Cat friendly. No extra charge for pets. Haven't stayed here in a long time. Much nicer than I remember. Others have commented on remodel. Very nice.

This is an excellent location! The entire facility is very clean and the employees and much more kind and welcoming than normally found in a hotel. Jason (day) and Karena (night) at the frontdesk were especially attentive to my needs and preferences. They both went the extra mile for me, and I could tell they actually cared about me and my experience in their hotel. Jason is very kind, attentive, and I overheard him encouraging and bragging on other employees. He is creating a very positive space for both employees and guests. I ended up needing to stay another night and the process of getting another night was easy and hassle-free. This was by far the best experience I've ever had at a Hampton Inn or any other chain-hotel for that matter. Even the refrigerator and ice machine worked better than normal. Great work Hampton Inn Las Vegas!

Good service. Friendly people at the front desk. Delicious breakfast. Rooms are ok. I just hate certain smell in the room. I don't know if it was the carpet or the a/c. I had to stay in a hotel for 2 more weeks however I decided to move to other hotel, I couldn't deal with the smell for more days. It was so bad that even I put air fresheners it didn't work. While we were in the room I guess we got used to it but when we used to come back to the room it make us feel like vomiting.

Just visited my grandma and Aunt who were staying there. Very clean and accommodating. The front desk worker was very helpful and offered water every chance she got. Clean rooms and nice quiet environment.

If being well-priced, nice, and being in a degenerate-free area are important, then this best place to stay. It's within walking distance of a beer& microbrew joint, and a hospital is next door. Hookers and dopers not evident in this part of Vegas.

The staff are awesome and extremely helpful. Rooms are clean and comfortable, and breakfast is good with many options. They have a shuttle to and from the airport. The only reason I found to complain were a couple of maintenance issues (such as over a day with a missing first floor elevator button — could they not disable that elevator? ) and non-compliance with their environmental endeavors — no recycling that I could find, and they always switched out my towels before I could reuse them even when I was careful to hang them up.

Stayed 1 night passing through to California. Basic room with necessities, microwave, fridge, flat screen. Swam in pool which felt heated since it was 110 outside earlier. They serve fresh cookies at 7pm and breakfast buffet in AM with usual waffle maker, omelet, sausage, biscuits and gravy, cereal. Quiet hotel on quiet side of town in business Park area. Would stay here again.

Located on W. Cascade Valley Dr. It is very clean, staff is extremely helpful and pleasant and the room was perfect for our 5 day stay.

The rooms are ok, nice and clean, nothing too fancy, but coffee in the lobby and the breakfast are just perfect! I loved it here!

Clean rooms spotless clean, beds are just too darn comfortable, I loved my stay in this hotel with my family, we even hit the pool loved it.

Great location near a paved multi use trail if you like to run. Clean with a friendly staff. Dont leave anything in your car overnight as a vehicle was broken into the night we stayed. We stay at this location often and like it.

Staff is very helpful. Price is good for the location. Rooms seem a bit dated but no real issue. Again the staff is very nice and helpful.

Nice place. Nothing real special but very nice hosts. The place is pretty clean a little aged but still okay. There are plenty of restaurants within a 10 min drive. There is a pool outdoor and a hot tub, both outdoors. There is a work out room and a business center. Overall a nice experience.

Front desk was super friendly. Jason took the time to talk and get to know the guests staying. The room was clean along with the bathroom. Will definitely stay here again.

Nice quite stay on a 7 day business trip. Room clean and bed comfortable. Breakfast really good. Started serving before 6 am too. The staff was polite and cheerful. Wifi service down for 4 days was the only negative. Would recommend and stay again.

Very comfortable stay for business travel. Very clean room, and extremely friendly and helpful staff. Slight issue with Wi-Fi that I am sure is not the norm. Staff let me know when I checked in and advised other options until they got their connection going again. Proactive and appreciated. Hot breakfast, convenient location and nice amenities in room. Will recommend.

Overall the experience I had at this hotel was great for the location and price. I wasn't looking to stay on the strip but just in case I wanted to go I could go in less than 30 mins. Decent coffee and cookies. Good free breakfast. Small pool and jacuzzi. I would definitely return and recommend.

2nd visit there… will be there next year. Great people, accommodations and services. We love the Hampton Inns. Already registered for one on the way back.

Seemed like a nice place. Was visiting a friend so I didn't get to experience too much of the establishment. No real bad (or good) impressions.

This is definitely nice clean place. Breakfast is absolutely outstanding/ really good selection and fresh food. Staff is friendly… Pool is good… We have chosen this location because we were traveling with two small kids and we were trying to avoid noise at night / guests coming back from bars and casinos. IT WORKED! After 9:30 or so this place was really quiet. I'd even go for 5stars but I will stay with 4 because this hotel is being compared with higher quality chains. This is super nice clean, good quality place but it is not high-end / luxurious type hotel. Bottom line for 100 bucks this is outstanding deal. I'd stay again.

Room was great, very clean. Daniel at the front desk was awesome — when he found out we were just taking a night away for our anniversary, he gave us a bag of goodies and wished us many more years! Such a sweet touch. Thank you!

Great experience! Nice, clean comfortable room. Beds were very comfortable (got 2 queen beds). The breakfast was huge! Including oatmeal, cereal, fresh fruit, yogurts, waffles, biscuits and gravy, ham and eggs. So much to choose from! The pool was very nice for the rate of my room! Best buy in town! Only giving four stars because it needs a little hotel lobby store for convenience.

My second stay at Hampton Inn for a business trip. Friendly staff and nice rooms. Would recommend to anyone staying in the area.

Front desk help was great. Nice hotel. We had to change rooms because apparently the smoking rooms are below the non smoking rooms. Not sure how that makes sense but they moved us and the new room smelled great. Breakfast is really nice.

If you're trying to find a really great deal on this amazing hotel I'd highly suggest booking it through HotelRaven. Com They have great deals for it on there! Such a perfect place don't have enough great things to say! It was a great experience. We came late at like 11:00 P. M. But the service manager was really welcoming. There provided a hearty breakfast. There was two comfortable beds along with a televison, refrigerator, a microwave, tables, and chairs. Also, though I didn't take the opportunity, there provided food, a gym, and hygiene products.

Breakfast isn't great but probably better than most free breakfasts. Rooms are pretty nice. The microwave and mini fridge was a nice bonus. My kids loved the movie night and it was nice to have an activity for them.

Staff was good, hotel is worn out and lights in the parking light burned out so our vehicle was robbed — passenger window smash and grab. Lost about $600 worth of items, maybe more. Plus $139 for the glass replacement. We were the 3rd of 4th car broken into. Also was breaking in at the LaQuinta next door. This is an older property whose owner doesn't care about upgrading things, replacing burned out parking lights or cleaning the public areas to well — dirty carpets and such. Again, the staff is great and do the best they can with what they have available. It's a long way to the strip from here. Rooms were clean.

We weren't able to get there till like 4 in the morning. The staff was super friendly and let us stay there for an extra night for free. The breakfast was amazing and the room was clean and very comfortable. I would stay here any and every time.
