Website prices not updated Grounds outside full of trash Front desk person one at checkin one at check out. Very nice but had no help. Rooms marked cleaned and ready were definitely NOT CLEAN. One still had trash no towels dirty bathroom the other dirty bathroom dirty desk tops food all over the floor. The outside pool was full of pool furniture and green water. At checkout manager would not accept call one desk person to deal with laundry front desk and prepare the continental breakfast.

I was great I will be back.

Old feeling and just not the best western style I am use to.

Pretty quiet under booked hotel just off of I-10. Very clean & has a quiet pool.

Very comfortable room and the staff was very nice and helpful.

This is a great location's wity reasonable rates the staff is amazing and kind the rooms are spacious and comfortable (big soft bed) I highly recommend this property for your stay.

This hotel was extremely clean with an excellent breakfast area. The fitness center was very nice as well. The rooms were great and very clean. Very professional and courteous hotel staff.

Beautifully decorated inside with welcoming staff that are always helpful and friendly. Having stayed in a King Suite, it was clean with a comfortable den area with a couch, end tables, coffee tables, television, and adequate lighting; next there was the desk area where you could set up your lap top and other electronics with a comfortable chair with a lamp; behind the desk area was a full length mirror; the bathroom had clean towels and a fairly decent shower with very soft water pressure; across from the bathroom was the large sink area with a large mirror and vanity in which to store your toiletries and other necessities as well as a working hairdryer and the coffee maker;the bedroom area was large with end tables and lamps, phone, alarm clock radio, television, refrigerator, microwave, and chest of drawers with a plush bed that was neither too hard or too soft. The air conditioner worked really well, too. The colors of the room were soothing and not overpowering and everything was clean without a question of doubt. This was my second stay at this hotel and it has yet to disappoint. I have recommended a stay here to others visiting the Lake Charles area and will stay here again the next time I come to the area myself.

This hotel is wonderful. Lovely room, comfortable pillows, very clean. We will be coming back.

Rude staff, we had a roach and a centipede in our room, it’s smells like mildew and it was overpriced. It is pretty obvious whoever owns this place doesn’t care.

Desk clerk was very friendly. Room was nice and clean. Breakfast was great. This is a great place for a stay.

This place is pretty good for what it is. The free breakfast includes fried eggs and bacon, waffle maker, bagels, toast, cereal, coffee and juice machines, yogurt, instant grits, etc.

This was a decent hotel. I enjoyed the staff and their rooms were decent. It has a lot of shopping nearby which was a plus.

Clean, looks like recently updated, friendly staff. Great breakfast.

My fiance and I really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We stayed March 2nd-March 5th and honestly we have NO COMPLAINTS! Well, besides the shower head location not being ideal for the vertically challenged but hey, … can't win em all right? Lol. Staff was pleasant, breakfast was cool, the room was clean and comfortable and we really enjoyed having two tvs in the room! The hotel location was quiet and only about 11 minutes from the casino area which was fine. We will definitely stay again when we visit Lake Charles.

I really liked this location better than the one in Atlanta. The rooms are updated and the lobby is super clean. Two things tho, the breakfast could use another kind of meat since I don't eat pork and the pillow cases looked stained with something but other than that I don't have any complaints!.

Ok the king suite looks amazing… except for two dead cockroaches in the bathroom floor. One had his little antennas moving a little so maybe he was playing dead… definitely not worth the 137.50 plus tax so far. Update we were offered a different room or 15% off bill or cancel our reservation at no charge. Very easy to deal with and very polite. Undecided about staying at this point. I did say a few words over the little fellers before we flushed them away… oh no! There are more in the hot tub and around the bed! We our gone!

I will say one of my co-workers complained of having cockroaches in her bathroom, not once but twice. I didn't have any problems so if you want to gamble one of the 2 casinos should be the place to play your chances not your hotel room.

The room was clean and nice but we had problems with the 2nd TV in our suite and the internet was too slow to use. Overall we were happy with the cleanliness of the room and accommodations for the price.

The service was wonderful, and the eggs for breakfast were unbelievable! Never had eggs so good at a hotel.

Room smelled musty and moldy. AC had leaked a pool in the back of the room. They tried to clean it and mask the smell but did nothing about the problem. The employee mentioned this happens in 6 different rooms… Finally got them to move me at 9pm. The new room had yellow running water… Internet was slow. Besides the waffles, breakfast was basic just dont eat the eggs. Never going back.

Worst experience ever. The room smelled horrible. The shower rod was coming apart, etc. When I complained the staff was very nice (I must say) and tried to put me in another room but the other 2 rooms were not much better. I ended up staying the night and could not sleep because the smell was so bad. I found mildew on the wall, which I didn't notice until the next morning or I would have cancelled immediately. It appears they just painted over mildew and it smells as a result. No discounts, refund or amenities were offered. I will NEVER stay here again. The rating of 3.9 is totally misleading if not an outright lie.

Nice hotel. Check your room before paying (some rooms smell musty). If you call the 800 number, check online prices first. The 800 number will quote you a higher price than the website sometimes. Joining the reward program is free, but you must call to opt-in for some of their reward offers. Overall, very nice stay. Definitely worth the price.

We were driving to Houston and needed to rest so we decided to stay here. This place was decent. My bed did have a stain or two on the sheets and dirt or crumbs in the sheets by where my feet go. It might sound stupid, but I have stayed in many hotels, trust me… I check everything because I have almost witnessed all kinds of everything. I did not sleep my best but it was not too bad. It served it's purpose well. The breakfast and service was pretty good. The gentleman in the front was kind and helpful as the young lady in the morning. Please improve your housekeeping and you will have a great running place. Thank you!

Roach in tub and accused me of being another guest! Front Desk clerk informed me her managers were watching me on camera the whole time.

We had a king suite. It was lovely with two TVs, the staff was amazing, breakfast delicious and it was near to both our favorite eating place and our appointment this morning. We will stay here many times in the future.

My Husband and I absolutely love this place. It's our go to when we head to the Casinos for the weekend. The breakfast is bomb! LOL!

Very clean and comfortable… they have a great breakfast every morning. My kids had a great time. But the best part is. I dont have to clean it up… would definitely stay again (Jena)

Love kids but when trying to sleep it was too noisy. Called the front desk twice about the problem. Lovely hotel though.

Got bit by spider in the bed, cable wasn't working for TV and neither was the Wi-Fi, the breakfast was cold and none of the juice worked came out all watery the room was overall nice but the service was terrible.

Front desk was polite enough — offerred extra blanket & pillow when a double bed room wasn't available. Ended up with a Smoking Suite because it was the only one available. Free parking, breakfast, WI-FI. Clean rooms. Ample lights in parking lot. Lobby area was beautiful & modern.

Clean rooms, free breakfast, courteous staff. Fair price. We took two rooms.

: (: (0 stars! DO NOT stay here! I fell in their lobby due to a soaking wet floor and they won't pay my medical bills. They have a below average UNSAFE property and if you get hurt there they will not even help you up, or pay medical bills as the GENERAL MANAGER KAVITA PROMISED. I have been trying to get my bills paid for almost a year and had to hire a lawyer. I had to go to many Dr's appts, xrays, an MRI of my wrist and hand all cost $$$ and their lousy insurance co. Will not pay me. I only asked for reimbursement, didn't get a dime 10 months later. I do get calls from bill collectors daily though! Average rooms, lame breakfast and smells of cigarette smoke when you walk in the lobby. Sketchy part of town. Stay elsewhere!

The stay was ok. Beds were comfortable. Room was more humid than outside and breakfast seemed old and stale.

The staff was very friendly, the room was a nice size and clean. I was very happy to take a nice hot shower and hot water they had. The place was definitely better then I expected after reading other reviews. Very pleased.
