Best bed and breakfast ever. Exquisite breakfast menu and service to match. Everyone was extremely helpful in every aspect as to anything needed. Great wine and cheese mid afternoon snack, great spa amenities in the gift shop, a paddle boat, kayaks, and hammocks for your outside pleasure, as well as beautiful clean rooms and gorgeous grounds around the facility all overlooking the lake. The room was extremely well cared and clean and furnished excellent soaps and lotions for your care and comfort. Bed and sheets were the best I've ever slept on. The perfect peaceful getaway for my husband and I. We'll do it again!

My wife and just returned from our stay there. Wow! I had seen the great reviews online, and I was not disappointed. The facilities are amazing, the food delicious, and the staff are very friendly. We would easily stay here again and plan to.

We went here for our wedding night and everything was absolutely awesome. Service, Comfort, Amenities, all A+++++ We look forward to come back to celebrate many anniversaries!

My Husband and I just enjoyed a much needed 4-day getaway to Lookout Point. Not only were the staff beyond friendly, professional and attentive, they went out of their way to make our stay perfect. When we ordered wine for a movie night in our room, it arrived on ice with candy and glasses laid out in a beautiful presentation. Breakfast was very tasty and was brought to our room every morning. The room was spectacular and we thoroughly enjoyed our views. The Inn is geared to adult relaxation and we totally appreciated having a quiet place to enjoy ourselves. There was even a white noise machine in the room so that we could totally tune out. When we got home to our 2 year old, we were very relaxed and ready to take him on again. In fact, we’re taking a family vacation next month with him! We look forward to visiting again soon. Thank you Lookout Point!

My husband booked us a weekend night getaway and later had to change plans to bring our daughter. We called to ask about milk alternatives but then were told we could not bring our child. The owners allows dogs and loud sex but not children. I then tried to talk to the owners to get a refund back because they weren't allowing us to stay over a policy they say is unmistakable but based on other reviews many have made the same mistake. The husband out of the owners, Sam, argued with me on the phone and said to him the issue was resolved. He would not resolve the issue for his customer and was very discriminatory on us being military before he hung up on the person he just took $450.00 from. Their policy state that only one room in their main cabin can accommodate 3 persons (a child is considered a person) but we had her pack and play and everything she would need and they still refused us the right to stay and our refund.

My girlfriend and I just stayed at Lookout point for the second time. Once again we are more than satisfied with our stay. The staff always makes us feel welcome and at home. The location is breathtaking and taking the canoe out on the lake is an amazing experience. This is the perfect place to get away from not only the city life but, everyday life as well. We can't wait to come back!

My husband and I just visited lookout point inn and were very pleased with our stay! Celebrating our wedding anniversary, we wanted somewhere with a relaxing and home environment with the perks of having a staff to do all the other things Grounds were beautiful, View from our room (recommend the pocahontas) balcony was beautiful, food and staff were above bar for us as well! So much to see and do in the area! Sheila, the hostess that checked us in, made excellent suggestions which made our dining experiences the best we could ask for! The owners personally hosted breakfast several times during our stay and were so friendly and charming. They definitely love what they do there! We would recommend Lookout Point as an exceptional stay if you’re planning to visit the area of hot springs!

Fantastic room and service. Location just outside the city, but on the lake is perfect. Not too far away, but still quiet and peaceful.

Loved our room and the view of Lake Hamilton. Suggestions for nearby hiking and touring were excellent. We modified some of our plans based on their suggestions and were very happy with our nearby Lake Catherine hiking. The morning breakfast was excellent both days and the afternoon wine and cheese were a treat along with the mid day cookies and fruit. So relaxing and serene. Canoeing and wine and cheese evening boat ride were spectacular. Rooms had all the amenities one could ever need and bath products great.

LookoutPoint was a gem to us! We had a wonderful anniversary weekend. We loved how it was about 10-15 minutes away from the downtown area; therefore, very quiet. We liked the short drive and were close to many things. The inn was gorgeous. Wonderful views. Peaceful surroundings. We enjoyed the complimentary canoe ride in the morning after a delicious breakfast. The Inn's reception was great as well in the evening. The room was perfect. Just what we needed. The staff was so friendly and helpful whenever we needed. I am so glad we found this place online and we will definitely be back. Very peaceful weekend to celebrate 2 years of marriage! :)

This is one of the finest and best run B&B's we've ever stayed in. Sam and Nancy made us feel right at home, as a favored guest. It was so relaxing, and that is just what my wife and I needed. The food was excellent and the room was well-appointed. We can't wait for a return visit.

I stayed in the Paris room for three nights. The room was beautiful and very comfortable. The view of the lake was peaceful and I loved seeing all of the birds that visited the bird feeders on the property. The food was delicious too. I really enjoyed visiting with Sheila and appreciated how available everyone was at the Inn.

Owner, Sam, greeted my husband and I with a guided tour of the Inn before going over the policies and showing us to our room. We stayed in the Sunset room which is the in the middle of the second floor. The room was clean and welcoming. We enjoyed walking the grounds, taking out the canoe, relaxing the Jacuzzi, dining on the patio and snacking in our room during the Innkeepers' Reception. The staff was friendly and helpful. We will certainly be back!

Great staff — very attentive to needs. Staff is very friendly, caring and courteous. Beautiful views everywhere! Great breakfast! Everything just seemed like home. Hated to say goodbye to the serenity and great views. We loved our stay and look forward to returning.

My family of four (two teenagers) stayed two nights in the Lakeside Terrace Condo. It is a comfortable, clean, large and beautifully decorated condo with everything you will need overlooking Lake Hamilton (and a porch with rocking chairs in which to admire the view). The Inn is conveniently located near grocery stores, mini golf, boat rental, bowling. There was a selection of soda waiting for us in the refrigerator and more coffee, tea and creamer than we could use in a week (a very thoughtful touch). There is a full size washer and dryer as well. The staff is so kind and friendly and truly care that you are happy with your stay. I received a call shortly after I made my reservation checking to see that I understood that the condo was a block away from the actual property and was that satisfactory for me? The hotel property is beautiful. My kids used the complimentary canoe one evening, so easy… there were towels provided and a friendly, "have fun! " from the owner. We felt so welcome at Lookout Point and would not hesitate to stay there again.

We visited Lookout Point Lakeside Inn the past weekend for a short birthday getaway and boy was it worth every penny and more. We wanted to enjoy an B&B but also wanted a bit of luxury too. The Hot Springs room gave us just what we were looking for. The suite was spacious and well-accommodated with a plush king size bed, whirlpool tub, comfortable his and her bathrobes, and chocolates waiting on our pillow. I knew instantly this would be a yearly destination for us to simply just relax on the lake. We highly recommend this beautiful hotel and cannot wait to come back next year.

If you are looking for a charming, beautiful, immaculately clean spot to stay in Hot Springs, look no further! My husband and I had a delightful weekend stay at Lookout Point. Our room had a beautiful view of the lake and 2 rocking chairs right outside our door. The Innkeepers and staff were very friendly and helped point us to some great local restaurants. The breakfasts served each morning are absolutely beautiful — — and delicious! Although there is a comfortable dining room available, we enjoyed eating our breakfast outside by the beautiful gardens and water feature. The Inn also has a canoe available for guests' use. We enjoyed the afternoon reception of wine, cheese, and truffles, too. A wonderful find!

Pros: My husband and I stayed here for our 1 year anniversary. The Staff was welcoming, so polite, and helpful. The scenery and view from our room was beautiful. Let me praise the chef and staff for the wonderful breakfast daily. We really enjoyed our stay. Cons: We should have stayed longer! :) Thank you!

Beautiful B&B. The breakfast was amazing and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The grounds are beautiful and well taken care of. The rooms are clean and the beds are so comfortable. You will want to buy the sheets on the bed because they are amazing. The soaps and lotions are special and not your ordinary B&B soaps. I highly recommend this place. You will not be disappointed.

Kristie, Annette and Sue are amazing hosts. The Inn is absolutely lovely. Rooms were immaculate. Food was amazing. Service was superb. They really make you to feel at home. Cozy fireplace in the Velvet Ridge room. Large soaker tub. Consider doing as I did. Make an appointment with Baylis with Living Wellness Spa to come give you a massage in your room. You will love every minute while staying at Lake Point Inn in Hot Springs, Arkansas.

Celebrated our 1 year anniversary here and it was amazing! Pure luxury, great people, and amazing setting! Clean rooms and all the perks u can imagine. We will be going back soon and every year for our anniversay! Can not say enough about this place and how great the experience was!

Incredible experience. Do yourself a favor and book a weekend here. The rooms are quiet, comfortable, and very much like a boutique hotel rather than an old creaky B&B house. The grounds were beautifully landscaped, and the breakfasts were creative and delicious. Truly worth it.

Fantastic place. One of the best things you can do for yourself. The food, atmosphere, decor, hospitality, and even sheets, are first class.

I love staying at Lookout Point Inn. It truly is one of my favorite places on earth. The ambiance is peaceful; each room is distinct with its own personality along with a stunning view of Lake Hamilton. The breakfasts are the best I have ever had, — delicious and quite creative. Strawberry soup is my favorite. The attention to every detail is superb. The innkeepers are incredible people who have a wonderful staff working with them. Visiting Hot Springs and staying at Lookout Point Inn should be on everyone’s bucket list. It’s truly an Arkansas diamond.

I must say that I have never experienced such a combination of service, amenities, and spectacular location in one place before. If you need a few days away, I'm not sure if you ever have to leave the property. I could spend hours out on my private balcony just staring out the water with a glass of wine or out on the inn canoe. The room was perfect in every way, breakfast was hearty and delicious, and the entire staff is a pleasure to be around. If you are luck enough to stay, make sure you have enough time to just lay back and soak in the atmosphere, because it is heavenly.

We have stayed here twice and it is lovely. A wonderful place to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The breakfasts are delicious and they are accommodating to your dietary needs with prior notice. The price is above average but well worth it for that special relaxing getaway.
