Love this resort! Clean & Spacious rooms. Friendly & Attentive staff, the G M. Daniel is the BEST. Close to everything, beautiful pool with well kept grounds! I reccomend this resort to anyone looking for quiet place to relax away from the strip.

Richard took care of my check in & so informative on everything at the Cliffs at Peace Canyon & around town. Staff is super friendly & professional. Condos are fantastic! Pool is a little small for the size of the complex. Wouldn’t recommend a unit facing the pool … families with loud children can get irritating if you’re trying to relax on your balcony. There are 6 gates to enter the pool area and each time someone enters/leaves, they slam loudly … annoying. I took it upon myself to put a small sign on each one requesting folks to close quietly. That helped til the paper fell off. Staff are all wonderful and helpful. The shuttle drivers are very entertaining! Definitely recommend a stay here.

Love it! Our two-bedroom, two-bathroom suite with living room and kitchen is totally awesome! The pool with two waterfalls and a jacuzzi nearby is very relaxing when I allow the water to do its magic on my sore joints and muscles while my wife is reading in the lounge with a self-serve tea and coffee bar. A free shuttle leaves to and from the Strip, Red Rock Casino and Walmart every hour from early morning to midnight. Also, the fitness center next door has everything I need to stay fit. We would definitely come back.

We have vacationed here for 8 years. On arrival for the second time we were told we had no reservations we had called a month before to confirm. After flying for six hours this was horrible. The manager did not handle this problem well his manner was not at all proffesional after an hour and a half they put us in a unit with no running water. We were exhausted. His name was Dan and he used repeaded excuses. They obviously made a mistake and left us in the lobby forever. He should be retrained in people management or replaced.

Almost like having a home away from home! It has a nice pool and hot tub, grills to cook out, a fire pit for ambiance. Up to a 20 minute drive to Las Vegas strip. The staff was friendly and the rooms were spacious and comfortable.

One of the best Vacation Village Resorts. Clean, high quality bedding, a fully stocked kitchen, & lovely staff. We loved being off the strip, but not too far away. Equally as close to Red Rock Canyon. If you're unsure if Vegas is your kind of place, the Cliffs will convince you otherwise. It worked for me!

This place is just ok. Positives: pool area is pretty, staff is nice, free DVD rental, nice clean grills, offer shuttle rides. Negatives: This is not a full feature resort. No restaurant, bar. Pool is small, very few pool umbrellas, no elevator, shuttle is limited and fills up fast, only stops at a few places. Units are dated and not terribly clean… old used coffee filter still in coffee maker, dust on baseboards, mildew in shower spigot handle. They call this place "low key " and I would agree… lowest key.

This is our second time here. We brought kids and parents this time. Everyone enjoyed it. Something for everyone. We don't like the strip so the west side is perfect. Everything you need is close by. The accommodations are perfect. It was like having a home away from home. The carpet needs a deep clean, but everything else was nice. Pool and A/C make a summer a great time.

Not even to our room yet and this has already been a horrible experience. No concierge, no helpful info, said they were cleaning it and hours later told the room was dirtier than they thought. I volunteered to clean the place myself as it was clear they gave the room to someone else. Still waiting… can't leave because they keep saying only an hour more. Will NOT be returning. My father in law is an RCI member and we were put in a horrible room. Dirty carpet, dishwasher didn't hardly work, ceramic tile was popping up, not the cleanest even after waiting as long as we did. Pool was very small and also looked cloudy the entire time. Far from the strip.

Had everything I needed grocery stores all around the strip is straight down the road free shuttle bus was pretty cool so pool is not far from the Room. Loved the kitchen I cooked a prime rib, lasagna, a couple molcajete bowls.
Definitely going to come back sometime soon hopefully!

A 4' deep pool and hot tub make-up the center courtyard of this family friendly resort. No elevator but condo buildings are only two story. Lovedshuttle to the strip and recommend booking your spot 24 hours in advance at the front desk. It's free and has several drop off locations.

This is our favorite resort to stay at! It’s clean, laid-back, beautiful and has a great pool! It’s close to great attractions! Red Rock Canyon NCA is fun and just 15 minutes away. The Las Vegas strip is just 30 minutes away. There are some very good restaurants less than a mile away. This is a yearly destination for our family.

After 10pm you can not get any noise really.

It's nice enough, and certainly better than staying in a smoky casino. We stayed in a 1 bedroom unit for a few days till my wife could no longer abide the cold shower. If she's not bright red when she gets out, then it wasn't hot enough. They were very kind to move us to a 2 bedroom unit the next day, very near the pool. Some nice features were granite countertops, a walk-in master closet, an unfettered thermostat, and a large HDTV in the main room. Lots of couch sitting space too. Perhaps a bit old, they've done a decent job of keeping it nice. It's well situated near grocery stores and restaurants, though far enough away to keep it tranquil. We would certainly stay there again.

Great place for the price. We stayed in Vegas for a soccer tournament and this was perfect with a very usable kitchen. This makes it so we did not have to eat out nearly as much and saved money. The workout room is kinda small, but the machines worked fine. The pool and hot tub were great and are open until midnight. If we get a chance, we will stay here again.

The rooms are very good. There is a kitchen with everything and the people are very friendly. They helped us all and had smiles all the time. I'm still here and I hope it all continues.

I am a new owner at this property and the first thing you realize is the staff is friendly and accommodating. The rooms are nice and have been kept up over the years. The only issue was the furnace is extremely loud! It was a bit hard to fall asleep with the racket. The location is about 20 minutes from the strip which for me is great. Close enough to have a night out, but far enough away to be free of the hustle and bustle. Overall my stay thus far has been fantastic and I can see enjoying this location for many years to come.

This is a fantastic place to stay. I came here with four other friends for a girls trip, and it definitely was not a bad choice. You're near the red canyon to go out and hike and see the sights, and they have a shuttle that runs to the strip or almost any shopping that you would need to do. Full kitchen complete with pots and pans. It's almost like having your own apartment room while you're there. The only real downside is that it's about a half hour away from the strip, but the shuttle runs at the top of the hour to get there. All you have to do is sign up for a time and they'll take you there. The staff at the desk were also amazing, they set us up when it came to the free breakfast we had. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. One I definitely would not mind doing again.

Stayed here for two weeks. The facility is very nice … the condo was clean and comfortable. The entire staff was very pleasant and efficient. There are gas BBQ grills available, an outdoor fireplace, a small fitness facility, heated swimming pool, and hot tub. The Wi-Fi worked well for the majority of the time—it was easy access to activities in the area. Overall a great place to stay.

It was great here. Not too much going on but nice area. Enough things around like shopping and fast food. Had a get together with friends, there was enough room for everyone and we had a wonderful time. I will visit again.

We walked in without reservation and they had plenty of rooms. We rented a 2 bedroom with a full kitchen, dining area and living room for $180 a night. We requested a roll away bed for an additional cost. There is also a sofa bed, washer and dryer and two full baths. Heated pool and gym available. Plenty of parking inside the community. Restaurants are 4 minutes away.

Clean peaceful, accommodations away from the city but close enough too make it easy to get downtown. All the staff are very professional and friendly. Shuttle service makes it easy to get downtown and too other points of interest. Beautiful pool and spa. Love the gas grills and outdoor fireplace. Feels like home.

Spacious clean rooms with newish decor. Full kitchen. Small pool but quite nice. Located 8 miles West of the Strip, so pleasant and quiet, and not very big. Close to Red Rock Canyon. Easy to avoid timeshare sales pitches… say "No, thank you" a few times. Not a peep afterwards.

Staff was very rude. My family and I got bit up by bugs. They switched us rooms, threw the bed out and the other room my boyfriend got bitten up again pretty bad. The two rooms were very nice. Pool was beautiful. Just wish we could have enjoyed it more. When we went up to show the employee the bites she just rolled her eyes at us and told us they check for bugs before. This was not the case I have plenty of photos to prove it.

Great place to stay. It's a timeshare complex of 1 and 2 bedroom apartments. There's a pool and fitness centre. It's on the edge of Summerlin, a good area of Las Vegas, it's quiet and peaceful, but if you have a car The Strip is in easy reach. Good base easy to get to most places shops nearby for food, clothes and all you need.

Two room, large open living room. Full kitchen. Two sliders to large balcony. Elevator. Lazy river. Pool. Billiards. Friendly staff. Fast maintenance response for phone issue. Few miles from Strip.

Spacious 2 bedroom suite with kitchen, a very nice space for our 4 day stay. I recommend a second floor unit for improved privacy and quiet (assigned on check-in). The place is clean, but could use some deep cleaning in a few areas. Full washer and dryer with detergent provided. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Even though we had a rental car, we still made use of the free shuttle to spend time on the strip. Shuttle will also take you to the grocery store. ☺

We have been coming here since 2003 through RCI. While we have many options to choose from when visiting Vegas, this is our favorite. It's about 20 minutes off the strip and 10 minutes from Red Rock Casino. The location is perfect and away from all the hustle of Vegas. It really feels like our home away from home. They have 1 and 2 bedroom furnished units (apartments) featuring a full kitchen with all the basic essentials to do your cooking and a washer/dryer in each uni…t. I love that each unit also features a nice balcony with a table and chairs… they will bring more chairs if you ask. The master bedroom has a king size bed, TV, large bathroom with tub/shower and a walk-in closet with a safe for all your valuables. They provide towels and a blow dryer so no need to bring those items. The second bedroom has a queen bed with a closet and TV. There is also a 2nd bathroom in the 2 bedroom units with a good sized stand up shower. The living room has a sectional couch with a fold out bed… and it's actually very comfortable. The kitchen table seats 6. The staff is friendly and accommodating. This is a timeshare resort so there is someone from a timeshare company who will offer you a visit with a rep if you like… but they are not pushy if you decide otherwise. The resort offers a free shuttle to various locations, but we always rent a car so we haven't ever used this service, but it is nice they offer it.

We had two rooms at this lovely resort. The front office staff was professional and all our needs were taken care of. We liked the layout of the rooms with one bedroom on each side and the kitchen/living area in the middle. The view of the pool was great! Would recommend this resort!

Really great place to stay. Very pretty as well. Didn't like how if you forgot to throw out the trash on your last day they charge you, or if you left a few things not tidy. Overall really good.

Wonderful and peaceful We arrived early the staff said they would call us when a room was ready. 12:00 we received the call the accommodation was clean and stocked. No sales pressure. We did rent a car the strip is 20 min from the hotel, but they do have a shuttle. Lots of stores and restaurants close by. Lovely anniversary will be back.

This is a timeshare type of property off the strip, not far from the Summerlin area. It's a former apartment complex, nicely renovated. Very convenient to have a washer-dryer and a kitchen in a room to that's cheaper than almost anything on the strip. A home away from home. Great for families. It's far from the strip but if you have a car it's no problem. It is fairly close to the Red Rock casino, Red Rock canyon and all of the shops and restaurants of Summerlin. Only downsides are a timeshare sales pitch (avoid it) and a 10 am checkout time. And the location could be considered a downside if you're looking for the typical strip/downtown experience. I'll stay again for sure.

It's great. The staff greeted us kindly when we checked in. You also get complementary shuttles to the strip. The rooms are nice and clean. It's one of the best hotels I've ever been to and would love to stay again.

The rooms are very nice. The staff is very intuitive, fun, and friendly. The location is within 15 minutes of the strip for quick access and fun, but tucked in its own peaceful corner to get away from it too. Free shuttles will take one to and from the strip for free on the hour! The pools are nice and comfortable for the days you don't feel like leaving the area.

Clean and helpful staff. Had a 2 bedroom unit which served us well. Shuttle only ran from 10am to 1130pm which limited us in terms of enjoying the nightlife of vegas. Kitchen well stocked with the essentials. Pool and hot tub were clean and fun! Workout room stank.

Rooms are nice and have great amenities. Pool is awesome. A little far from downtown so be sure to rent a car.

Location is quiet. Front desk staff Danny was great as a start to my day. Super friendly and personal. Check in was smooth and easy. Room is well kept and well stocked. Grounds are clean and kept up.

The rooms are very nice and have everything you need including a kitchen and laundry room. The pool is beautiful and heated year around. The staff have been extremely helpful and pleasant. While it is a short drive from the strip there are many conveniences nearby.

The location is peaceful and the apartments are okay, but if you need to use the Internet a lot while there please know that their Internet connectivity is obnoxious — you have to constantly re-authorize your phones and laptops every few hours because of the service they're using. Next time, I'll look for a place to stay that allows you to authorize once and forget about it, like almost everywhere else these days. Constantly having to reauthorize is so old school. They need to get a better solution for Internet access. The tub in the first unit they assigned us had a crack in it and was leaking water down to the unit below, so they moved us to a larger unit across the courtyard and helped us transport the groceries we'd just bought over to the new unit, so compliments to their weekend maintenance guy for his help. If they didn't make Internet access such a pain I'd give them four stars.

It was a great place to stay aside from the customer service I received from Nancy. Everyone was great when we checked in and then we got help from Nancy from which she went on about this brunch which by the way did not explain the fact this brunch was also for trying to get you into buying a timeshare. Me and my friend were just staying here for the weekend thinking we might want some free food that sounded great, we weren't sure if we were actually going to be able to make it and had to put down a $20 deposit which Nancy also told us that could be refunded if we gave her notice. We ended up giving her notice since we knew we weren't going to make it and Nancy blew it completely out of the water thinking we were rude and bringing up complete nonsense and personal issues that had to do with my parents. She was treating me like a child and did not want to refund us the $20. Never in my life have I gotten such bad service and been treated this way EVER and I deal with a lot of crazy people. I demanded to talk to someone else as she kept talking over me and would not refund us. FINALLY after half hour we got our $20 which I know all of you are probably thinking $20 is not a big deal which it shouldn't have been, but it was all because we said no to this dumb brunch. Thank god I didn't end up going because if I would have and then realized it turned into a 3 hour ordeal them trying to sell me a timeshare after she told us it was just a buffet, I would have been PISSED.
