I love it here. Everything and one was great. Will and would recommend this hotel.

They do not appreciate very loyal Hilton customers!

Very clean and well organized rooms. One thing to remember is once your in the elevator you need your room card to get out, trust!

Excellent hotel… great service… enjoyed cocktails on evening.

Terrible experience. No cleaning. No clean sheets. No clean towels. No nothing. For $240+ a day. Awful.

Don't like the amount for parking. Should be cheaper. Internet not always working. Otherwise love it.

Great place to stay. But be aware of outrageous parking costs everywhere in NOLA.

I enjoyed my stay at this Homewood suites location. Staff were very accommodating and helpful. They allowed us to check in early (around 12pm) and so gave us a FREE upgrade suite, which had 2 bedrooms and two baths and with a living room area with a pull out. Perfect location, in walking distance to bourbon street/french quarter. Rooms were in good condition and the daily free breakfast was a great touch. The baggage hold was also beneficial at checkout since we had late flights.

Absolutely fabulous Hotel. The staff is amazing. The rooms are quite large for a very reasonable price. Walking distance to a lot of places. Free happy hour and complimentary breakfast. If I could give them 10 Stars I would! We will absolutely be back there!

I love this location. Only a few steps from Harrah's. Bourbon street within a few walking distance. Staff is friendly. Stayed here a few times because of location. Breakfast pretty good. Be sure you get there on time. A minute late and the food is already cleared away.

The location is amazing close to the French quarter and St. Louis cemetery. The breakfast was horrible. There was no food when we went to breakfast and they never refilled the food. If you want a place to sit you will have to clean off your own tables. Don’t except to get plates or a napkin either.

Lynette helped us check in before we even got there. She was very friendly and helpful. Actually the whole staff was great. The room was beautiful and clean. It was true southern hospitality. Also it was a great location. I would stay there again.

Not to far away from everything. The staff was friendly and mostly nice. But a bit run down and operating cheap. Room wasn't ready by the time we came back to escape the heat of the day. The breakfast protein was prepackaged burritos… the carpets are looking old. They have put so many coats of fresh paint the doors stick. The television in the lobby needs to be replaced, or fixed, it is very blue in hue.

The rooms are big and comfortable. The staff is nice. Parking is expensive. $35 for overnight valet with in and out privileges. Dinner is offered through the week for all guests. Lots of soup and salad kind of stuff. It's a nice value add.

Great clean spacious suites, free breakfast with waffles and eggs and pastries. Afternoon snacks and drinks. Great location just a few blocks from the French Quarter. Beautiful pool with a spa. Easy walk to the stadium or the riverfront. Catch the trolly right on the corner a block away.

Good location. Most attractions within walking distance. Nice rooms, fully functioning kitchenette. Attentive housekeeping staff, and front desk. Well stocked "suite shop" including adult beverages, rooms included a wine bottle opener++++. Bedroom and main room separated by doors. Perfect place to stay for family with smaller children.

I love this Hotel. It is beautiful and food is awesome. But this am I watched a lady spill Coffee all done her legs on table so I jumped up went to told an employee in the breakfast area and explained what had happen I needed towels. He goes to the back brings me towels never one time did he or any other employee come to ask if everything was ok or help in anyway. I have terminal cancer I am slow but I still jump in to help but the hotel employer could not do that. I worked in the hotel business for 10 years at Disney and 7 years before that and until 2014 with Hyatts until I had to go on leave due to cancer. I have never seen someone that would not take the time to help a guest in need. That hurt my heart dearly. So even though I love the hotel and food is great I will never come back or tell anyone because of the experience.

Love this hotel. I’ve never met friendlier staff! Especially the “dining room” staff, they are excellent. The breakfast and social hour food was very good. The room is very clean and we’ve yet to hear a door slam or be woken up in the middle of the night — I love how quiet it is. The location is also very good. Close enough to bourbon/ canal street, but also far enough away from the craziness. My only negatives: 1) there should be water in the lobby always. I don’t think I’ve stayed at a hotel that didn’t offer a spa container of water for its guests. Even during meals, there is only a silver “half & half” carafe of water & it’s always empty. Juice is offered in spa containers so why not water? My suspicion is that want you to buy it from their little store. Outside of breakfast/ social hour you can only get coffee or tea — no water. But during my 3 nights here, the hot water was always empty in the evening so I couldn’t even get tea! 2) the bathroom layout. The bathroom/ shower has a door, but the sink is separate and it’s next to the bed. So trying to get ready while your spouse is still asleep is impossible, or even washing your hands if you get up in the middle of the night. Did not use the outdoor pool or fitness room. Loved the games in the lobby. I would recommend this hotel and I would stay here again if we came back to the area!
