Taylor and Amy have piss poor front desk service.
Reserved 13 rooms for my wedding and being TOLD any UNUSED rooms would be refunded at the end of my stay.
Having a room with no shower curtain
Having a conjoined room with a dividing door that DIDN'T even open.
Front Desk ladies spoke as if they were staying true to there word but once a phone call was made they weren't willing to stick to the words.

Beautifully renovated rooms, incredible staff, great breakfast with a wide variety. Would definitely recommend to family friends.

Hotel claims to be recently remodeled but upon entering our room it really stunk of cigarette smoke and we are non smokers. Also made are reservation with a debit card then upon arrival was told we had to have a major credit card to stay, it was 11 at night and we had to call a family member back home and wake him up to get him to put the card on hold in case of damages. Also do to no safety stickers or a bath mat in the tub my sister fell in the shower and hurt herself. The office staff is not trained in proper protocol as to what to do in case of an accident like that. Also internet only worked half the time.

Very happy. Rooms were large and very nice. Breakfast was really good. Only complaint was the whirlpool was cold — same temp as the regular pool. Great value though, would definitely stay again.

Great value at a good price. Updated Choice Property, staff was great. Had a road bump in the stay with our group but management and staff handled it well, above and beyond. Breakfast is very good, even some homemade breakfast hash to go with the egg and sausage, biscuits and gravy. Definitely the place to stay in WI Rapids.

Disappointed with Sleep Inn staff for my son's party. Both desk attendants were out on the back patio smoking when we got there, why they needed to take a break at the same time with no other staff in sight is beyond me. The meeting room was messy so my mom asked for them to vacuum, which they did and said sorry they had two parties the day before and it was the night shifts job so it must not have gotten done (they walk through the room to go out and smoke on the patio though and didn't notice a mess or bother to clean when they knew there was another party today? ). Later one employee who vacuumed said to the other as my mom passed by that she hoped the other employee didn't have any more "issues" the rest of her shift. Will be calling the GM tomorrow. We've been using this meeting room for 2-3 parties a year for the last 3 years and never had a messy room and rude employees. Customer service shouldn't be your job if you can't be decent to customers!

The room was very nice. The best was very comfortable and the people at the front desk we're very helpful. The front desk people were very nice when I asked for extra pillows. They were very willing to help. The biscuits and gravy was amazing. The food was amazing.

Excellent stay! We visit my father in town a few times a year and always check out a new hotel, I think we're going to stick with Sleep Inn b/c we had a great experience this time (this was our first time here). Thought it was friendly, clean and inviting. I really liked the room decor and pictures. The pool was clean and that is always nice, b/c they never are. Breakfast in the morning was great, well put together, looked like homemade sausage gravy even! A slight issue with check in as our toilet was backed up from last customer, but the front desk apologized and quickly got us into a new room. All in all, we were very pleased with the hotel and it was a decent price, we stayed at another hotel last time down the street for half the price and it was freezing cold and kinda miserable. So you get what you pay for!

Where I come from (Rothschild), it's difficult to find a good place to sleep. That's why whenever I come to Wisconsin Rapids, I HAVE to stay at the Sleep Inn! Being president of the Rothschild chapter of the Steve Guttenberg Fan Club, I know a good hotel when I see one! First off, the ice machine. WOW! It's not like that off brand ice, but rather a divine treat for the taste buds! Also, the continental breakfast was excellent, except they must rotate continents because I didn't see anything representing Asia or Australia. Oh! And I hear they have rooms you can stay in, too! Keep up the great work, Sleep Inn!

It was a great stay, the bed was super comfortable, and the pool was loads of fun. Overall my stay was very enjoyable.

The location was convenient for our trip. The room was clean and had plenty of room for 2 adults and 2 kids. The breakfast was nice with waffles and hot eggs, sausage and potatoes.

Nice clean family friendly hotel. Hot breakfast, indoor pool and guest laundry. Rooms are clean and comfortable and the price is reasonable. Have stayed at this Sleep Inn many times, and will again.

I loved the zen feel to the whole place, especially in my room! I wanted to move in permanently! Pool and hot tub were wonderful!

Large suite for a reasonable price. Very friendly and helpful staff.

The Suite was really nice and spacious. We only stayed one night, but overall I was impressed with the room.

The front desk agents are always helpful. Housekeeping has always done a wonderful job. Love this place. We will be back.

Very clean rooms, nice pool/hot tub area, and great restaurants nearby. I'll definitely be staying here again next time I visit Wisconsin Rapids.

My family of 6 stayed for a youth softball tournament in the area. Hotel was very clean, great free breakfast, kids loved the pool, and adults got to hang out together in the conference room. Staff was very accommodating.

I stay here long term every summer for Cranberry pollination. The staff is great and go a long way to be helpful. Parking can be a head ache for large trucks and the lot next door is not hotel Parking, but there is a Wal-Mart parking lot close by. Breakfast is very Good, but I would recommend going to Higher Grounds Bakery next door for the best coldbrew coffee and teas plus the best baked goods and treats.

My family has stayed here several times. The last time was in February of this year and the hot tub was broke. That was a major negative for me, but the kids still enjoyed the pool. I'm very happy to say that this past Saturday when we stayed, the hot tub was working great! And we got to stay in one of the bigger rooms, which was a bonus!

Clean hotel, Internet not the best. A lot of close shopping and dining.

We stayed at sleep Inn whole or friends stayed at other hotels in the area. Sleep Inn was by far the cleanest, nicest one in the area.

Very disappointed with this hotel. The staff was friendly, but we ended up having to switch rooms twice due to issues with A/C. We were offered a $20 discount, but apparently for only one night of our stay. They messed up our billing and we had to provide proof of our online reservation before they would give us the price we reserved online. Also, this is a two story hotel with no elevator, and the ice machine is on the second floor all the way at one end. What kind of hotel doesn't have an elevator? Continental breakfast was extremely disappointing. You are crammed into a very small room and the food was lackluster and the choices were lacking. I will never be staying at this hotel again, and will likely try to avoid other Choice Hotels in the future.

The air didn't work in our first room. We had to switch rooms twice. Two lamps didn't work in our second room. They messed up our bill and all of my family's room rates as well. Nothing exciting or good about the hotel. There is no elevator. There is only one Ice machine and it's on the second floor.

Last minute decision to spend the night. Decent rate for the room, had some tasty biscuits and gravy for breakfast.

Very friendly staff. They were able to accommodate us on short notice after another hotel had a malfunctioning pool.

We upgraded our room and it was well worth it. The room was still inexpensive and very clean. Staff Friday night was friendly and helpful. I was a little surprised that there was no elevator, and when I asked for shampoo at the front desk they were completely out. These were just minor things though and I would still recommend it if you are looking for a good value. ***Added Saturday morning: They advertise that the pool is open at 8am. I showed up with my 5 and 2 year old after 9am to find it locked. When I went to the front desk to inquire about the pool, I was told "Yeah, I haven't opened it yet. It's going to be a while. " Try telling that to a 5 and 2 year old.

Great value for the price. Was nice to see more than just muffins and cereal for a continental breakfast.

They were very nice had a good service staff and rooms are very nice.

We stayed Christmas eve into Christmas day, the room and lobby was clean and warm, and the staff was friendly. The continental breakfast was great for a free meal, the eggs were fresh and hot, and they served many varieties of Otis Spunkenmier muffins. The breakfast room was clean, well stocked, and well attended. My family and I stay here every year and will continue to for years to come.

Location was close to my Aunt's house, who I was visiting, the beds were soft, sheets were warm and thick, plenty of pillows, lots of TV channels, and a complementary filling breakfast.

A few days ago I made a review (Posted) about Sleep inn located in Wisconsin Rapids WI. And I want to publicly say I am truly sorry and feel really bad about What I said in that post about the manager there (Laura) and about Jonah A young man employed at the hotel as well and I am truly sorry for anything I said about the other house keepers as well I have no excuse to give just the honest truth I was having a crummy day and instead of being mature and going to my manager Or to Jonah about how I felt I acted out before thinking clearly Laura is a good person she has helped me and understands my problems And continues to work with me She's been nothing but understanding and kind to me Jonah is a good person as well and very kind He has done nothing but be patient and understanding toward me as well The other workers have all been good to me and friendly as well I am truly sorry and look forward to continuing to work aside everyone at the hotel Thank you for taking the time to read my post Lorraine Faye rabe.

Noisy occupants. Breakfast was average. Frig missing in room. Heater make clicking noise all night.
