I booked a room for my brother in law and his son because his daughter was in the hospital there. I booked it in his name but paid for it WITH MY CARD. When he got there to check in they tried to make him pay AGAIN. When he wouldn’t pay again (after it already came out of my account) they would not let him check in so my brother in law and his son had to sleep in their car! I am not happy one bit. But the lady I spoke with this morning at the front desk was very helpful and apologetic about the situation!
Got to the hotel at midnight after a long flight and 2 hr drive for them to tell me that even though reservation was made and it says guaranteed online no rooms available and was left without a hotel in the middle of the night. Concierge was not helpful he was actually very rude and sarcastic. Being in an unknown city with 2 children at now 1:32 am not helpful. I wish they would have sent communication indicating reservation was cancelled or couldn’t be fulfilled prior to my arrival. Not the way to treat your customers best western very upsetting.

This was the absolute WORST stay ever! I had stayed here before & had no issues. But this time we had bugs IN the bed, on the end table, in the door track. There was also pills on the end table. Just horrible. When asked to switch rooms they told me I couldn’t & would have to wait for the manager to come in NEXT day. When asked for a refund they told me no, would have to wait for the manger to come next day. Absolutely horrible. My and my kids were disgusted & felt completely helpless. Horrible horrible horrible.
