing was rude and presumptuous. I have never charged food or anything else to a room before as hotel rates for such things are outrageous and far out of my budget as I am a food service worker. So from beginning to end the clerks were rude.

Great staff here. Got stuck in the snow here and could not travel the next day to Indy. The staff was very accommodating and help me weather the storm. Great room, great restaurants and a great staff! I could not ask for anything better! 5 stars all the way!

Totally worth the price. The ladies who clean are very nice and kept my room clean. The beds were comfy. The price is fair.

Food was great, and the rooms were very cozy. The only complaint I have is that the room keys seemed to go out on us about three times in two days.

RUN! Rude is too kind of a word to describe the staff of this hotel. For starters the guy making the omelets needs to learn some manners and go back to school or watch a youtube video on making omelets. "It's not like you are building a rocket to Mars" Next 2 employee in a white Mercury in the side parking lot smoking weed and listening to music, so loud that it was shaking the windows of our rooms. "These 2 should be fired immediately! " Rooms smelled bad and the hallways were hot and humid.

Wow … Just Wow. Hands down the worst and most rude customer service ever! And I travel a lot but this takes the cake. Paid for a suite and arrived 40 min before check in time and got attitude from the lady at the front desk after waiting 5 min to be acknowledged that I was even standing there, got to the breakfast the next morning and was the only one in line waiting for the omelett/waffle station that an employee is supposed to be at so I ask the waiter if there will be someone out or I I just make it my self? Stood there 3-5 min and still no one so I text my friend I'll be late by a few min to meet up … While doing so the guy that should have been out the named Ronnie asked "what do you want" I said an omelette … He responded "not you, your on your phone … I don't do phones" and asked the guy behind me that literally just walked up what he wanted. Then Ronnie told me I shouldn't be on my phone and that it was rude … I almost lost it… Then told him I wouldn't be on my phone if he was doing his job and it was rude to keep a customer waiting 5 min then call that customer rude. Do your self a favor don't stay at this place they couldn't care any less about your money or your stay.

I payed way too much for what I got. The front desk worker was unpleasant and looked very unkempt. He didn't explain that we needed special cards for the continental breakfast although he did give them to us when we checked in. I thought they were just business cards until I went down for breakfast and found out. Additionally we were told continental breakfast ended at 10 but the info book in the room said 10:30. I put more stock in what is printed than the word of a substandard looking front desk worker. So we missed breakfast and they were not willing to do anything about it. I'm not pleased when I could have had basically the same room for 1/2 the price at Super 8.

This hotel has the worst customer care. They do not care about their guest at all just the bottom line. Not helpful in the least bit. Booked this room for someone's first anniversary. Did NOT get what was paid for. Will never ever give this place my business again.

Reserved a king bed and paid nonrefundable fee. When we arrived they said they were sold out of king beds. Would have looked for another hotel driving from tx to ny and was looking forward to wyndam king bed.

Thermostat automatically reverts to 70 no matter how cool you set it. That is hard on a person with emphazyma. Refrigerator is barely cool and no thermostat to turn it down.

Absolutely the worst. While the restaurants are good, the hotel itself is terrible. Not only are they extremely rude, bit they don't show you where your room is located, their front door is a fire hazard when trying to leave and when I was frustrated by all of this and dammit, I was told by the manager that if I didn't stop with the foul language that I would be banned from the hotel. I will never EVER stay in this location, and possibly a Wyndham, ever again. This is the hospitality business and I can't fathom why you would treat a guest the way these people treated my family.

Over priced for a room that smells like a port-a-potty. So outdated and run down! Same with the restaurants that are in the hotel, overpriced for what you get with lousy service! Only nice thing I can say is that the outside fools you into the inside.

The room was a bit antiquated. We had plenty of towels and the maid staff was nice. The down side was there was no microwave in the room (? ) in this day and age that is almost a requirement? The air conditioning unit was adequate for the room size. The jacuzzi tub needed to be cleaned before we used it. Check in was very unorganized, and at check out not real personable. Personable meaning that we are used to very friendly personnel at the counter.

HORRIBLE and extremely rude service! My husband and I are active military, we arrived into Little Rock late on February 18th on a trip to visit family. Most hotels on the Little Rock side were booked but they recommended we try here. Immediately upon arriving the woman at the desk did not acknowledge us, as she was busy on her computer. Finally we asked about availability and she look disgusted with us. Immediately asked our age (20 and 21) and to see I. D. She then said she cannot help us it is against state laws. I have NEVER heard anything about a state law requiring BOTH guests to be 21 to book a hotel room, and after research I could not find anything. After explaining we were military, married and have never experienced problems with this, she said "sorry" and turned around without another word. I have lived in Arkansas my whole life and we have eaten at their restaurants numerous times but I will never be back. Absolutely awful and humiliating experience.
