Very clean, make sure everyone had a mask on walking through the building. Everything was nice and I enjoy myself.

Was told I could check in at noon when I got here they told me no and they don't know when I could check in. No apology no nothing and the manager doesn't have a phone number allegedly. Don't bother with this place save ur money. Staff is rude as hell. Told me I couldn't even wait in the lobby they will call me when the room is ready if I don't like it Johnny will be here at five tomorrow. What a complete joke. Thanks for wasting my time.

Our suite was well designed and love the separate shower and bathtub. I highly recommend for short or long stay. Our suite had a small washer and dryer. And Ladies be spoil with a separate vanity area with a chair and mirror ~ perfect. Lovely view on the 12th floor.
And very kind employees that were so nice giving us compliment water for our stay. I personally like that extra touch.

This place was phenomenal! We really enjoyed our stay here! If I had to make any suggestions it would be to include a swifter for the guest to maintain the cleanliness of the apartments!

This facility is discrimanatoring against its timeshare owners. My parents were denied their stay due to my mom not being fluent in English. They own their timeshare, something few are able to say. My parents were fluent in English enough to purchase the timeshare but not "fluent" enough to stay in your facility. Makes no effin sense. You WILL be hearing from us on this matter, word on the street is THIS FACILITY has discriminated against many other Hispanic clients before.

Biggest shop I ever been to and the staff is super nice. Come and see its great inventory.

Nice place to stay, it’s not on the strip. They do not provide a shuttle from the airport or to the strip. No amenities except a swimming pool. Staff was courteous and efficient. I heard people complaining about their timeshare presentation being a hassle.

New, beautiful hotel. Rooms exceptional — large and fully equipped. Wonderful staff. Has all you need for a fine hotel for your trip to Las Vegas!.

Front desk is awesome and quick. The facilities are clean and we'll maintained. A great place to stay. Ice machine in refrigerator does not work and we were not told, no filters for coffee maker and had to go ask for salt and pepper. Small stuff but would have been good to know. Will be back.

Hotel was great — very attractive and comfortable. Nice sized bath, shower, two large TV's, and a fully stocked kitchen was a nice touch. Only downside was that for the majority of the stay, one of the three elevators was broken, and that caused some traffic jams. We spent much of our time across from the Berkley, playing 5 dollar blackjack at the Silverton. They were nice and quick with complementary drinks, which was nice. Really relaxing weekend just outside of Vegas.

Nice place if you want a true one bedroom unit. Has full kitchen. Every one that worked there was very pleasant.

Pleasantly surprised! The rooms are bigger than I thought they would be. The kitchen is small but we'll organized. The bathroom was beautiful! A deep tub to relax in and a separate large glass shower with a rain shower head. The bed was big and comfortable. The view was awesome from the 10th floor. Dining area are living room are spacious enough for a family of 4. Amenities are abundant throughout the room. Pool was great for relaxing. I love the lounge seats in the shallow water. There's a hot tub that looks good (didn't think of going in as it was 110 degrees outside lol). Staff was pleasant and attentive. 30 second walk to Silverton. Lastly, I'm not sure if other people are like me but I like fast elevators. I get annoyed with waiting for them and if they take forever to get to your floor. Elevators here are fantastic!

Very disappointed. Wouldn't provide extra blanket when asked. Elevators and lobby doors are showing their age. Pool closes at 10 PM after being swarmed by families all day. Pool is too small for a facility this size. Vent fan in kitchenette was inadequate to eggs and bacon. Sparse shuttle availability to the strip. Nearby restaurants are fine, but not plentiful.

The only thing I would change from this place is the pool location. You can see right into it from the parking. Other than that it was a great place to stay! The staff was amazing! They were very friendly and kind to the mounds of kids that were there this weekend.

I was at the Berkeley from Thursday thru Monday. And in Vegas no one sleeps so if your going to bed and coming in at 5am or 8am. How are you supposed to check out at 10am. That is a shame. Check out should be noon and courtesy late check out should be 1pm or 2pm.
I ask for a late check out. They got an attitude. Then they gave me until 11am. But was like I would have to come down and turn my key in… long story. But not recommended onlt if your an early riser.

The Berkeley pulled a complete “bait and switch” on us. We “won” a 2 night stay to evaluate the property and advertise by “word of mouth” our experience. On the phone, I specifically asked if this was a time share scam and they said absolutely not. “We will give you a 90 minute tour of the property and that’s it. We want you to advertise by word of mouth. ” We reluctantly said yes. Turns out we got there and the 90 minute “tour” was another property 4 miles away and, of course, a time share scam. As for the Berkeley, the AC never got below 78.1 remote for 2 TV’s in 2 different rooms in the 800 sq ft suite. No balcony and no windows to let air in. You have to drive to buy anything and you are 10 miles from the strip with no shuttle. Suite was clean, but the furniture looked like cheap IKEA stuff. We were absolutely lied to on the phone, which shows in this rating.

We ended up at the Berkley because of a timeshare promotion & it was honestly one of the best hotels. The suite was great, everything we needed for our stay was provided, it had beautiful views, a great bathroom, and great concierge help. Would definitely stay here again!

We stayed a full week in 2 1 bedroom condos. The location is brand new and in perhaps the best shape of any timeshare I have had the opportunity to stay in over the years. We had 2 teenage boys with us, we would have loved to use the pool, but Vegas weather did not cooperate. We were just far enough from the strip to enjoy the tranquility and outstanding hospitality that was afforded. We took advantage of the use of the kitchen and the washer and dryer. Every detail of the condo was in pristine and working order. Before arriving I had read all of the complaints of others — we had ZERO issues. Our check in was fabulous with Fran. I even spoke with her prior to my arrival and she assisted with a few plans we made. Parking is great and under camera surveillance so we felt safe. Overall great short or long term location to get away to. We will be back.

The condo was beautiful, and the staff was great. We booked it because we "won" a raffle. We specifically asked if it was a timeshare deal, and they said it was not. Just a new property they wanted to promote. They straight up lied. Had to sit through a 90 minute sales presentation. I would have preferred to just book a cheap room somewhere, than waste my vacation time hearing about timeshares.

Great hotel but Orlando was a terrible customer service rep. When I checked in I informed the young lady who was helping me that I need to leave a key for one more person. The lady (as I witnessed) wrote my friends name down. She informed me when she gets here all she has to do is show ID. My girls and I went out that night (night of my birthday) and received a call from my friend that Orlando (one of the staff) will not let her in. When on the phone with him he preceded to say the room is not even paid for. I explained to him I am checked in the room and my friend name has already been documented to get a key. Long story short on the NIGHT OF MY BIRTHDAY I had to stop enjoying myself to travel back to the hotel to handle the situation. Orlando is the worst staff there. He did not take his time to look for the document, which he magically found when I pulled up. Then he tries to make up for it by bribing me with free breakfast which we already get. He will be the cause of the hotel losing business. I will not forget that face or name. If you stay at this hotel do not I repeat DO NOT! receive services from Orlando.

It's like your own very luxurious apartment. Has everything you need included in your room. Stove, Microwave, dishwasher that comes with dishes, coffee maker, toaster, refrigerator with icemaker, blender, washer and dryer etc. Feels good to be back in Vegas … time to unwind… relax and have some fun.

The Berkeley at Las Vegas has out done themselves, I truly had an amazing experience staying there. The condo was beyond beautiful and very clean. The staff was very knowledgeable and professional. The location is very convenient, located by gas station, restaurants, and shopping area, grocery store, and more.

It is a new installation with good service and not very far from the Vegas Strip.

Clean, spacious, cheap. It's definitely off the strip by a lot and the pictures of the pool led me to believe it was way more impressive than it was but for a business trip the Berkley was a fine experience for the week I was there. I was not in love with the bed though and stayed in a different hotel on my next visit for that reason alone.

It's nestled within the Silverton Casino, in fact there's a Silverton sign right above the hotel. Parking was easy, I had to get a pass for the area I parked in but the staff were accommodating and nice. The staff are very nice and courteous. Now the room, absolutely beautiful and well stocked. You feel like you're at home because they have literally everything you need: washer/dryer w/ detergent, pots and pans, a blender, mixing bowls, a toaster, etc. I definitely recommend for families and groups.

Everything was fine accept I basically got lied to like I had comp. Free show tickets they did not explain you have to purchase one. But friendly staff nice place.

I will definitely stay here again. This hotel was fantastic. Very clean. Rooms are huge. All six of us had plenty of space to have tons of fun. Not very far from the strip. We just ubered over and back. Can not wait to visit The Berkeley again.

Nice enough room, but the shower had no pressure. We got lied to on the terms of our trip there. First, they promise a 4 day and 3 night stay for free with no presentations or strings attached saying we won what turned out to be a fake contest. We checked in, and were told we would be charged full price for the stay if we didn't go to the presentation, and there was nobody to talk to with authority to fix the problem. Then we go to their presentation only to be insulted within the first 5 minutes. My wife was called a bad mother for expressing het displeasure with them trying to drag things out. Absolutely nobody should accept these "free" trips, and anyone who bus these timeshares are wasting their money big time.

I booked a one-bedroom suite for Veteran's Day weekend at this resort for my husband and I to visit Las Vegas. The location was great, but the various names to get to the building were confusing. They should rename it "The Berkley @ Silverton. " The staff was courteous, polite, and provided excellent service and information. Our view from the 8th floor was pleasant, overlooking the casino to the airport. The rooms are affordable and very spacious. The layout was functional. Some of the drawbacks were having to leave the actual resort to eat. There is no resteraunt or diner within. Yet, there are a few within walking distance. Also, having to walk around to the entrance at night from the casino because the back sliding door closes at 10:30 p. M. I found that to be a safety issue, as the doors are locked too. The casino is not just for guests, so there a people from other areas that frequent the facility. Recommend night desk security at the back entrance or being able to have access with a key. Also, not having access to room servic daily for short stays. Maybe it can be added as an option upon making the reservation. We did not utilize the gym/fitness room or pool. Uncertain if there is a shuttle to transport you back and forth to the "Strip. " But overall, our stay was enjoyable and I would recommend staying here. Parking is free!

I won a raffle for a Las Vegas getaway. I spoke to 4 different people before my reservation was complete. I specifically asked 3 of those people if this had anything to do with a timeshare. They all tell me no. Yes, it is a timeshare. Call a manager to get my $90 deposit back, since I was lied to. He tells me I was not lied to and that was a nonrefundable deposit.

Location is easy to get to, rooms are spacious suites. Beds are comfortable. Prices couldn't be beat for this crazy weekend.

The Berkeley is a Condo style 20 story resort located a few short miles from The Strip. Quiet at night. Rooms are beautiful, fully furnished, flat screen TV's, large bathroom with separate tub and shower, washer/dryer, full kitchen, ac/heat. Definitely recommend.

It's a newer resort. Still in the process of setting up. Rooms are new and updated decor. But it is far from the strip.

Nice place to stay. Close to casino but my only problem was there were no washcloths was told to use hand towels instead.

Lovely place, it's about 10 to 15min from the major excitement but I would definitely recommend the Berkley, and I am certainly going there another time. The room and it's contents were very clean. It's very close to South point and the Silverton so if you get too tired from walking along the Las Vegas Strip those places can provide entertainment without going too far from your room.

Beautiful suite with free shuttle to the Las Vegas strip. Staff is very friendly. About 15-20 minute drive from the airport and about 10-15 minute drive to the strip. They have a private pool that was closed during the duration of our trip due to unknown reasons. The hotel itself doesn't have anything on that site. All restuarants, casino, and Starbucks are across at The Silverton Hotel.

We have a one bedroom suite. It's clean, comfortable and the staff is great. The bed is so comfortable. And we are away from the strip but near enough accommodations to get peace, relaxation and have a blast!

The place is an awesome resort. However, the room next to us had some very noisy people and the sound came right thru the walls. We asked the front desk to move us and they did.

BEWARE, good reviews from their own workers. They act nice but then when you leave they charge you for stuff you didn't do. A couple of us went there on a business trip. A couple days after we left the charged $190 for "damage". When we left we took pictures and everything was perfect. Then they claim to have pictures of damage in each room. Why would we break the exact same thing in four different rooms? We never even used the refrigerator and they claim we broke it. STAY AWAY FROM HERE, unless you want a bill after you leave for stuff you didn't do. We will never return here and we have cancelled all future reservations that we had already made. Our associates will also be doing the same.

This is a nice off strip family friendly place to stay. It's not your typical hotel or resort. There is no daily room cleaning or room service, So if your looking for room service and bed turn down this is not the place for you. With that said it is clean, seems to be well cared for, is quiet and doesn't have a casino or dancing girls which is nice when you have young ones with you. There is a casino just to the north only a couple min walk, and it has a nice buffet. The rooms are spacious with a living room area and bed room separated by a door. The living room couch is a pullout, which is good for kids. It has a kitchen area that is fully stocked just add food and your set. The bathroom is large with a walk in shower and large tub that was great for soaking, and there is a separate make up area with it's own sink. There is also a washer/dryer in the room. The pool area is nice and clean with plenty of room, the hot tub works great. The only down side to the pool is it closes at 10pm. Over all had a great stay and recommend to anyone looking for off strip family friendly.

It is so nice your room comes with a washer n dryer it's like having a one bedroom apartment comes with all the dishes u need I loved it. It was very comfortable.

This room was incredible for the price. The staff was very friendly. Came with a fully stocked kitchen including a blender, great shower and great bedroom. Just great all around.

Spent 4 nights at the resort & absolutely loved my experience — rooms were large & exceptionally clean, the attention to detail should be commended. Yeah, this property is about 10 minutes from the actual strip but there are several restaurants, a casino, and shops literally steps from the resort. Also there could have been more check-in staff. Overall I would not hesitate to book this property again.

Recently stayed for a friends birthday and wish we hadn't. This placed destroyed Our hotel experience while there. If you want to feel unwelcome and get charged for random things this is the perfect place for you. Don't get me started on the generic casino across the parking lot "The sylverton" or whatever… the dealers look depressed and the pit bosses DO NOT ACCOMODATE they are a joke and so is the hotel.

Very clean, very accessible. I give only 2 stars to pay attention to the front desk staff. I had to see the staff in a bad mood and not say the one who attended me when I arrived when I checked in. I only asked because my receipt said a lesser amount to what I was charged on the card and behaved rudely. The rest, the suites are excellent and clean.
