2 queen beds and a sofa bed were perfect for our family of 5. The boys loved being able to watch the planes coming into the airport, and I loved the short walk to the strip. The continental breakfast was fantastic and they even had “gluten friendly” options on a separate counter which included gf english muffins, gf oatmeal, gf blueberry muffins, and individual packages of Cheerios. This was in addition to hard boiled eggs, yogurt, and fresh fruit. I would definitely stay there again. It was a great value.

The room was unclean. We had issues with not having hot water. When we took our shoes off walking in the room our feet became completely black! The carpet was disgusting. Bugs in the light fixtures too. I discussed with supervisor on at the time and was told they had the carpets done recently however they are a high traffic hotel. I asked for a discount and express how disgusting I thought this was. The black dirt on our feet was even coming off onto the sheets. My room cost was $175 plus tax. Out of the three hotels I have stayed in this week this was the most expensive & it was filthy. I did reach out to the main number and waiting for a response. Only good thing I have to say so far is that the staff was polite.

This is a beautiful hotel that is extremely clean and comfortable. It is conveniently located to the airport and nearby Casino's. The staff were welcoming and friendly. The free breakfast was hot, plentiful and had great choices. The rooms were spacious with a Vegas themed decor and the internet was surprisingly fast. I will definitely stay here again!

Would like to give a shout out to Jared at the desk. What a great job at customer service, went above and beyond to handle an issue with TV in our room. Staff at breakfast also exceptional. I highly recommend this hotel. Thanks Everyone!

We only used the Best Western for parking while we flew out of the airport on vacation for a week. For that, they were great. The workers at the front desk were very nice and helpful, and the shuttle driver was prompt and friendly, and all of the facilities were clean. They don't have a public restroom to use, even though we were still paying customers, but the airport is right around the corner anyways. There didn't seem to be any security for the cars, but our car was fine when we returned. The prices also were only slightly better than the airport economy parking, once you add weekend rates and taxes it came to about the same. Overall everything worked out great and we will probably use them again.

For the price and level of hotel thth Best Western is, this hotel more than exceeded my expectations. Best hotel in Vegas? Probably far from it, but that's not what it's supposed to be. Clean hotel nice rooms very friendly staff. Only complaint-the lights in the lobby are a little too bright. Wouldn't say that brings this hotel down to 4 stars though.

I normally enjoy the consistency of my stays at Best Western hotels. This stay at Best Western McCarran Inn was not one of my favorite moments. The hotel overbooked and my wife and I were left wondering whether we could get in a room that we had already had reserved through a park 'n fly program. The 30 minute wait to be put into a new room wouldn't have been so bad, but the timing was at 1am due to a delayed flight and we were exhausted (as it was 4am eastern time from where we had journeyed). All we wanted was a quick check-in so we could get to sleep quickly, but that didn't happen. The A/C unit could not get the room below 78 degrees so we were uncomfortable most of the night. The pillows were overstuffed and left our neck uncomfortable and the plantation blinds in our room were loose so they could not keep the sun out in the morning. Within about 5 hours of hitting our pillow the room was too bright to allow me to sleep. There were no curtains to pull in front of the blinds. The continental breakfast was lacking as well… missing items and cold items that were meant to be hot.

Absolutely an amazing front desk staff. The two ladies who were there when we checked-in were extremely friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met during our stay. Rooms were clean and lobby area is large and inviting.

I was in town for my birthday, and I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel. It was reasonably priced and newly renovated. I got a room for around $130 a night via Priceline, which is a pretty good deal compared to what other hotels in the area had to offer at that time of year. It's conveniently located near McCarran Airport, the South Strip Terminal, and only about a 20 min walking distance from the Vegas strip. The reception staff was friendly and courteous, and allowed me to take extra plates up to my room. The room itself was cozy, and comfortable with a large, king sized bed, and a flatscreen TV, but I was particularly impressed with the table lamps that had charging outlets at the base. Thanks for the home making tip, I ought to get a couple of those for my house. I stayed there for 5 nights, and the only time I was disturbed by the sound of jet engines was on the Sunday morning when the runway traffic was north bound. The only thing that's missing are a couple of slot machines in the lobby area. All in all, I had a good trip, and I would highly recommend.

New remodel, Bright and clean front lobby. Need more lightning inside the room. Making sure you see the room before you accept. Our single bed room was NO WAY close to the pictures they show (much smaller & darker). Breakfast was good but time is short. Back parking lot not very safe, making sure you bring everything inside cause homeless hang around in back street and frequenly walk around and search for stuff in trash can. We walk aound the property after breakfast and encounter several homeless asking for money's. Scare my wife.

Front desk assistant Jared was very helpful in changing our reservation to a day earlier than originally booked. We checked in late from overseas flight and were able to order food at 1:30am, delivered in half hour and pizza was very good! Bed was comfy and rooms quiet. Complimentary breakfast was good and the staff very friendly. Cannot comment on the pool or other amenities as we only stayed here for easy access from the airport, checked in late and out early. Overall a very good experience. Highly recommended for international travelers arriving late night. Stay here your first night for a good sleep, save some $ then check into resort next day.

This was our third stay at this hotel. It is convenient as it is very close to the Las Vegas Airport and the Strip. Very nice, clean, newer hotel. We were given a room upgrade and was stunned at the beautiful room we stayed in. "Ricky" at the front desk, is always very professional, helpful and friendly. Their breakfast is wonderful with lots of different items and selections. The rooms are clean, well-kept and "fresh". I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Las Vegas.

We had a quiet stay before starting our week long hiking trip. I was surprised by the quiet atmosphere as the hotel had no vacancy and was really close to the airport. The breakfast nook is poorly designed as a galley that is difficult to use when busy. Also within walking distance of Naked City Pizza which was delicious. Front desk was very helpful providing options for dining.

Ricky is awesome. His customer service is incredible. 307 is a great room. Located on a 1 way street, breakfast is located in a very small section so getting food is a challenge, and they have no hot tub. Other than that, the hotel and every staff member i've seen/talked to are awesome. The lady that stocked the breakfast area was very nice as well. Great crew.

Great airport hotel with very good value for money; The rooms are very large compared to other such hotels in the USA; The free breakfast was delicious; Shuttle bus from the airport arrived in time and quickly.

Very clean rooms and property. Their breakfast has always been fresh with a nice selection. Newly remodeled rooms and lobby area has spruced the place up nicely. It can get noisy at times due to proximity to the airport. Their parking program where you stay a night and park for a week is sweet. Have stayed there six or seven times in the last four years. The Best Western McCarran Inn was clean. The bed was comfortable. Plenty of parking. Good selection for breakfast. Close to the airport. Friendly staff. Walking distance for us to the Las Vegas Strip. The sound of the planes didn't bother us but they do provide ear plugs.

It was very nice to be at a normal hotel. The breakfast was nice and we didn't have to go out for it. It is very close to the strip and airport so no need to stress about the car or Uber fare.

Nice, clean, quiet hotel! I thought I would hear the planes taking off, but I didn't hear any! The staff is great too! Highly recommend!

This hotel is clearly an airport hotel, which satisfies its purpose for one night. The staff was friendly and the free shuttle to the airport worked flawlessly. Despite the proximity to the airport the noise backdrop was OK and the room not luxury but clean. For a longer stay in Las Vegas I would take another hotel.

Very comfortable and very spacious rooms. Both the bathroom and the shower are quite clean and functional. It has a free shuttle to the airport, of the best value for money.

Great location — walkable to South side of strip (MGM). Breakfast was very good with amazing and friendly staff. Front desk staff were also great and super helpful. Gym is well equipped and airport shuttle staff were helpful and efficient. We loved our stay here and would have it given it 5 stars but the house keeping team let it down — biscuit all over the floor in room when we arrived and we felt they were rude when requesting that they clean it again.

Pretty nice place. Super close to the airport and event. I was worried about just how close it was to the airport and hearing planes all night, it was surprisingly quiet. Good breakfast as well. The room ac was a bit weird. But it did eventually cool down a bit. I would recommend it.

The rooms were clean but small. We didn't care because we just slept there. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would stay here again. Very easy to get to the Strip. The breakfast options were also very good.

Convenient for airport. Shuttle service offered. Offer Park, Sleep and Fly for a packaged price, which is very nice. Can hear planes but of course that is going to happen so don't complain. Breakfast food & experience could be improved a little. Friendly and helpful front desk staff. Rooms are comfortable. My Bath area was small but I could have upgraded.

Stayed at this hotel on September 2017 just before going to the Las Vegas airport. Check-in and checkout service was excellent. Breakfast buffet service was excellent. Room was clean and comfortable with plenty of space. Room TV, A/C, appliances all worked fine. Bathroom was roomy and clean. Only minor complaint is the airport plane takeoff noise which is not the fault of the hotel. I was able to sleep fine despite the plane noise.

Hotel is fine. Standard BW presentation, clean but small pool and breakfast okay but not great. Nice flat screens and no smoking in all hotel. Good location if you have a car, otherwise not much to do within half a mile or so. Takes 20 minute brisk walk to strip assuming it's not too hot.

I like this hotel so much I want to keep it a secret! They have excellent service. The reception can answer any needed questions. The hotel offere breakfast and it's always good. I stay here on my business travel.

The Best Western McClarran Inn in Las Vegas was very close to the airport which we needed. It also was staffed by some very well trained, personable people. The hotel was clean and offered me a sense of comfort and security which I needed since I spent the night alone after putting my husband on the plane. I highly recommend it.

The staff at front desk were nice no problems but, Hotel needs to be remodeled very old structure, dinning room to small and the needs to offer more breakfast variety we stay two days first day scramble eggs and ham second day just scramble eggs and more scrambles eggs not any more ham much less bacon or sausage, bathroom sinks are next to the entrance room so if you go out of the bathroom and you are washing your hands and someone is getting in to the room someone outside can see you don't like this. We don' t recommend it hotel … We will never stay there again.

Our trip was planned to take our daughter to college in Pennsylvania. The easy access to the internet and especially the simplicity of printing capabilities helped us access her college move in schedule and activities, which made us feel even more comfortable and prepared. We had a good night's sleep, a light breakfast, and a pleasant shuttle ride to the airport. Your staff was more than pleasant and helpful, as always.

I won't give a star, this is awful place ever! We're tracking in at room 309 yesterday, after we settled down our luggage, we found a cockroach in the floor, I called front desk to tell hotel, she asked us to come down to the front desk. She said this is Las Vegas then gave us another room which is room 315. " if you don't like it, this is last room. " We went to room 315, my friends went to the front desk second time, they're came back to tell me, she had really bad attitude, like " this is popular hotel we don't care you, if you don't like you can leave, we will have new one to take your place. " My friends so mad with her, they just got married few hours ago, after that I was mad too, I felt so uncomfortable with it, I called the customer service, the complaint department already closed, the service lady telling me to call back tomorrow morning 8:30, I went to front desk, the third times, I told her they got married we're happy, but we're not happy to see our room has a cockroach. " She said I just got married two weeks ago, I can give you some cookies… balabala… July 30 I called the complaint dpt tell them, they give me a file number, until now I haven't received any word. Seems they doing nothing. So disappointed, we've been to San Diego, we choosing best western before, and also had nice experience. So I suggest my friends to choosing it. So bad!

The staff are amazing! Friendly and attentive even when they are busy. Everyone would acknowledge you and let you know they would help you ASAP and they did! The room was huge. The beds comfy, everything was clean. The pool is a good size for the kids to play and positioned so it's almost always shaded (it was 100+F while we were there, so that's a good thing! ). The free breakfast was extensive. Soy milk and gluten free rice chex provided for the food allergy challenged among us.

After reading some of the other posts, I am wondering if we are staying at the same Inn. The staff have been nothing but friendly, courteous, and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Location near the airport is a bummer, and our room was across from the ice machine so, yes, it was noisy. They do provide very nice earplugs that work well. The only rude people we came across were the other guests. Yelling and shouting in the parking lot, letting their room doors slam, loud in the hallways. Is this place one of the luxurious places you see on TV? No, but it is nice clean place to get a good night's rest. And the free breakfast is great. We would definitely stay here again.

For us it was a last minute booking since we were cancelled at Nellis AFB. We booked a suite with all the possible noise That you can imagine in a hotel and go figure ear plugs were complementary in the room! Lobby un inviting afternoon staff was not so talkative. We got up early to hit the breakfast offered and quite un impressed again. For this? 205.00 it was a rip off compared to the one we stayed in Yuma for 9 days. As a gold member I take the right to respond to this review request. So we do not recommend nor we will return to that one. And yes we ask for a discount not sure we will … from 205 to 185.00? End post.

Our stay was brief but enjoyable.

Airport shuttle driver did not help with bags, pillows were so thick we couldn't use them, room smelled musty, trash cans in room had no trashbags. I've stayed in many BW hotels in multiple countries. This hotel should not have the BW name.

What a great stay! All the staff here were very kind and courteous. They were also extremely accomadating to our needs. They let us check in early and check out late with no hassle. It is in a good location too, not too far from the strip. Not to mention extremely affordable compared to other Vegas hotels. Bianca in particular was very good to us. She is very professional and helped us out a great deal.

Could be a 3.5 rating if that were possible on Google Maps. Great location for a quick business trip as it's nice and close to the airport as well as a fairly cheap price. Due to these qualities, there are some drawbacks. There is a fair amount of noise pollution from the airport and the rooms are below decent in their size as well as their cleanliness. The location is also not great in relation to the attractions in the city and requires one to have some form of vehicle transportation. On the positive, the complimentary breakfast is fairly decent and the hotel staff are okay. Overall, this is not a hotel one should stay in for a vacation to Vegas due to it's lack of any sort of luxury and it's unreasonable location, ALTHOUGH this hotel would make a great place to stay for a quick business visit in which you would only be in the hotel at night.

Staff was friendly, and the room was clean! The bed was a rather hard. It was quiet just like we wanted, and good selection for breakfast! I would stay there again.

Rooms were very nice and they gave us earplugs for sleeping since so close to the airport, though we never needed them. They provided us with not 2, not 4, but 5 pillows for our king sized bed! Easy to get to and pretty close to the Vegas Strip and the airport which made things really easy for our flight in the morning.

Very nice hotel, both a benefit and curse is that it is so close to the airport, wonderful for our 730am flight but horrible because planes kept us up most of the night. Would definetly stay here again if flying from LAS but elsewhere for pleasure.

The rooms were small and fairly run down although they were clean. And there was a lot of airplane noise being by the airport and all. The free airport shuttle was nice and the shuttle driver was very courteous and professional. It was just the right fit for a quick one night layover.

My flight was cancelled so we ended up staying here and they provided a shuttle from the airport to the hotel. They also have a free breakfast and because our flight was late they let us stay in the room until 2 at no extra charge. They also held our bags in a locked room until we left for the airport 10 hours after we checked out and still provided us with a shuttle after we had been checked out for a long time. The customer service was a cherry on top to a wonderful experience staying there. I would highly recommend this smoke free family friendly environment to anyone. Also the beds are comfortable and its a very clean hotel.

We arrived late, almost at midnight, with no reservation on a Sunday, so of course the check in was effortless. We requested extra blankets and towels and they were bought up immediately. We were given a room on the 3rd floor, in the middle of the hall, so we decided to take the elevator, which actually closed on us twice before we were told, "You gotta be quick or it'll close on ya! " Like no duh Sherlock, it just did not once but twice, thanks for the heads up, to our surprise, it was fairly quite and I only saw one guy in the hall while going to our room, but once we were in our room it vibrated from the planes taking off and landing. We learned within minutes that the people on the next room weren't enjoying there stay, the guy we saw in the hall was one of the occupants, it seemed like every 30-45 minutes they were either exiting or enter their room and purposely letting the door slam. It continued until 4 o'clock in the morning, even after we called the front desk. I fell asleep sometime after 4:30 in the morning and was awakened at 11 AM by housekeeping, being that we stayed at check in we would be staying at total of 2 days and we placed the do not disturb thingy on the door, I was annoyed, so I called the front desk and told them we would be checking out late, but not staying another night.

Great friendly staff only issue I have is the location of this hotel next to an airport without soundproof windows can really be an issue and night and cause sleeping problems. Hotel must of had plenty of complaints they provide your plugs.

I love the rooms and good service.

You would think a hotel would have as many parking spots as they do rooms, nope. This hotel has been the worst hotel I've stayed at. The rooms are run down, beds are rock solid, they gave me the wrong room key, toilets only halfway flush, toilet seat won't stay up, ac unit could wake up sleeping beauty, planes flying directly overhead 24/7, random disgusting smells always in the hallways and room, breakfast with fruit from a can, only enough breakfast stocked on the bar to serve like 10 people, if you want cheap you got cheap.

It was convenient and a great value. The service is wonderful, would stay again.

If you make any package with your travel agency and rebook the same package (for some changes) again later during a day, you need to make sure that hotel make a new reservation for you, otherwise they will say in front desk something like "I'm sorry but your reservation has been cancelled, please contact your travel agent. These processions take long time for them to fix problem. Thus I highly recommend who make any change on package trip to call hotel if your reservation is working.

Very clean room, friendly staff and a very good location for early flights. We randomly stayed here on a unplanned trip and the price was extremely fair for 4th of july week.

Rooms are not so bad. Such a old school, with a claim on luxury. Convenient to carry out the party with a small nezakonchennoy crowd. The food, in my European taste. At night it is impossible to eat.

This hotel has great staff who really seemed to care about us. I stayed there for a couple of nights ago with my boyfriend and we really loved it and also felt like home. The rooms were very spacious and had new carpet. Another great thing about this hotel is the location: The Best Western McCarran Inn is within walking distance, and easy access to very good restaurants and adjacent to the airport which meant catching our 6AM flight that much easier. We can recommend this hotel to anyone.

Pool clean breakfast perfect not possible noise air conditioner and air mat room very dirty sock becomes dirty in 30 min shuttle free taxi to strip $ 20 bus $ 2 just behind the parking will try the best burritos and big portion for $ 5.

Although the facility overall has some touches to make it appear more modern, the quality is substandard. I was recently introduced to what a "regular" Best Western is verses its "plus". If you're okay with cheap bedding (rock stiff mattresses) and customer service who could care less about your concern because they don't need your business (it's Las Vegas, they'll always sell), then this would be the place for you. As for me I will never book a "regular" Best Western again. Only reason I would consider a "plus" is the 800 customer service center was very good. I have a reservation coming up and it's a "regular" BW, I'll be changing that quickly, even if it has to be another brand.

I stayed here many months ago and decided to stay again last weekend. I was very impressed to see the many changes that this hotel has made. From the new TV's to a new manager and new front staff. The hotel very immculate and service was expectional. Recommend to all. Will definitely be back when I visit Vegas again.
