It was wonderful & food was delicious. It was my mom’s 81st birthday. So she wanted to come celebrate there.

Really nice casino. Dealers are friendly, cocktail waitresses came around often and it's non-smoking. Would recommend!

The food was excellent. The staff was wonderful. However there was no wheelchairs available for guests who required one.

Great time! Really enjoyed the new outdoor area. Only disappointment was the number of broken machines. A bit uncomfortable when you’ve got other patrons standing in line to get the machine your playing. It was nice to see a friendly staff and a clean casino!

Lot's of free parking, valet service, slot machines galore, baccarat, blackjack, and poker tables. Very warm, friendly and accommodating staff.

Darrel at the front desk was amazing! he was knowledgeable, friendly, efficient at his job and just all around a pleasure to encounter on our way into the hotel. Clean facility and have a terrace gambling area for smokers with the great views of the Mississippi River. Bathroom has television in the mirror! And they have some video poker machines. Restaurant has good food too and offer 25% discount if you're over 50.

Used to be a beautiful casino, with a wonderful buffet, but they have declined tremendously over the past several years. Now they have just closed down the buffet and Stadium Restaurant, while allowing the casino itself to continue to show it’s age. Sadly it is no longer worth going there.

Great place to see a concert and stay the night. Love the pool area!

The free brunch was awesome! But today several of the ATM machines weren’t working and the line at the cashiers cage was long. Why are so many machines turned off and they’ve been like this for weeks? Cocktail waitress never came by to ask if I wanted a drink.

Casino service is extremely slow! One person serving drinks on the floor for (playing customers) about 100 people. Spent $300 gambling and not a single free drink (I had to go to the bar and pay for them).

Was playing video poker and the machine blinked out. Turned on service light and nobody came to help. Walked around asking other employees for help to no avail! So they beat me out of my money without even giving me a chance! So needless to say I won’t be going back there!

They lost my card and refuse to help me get another in the poker room that staff in the poker room is very arrogant with a bad attitude all the time except for the little girl now she's professional.

Rooms are fabulous. Love the pool. Great restaurants. Overall great place to hang at the 18 steak bar for Martinis 🍸. For a small town casino, it has great slot machines. Has great live music.

The hotel rooms were very comfortable, great view of the Mississippi River. The casino was very clean, the seats and machines were cleaned after ever use by anyone. Enjoyed the pool on the 12th floor and great bar and food.

Great overnight getaway with my husband to eat a nice steak dinner and let my hubby gamble a bit…. Everything was clean and staff was very nice. Food was amazing!

The entire place is amazing! The view from our hotel is gorgeous! The food is absolutely delicious. The staff all over is very welcoming.

It's at the worst ever. 3rd of the machines missing, 3rd blocked off, and the remaining just eat your money. No one wins, lines everywhere and the loyalty program isnt worth it.

On a positive note, their decor is very nice. Other than that, very rude security guards. I was accused of having a fake ID and had to show my concealed carry permit to prove I was actually myself and over 21 (which I am). The guys that were with us weren’t even carded.

Luv this place nice rooms, great food, and the staff are friendly and helpful. It’s always nice when the machines pay out!

My husband got me a room for mothers day and I wish I could say my stay was nice, however, it was anything but. I ordered dinner to my room and it wasn't good at all. Very small and shriveled shrimp, way too much dressing on my salad. I tried to go downstairs to get myself a drink to take back to my room, seemed silly to just order a drink from room service. I went to my car first and let's just say I feel safer and less disgusted walking down Bourbon Street. Whatever events they had going on that night had terrible patrons.
With the amount of money we paid for a room, I'd expect the hotel to be a little classier. Went right back up to my room without getting a drink and went to bed. Ordered breakfast and it was cold, not even a hint of warmth, and again way too much sauce on my eggs benedict. The English muffin was soggy and gross. Over $50 for each meal and I didn't even attempt to finish either. Check out was at 11 so I headed to the rooftop pool to enjoy a mimosa, however, their bartender never showed up. Security said they didn't even come to work. Why in a facility of that size they couldn't find someone to fill in is beyond me. They suggested going to the Mother's Day buffet, but after my other meals, I wasn't going to waste any more money. My husband tried to do a nice thing for me and I would have been better off at a Holiday In and ordered food from Waitr. Front desk staff and room service employees were pleasant.
