I love staying at the La Quinta Inn & Suites when I travel for work. The rooms are spacious and always clean. I love the work space in the rooms. I also like that the rooms have a couch so you don't always have to sit on the bed. Great breakfast and this time they had a little bag with water and snacks. I will always pick La Quinta.

This hotel is nice and clean. The area is tucked away behind a hospital. The staff was nice and there were no problems at all. The area seem to be safe and quiet other than being right next the the freeway. Even though it was close to the freeway we didn't hear it at night.

Rooms were clean. Doors could be washed or painted. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Pet friendly. Pool was clean. Breakfast was fine. We stayed here twice on the way to and from Arizona. I would stay here again.

Excellent hotel in a good neighborhood. The hotel was very clean and new feeling. The staff was very friendly and the free breakfast was great. Add this to the fact that they welcomed our pets, made this 5he perfect place for us.

My wife and I stayed at this La Quinta Inn for two nights, as I was running the Mt Charleston Marathon. As we settled down for a few hours of sleep in Friday night (I needed to be at the race shuttles by 3:30am Saturday morning), the for alarms went off and we were forced to evacuate the building for an hour. We received no apology or discount for the ordeal (which was caused by a leaky water pipe, not a fire). Also, I had to pull a huge hair clog out of the shower drain in order to prevent the shower from flooding the bathroom. However, despite these annoyances I feel that our experience was equivalent to what we'd receive at any other hotel in this price range and neighborhood. The bed was fine and the towels were clean. In short, everything was good enough.

It was good but the fire alarm was set at 10:00 at night for an hour.

The rooms were nice and beds were comfortable. The bottles of shampoo were extremely small for the 4 people we had in our rooms. After we went to sleep, we were forced awake by the shrilling of the alarms. We evacuated the hotel and waited for 40 minutes with no hotel staff providing an update. The alarms stopped and we went inside assuming it was fine. After arriving back to our room, the alarms went off yet again. We waited outside an additional 45 minutes before everyone went back inside. Again, no update from staff. We saw the receptionist and I asked her what went wrong. She said the hotels system malfunctioned. On our way up, the firemen said they checked every room with no sign of fire. We also called when we first arrived and requested a late check out. The receptionist didn't save that request, so the following day we were asked when we were leaving. I called again to reception and they confirmed the late check out was not on file. They said it would be fine and we could check out at our previously determined time.

The location has shopping nearby. It is was from the Vegas strip which is what we were looking for. The room was great but wasn't cleaned very well. Staff is helpful and friendly. Breakfast items changed daily. Decent fitness center. Would definitely stay if we ever go back to Las Vegas.

Hotel room was fine. The door was difficult to open and the tub drain did not go down, but we didn't necessarily want to bathe, so that was not a big problem. Best part of our stay was the service. Shara at the front desk was AWESOME! My daughter wanted to color, but had left her crayons in the car and my husband had left the hotel in the car. We asked Shara if they had any markers/pencils/crayons available to purchase. They didn't, but she scrounged some up from the office and let us borrow them. She also offered us bottled water and cookies every time we came to the desk (which my children LOVED)! Thank you Shara for making our stay pleasant!

Pretty nice hotel overall, free breakfast and other complementaries. The rooms come equipped with a TV, microwave, and fridge. For the price and location, this is a good place for your stay.

Check in agent was fabulous, friendly and gracious. I’m giving one star because of the issue when I reported 3 problems that occurred in our room with Johanna at the front desk. She was condisending and seemed to not care when I reported these problems on the second day. The first issue is the door handle which I was just giving them a heads up on and that it wasn’t urgent. I told her that the door handle will not open the door properly. You have to pull it all the way up instead of the down position-her answer was “well that’s how they all work-some can pull down but most you have to pull up”. That’s just not normal (at least in other hotels). She acted like there was not a problem so I advised her that I would write it up on a review and her response is what got me “That’s Alright! ” and she gave me a smile. The other issue is the tub not draining properly and after a shower it had 2 inches of water. The last is the tub is peeling so there are small pieces floating in the tub.

This hotel was excellent! Great value for money! Quiet and super clean, family and pet friendly. It’s near several restaurants and target. We had a great stay!

I had a decent stay here till, my last day. The hotel staff wrapped up 30 minutes early for breakfast. I got there at exactly 9 and they were already cleaning up.

Everyone has been super nice and helpful. Their complimentary breakfast was amazing with eggs, sausage, potatoes, and biscuits and gravy! They keep their pool pretty warm when it was actually quite cool during my stay! Definitely will return.

Nice place. Not to big and not to small. Right next to the pool & hot tub nice people easy to find good parking.

Staff has been very nice and informative, the rooms are fairly nice as well. They allow pets, which is great. All-in-all a pretty good place to stay.

Everything was perfect. I am in las Vegas every month and always try to use this place over others. The room was ready early (before 9 am). And mandararan a text to advisarme. This close to target and other shops and restaurants. The habitation was clean and the TV functiona with video games if you want.

Lots of construction going on and remodel work during my stay. Wi-Fi is trash! But hopefully will improve. Staff very nice and very respectful. Shara, Ahoy, Zen and others are excellent. Hats off to you. Hopefully the owner gives you proper breaks and proper lunch time in the future. Slavery and indentured servitude ended a long time ago.

Hotel was nice and clean. We had a room by the freeway and the walls didn't block any of the sound. To make matters worse the people next door would turn up their TV loud to drown out the freeway noise. When we told of our brutal experience at check out the lady said that they needed to give earplugs for those rooms. Only other problem was our door stuck so you had to use your shoulder to open the door.

We have had two meals here in two days. Both were excellent. The management was attentive and friendly. Great job!

The hotel is located on the West side of Vegas, a better part of the city. It has everything you need located within a few miles. The staff is nothing but friendly and they serve complementary breakfast. Parking is free. Rates discounted for military.

We found this motel while looking for a place close to our family that would allow pets. The La Quinta has a very liberal pet policy, and does not charge an additional fee for them. The rooms are comfortable and the air conditioning is excellent, which is critical in Las Vegas. The staff has been very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was a little limited because we were at the tail end of the breakfast period. The amenities were great and the free Wi-Fi was fast and easy to set up. We will stay here again.

Good comfortable rooms w/good decor with exception of the 60's style nagahide lounger and chair. It's very clean and quite. Dog's like it too. Recommend it! I rated as a 3 star due to lack of a dining room or bar, but the breakfast is free and rates are good.

I was pleased with my room. Staff was nice, and willing to help. The Continental breakfast was good. There is a fitness room. It was quite and rooms were a nice size. And the room was clean.

The room that I stayed in was completely filthy. There was dog food on the floor, fur on the window and on top of the A/C, the sheets had blood stains on them (talk about grossing a person out), and it looked like the cleaning crew just skimmed through the room as fast as possible to get another guest in. The light switches were falling off/bent and it was scary to even turn them off and on for fear that I would be shocked. There was hair on the bathroom floor and pee on the back of the bathroom toilet. It was absolutely disgusting. I ended up sleeping there because everywhere else was booked and it was for just one night but I would not recommend this hotel based on cleanliness to anyone. The hotel staff was great though and very friendly and the lobby area was clean. The room was also located at the end of the hallway and you could hear the cars on the freeway all night long.

Rooms were supposed to be non-smoking but all the rooms I was in smell so bad of cigarettes and piss. Carpet looked as if you stepped on it barefoot you're coming home with something. My son unfortunately did come down with a virus called hand, foot and mouth disease. I'll post pics when I'm done here. Terrible nasty maintenance service guy Patrick. His attitude just absolutely sucks. If you don't like your job, 3 things you could do: 1 — smile and pretended you like it and stop making people uncomfortable with your nasty looks. 2 — lose weight so you can move faster and be happier. 3 — just quit and work somewhere else. It's a business not a prison so stop sour pusing everyone's day with your stupid faces of "I hate the world" looks. Smile even if it hurts. However, in all this place needs a new manager that cares about everything not just putting money in their boss's pocket. Now the front desk service was terrible when it came to the He-she with the attitude problem. Just awful! Be happy you have a job treat people with respect and you'll get it back. Jordan was the only one that was professional A++ for her. The others just an embarrassment. Don't stay here it's expensive and disgusting place to lay on. These fake reviews will drive you to make the terrible decision I made and stayed in this horrible place.

Have to stay here due to an issue with my home. It's honestly not that bad and at least it's pet friendly. The Wi-Fi is dog slow though.

My family and I spent 3 nights at La Quinta Summerlin, from the 21st to the 25th of December. We are satisfied with the service of the hotel. The rooms are very clean.

Some of the negative reviews had me concerned, but I was striking out in a Friday night passing thru to Phoenix … staff was friendly, room was free of foul smells, damage, it was clean and everything worked properly. The morning buffet was great, coffee wasn't bad either… I had a great experience.

Horrible hotel, not 3 stars but a half exaggerating. I hate the people staying, the rooms smell are dog poo rotten, the lights don't came on, and the room had a bathroom not even clean, dirty there is still the poo squashed in the walls and pee all over the bath and it is all black still full of rotten stinky rat stale poo. Ci sta!

We initially decided to stay at a 4 star hotel casino on the strip but then decided the extra $20 a night and 18 minute drive from strip would be worth a great breakfast and nice bed at La Quinta. Having stayed at a couple La Quintas on the east coast before we had high expectations. This hotel is well used. I would not say run down but it stinks and is hot in the hallway, the elevator is in poor shape. The lobby is the only nice spot in the hotel. (I guess to convince walk ins to stay) The beds are great, the rooms are quiet. The maids are nice enough to not bother you if you so request. However the showers are terrible. One minute its nice and warm and the next its freezing cold and it does this constantly so you cant be in the shower longer than 30 seconds. This is due to their heat pump trying to give warm water to all the rooms and failing in that task. The internet which I am on now is very slow. The TV only works on a couple of the channels as it will cut in and out almost as if the signal is lagging. Worst of all. Our entire reason for staying here. The breakfast SUCKS. Every day its the same thing. Entirely stale muffins/toast, old boiled eggs, packets of oatmeal, old cereal or waffles. Even the fruit was going bad. Now that sounds like a lot of food listed doesnt it? Well go and look at it and its quite a let down. Everything was terrible. Other La Quintas all offer Eggs, Bacon, Omelets, Sausages or has browns. Something SOMEWHAT fresh.

Worst hotel sooo dirty and stinky. They charge for toilet paper that should tell you a lot. Fake reviews, this is more like a cheap $30 motel.

Steve at the front desk was very nice, and answered a bunch of questions that we had about the area (tennis courts, good eats, etc). Great rooms, pet friendly, beautiful landscape property! Awesome stay.

Karen, the front desk attendant is very rude, unprofessional and has no problem hanging up on you. I would normally have nothing wrong to say with La Quinta Inn but the fact that she can hold a job there is a shame. I know there are pleasant, kind job seekers who would be a much better fit at the front desk.

Pleasant stay. Very friendly staff. Nice selection for breakfast. Quiet room. Clean facility. Nice surrounding area. Easy access from freeway. I would recommend for friends and associates.

Since you only have 1 guest computer, suggest putting up a sign designating a time limit. I have observed guests staying on the computerand browsing for over 30 minutes while others (me) have business to attend to and copies to make. Thanks for fixing this problem.

There's a bed, a bathroom, and a television. That's all I need if I'm staying in a hotel for a short time. I have also stayed in one of the suites once. The suites are much better than a regular room of course. I'm not very happy about leaving my wallet on the dresser by the television and coming back to find it gone. I was told that they were searching everywhere inside and out when I reported it missing, although I did not see anybody outside nor inside searching around for anything. Well, it is what it is. Either someone will have some decency and turn it in at the front desk or they will probably get some karma coming their way.

Nice location, free parking, rooms were clean and comfortable, nice pool area. The lady who checked me in was helpful in finding a room that was away from the traffic noise. The breakfast was OK. The usual LaQuinta stuff. I was visiting family in Summerlin, so this hotel was perfect. The bedrooms with a King bed have a microwave and refrigerator. Top floor has a nice view of the mountains.
