Very nice place to stay an everything is right around the corner.

Perfect location (walking distance) to all the trendy restaurants! But most of all, very clean. I will actually walk on floor without shoes/house shoes. May sound a little weird but I like clean! The staff is really nice too and I can park in the garage and know my car is safe. Two thumbs up!

Each time I enter courtyard Marriott it’s always clean quiet and very relaxing.

I checked into this hotel on Sunday and my company was paying for the room. They asked for my debit card and said it would only be for incidentals. Only to be charged $370 a day later. Still waiting for my money to be put back in my account. Extremely unprofessional when they knew the company was paying for the room.

We just stayed here the last two nights and loved the whole experience. The hotel staff was so friendly and helpful, I felt like I was staying with family. Room was large and comfortable. We even enjoyed watching the down pour of rain from our balcony.

The fire alarm went off at 4 am. Was evacuating per the instructions on alarm only to find out from front desk it was false alarm. The cleaning staff accidentally set it off. Fire department showed up to make sure all was well thankfully. At checkout we got a “yeah sorry about that” after asking how our stay was.

Hotel was extremely clean, Starbucks in the lobby was the most least expensive coffee I’ve ever had from Starbucks $4 for a Venti French Vanilla iced Latte! Gym was better than most hotels all the equipment worked and was clean. Lobby was cozy and welcoming if you have to do some work on the computer you can go to the lobby and sit next to a fireplace and conduct business rather than sit in your room. All around 5 stars for me. Definitely will stay again next time I’m in the area.

Decent location at the end of the main strip. Plenty of options for food around a very walkable downtown. Rooms are standard issue. Beds are a little hard. Very friendly staff. Nice little cafe setup with a Starbucks for breakfast. Actual cooked food.

Great location. Can walk to restaurants and downtown area. Rooms are modern. Parking is behind the hotel and has a daily cost factored in to your hotel bill. Easy access to freeways. Staff is friendly and helpful. Onsite bar and decent Internet.

Great Courtyard in the middle of the downtown mix. Conveniently located near a bunch of great restaurants, the Clinton Presidential Library, and some other sightseeing spots. The courtyard is new and beautiful, with a parking garage attached that only cost $10. It is definitely the place to stay when you're in town.

Great location in the River Market. Parking in the garage was reasonable and easy. Room was nice, the hallway outside was really hot and humid, though. Overall a great place for an overnight stay.

Great service by front desk. The only reason it’s not 5 stars is due to room not being available when we had checked in from the Marriott app an hour previously. Room was supposed to be available by 4 pm and it was now 530 pm. Love that it’s close to the Verizon Arena and downtown area.

We have really enjoyed our weekend here! All of the staff was very friendly. The housekeeper was very nice and was willing to clean our room while we went out for breakfast. The location is close to excellent bars, restaurants, the Market area, and the Sculpture trail along the river. I only have four complaints. I wish the hotel had some loaner umbrellas, safes in the room, an outdoor pool and I didn’t like having to pay $10/day for parking.

Great room and accommodations. Was there for 1 night. The bistro on the main floor was very good for breakfast. Friendly staff. It was nice and cool in the room when I arrived. Was very close to many places to eat. I recommend going to the corner and eating at damgood pies.

Very friendly staff! So helpful and polite 100% of the time. Location is perfect. Right in the heart of downtown. Lots of attractions in walking distance. Food, nightlife, river walk, trolley, etc. Awesome outdoor patio.

Great hotel. Valet parking would be nice so you dont have to deal with a parking garage, but otherwise I have absolutely no complaints. Beds are super comfortable, rooms are very clean, and the staff is very helpful and friendly. Also, this hotel is located in a very hip part of downtown near many attractions, restaurants and bars.

Very nice hotel, and close proximity to tons of restaurants and venues. The service was great, the the parking is a covered parking garage which is very close to the hotel. The room I stayed in was very well kept, with a large bathroom with tons of counterspace. The bed was comfortable, and the outdoor lounge area was very nice. I got an egg white frittata for breakfast the next day and it was tasty.

Great location near the river with lots of great places to eat near by. Pretty big room. Nice staff and convenient parking though that did cost ten dollars per day.

Great location, nice rooms. Conveniently located downtown, 1 block from everything downtown and river walk. Rooms are nice, not the separated bed/living room nice, but still good beds. 1 star flat down pillows. Nice friendly staff. You pay for parking — there's a discount, but you still pay $10/day.

I like that u have to use your room key to get on the elevator but there breakfast option is not good, the need to provide free breakfast, very nice rooms, would stay here again!

It's a good hotel and I will stay here again for work. However, the rooms are a bit dated and there isn't breakfast included. Location is great though.

The best place in town to get a Starbucks coffee and the ladies are so friendly that they know you by name and have your order started before you get to the counter. Meet D and Jasmine the Best Baristas in the business.

The stay was fine. The hotel was centrally located on the River Market making it very easy to walk to restaurants and entertainment. The hotel was nice and secure with its own garage. The only issue was that housekeeping missed a few dirty towels from the last visitor.

Rooms well appointed, including mini fridge which all courtyards do not have. My favorite thing was the reverse osmosis, purified water station, which included a mini-freezer full of the bags of ice. Employees all nice and helpful. No valet, self-park only with the walk from the garage to hotel short, but obscured from view and made me feel uneasy walking in late at nite. My biggest complaint is that this hotel does not offer Netflix access, which is pretty much a given in hotels at this price point. All in all, a decent choice for lodging in Little Rock within their price range.

Rooms are nice they have a sitting area in them and you have to use your key card to access elevator too rooms. Everybody at hotel was friendly. It is located downtown so u will pay 10.00 a day for parking.

The hotel was in an excellent location right in the heart of downtown surrounded by many restaurants that you can walk to to eat if you did not want to eat in the hotel. Hotel room was clean, security you needed a badge in order to get up and down the elevator and to come into the hotel after hours which I liked, was able to enjoy the lobby it was open all night sat down and just had fun and talked with friends. Only Con if u forgot the key u was stuck lol. I would stay in this hotel again and recommend it highley.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Rooms are very clean and quiet. It is in the middle of restaurants and so many interesting things to see and do. We will definitely be staying there again.

The hotel is nice but there are aggressive homeless everywhere. The location of the hotel is great. Close to restaurants and the parks. Unfortunately the homeless are just unbearable. You can’t go a block without them getting in your face and begging for money. They make my wife really uncomfortable and since our car is in the hotel garage around the corner it makes going out after dark sketchy. Being polite gets you cussed and spit at.

It's good. I had a room with a balcony and that made it better. No breakfast but it has a bar and a bistro place that is a tad overpriced. River market district is nice but as you venture further out it gets dicey. Lots of restaurants nearby.

Excellent hotel in a great location. Best beds I have ever slept in while traveling. Friendly staff who do their best to accommodate your needs. Highly recommended.

My friend and I were in town for a realtor convention. The room was top of the line. Clean, orderly, and comfortable. The staff was extremely friendly. Especially a staff member named Aleyah (forgive the spelling if it's wrong). From the moment we arrived she welcomed us and made us feel at home. She was constantly concerned for our well being and made sure our stay was enjoyable. Our stay was wonderful! We would definitely recommend others stay at this location.

Did not stay in a room, just met someone for lunch at the bistro. Had a Starbucks latte and a caesar salad which was fine. Nothing remarkable but not bad either.

Great location and easy parking. The room was clean, and I really enjoyed the layout of the room. A quiet dtay.

I stayed one night on business. The room was clean and spacious, and the shower had great water pressure. The Cafe in the lobby was a bit disorganized during breakfast, but nothing catastrophic.

Good hotel in downtown Little Rock. Bed and bathroom are both top notch, decor is a little outdated though. Located close to the presidential library and the river walks, as well as some decent restaurants. Staff is very friendly.

We were off to a great start. Front desk employee was amazing! Even brought us up treats for my husband's birthday. Nice surprise. However we were awaken at 5:30am to a fire alarm. Made it back to our rooms a little after 6am. Right as we feel back asleep, another alarm at 6:30am. We just packed our things and left. Beyond disappointing. We live close by and were so looking forward to actually having a day to sleep in without being awoken by our kids or dogs. Thankfully we had just a short drive home and were able to come home and get a few more hours of sleep.

I've been staying at the courtyard off and on over the past year or so and very much loved the experience. The staff is amazing and the rooms are for the most part solid. Sure, there are times where simple amenities are missing in your room or the breakfast order isn't made well, but overall it's fine. Location wise, it is an easy walk or drive to a multitude of restaurants.

Exceptional! Bedroom and bathroom is clean. As someone who's visually impaired, this allows me the freedom to look around, shop, and eat. The design of the lobby is very nice.

We stay here every year on our way to Tulsa OK to visit family. Always stay at Courtyard Marriott Little Rock AR. Awesome place and very very close to everything. Rooms are in great shape.

The staff was super accommodating to our group. We spent 2 nights congregating in the courtyard area enjoying friends and conversation. The bar and front desk was staffed by friendly employees who didn't mind a group of loud Marines getting together and taking up space in the common area all weekend.

Perfect stay when you are looking for a great location for food and entertainment! Also has a nice warm indoor swimming pool and the staff was exceptional! I will stay here again!

My husband and I stayed there 11/12 and ckd out 11/13/16 and the experience was exceptional. The staff was overly helpful, polite and professional. They went out of their way to make our stay wonderful. They even allowed us to park our Harley by the front door so we didnt have to park in the parking garage. I highly recommend this hotel to any travelers visiting Little Rock or just passing through. The Riverwalk is a must for anyone staying at the Courtyard. Lots of art and scenic views.

Great location! Check in was very quick and easy, the staff was friendly, rooms were clean, and beds comfortable. What else can you really ask for?!

Room seemed clean, amenities were fine. Value was ok. There are several walkable restaurants and cafes.

Best. Bed. Ever. Stayed here last night, great bed, great AC, very quiet and everyone was super friendly. Loved the bagged ice and the filtered water with the carafe. The location was really convenient for several things. Would definitely stay again.
